Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Product Quality, Price, Promotion and Lifestyle to Purchase Decision isotonic drinks on consumer isotonic drinks in Semarang City. With the population of all consumers of isotonic drinks in Semarang City. The sample is set as many as 100 people with the criteria (purposive sampling) of consumers who buy isotonic drinks and those located in Semarang City. Primary data were obtained by closed questionnaire, because the respondent only crossed the selected number from one to five (likert scale), while secondary data was obtained by library. Based on the validity test all the indicators declared valid and based on reliable reliability test. Model test using F (Goodness of Fit) test and Adjusted R2 test (coefficient of determination), hypothesis test using t test with standard beta coefficient and significance level <0.05. Based on the model test the adjusted value of R2 is 0.720 and the F value is 64.493 with the sig value 0.000. Based on the results of hypothesis testing then: The quality of the product has a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and standard beta coefficient of 0.659, so that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions of isotonic drinks. Price has a significance value of 0.001 <0.05 and a standard beta coefficient value of 0.19, so the price has a significant positive effect on the purchase decision of isotonic drinks. The promotion has a significance value of 0.014 <0.05 and a standard beta coefficient value of 0.137, so the promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions of isotonic beverages and Lifestyle has a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and a standard beta coefficient value of 0.245, so the lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions of isotonic drinks.Keywords: product quality, price, promotion, lifestyle, purchasing decision

Abstract

Employee career development is important for organizations as well as for individuals, But not necessarily every organization has done it. As is the case that happened in PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang. As a company should be able to develop career employees well, but the fact of career development incompany is not as expected. The purpose of this research is (1) to know career development in PDAM. (2) to know the factors influencing career development in PDAM. (3) to find out the dominant factors influencing employee career development in PDAM. The population of 494 employees. The sample was taken based on the needs of the tool and the homogeneity of the respondents with the number of 100 respondents, Taken with nonprobability sampling method. While the data collection is done by spreading the questionnaire. Data analysis used include descriptive analysis, validity test with factor analysis, reability test with cronbach alpha and analysis multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that career management and career planning have a positive and significant impact on career development. Abstract

The objective of the study is to examine the effect of  CR, DER, EPS and ROA on Stock Prices in LQ45 company is go public in Indonesian Stock Exchange. The research wasconducted again because that empirical evidence were linked with fundamental factors with stock prices still showed the different results that need further research to prove how the influence of fundamental factor on stock prices especially the LQ45 sector in Indonesian Stock Exchange. This study was taken because there are still differences between the research study with each other.This research was conducted using secondary data. Population in this research was LQ45 company obtained from share which was listed and “go public” in Indonesian Stock Exchage period 2013-2015. Sampling technique used waspurposive sampling. There is 68 companies that can be analysed. This study is analyzed by using multiple regression.The multiple regression shows that CR have negative and significant impact on stock prices , DER has positive andnot significant effect on stock prices, EPS and ROAhave positive and significant impact on stock prices. Adjusted R Square is 0.850 this means 85% of the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable , while the remaining 25% is explained by other causes outside the model Keywords: Stock Price, Current Ratio,Debt to Equity Ratio, Earning Per Share and Return On Assets.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction one of BRI bank To obtain high loyalty of its customers. Customer satisfaction has a direct relationship with the quality of service and customer value. Customers whose expectations are met or even exceeded will spread positive news related to services which he felt to others. With a customer satisfied, the value of customer interest in the products and services offered by BRI bank will also increase. This is certainly very profitable for the BRI bank, because not be reached of the cost to attract new customers to retain existing customers. The aim of study is to analyze the effect of quality of service, the value of customer loyalty with customer satisfaction mediated PT. Bank BRI Branch of Pati Karaban. This research is descriptive. The total sample of 100 respondents. The research instrument used questionnaire. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression and path analysis. The results showed that service quality has positive influence on customer satisfaction. Customer value positive effect on customer satisfaction. Quality of care is a positive effect on customer loyalty. Customer value positive effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has positive effect on customer loyalty. Abstract

This study analyzed the influence of leadership, motivation, and the work diciplene to employees performance of PT Bina Guna Kimia. Sampling technique in this research were 79 respondents in the sample data collection method using a questionnaire (questionnaire) by distributing questionnaires in order information. The research objective formulated to determine the effect of leadership, mottivation and the work diciplene to employees performance of PT Bina Guna Kimia.Data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the question items, cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of each independent variable in the regression analysis test. The results of the research are: 1) leadership positive and significan effect on employee performance 2) motivation not positive and not significan effect on employee performance 3) the working diciplene has positive and not significan influence on employee performance. Abstract

The purpose of this research test the influence of leadership, motivation, and discipline work of the performance of employees.The study is done in the industry and trade provincial central java. A method of the sample collection in this research using a technique conveniance sampling with a period research 2014-2016.Kuosioner used as data collection method. The sample of the in research namely 69 respondents employees office of industry and trade provincial central java. Regression analysis linear multiple with software spss 20 used to test hypotheses research. This research result indicates: leadership, motivation, and discipline work significant on performance. Leadership is not significant on performance, motivation influential positively and significant impact on performance, discipline work not significant on performance . R2 to research this is of 39,9 %, this means that model research that could explain 39,9 % for the performance, while 60,1 % described by other variables that not included in this research.Keywords: leadership, motivation, discipline work, performance

Abstract

Purchase consumer behavior is unique with preference everyone to a the products of different - different.It affected by many factors among them quality products, perception prices, promotion, locations and other - other.The purpose of this study is to find and analyze the influence of quality products, perception prices, promotion and location of the decision to buy chicken geprek in semarang city Population this research is consumers who buy chicken geprek idol within the city of semarang .Sample in this research as many as 100 people .Technique the sample collection use proposive sampling .As for criteria sample in this research was consumers from restaurants chicken geprek idol already over once buy at home eating chicken geprek idol .Instrument the analysis used is the validity , reliability and linear regression multiple . The results of the analysis can be concluded that: quality products have had a positive impact of the decision the purchase .Perception the price is not influential of the decision the purchase .Promotion do not affect of the decision the purchase .Location have had a positive impact of the decision the purchase. Abstract

The objectives of this study is to analyze the impact of the service quality, price perception and location on purchasing decission at Padang Restaurant “Surya” in Semarang. The sample which used by this is about 100 respondents with sampling technique by using Accidental Sample method. The data which is used is premiere data, the analytical data which is used involving validity test, reliability test, multiple regression linear test, coefficient of determination and hypothesis test involving F test and t test. Based on the data analysis and hypothesis test showed that partially, the service quality variable is positively and significantly affected on the purchasing decisions. Price perception variable is positively and significantly affected on the purchasing decisions. Location variable is positively and significantly affected on the purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose this research to analyzes the influence of Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment to Performance. This topic was taken due to the lack of compliance of the number of taxpayers to pay taxes on the Tax Office Pratama West Semarang that indicate the employees performance is still low. This research’s population are all employee of Tax Services Office Pratama West Semarang who numbered 127 employee. The sampling techniques is using purposive sampling. When collecting data, writers use questionnaire to get information. Data were collected then analyzed by Kaiser Meyer Olkin (KMO) for validity test of the question’s item, cronbach’s alpha for realibility test, regression test get the result of the effect from each independent variables on dependent variable either partially or simultaneously.The result of this research are : (1) Work Motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee perfomance. (2) Job Satisfaction has a positive but not significant impact on employee perfomance. (3) Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant impact on employee perfomance. Abstract

Restaurant Nestcology Semarang brings the concept as a fine dining restaurant, Resturant Nestcology Semarang is intended to provide a new experience for foodies in Semarang, do not be surprised if the restaurant is also taking the tagline as the Land of Gastronomy. The problem is based on the study data as disclosed by Santos Thenu, that for a non-franchise of 100 stores, closed 80, so his survival 20%, franchise are more likely tosurvive, even for those who want to buy a franchise must exit costs more expensive. Where 80 cap was nearly half over because the wrong places. It is a challenge for resturant Nestcology to exist and survive.The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence between service and product quality to customer satisfaction, to analyze the influence of Customer Satisfaction to Customer Loyalty, and to analyze the impact of service and product quality on Customer Loyalty with Customer Satisfaction Mediated by at Restaurant Nestcology Semarang. The population in this study are customers of the visitors restaurant Nestcology Semarang, whosenumber fluktutatif (not necessarily), taken as many as 96 respondents in the sample (Ridwan and Akdon, 2013), using incidental sampling technique, further analyzed using multiple regression. The conclusion of this study is that the variable service and product quality has a positive influence and significant impact on customer satisfaction, and variable customer satisfaction has a positive influence and significant impact on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction is not statistically proven to mediate the effect of service on customer loyalty, but customer satisfaction statistically proven to mediate the effect of product quality to customer loyalty.Keywords : Service, Quality Products, Restaurant Nestcology
