This research aims to determine implementation of Afzalur Rahman’s idea based the al-‘adl concept to improving consumer satisfaction. This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenology approach at CV Sinar Permai in Konawe Southeast Sulawesi. The results showed that production mechanisms in the company’s involve the process of material handling, skidding, and transferring. Implementation of production based ‘adl concept has been applied with the values of fairness in all production activities, start from the provision of raw materials, production processes, including use of manpower in production activities. The implementation of production to improving customer satisfaction is to provide assurance of security, comfort, quality of service, and ensure the production of products received by consumers.

This study aims to examine the halal business opportunities, challenges and solutions in Indonesia. This research uses descriptive qualitative method by using documentation data in the form of books, reports from official institutions such as BPS, OJK, BI, Ministry of Trade, Kemenpan and scientific journals. The results of a study of several literatures found that Indonesia actually has a huge opportunity to become the center of the world's halal business. This can be seen from several indicators between the high level of the Muslim population and the high level of consumption. However, the attitude of business actors who tend to be unaware, pursue more profits, lack of government attention, protect business players more than consumers, the low public response to halal products is a major obstacle. The main solution is to accelerate the application of the JPH Law as a legal umbrella, awareness of entrepreneurs and business people, by making halal certification a part of excellent service, and community support.

The year 2023 is the deadline for sharia business units to decide on the business strategy to be carried out. This study aims to determine alternative strategies that can be carried out by sharia business units in accelerating business growth. The approach taken in this paper is a mixture of qualitative and quantitative approaches. A qualitative approach using SWOT analysis and interviews. While the quantitative approach using ARIMA. The ARIMA results show that no sharia business unit can achieve a 50% share of assets from its parent bank. This shows the spin-off strategy as mandated by the law needs to be evaluated. Alternative strategies that can be done is conversion, where there are already two banks that do this strategy. Also, another alternative strategy that can be taken is a merger between Islamic business units. Another alternative strategy is the acquisition of sharia business units by established sharia full-fledged banks.

The phenomenon of retirement customers' decision to take over debts from conventional financial institutions to Islamic finance continues to increase, indicating a change in customer paradigm, predicted due to several factors including financing margin factors. This article explains the extent to which financing margins affect the decision of retired customers to take over from conventional banks to Islamic banking. This study uses a quantitative method with an analysis unit of 161 retired clients who have filled the questionnaire with multi-stage sampling. The results of the study show that murabaha financing margins have a positive and significant effect on the decision making of retired customers in the taking over of financing. This means that good financing margins have great potential to bring retired customers from conventional banks. Thus, this result has implications for marketers and policy makers that retired customers decide based on potential financing products.

Eksistensi Pertumbuhan Laba pada Perusahaan di Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) (Tahun 2016-2018) Sofhian Sofhian

This study aims to determine the partial profit growth of company stock prices (companies registered in the Jakarta Islamic Index - JII). The article is the result of stock analysis and annual financial statements of companies that enter the 2016-2018 Jakarta Islamic Index, by using a quantitative research. The sample used was obtained from 90 Jakarta Islamic Index companies using the simple regression analysis method. From the results of the hypothesis test, the variable earnings growth showed no significant effect on stock prices at companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). From the results of partial testing between earnings growth variables and stock price variables, the T count is smaller than the T table with a value of 0.436 <1.987 and a sig value of 0.664 is greater than 0.05. Therefore, it can be said that the profit growth variable does not have a significant effect on stock prices. According to the researchers, this occurs because there are other influences, one of which is the fluctuation of the rupiah exchange rate against foreign currencies.

Abstract This study analyzes women's leadership in order to find out how women's leadership in the world of entrepreneurship. The results showed that women always prioritized interpersonal relations, communication, workers' motivation, task-oriented, and more oriented to comparison with men who were more concerned with aspects of strategic design and analysis. A leader today is not only from men, but women are also able to become leaders. In contrast to ancient times, now women are not just homemakers and no longer dominate under men. The concept of gender equality can be accepted by society: women and men as equals.

Uang panai’ merupakan suatu budaya khas (kearifan lokal) yang dimiliki oleh suku Bugis-Makassar dalam melaksanakan perkawinan. Pentingnya kedudukan uang panai’ dalam adat perkawinan Bugis-Makassar berwujud menjadi suatu kewajiban bagi pihak laki-laki untuk diserahkan kepada pihak perempuan, dan bisa menjadi penyebab batalnya perkawinan apabilah tidak ada kesepakatan di antara kedua belah pihak tentang jumlahnya uang panai’. Tulisan ini hadir untuk mendeskripsikan fenomena uang panai’ sebagai modal investasi dalam masyarakat Bugis-Makassar. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif berbasis kepada field research dengan pendekatan interdisipliner (ekonomi, sosial dan budaya). Hasil penelitian ini mendeskripsikan bahwa fenomena uang panai’ dijadikan investasi sebagai suatu solusi atas penggunaan uang panai’ dalam pesta/resepsi perkawinan secara berlebih-lebihan (mubazzir). Walaupun fenomena ini masih kontradiktif di kalangan para ahli dan tokoh masyarakat.

Dinamika Mombolasuako di Sulawesi Tenggara: Perspektif Hukum Islam : Ipandang

This article examines the dynamics of the mombolasuako that emerge in Coastal Tolaki society of Southeast Sulawesi in the perspective of Islamic law. This dinamics was triggered by actions that come out of the traditions of Coastal Tolaki community. Where this society has a strict marriage tradition by holds fast to the principle of "married close to a close family" (endogamy). Even the costs incurred are very large. Therefore, this article was used a normative and sociological approach to explain the dynamics and paradigmatics of mombolasuako marriages. This article found that the mombolasuako action arises because it is formed from the paradigmatic side of the Tolaki community which was relatively incompatible with marital customs. In fact, from the perspective of Islamic law, mombolasuako is an action that falls into the category of sadd az-zariah actions, in which are: actions that originally had benefits, but instead led to obstructions.

Ngadi Wunu Wunungo: Akulturasi Islam dan Budaya Gorontalo dalam Tadarus Al-Quran Mustaqimah Hikam

This paper focuses on the ngadi wunu wunungo tradition as an acculturation of Islam and Gorontalonese culture in the Qur'anic tadarus in Bone Bolango district. This study used the qualitative method by employing the approach of living the Quran, sociology, culture, and da'wah. The research used interviews, observation, and documentation of the ngadi wunu wunungo tradition. The data sources were the ulama, traditional leaders, community leaders, and participants of ngadi wunu wunungo in Bone Bolango. Findings; Empirical data in the field shows Islam's acculturation and Gorontalo culture in the ngadi wunu wunungo tradition. This is evident from its form, which is a combination of tadarus Al-Qur'an interspersed with the praise of Allah SWT, Sholawat Nabi, Gorontalo poetry, which contains advice and is voiced in a tone that screeched high and buzzed. The research empirically shows that the implementation of ngadi wunu wunungo is a da'wah that must be carried out in Dutch colonialism by ulama and traditional leaders, making this cultural acculturation.
