Abstract

This study analyzed on the influence of motivation, discipline dan work environtment on employee performance. Object of this research at Depertment of Culture and Turism City of Semarang. Subject of this study use all population and number of population is 103 respondents. Data collection method using a questionnaire by distributing a list of question to the respondent in order to obtain information. The research objectives was formulated to determine the effect of motivation, discipline, and work environtment on employee performance at Department of Culture and Turism City of Semarang. The data used primary data, analysed using regression analysis. The result showed that the motivation, discipline, and work environtment had a positive significant effect on employee performance at Depertment of Culture and Turism City of Semarang. From these result can be concluded that high motivation, high working discipline, and a good work environtment will improve employee performance at Depertment of Culture and Turism City of Semarang . Abstract

The study of the factors that affect customer satisfaction car air conditioner repair shop (garage Anoman empirical study on Tegal). The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of trust, location and quality of service to customer satisfaction car air conditioner repair shop (garage Anoman empirical study on Tegal). A sample of 100 respondents, the sampling method used was simple random sampling, by providing an equal opportunity for each element or member of the population to choose as a sample. Methods of data analysis using linear regression.The test results showed that (1) there are significant positive and significant correlation between trust to customer satisfaction, (2) there are significant positive and significant correlation between the location of the customer satisfaction and (3) there are significant positive and significant correlation between the quality of service to customer satisfaction. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership, motivation and organizational commitment to employee performance of Semarang City Land Office. The population in this study is the Employee of the Land Office of Semarang are still active a total of 219 people. The sample in this study as many as 69 people. The sampling technique using simple random sampling. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: Leadership positive and significant influence on employee performance. Motivation positive and significant impact on employee performance. Abstract

This research analyzes the influence of price, brand image and product quality on purchasing decision on Oriflame product (case study on Semarang branch of Oriflame consumer). Sampling technique in this study amounted to 100 respondents as a sample with data collection methods using questionnaires by distributing a list of questions to respondents to obtain information. The purpose of this study was formulated to determine the effect of price, brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions on Oriflame products. The collected data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of question items, cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of each independent variable tested by regression analysis. The results of his research are: Price has a positive and significant influence on the decision of purchasing Oriflame product. Brand image has no effect on the decision of purchasing Oriflame product. And Product quality has a positive and significant influence on the decision of purchasing Oriflame product.Keywords: price, brand image, product quality and purchase decision.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of competence on organizational commitment moderated transformational leadership in PT. Indonesia Power UP. Semarang. The population in this study are employees who work there as many as 350 people and a sample of 100 people. Hypothesis test in this research use regression analysis. Regression analysis results show that competence significantly influence organizational commitment moderated transformational leadership. The results of the analysis revealed that intellectual competence, emotional competence, social competence together affect the organizational commitment. Abstract

Consumer behavior is all the activities, actions, as well as the psychological processes that drive those actions in the moments before buy, when to buy, use, spend your products and services after doing the above matters or activities evaluated. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of the quality of products, promotions, and pricing on purchasing decisions in coffee and store-able. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling method with the number of respondents as many as 100 people. The data were analyzed using validity by comparing the value of r count to r tables and reliability tests with Cronbach alpha. Further tested by regression analysis. The results of the research are: (1) The product of quality has positive influence on purchase decisions. (2) Promotion of positive influence on purchase decisions. Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of product quality, brand image and perception of the price to customer satisfaction and impact on customer loyalty cider bread in the city of Semarang. The population in this study is the customer Sari Roti in Semarang. The sample in this study as many as 100 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The criteria for the samples in this study were at least 17 years and consume Sari Roti in Semarang. The analysis tool used is the test of validity, reliability and multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: The product quality positively affects customer satisfaction. Brand image positively affects customer satisfaction. Perception prices positively affects customer satisfaction. Abstract

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the liquidity of the stock is proxied by trading volume activity, bid ask spread, stock returns before and after the announcement of stock split policy on companies that do stock splits listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2015. In this study, the liquidity of the stock is proxied by trading volume activity, bid ask spread, stock returns before and after the stock split. Data were taken 54 companies that conduct stock split policy in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2015. The data used is secondary data with data collection documentation. Data analysis using SPSS 22 software and menunggunakan Test Paired t test with 95 percent confident level (α = 0.05) to test the hypothesis. The results showed that there are significant differences between the average stock trading volume and bid ask spread for twelve days before and twelve days after the stock split. As for the variable stock returns before and after the stock split was not a significant difference. Keywords: liquidity, return, stock split, trading volume activity, bid ask spread, stock returns

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the product quality, brand image and perception of price on purchase decisions (studies on consumer Honda Beat motorcycle in Semarang). The sampling method inthis study using purposive sampling research using surveys and questionnaires to 100 respondents in Semarang City. The analytical method used in this study is multiple regresion analysis. It was found that the product quality and significant positive effect on purchasing decisions Honda Beat motorcycle in the city of Semarang. However, it was found that the brand image is not positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions Honda Beat in Semarang. While the price perception of positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions Honda Beat in Semarang. Adjusted R Square value of 0,585 can illustrate that the dependent variable is explained by the independent variable variabelitas for 58,5%, while 41,5% are influenced by the other variables.
