Companies in choosing the funding structure is filled with the financing needs of its own capital (equity) or filled with foreign capital (debt) must consider a variety of factors. Asset structure, profitability, and dividend policy are several factors that affect the decision making structure of the financing company. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of the structure of assets, profitability, and dividend policy on the funding structure of the banking industry are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The study was conducted on 22 samples of banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange using time series data from 2008 to 2012 and cross section called the pooling of data. The variables used are the structure of assets, profitability, and dividend policy as independent variables and the dependent variable funding structure. This study uses linear regression and multiple regression analysis to see the contribution of each variable individually and simultaneously to affect the structure of the funding is used to finance the operations of the company. The results show that the structure of assets has a more significant effect on the funding structure of the banking industry than profitability and dividend policy. This means that the asset structure is a better yardstick in assessing the company funding decisions based on this research. The test results also showed that the structure of assets, profitability, and dividend policy simultaneously influence on the structure of the banking industry funding.

In this study, the authors raised the heading "Factors Affecting Money Supply In Indonesia Period 1991-2010". This was raised because of the money supply has increased each year, while growth fluctuates, therefore, the authors are interested in analyzing what factors wrote that influence the money supply in Indonesia. The main objective of this study was to determine the effect of gross domestic product (GDP), SBI rates and gross domestic fixed capital formation on the money supply. The study was conducted in Indonesia by using secondary data with time series 1991-2010, which is sourced from the central body of statistics (BPS) and Bank Indonesia (BI). Data analysis model is equation econometric model with Ordinary Least Square method (OLS) by using SPSS 16 as a data processor of research. Based on estimates, that peroduk gross domestic product (GDP) and gross domestic fixed capital formation and significant positive effect on the money supply in Indonesia. The SBI rates negative and statistically significant on the money supply in Indonesia.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada kantor Penanaman Modal Kabupaten Deli Serdang dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada kantor Penanaman Modal Kabupaten Deli Serdang.Penelitian ini bersifat deskriftip kuantitatif yaitu menarik kesimpulan dan menguji hubungan atau pengaruh dari ke dua variabel. Cara pengumpulan data yang dilakukan penulis adalah menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden yakni pegawai kantor Penanaman Modal Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan tehnik statistik, tehnik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner (angket). Dan kemudian hasil penelitian ini akan diolah sedemikian rupa dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi produk moment. Kemudian dilakukan pengujian hipotesis dengan membandingkan nilai thit masing-masing koefisien regresi dengan nilai ttab sesuai dengan tingkat signifikansi yang digunakan.Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah hubungan variabel kualitas layanan (X) dengan variabel kepuasan konsumen (Y) bersifat positif, sebesar rxy = 0,894. Dan hipotesis yang dirumuskan dalam penelitian ini dapat diterima kebenarannya atau ada pengaruh dari kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada kantor Penanaman Modal Kabupaten Deli Serdang.

Service is how far the difference between reality and expectations of the customer for the services they receive. Quality of care can be determined by comparing the perceptions of customers for services with the services they receive. The product quality is the level of characteristics that can be measured the extent to which a product or service to meet the tastes and needs of consumers. Consumer satisfaction can be created if the goods or services can reach or exceed what customers expect. From the above definition it can be seen the role of service and quality of products is very necessary for the company to give satisfaction to the consumer so that the company in the eyes of the company. So it can be concluded that the quality of service that is effective and excellent product quality to provide customer satisfaction.This study aims to determine how much influence the quality of service and water quality to customer satisfaction of PDAM Tirtanadi Branch Tuasan Medan. The population in this study are all customers of PDAM Tirtanadi Branch Tuasan Medan. And the sample in this study is limited only 101 subscribers of PDAM Tirtanadi Branch Tuasan Medan.Data collection techniques in this study is a list of questions (questionnaire) and study documentation of PDAM Tirtanadi Branch Tuasan Medan. And data analysis techniques used are simple correlation, t-test coefficients f and simple.From the results of the simple correlation is known that the correlation coefficient obtained from the quality of service is 0.199. It shows the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction. Then the correlation coefficient obtained from the water quality is 0.226. It shows the influence of water quality on customer satisfaction. Then the existence of a significant effect between service quality and water quality to customer satisfaction of PDAM Tirtanadi Branch Tuasan Medan. Based on the values obtained significant F test sig. 0.009 ( sig. 0.009 > α 0.05 ), thus H0 accepted. With the conclusion of the existence of a significant effect between service quality and water quality to customer satisfaction of PDAM Tirtanadi Branch Tuasan Medan.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the development has an impact on the productivity of employees. Which is the object of this research is PT. Karya Plasindo Medan which is a manufacturing company that produces vacuum forming plastic bags and plastic bag and HD-PE plastic food and beverage. From the discussion conducted in this study, the positive results obtained between variables X (development) to variable Y (productivity) with the results of the correlation coefficient of 0.92. This means that there is the effect of the development on the productivity of employees at PT. Karya Plasindo Medan.

Kebijakan pemerintah dalam menaikkan Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM), mengakibatkan sebagian besar kondisi hidup masyarakat mengalami keterpurukan terutamanya masyarakat miskin. Ini disebabkan terjadinya kenaikan biaya-biaya kebutuhan dasar masyarakat seperti biaya pendidikan, kesehatan, transportasi dan kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari. Data Indef dan SHR memperlihatkan jumlah orang miskin di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan menjadi sebesar 18,7 % dari 16,7 % (Penelitian 2005). Walaupun pemerintah memberikan kompensasi kenaikan BBM salah satunya melalui Subsidi Langsung Tunai, tetap tidak memberikan dampak positif bagi perbaikan kondisi hidup masyarakat miskin. Hasil penelitian di Kecamatan Medan Labuhan, memperlihatkan pendistribusian Subsidi Langsung Tunai tidak memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap perbaikan kondisi hidup mereka. Adapun efisiensi pendistribusian anggaran dana Subsidi Langsung Tunai terhadap masyarakat miskin di Kecamatan Medan Labuhan melalui tiga tahap senantiasa mengalami selisih, sebab dana yang tersedia dengan realisasi dana yang didistribusikan sering mengalami kelebihan akibat ada sebagian besar masyarakat tidak mendapatkan Subsidi Langsung Tunai. Sedangkan kondisi masyarakat sebelum dan sesudah menerima Subsidi Langsung Tunai kondisi kehidupan rumah tangga mereka tidak berobah atau tetap miskin.

Activity Based Costing System is an accounting information system that implements the concepts of accounting activity to produce more accurate cost. Activity-based cost calculation is costing approach that charge resources to cost objects such as products, services, or customer based activities undertaken for the cost objects. Deli Serdang Hospital in determining the basic price is still using the traditional cost accounting. This system is not suitable for the calculation of the cost of products such as hospitals that have diversified (diversity) high product thus providing cost information is distorted. Determination of the basic price no longer reflects the specific activity because of the many categories of indirect and likely to remain (fixed). The results showed that there are differences in the magnitude of the cost in the determination of the rates of hospitalization services with traditional methods and Activity Based Costing System. Compared with traditional methods, Activity Based Costing System provides greater results. This happens because the loading overhead on each product is charged on many cost driver, so that the application of Activity Based Costing System has been able to allocate costs to each room activity hospitalization appropriately based on the consumption of each activity.

Micro enterprise is a business that is run by individuals with limited capital and small-scale businesses, selling goods is limited to certain. Micro-businesses generate income Indonesia the third largest community, which shows micro businesses have to absorb the amount of labor that is high enough.But a lot of things that cause difficulty in the growth of micro-enterprises. The amount of competition that causes micro-enterprises are often under pressure so it is difficult to develop. This study aims to know the condition of micro enterprises that focuses on community-managed businesses and are in residential areas such as shops, kiosks and stalls. Seeing the condition of the existing micro-enterprises and the results can serve as guidelines to overcome the problems that occur so that micro businesses can grow and thrive. The using of research method is a survey research to know the condition and ability of micro-enterprises in developing the business and see what obstacles that hinder the development of micro-enterprises. The research of population is micro businesses, such as shops, kiosks and shops belonging to people who are in residential areas in five subdistrict of Medan. Questionnaire, interview and observation data collection techniques are used. The research of data were analyzed by using a single frequency tables and descriptive analysis.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor budaya terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam pembelian Kartu Mentari. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor pribadi terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam pembelian Kartu Mentari, untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor sosial terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam pembelian Kartu Mentari dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor psikologis terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam pembelian Kartu Mentari.Tehnik analisis data yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif yaitu suatu proses penganalisaan serta pengelompokan, kemudian diinterpretasikan sehingga akan diperoleh gambaran yang sebenarnya tentang masalah yang diteliti. Selanjutnya dalam menganalisis data hasil jawaban responden digunakan statistik deskriptif. Selanjutnya dilakukan Analisis Faktor. Analisis Faktor bertujuan untuk menemukan suatu cara meringkas informasi yang ada dalam variabel asli (awal) menjadi satu set dimensi baru atau variate (faktor).Dari hasil analisis terlihat bahwa nilai KMO MSA (Keiser Meyer Olkin Measure of Sampling Adequacy) pada tabel adalah 0,525. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa instrumen valid karena nilai KMO MSA (Keiser Meyer Olkin Measure of Sampling Adequacy) melebihi batas signifikansi 0,50. Selain itu, Bartlett’s Test of Sphericity menunjukkan nilai 443,762 dengan signifikansi 0,000 sehingga dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa instrumen cukup valid.

Competence is the basic characteristic of a person who allows an employee / employees expend maximum performance on the job. Human resources is a factor of the crisis (crusial factor) that can determine life and death reciprocation of a business.The low quality of human resources led to the fall of the effectiveness of employer / employee, which indirectly cause a drop in morale. Declining morale will have an impact on organizational climate will affect whether or not the goal is achieved and the effectiveness of organizations that have been planned.The formulation in this study is "How big Effects of Human Resource Competency Against Employee Effectiveness at PT. Kawasan Wisata Pantai Cermin Theme Park & Resort Hotel. The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the competence of the Human Resources Employee Effectiveness at PT. Kawasan Wisata Pantai Cermin Theme Park & Resort Hotel. The method used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative analysis.
