Abstract

The purpose of article writing is to develop a conceptual framework of organizational learning for SMEs to create competitive advantage. Individual knowledge in organizations is the key to success in organizational learning. The application of organizational learning can be used to develop the organization through the determination of organizational design. Organizations in the learning stages should be directed to the organic organizational design as it encourages individuals to demonstrate innovative behavior, increased efficiency, effective and appropriate change applied to uncertain environments. This can create competitive advantage for SMEs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sosial media instagram dan fasilitas terhadap minat berkunjung kembali melalui kepuasan wisatawan di wisata Pantai Lon Malang. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu wisatawan yang sedang berkunjung di Pantai Lon Malang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Variabel dibagi menjadi 3 bagian diantaranya variabel eksogen: sosial media instagram dan fasilitas, serta variabel endogen: minat berkunjung kembali dan variabel intervening yaitu kepuasan wisatawan. Teknik analisis data menggunan partial least square (PLS) dengan program SmartPLSversi 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sosial media instagram (X1) dan fasilitas (X2) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali. Sosial media instagram (X1) dan fasilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan. Kepuasan wisatawan (Z) berpengaruh terhadap minat berkunjung kembali. Sosial media instagram (X1) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali melalui kepuasan wisatawan. Fasilitas (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali melalui kepuasan wisatawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dampak citra destinasi,electronic word of mouth dan keputusan berkunjung terhadap minat berkunjung kembali di desa wisata kabupaten sampang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan jumlah sampling101 Responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dengan metode Partial Least Square (SmartPLS). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian 1. Citra destinasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung. 2. Citra detinasi berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali. 3. Electronic word of mouth berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung. 4. Electronic word of mouth berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali. 5. Keputusan berkunjung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan guna menguji peran media sosial dan citra destinasi terhadap kepuasan wisatawan melalui keputusan berkunjung di desa wisata Kabupaten Sampang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan adalah wisatawan yang pernah berkunjung dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 sampel dengan menggunakan teknik sampling yaitu accidental sampling. Data dihasilkan dari penyebaran kuesioner, wawancara, dan pengamatan di lapangan. Kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan software SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel media sosial dan citra destinasi dapat secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan melalui keputusan berkunjung pada desa wisata kabupaten sampang.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are, 1). Explaining cigarette excise and tariffs, 2). Knowing the number of cigarette companies in Madura, 3). Knowing the circulation of illegal cigarettes in Madura, 4). Knowing the contribution of cigarette excise to the state, 5). Knowing the state losses from illegal cigarettes in Madura. Descriptive qualitative research method. Result 1). Excise tariffs on tobacco products have increased from year to year, 2). The growth of cigarette factories on the island of Madura is very high, 3). The circulation of illegal cigarettes in Madura is very concerning, 4). Madura cigarette excise contribution always exceeds the annual target, and 5). State losses from the circulation of illegal cigarettes in 2021 reached Rp. 3,977,436,785. The limitations of this research are the relatively short research process, the methods used and the limited number of research informants. Future researchers should use other methods with a more significant number of informants. The the oretical implication of this research is that it can add references in the field of excise, and the practical implication is that it can be used as reference material in monitoring the distribution of illegal cigarettes, which is detrimental to the state.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the influence of context in increasing interest in visiting tourists at Cypress Beach in Tuban, the influence of communication in increasing interest in visiting Cypress Tuban Beach, the influence of collaboration in increasing interest in visiting Cypress Tuban Beach, the influence of connection in increasing interest in tourist visits to Tuban cypress beach. This research was conducted using quantitative methods. Meanwhile, the sampling technique uses an accidental sampling technique which is then analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis based on Partial Least Square (PLS).  The hypothesis of this research is: Context has an influence in increasing tourist interest in visiting Cemara Beach, Tuban. Communication has an influence in increasing tourist interest in visiting Cemara Beach, Tuban. Collaboration has an influence in increasing tourist interest in visiting Cemara Beach, Tuban. Connection has an influence in increasing tourist interest in visiting Cemara Beach, Tuban. The research conclusions of this study are (1) Context has no influence on tourist interest in visiting. (2) Communication has no influence on tourist interest in visiting. (3) Collaboration has an influence on tourist interest in visiting. (4) Connection has an influence on tourist interest in visiting.

Abstract

Quality costs are all costs incurred to handle a product quality problem. Profitability is the company's ability to earn profits from total assets sales and own capital. The objectives of this research are to recognize and analyze the effect of prevention costs on the company's profitability, to know and analyze the valuation costs effect on the company's profitability, to know and analyze the internal failure costs effect on the company's profitability, to know and analyze the effect of external failure costs on the company's profitability. Data analysis techniques in this study used validity and reliability tests to test the accuracy of research measuring instruments and measure the consistency of a series of measurements. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to determine whether there is an effect of prevention costs, assessment costs, internal failure costs, and external failure costs on the level of profitability. The model of the relationship between the level of profitability and these variables can be arranged in functions or equations. Based on the simultaneous/joint test that external failure costs have a large influence on the level of profitability. The product quality regression results have a value of 3,716 and an F count value (of 16,217), and the F table (3,111) with a significance level (0,000 <0.05). it explains that the company will be helped by the existence of projected goals and helps to manage all cost activities and redesign the mistakes that occur in the company. In addition, the company makes decisions about all cost events that will occur. Furthermore, the company always wants the existing costs in the company to be utilized efficiently

Abstract

Pengabdian ini berfokus pada pengembangan produk herbal Ratoh untuk meningkatkan pendapatan petani rempah di Desa Bunten Barat, Kecamatan Ketapang, Kabupaten Sampang. Pengabdian berlangsung di kelompok tani aeng lestari yang berada di sebuah Desa, Bunten Barat Kecamatan Ketapang Kabupaten Sampang. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada bulan September 2024. Tahap kegiatan terdiri dari persiapan dalam bentuk pengamatan terhadap kondisi awal kelompok tani aeng lestari, tahap penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pemanfaatan hasil pelatihan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk jamu dengan melakukan pengemasan secara baik serta melakukan pengembangan produk. Pengandian ini melibatkan pengenalan alat modern seperti mesin pengaduk dan pengepres untuk membantu kelompok tani dalam mengolah dan mengemas produk herbal secara lebih efektif. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan dalam proses pengemasan produk yang lebih cepat dan bermanfaat bagi kelompok tani aeng lestari. Peningkatan pengetahuan para anggota kelompok tani sebesar 62,98%.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Pencemaran plastik telah menjadi permasalahan lingkungan yang serius di banyak negara, termasuk Indonesia. Sampah plastik yang terakumulasi di lingkungan berdampak buruk bagi ekosistem dan kesehatan masyarakat. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, diperlukan upaya pengolahan sampah plastik yang efektif dan berkelanjutan. Salah satu solusi yang dapat diterapkan adalah penggunaan mesin pencacah plastik di tingkat masyarakat. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan diseminasi mesin pencacah plastik yang dilaksanakan di Desa Taddan, Kecamatan Camplong, Kabupaten Sampang, Jawa Timur. Metode: Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi selama kegiatan diseminasi. Hasil: Evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas 84% peserta belum pernah mengikuti kegiatan sosialisasi pengolahan limbah dan 53% peserta sedikit familiar dengan mesin pencacah plastik. Lebih lanjut, sebanyak 74% peserta merasa kegiatan ini sangat berguna dan perlu dilakukan kegiatan serupa di masa depan. Namun, kendala utama masyarakat untuk merealisasikan usaha pengolahan sampah plastik terletak pada kurangnya pengetahuan teknis (68%) dan sangat penting nya peran pemerintah (89%) dalam mewujudkan usaha tersebut. Kesimpulan: Kegiatan diseminasi ini diharapkan dapat mempromosikan adopsi teknologi pengolahan sampah plastik berbasis masyarakat dan mendorong terwujudnya ekonomi sirkular yang berkelanjutan di Desa Taddan.

Abstract

This study was undertaken at Kampoeng Durian Tourism, Tebul Timur Village, Pegantenan Subdistrict, Pamekasan Regency. One of the excursions in Pamekasan Regency, Kampoeng Durian Tourism, combines elements of agrotourism and hills. The extant problems are fluctuations or increase and decrease in annual visitors caused by the tour's facilities and infrastructure. This research aimed to determine the effect of facilities on visiting decisions, the effect of facilities on visitor satisfaction, the effect of visiting decisions on visitor satisfaction, and the effect of facilities on visitor satisfaction as an intervening variable. The data was collected through interviews, questionnaire distribution, and literature reviews. In this study, 96 individuals were sampled using a non-probability, non-probability sampling approach and data was analysed using regression and path analysis. The findings of this study indicated that 1) Facilities had a direct effect on visiting decisions. 2) Facilities had a direct effect on visitor satisfaction. 3) visiting decisions had a  direct effect on visitor satisfaction. 4) Facilities had a indirect effect on visitor satisfaction through visiting decisions as an Intervening Variable
