Jurnal Ekonomi Modernisasi
Jurnal Ekonomi Modernisasi is a peer-reviewed journal that disseminates research in the fields of management and accounting. The journal publishes issues every February, June, and October. It covers a large variety of topics of management and accounting as a medium for practitioners, academics, independent researchers to publish articles that contribute to the development of science. The journal is published with fully open access. Jurnal Ekonomi Modernisasi was firstly published in printed version in 2005 (ISSN 0216-373X), but since 2016, the journal has been published online (ISSN 2502-4078). It is published by the Economics and Business Faculty, University of Kanjuruhan Malang, Indonesia. Jurnal Ekonomi Modernisasi promotes the ideas and information among researchers that have been achieved in the area of: financial management, marketing management, human resource management, behavior organizational, good governance, strategic management, entrepreneurship, management accounting, financial accounting, public sector accounting, Islamic accounting, auditing, taxation, business ethics.

The purpose of this study is to know the perceptions of the members of the community over the current organizational culture and expectations of the organizational culture members of the next 3 years. The research was conducted at Paguyuban Kios Selomangleng Kelurahan Sukorame, Kecamatan Mojoroto, Kota Kediri. This research used qualitative method with human instrument and participant observation data collection technique, and implemented organizational culture assessment instrument (OCAI) method. The results showed that the perception of members of Paguyuban Kios Selomangleng is currently in an adhocracy situation that is an organizational culture that demands innovation and initiative that can improve entrepreneurship and creativity. The hope of members of the community for the next 3 years is a market culture that is a condition where members want a competitive market culture to increase productivity and profit.

The purpose of this research to generate models of Accounting System in the form of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for guidance on the accuracy of management information for the management TPQ Al-Hidayah Dau Malang. The research phase starting from problem identification, data collection, preparation of the product, product testing (validation expert) and penyepurnaan final product. Data collection techniques that focus group discussions, observation, interview and questionnaire (questionnaire). Questionnaire as an expert validation instrument consists of four aspects, namely ratings aspects of usability, simplicity, completeness and legibility. The technique used to analyze data on the validation of scoring is to use the average value of the test. The study produced a quality system in the form of 10 SOP Flow Information Financial Recording and 8 SOP Flow of Information Management and Financial Control that shows the application of SOP has to be implemented and the feasibility of value according to user needs.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of direct and indirect motivation, work environment, well-being and participatory leadership on performance. Research conducted at the Airlangga University Library, data analysis techniques using path analysis. The number of respondents as many as 72 people. The results showed that there were four hypotheses are rejected, namely direct influence of work environment on performance, indirect influence of work environment on performance through direct influence on organizational commitment and leadership participatory on performance and influence indirectly the participatory leadership on performance through organizational commitment The findings in this research suggests that the influence of work environment and participatory leadership still hasn't been able to encourage the staff of the library to committed to the Organization, so that library staff are still not able to contribute optimal performance.

The purpose of this study to know the factors that determine the intention of purchasing green product by considering green awareness and brand image factors through the testing of causality and mediation. The study was conducted in one of the companies that produce environmentally friendly products namely Pronaturlite. Number of respondents as many as 705 consumers in the city of Bandung. The analytical technique used is path analysis through SmartPLS. The results of this study confirm the results of previous studies that show that green awareness and brand image affect the purchase intention, green awareness affects the brand image. In addition, brand image can mediate the relationship of green awareness and purchase intention. This study has implications that companies producing green products are advised to control green awareness and brand image in order to increase consumer purchase intention.

The purpose of article writing is to develop a conceptual framework of organizational learning for SMEs to create competitive advantage. Individual knowledge in organizations is the key to success in organizational learning. The application of organizational learning can be used to develop the organization through the determination of organizational design. Organizations in the learning stages should be directed to the organic organizational design as it encourages individuals to demonstrate innovative behavior, increased efficiency, effective and appropriate change applied to uncertain environments. This can create competitive advantage for SMEs.

The purpose of research to determine the factors that affect employee performance. The study is conducted at Rumah Sakit Mata Jawa Timur. Respondents numbered 70 people other than doctors. Analytical technique used is SEM PLS that test the causal relationship between variables. The results show that the performance management system and employee competence do not affect on the performance. Performance management system and employee competence affect on promotion position. Promotion position affect the performance of employees. The finding is performance management system can not improve the performance of employees if not supported by incentives to employees. Suggestions for further research to test incentive variables as variable that mediates the relationship between performance management systems and employee performance.

The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that affect job satisfaction of employees in regionally owned enterprise. Based on the background to the problem, earlier theories and researches, these factors are work environment, organizational culture and work motivation . The study was conducted at the Prodexim Regional Company of South Sulawesi. Used of 70 people as respondents. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The result of the research shows that the work environment and organizational culture has a positive effect on work motivation and job satisfaction, but motivation has no effect on job satisfaction in regionally owned enterprise of Prodexim South Sumatera. Motivation cannot role as mediation variable between work environment and organizational culture toward job satisfaction. Implication of the research that increasing employee satisfaction can be improvement through work environment and organizational culture.

Current study inspected the psychometric properties of multifactor leadership questionnaire (MLQ) in pharmaceutical sector of Pakistan. Data was collected from 370 employees working in pharmaceutical companies in Lahore region of Punjab, Pakistan. Data was analyzed by using Smart-PLS 2.0 M3 statistical software. The results of the current study demonstrated that all the leadership styles in MLQ were adequately relevant according to the Pakistani context. The results further revealed that each leadership style showed optimum internal consistency reliability, convergent validity and discriminant validity. Based on the current study results, it is highly suggested that the use of MLQ instrument would be very useful in order to measure the leadership styles in Pakistan, particularly in pharmaceutical sector.

This research aims to test the relationship between organizational resilience and organizational performance, directly and indirectly through resilient leadership. Method used survey research with quantitative approach, and path analysis to analise the influence of each variable. Findings show that organizational resilience did not influenced organizational performance directly. Instead, organizational resilience significantly influenced organizational performance through resilient leadership. Respondents prefer to choose strategic organizational resilience. This indicates that organizations already reached top level of maturity. It means that in facing crisis or threats, organizations response it by doing organizational resilience with the purpose not only back to normal, but also to become thrive (bounce forwards). The findings of this research is that organizational resilience can be enhanced by using resilient leadership.

Mastery of important information technology carried out by the taxpayer. Good technological mastery by the taxpayer will bring big benefits that are felt especially related to the time side. This study aims to analyze how much influence perceptions of usefulness, perceptions of ease to use, and mastery of information technology perceived by the taxpayer sourced by the Technology Acceptance Model developed by Davis 1993. This study is a quantitative study conducted by survey on respondents. Population in this research is all individual taxpayer in Semarang city. The number of respondents used as much as 120 respondents with sampling technique probability sampling. The result of the research shows the perception of usefulness, perception of ease to use and mastery of information technology partially affect the interest of the taxpayer to use e-filing. While the mastery of information technology can not moderate the relationship of perception of usefulness and perception of ease to use partially to the interest of using e-filing.
