Abstract

CV. Toedjoe Sinar Group merupakan salah satu percetakan di Samarinda dan bergerak di bidang digital printing dengan beragam produk, tidak hanya fokus pada strategi yang mengutamakan produk, tetapi juga melakukan strategi yang mengutamakan pelanggan. Hal ini diperlukan untuk mengetahui perilaku pelanggan sehingga akan membantu dalam penerapan strategi pemasaran yang tepat untuk meningkatkan pendapatan perusahaan. 8020 data transaksi pelanggan dari Bulan Januari hingga Maret tahun 2022 digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Pemodelan data yang digunakan dalam pengelompokan pelanggan adalah RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) dan teknik data mining dengan menggunakan metode clustering menggunakan algoritma k-means yang terdiri dari business understanding, data understanding, data preparation, modeling, evaluation, dan deployment. Menentukan jumlah cluster dengan mencari nilai K menggunakan metode elbow dan hasil nilai k = 7 sehingga cluster yang digunakan sebanyak 7 cluster dan cluster terbaik = 5 dengan nilai rata-rata recency 0,0, frequency 140,33 dan monetary 43328833.Kata kunci: Algoritma K-Means, Model RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary), Python, Segmentasi Pelanggan

Abstract

Forecasting is an attempt to predict future conditions by testing past data. This forecasting is carried out on corn harvest results based on previous corn harvest data including land area, harvest area, and productivity, using the Backpropagation Artificial Neural Network forecasting system. Because the amount of corn harvest data in Sumenep Regency is very complex and changing, the backpropagation method is very suitable to be applied because it is able to handle complex and changing data. The data used in this study were collected from the book “Sumenep in Figures”. The corn production data used were from 2011 to 2023. The results of the study showed that in the scenario of varying the number of learning rates with values of 0.001, 0.2, 0.4, and 0.8, it was found that the smaller the learning rate in the Backpropagation Artificial Neural Network, the better the MSE value in the validation process. The MSE value from the results of testing learning rates of 0.001, 0.2, 0.4, and 0.8 is 0.008998. In the scenario of varying the number of iterations of 100, 500, and 1000, it is concluded that the more iterations in the Backpropagation Neural Network training, the better the MSE value in the validation process. The prediction results in the 2024 corn harvest test showed good and accurate results with a predicted value per June of 336 tons and a monthly error value of 0.0256 so that the prediction results were higher than the actual data.Keywords: ANN, Backpropagation, Forcasting System, Maize.

Abstract

Pindad Turen General Hospital has implemented a hospital management information system (SIMRS) since 2018. However, some users still complain of dissatisfaction with the system. One important factor affecting the successful implementation and use of information technology is user readiness. The level of user readiness in accepting information technology greatly affects the success or failure of the application of the technology. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach with a sample of 36 SIMRS users at RSU Pindad Turen. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires to collect information about SIMRS user perceptions, as well as observations of the system. The variables were measured using dimensions of the Technology Acceptance Model (Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, attitude toward using, behavioral intention, and actual usage). The data obtained was analyzed quantitatively and the results are presented in table form. The study results show the average values for the dimensions of Perceived Ease of Use (3.08), Perceived Usefulness (2.87), attitude toward using (2.67), behavioral intention (3.01), and actual usage (2.89). User perceptions of SIMRS indicate that the system is running well, but still needs improvement due to several shortcomings. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the existing information system and further socialize it to officers who use SIMRS. This evaluation aims to measure the benefits of SIMRS implementation and identify potential problems faced by the hospital.Keywords: Evaluation, Technology, Hospital, SIMRS, TAM.

Abstract

This dtudy aims to determine the comparison of the performance of two methods, namely K-Means and K-Medoids. The performance of both is based on Sum Square Error (SSE) value. Both methods were used to group geothermal hotspot data on the island of Kalimantan. The geothermal point dataset used was obtained from the official NASA website. The parameters used are latitude, longitude, bright_ti4, scan, track, bright_ti5 and frp. In this study, it was carried out with variation in the value of k = 2, 3, 4, ...,12. Then the Elbow method was used to determine the optimal cluster of both methods. Based on the results, K-means provides greater group variation and better SSE values than the K-Medoids method on the optimal number of clusters. However, overall the results showed that K-Medoids had a better average SSE value than K-Means.Keywords: Clustering, K-Means, K-Medoids, Geothermal Hotspot

Abstract

The information technology development in current digital era, brings changes and fast and accurate access to information in all aspects of human life, including tourism news as one example. In deciding to go on vacation to a place, tourists need references to tourist attractions, one of which is through online articles. This makes it easier for tourists to find references through tourism news portals using search engines. Spelling correction is the most common way to identify and provide suggestions or ideas for misspelled words in a text. Spelling correction can be used to correct spelling errors from Indonesian queries entered into tourism articles. The Levenshtein Distance method is one method that can be used to correct spelling errors caused by typing errors so that the results given do not match the existing query (keywords). This method works by creating a matrix to measure the amount of difference between two string s. The results of this study indicate that the use of the Levenshtein Distance method in correcting word spelling is very good with a precision value of 1.0 and a recall of 0.89.Keywords: Indonesian language, Spelling Correction, Levenshtein Distance

Abstract

Various industries have started using e-cashier systems as a result of advances in information technology. Although e-cashier speeds up the transaction process, there are still important issues related to data security, system integration, and good inventory management. Lack of knowledge about the application of appropriate technology and system limitations in handling large transaction volumes are major problems in implementing this system. The purpose of this study is to create an e-cashier system based on information technology, RN Gallery is a company engaged in printing and advertising, in the financial transaction process still uses manual methods that are time-consuming and prone to errors. The system that is running in the recording process each uses weekly or monthly notes and reports recorded in the ledger. Recording orders, calculating prices, and payments are still done manually. The Waterfall method is used in software development. This method was chosen because it can provide structured and clear steps for system design and implementation. The results of the analysis carried out using the PIECE method, where the main problems that need to be fixed are found Renewability. Combining the e-cashier system with real-time inventory management and improving the data security system. This study also offers knowledge about the implementation of a more efficient and secure e-cashier system and evaluates how effective the Waterfall method and PIECES method are in creating an e-cashier system. Abstract

In the rapidly advancing digital era, the use of information technology has become increasingly important in improving administrative management and public services, including at the village level. However, in Pagelak Village, administrative processes such as letter creation and complaint handling are still conducted manually, requiring residents to visit and queue at the village office. This leads to inefficiencies, particularly in terms of the time required to complete administrative tasks. Therefore, the aim of this research is to design and develop a web-based village information system that can improve efficiency in administrative processes and public services. The developed system includes important features such as population data management, correspondence services, and community complaint management. Data sources for this research were obtained from literature studies, direct observations, and interviews with village officials and residents. The research method includes problem identification, data collection stages, system analysis and design, system implementation, and system testing. This study produces a web-based village information system for Pagelak Village that helps reduce queues, waiting times, and improves responsiveness in handling complaints. Testing the system using the Black Box method, which includes 14 points, yielded a 100% result, indicating that the system functions well. The implementation results show that the village information system has improved the efficiency and effectiveness of village administration services, thereby contributing to the enhancement of public service quality in Pagelak Village.Keywords: Public Service Administration, Web-Based, Pagelak Village, Information System

Abstract

A web-based student admission information system is designed to address issues in the new student admission process at SMP N 3 Samigaluh, transforming the manual registration process into an integrated digital system. The research methods include data collection, needs analysis, system design, implementation, and system testing. The collected data is processed to determine the appropriate system requirements for a web-based admission system at SMP N 3 Samigaluh. The results of this research on the web-based student admission information system at SMP N 3 Samigaluh show that the system is designed to address various issues in the new student admission process. Through this system's development, the school can manage applicant data more effectively and conduct the selection process more transparently, which can enhance public trust in the school. The testing process in this research involves User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with prospective students and the SMP N 3 Samigaluh administration by running scenarios during the UAT. The testing results show that the web-based admission system is expected to bring significant benefits in terms of time efficiency, accuracy, and ease of information access, as well as improve the quality of the school's administrative services as a whole. Implementation results indicate a significant increase in operational efficiency, with automation features that reduce human error and improve data processing accuracy. Abstract

PT. Sinar Indrapura Anugerah Khatulistiwa is a company that operates in the gas sales sector and hires 30 employees every year. Based on the results of the interview, this company agreed to use a decision support system to support the employee recruitment process to avoid subjective factors that are detrimental to job seekers and the company. The decision support system will be built using the MOORA method because this method has a simple and easy to understand concept and provides precise and accurate results to support decision making, is easy to implement and has a high level of sensitivity to the attributes used compared to other methods. The criteria that are considered appropriate are the criteria to support the employee recruitment decision support system at PT. Sinar Indrapura Anugerah Khatulistiwa is education level, age, work experience, health, written test scores and interview scores. This research is expected to be able to design and implement a web-based employee recruitment decision support system using the MOORA method. As a result, the system was successfully designed and implemented on a web basis using the MOORA method with the results of manual calculations matching the calculation results of the system with an accuracy level of 100% so that the system was declared suitable for use as a decision support system for employee recruitment and all of its functionality was running 100%.Keywords: Decision Support System, Employee Recruitment, MOORA Method, Web

Abstract

Movieku is a free movie download and streaming service that has become a popular choice for users in Indonesia. A smooth user experience requires careful performance testing of the website. This study aims to assess whether the website operates smoothly and provides the best experience for users. Testing was conducted using two techniques: accessing the website with two different devices (a laptop and a mobile device) and comparing performance across various browser applications. The scope of testing includes evaluating website access speed using the GTMetrix tool. The performance test yielded satisfactory response times; however, some aspects of the Movieku website's performance were below average, such as the first contentful paint, which took 1.4 seconds compared to the recommended 0.9 seconds, and the largest contentful paint, which took 2.2 seconds compared to the recommended 1.2 seconds. The study results provide accurate insights into the Movieku website specifically and contribute to optimizing other websites for a smoother and more optimal user experience.
