Abstract

ABSTRACT Career Development Center (CDC) is a Career Development Center for students at Udayana University. This program aims to develop students' career and soft skills with various programs in order to improve the competency of Human Resources (HR). From the results of the SWOT analysis, it was found that the CDC has a problem in realizing a strategy focused on the issue of employee resources (HR), low budget funds and lack of facilities to support activities. Therefore researchers provide and recommend a New Public Management Managerial to streamline the realization of the CDC strategy. In realizing this New Managerial Public Management there are several indicators including, The Drive Orientation, Downsizing and Decentralization Orientation, Orientation in Search of Excellence, and Public Service Orientation, which emphasizes the quality, mission and values to be achieved by public organizations. Abstract

ABSTRACT Lao PDR that previously had cooperation in terms of export and import trade with Thailand, took steps to increase bilateral cooperation with Thailand Government. This was done through meetings in international fora. The cooperation finally resulted with the signing of MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) on Cross-Border Transport Agreement (CBTA) between Savannakhet, Lao PDR and Mukdahan, Kingdom of Thailand in 2005. This research would like to analyze the factor that triggered the Lao government to increase bilateral cooperation through CBTA with Thai government. There are several concepts used in this research, such as rational model actor and internal-external factor, while the locus of this research during 1999 until 2005. Abstract

ABSTRACT Udayana University Hospital is one of the state hospitals located in Bali, precisely in Jimbaran. Aside from being a forum for education and research, this hospital also has the main goal of providing quality and affordable health services for the entire community. Research with the title "The Influence of Leadership Style on Employee Performance" conducted at Udayana University Hospital employees aims to found out and explain the influence of leadership style on employee performance. And this study uses quantitative methods. The data collection tool used is a question by list to 117 employees. This data analysis used in this study is descriptive statistics and simple linear regression using the program on 22 of SPSS. The results of the study show partial influence of leadership style (X) on employee performance (Y) Udayana University Hospital is positive with the result is regression analysis linear with a value of 0.838. Abstract

ABSTRACT Prostitution is a social problem that tends to occur in urban areas of a country, including in Indonesia. In Denpasar, in dealing with the problem of prostitution, a government institution, namely the Social Service Office of the City of Denpasar, was given the responsibility of fostering female prostitutes again as functional citizens. The purpose of this study is determining the performance of the Denpasar City Social Service in dealing with the problem of prostitution. The research method used is Qualitative Descriptive method with the method of determining the informant is Purposive Sampling and the method of observation is Passive Observation. It was found that the performance of the Denpasar City Social Service prostitution was still not effective due to various factors from WTS, community participation and the interests of third parties. Therefore it is recommended to educate the younger generation about the dangers of HIV/AIDS or legalize prostitution Keywords: Performance, Prostitution, Denpasar City Social Service

Abstract

ABSTRACT Primary data in this study were obtained through questionnaires as many as 100 samples of customers of PDAM Banjarnegara, The results of the analysis of the findings of this study indicate that the partial effect of service quality (X) on customer loyalty (Y) in PDAM Banjarnegara Regency is positive. This is based on the results of linear regression analysis which obtained a positive regression coefficient of 0.460. The results of tcount = 15.859 and ttable = 1.98397 which means tcount> t table with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. So, it can be concluded that there is a partial effect of service quality on customer loyalty in PDAM Banjarnegara Regency is significantly positive. The influence of determinant of service quality on customer loyalty in PDAM Banjarnegara Regency is 72%. customer loyalty in PDAM Kabupaten Banjarnegara is influenced by the quality of services available. Abstract

ABSTRACT Online Registration Application (APDOL) is an online-based health service innovation developed by Wangaya Hospital, in order to provide convenience for the public to access various health services at Wangaya Hospital. However, in its application there are still problemsMrelated to the lack of people who use, but it is also limited to be accessed and experienced an error system.. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques such as observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study related to the quality of the online-based health service system through the Online Registration Application (APDOL) at the Wangaya Hospital which was analyzed with 10 service quality indicators not yet fully said to be of good quality or well-organized, because there were still problems with some of the indicators related to conditions of facilities and infrastructure, responsiveness, limited access and communication in supporting the delivery of quality services Keywords: Online Registration Application (APDOL), Wangaya Hospital, Service Quality.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The Denpasar City of Department of transportation is one of the institutions in Bali Province that apply the testing transportation using pick-up service system. The application ofathis systemais aimed toamakeaeasierafor theapeopleato testatheir vehicleaandareduce the traffic jam in technical implementation unit. The innovation of this program begun in 2016.However, in its application thereaareastillaproblemsarelatedato the lackaof socialization and uneven cars of testing in Denpasar. Thisaresearchauseda qualitativeadescriptiveamethodatheadataacollectionatechniquesaareaobservation,interview and documentation. It is showed from six criterias that used for that system, it still faces some problems for each indicators.Related to the effectiveness of vehicle testing, time efficiency, human resource efficiency, adequacy in overcoming vehicle queue problems and employee responsiveness. Abstract

ABSTRACT Regulation the Regent of Tabanan Number 24 on 2018th concerning the Action Plan Tourism Models for developing a tourist village in the Nikosake area. This policy aims to create new economic generator and develop existing potential in western Tabanan especially in Belimbing Village. This study has purpose is tokfindkoutjhow thee development of Belimbing Tourism Village based on the Action Models of Tourism Models so as to provide social and economic change for the community. This study based on Van Meters and Van Horn theory about Policy Implementation and the results of this policy research in Belimbing Village have achieved good results in several indicators such as standards and targets, characteristics of organizations, organizations communication, and condition of social, economic, and political, but not maximal on resource indicators, characteristics of implementing organizations, and their attitudes. Abstract

ABSTRACT Denpasar city is currently trying to protect negilited childern to get the same protection as general children. Therefore, through synergy between Social Service of the Bali Province, Social Service of Denpasar City and Sayangi Bali Foundation are expected to be able to give the best handling for negilited children in the Denpasar City. This research used descriptive qualitiatif method with data collection techniques1 in the form of observation1, interviews1 and documentation1. This research looks how the synergys between Social Service of the Bali Province, Social Service of Denpasar City and Sayangi Bali Foundation in handling negilited childern in Denpasar City by using Najiyati’s synergy indicators consisting of communication and coordination. The result shows that the synergys it’s been going well based on communication and coordination indicators. But there are still a few things need to be improved, so the synergy can run more optimally. Keywords : Synergy, Negilited Childern, Child Protection.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Badung Anti Plastic Bag Program (BATIK) is an innovation program that aims to reduce single use plastic bags in Badung Regency according to the concept of local wisdom. The aim of this research is to find out the implementation of BATIK Program based on local wisdom in an effort to reduce plastic waste in Badung Regency, especially in Sempidi Village. This research is descriptive qualitative with observation, interviews, and documentation. The output of the research are based on an analysis with four implementation indicators of Edward III shows this program has not been implemented or running well because there are problems in indicators such as communication and outreach among the public are not optimal, lack of adequate budget and facilities, consideration to the addition of labor and wages and there is no absolute consequences regulations in the Sempidi Traditional Village.
