Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kreativitas siswa dan komuniaksi interpersonal dalam proses pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan September 2014 di SMP N 5 X Koto Singkarak yang beralamat di nagari Koto Sani, Kecamatan X Koto Singkarak, Kabupaten Solok. Jumlah populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 95 siswa dan jumlah sampel yang diambil adalah semua populasi yang disebut dengan penelitian populasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling. Hasil belajar siswa diperoleh dari data yang ada di sekolah sedangkan kreativitas siswa dan komunikasi interpersonal dalam proses pembelajaran diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuisioner atau angket yang telah diujicobakan terlebih dahulu. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis induktif yang terdiri dari uji kelayakan model, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat (1) Pengaruh yang signifikan positif antara kreativitas siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS di SMPN 5 X Koto Singkarak, terlihat dari sebesar 7,724 > sebesar 1,6614 dengan sig 0,000 < α 0,05. (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan positif antara komunikasi interpersonal dalam proses pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS di SMP N 5 X Koto Singkarak terlihat dari nilai sebesar 4,584 > sebesar 1,6614 dengan sig 0,000 < α 0,05. (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Kreativitas siswa dan Komunikasi interpersonal dalam proses pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS di SMP N 5 X Koto Singkarak. Hal ini disimpulkan dari perolehan nilai 3,10 dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < = 0,05. Dengan demikian, penulis menyarankan kepada guru serta siswa agar meningkatkan kreativitas siswa dan memperbaiki komunikasi interpersonal dalam proses pembelajaran sehingga dapat mengoptimalkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS di SMP 5 N X Koto Singkarak.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze : 1 ) The effect of achievement motivation toward learning accounting class XI student of SMK N 1 Painan . 2 ) The effect of climate on learning achievement accounting class XI student of SMK N 1 Painan . 3 ) The effect of students perceptions of teacher competence on accounting students learning achievement of class XI SMK N 1 Painan . 4 ) The effect of Motivation Learning , Classroom Climate and Student Perceptions About Teacher Competency Achievement Against Accounting Students of class XI SMK N 1 Painan . This research is a descriptive study associative . The study population was all students in class XI SMK N 1 Painan numbered 300 people . Sampling technique with proportional random sampling with a sample size of 172 people . Data analysis techniques : descriptive analysis and inductive. Hasil analysis showed that: First, motivation to learn and a significant positive effect on learning achievement accounting class XI student of SMK N 1 Painan , which is indicated by the value of the coefficient of 0.270 . Value of this coefficient is significant because tcount 3,015 > 1,653 ttable with significant value 0.003 < α = 0.05 , then reject H0 and accept Ha . This means that if the motivation to learn to ride one percent , then the learning achievement Accounting will increase by 0,270 units . Secondly, Climate class significant and positive impact on the learning achievement of students of class XI accounting SMK N 1 Painan , which is indicated by the value of the coefficient of 0.260 . Value of this coefficient is significant because tcount 2.627 > 1.653 and significant ttable 0.009 < α = 0.05 , then reject H0 and accept Ha . This means that if the classroom climate rose one percent , then the learning achievement Accounting will increase by 0,260 units . Third, students perception of teacher competency significant and positive impact on learning achievement accounting class XI student of SMK N 1 Painan , which is indicated by the value of the coefficient of 0.143 . Value of this coefficient is significant because tcount , 3,994 > 1,653 ttable with significant value of 0.000 < α = 0.05 , then reject H0 and accept Ha . This means that if the classroom climate rose one percent , then the learning achievement Accounting will increase by 0.143 units . Fourth, learning motivation , classroom climate and students perceptions of teacher competence simultaneously positive and significant impact on learning achievement accounting class XI student of SMK N 1 Painan , which is indicated by the value of F 96.531 > F 3.05 and significant value 0.000 < α = 0 , 05 , then reject H0 and accept Ha . That is the motivation of learning , classroom climate and students perceptions of teacher competence is able to influence the variance in learning achievement was 63.3 % and the rest is explained by other variables

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh media pembelajaran dan penguatan guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas X di SMA Semen Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif asosiatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X Sos 1, Sos 2, Sos 3 dan Sos 4 di SMA Semen Padang yang terdaftar pada tahun ajaran 2013/2014 berjumlah 124 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan stratified proportional random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 95 orang siswa. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis induktif yaitu uji kelayakan model, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji autokorelasi, uji regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien determinasi (R Sguare) dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) variabel media pembelajaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas X di SMA Semen Padang (2) variabel penguatan guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas X di SMA Semen Padang (3) variabel media pembelajaran dan penguatan guru secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas X di SMA Semen Padang.

Abstract

This research aim to to analyse 1) Influence of participation compilation of budget to performance of manajerial governmental aparatur of sub-province of Solok 2) cultural influence of organization to performance of manajerial governmental aparatur of sub-province of Solok 3) influence of organizational komitmen to performance of manajerial governmental aparatur of sub-province of Solok 4) Cultural of organization of memoderasi influence of participation compilation of budget to performance of manajerial governmental aparatur of sub-province of Solok 5) Organizational Komitmen of memoderasi influence of participation compilation of budget to performance of manajerial governmental aparatur of sub-province of Solok.This Research time is conducted in August and September 2014. Research type which is used in this research is quantitative research. This research population is power consumer of budget ( KPA) at SKPD ( set of activity peripheral of area) in governance of sub-province of Solok. Technique intake of sampel with sampling purposive with amount of sampel counted 52 people have the power consumer of budget. Technique analyse data: descriptive analysis and inductive analysis, that is test of normalitas, test heteroskedastisitas, test interaction test and autokorelasi by using Moderated Regression Analysis ( MRA) constructively program of SPSS version 16.0.Result of research indicate that 1) there are influence which are positive and signifikan between influence of participation compilation of budget to performance of manajerial in governmental aparatur of sub-province of Solok 2) there are negative influence and do not signifikan between cultural influence of organization to performance of manajerial 3) there are negative influence and do not signifikan between organizational komitmen to performance of manajerial 4) there are positive influence and do not cultural interaction signifikan of organization at participation compilation of budget to performance of manajerial 3) there are influence which are positive and signifikan between organizational komitmen at participation compilation of budget to performance of manajerial.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze: 1) The influence of total labor to economic growth, 2) The influence ofcapital income to the economic growth, 3) The influence of total labor and percapita income simultaneously oneconomic growth in Pasaman. The research is an associative descriptive study. Data used in this research issecondary data, with the type of time series data. The results show: first, the number of workers is significantlyinfluenced on economic growth, which is indicated by the coefficient value of -0.450. This coefficient value issignificant because tcount -4.389 < ttable of 1.745 with significant value of 0.001 < α = 0.05, means that Ha isaccepted and H0 is rejected. It means that if the number of workers rose one per cent, the economy expanded at-0.450 units. Second, per capita income have a significant influence on economic growth, which is indicated bythe coefficient value of 0.324. This coefficient value is significant because tcount 6.992 > ttable 1.745 andsignificant value of 0.000 < α = 0.05 means that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. It means that if the per capitaincome rose one percent, then economic growth will increase by 0, 324 units. Third, Management of TotalLabor and income per capita significantly influence on economic growth, which is indicated by a value of170.141 F count > F table 3.63 and significant value 0.000 < α = 0.05, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Itmeans the number of labour and Per Capita Income, affecting the economic growth of 96% and the rest isexplained by other variables.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: 1) Persepsi siswa tentang kreativitas guru terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 14 Padang, 2) Pengaruh minat belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 14 Padang, 3) Pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang kreativitas guru, minat belajar siswa secara bersama-sama terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 14 Padang. Waktu penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus 2014. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif asosiatif dengan populasi seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 14 Padang dengan jumlah sebanyak 133 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Propotional random sampling, jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis induktif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan (1) persepsi siswa tentang kreativitas guru berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa (7,544 > 1,984), (2) minat belajar siswa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa (4.862 > 1,984), (3) secara bersama-sama antara persepsi siswa tentang kreativitas guru dan minat belajar siswa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 14 Padang tahun ajaran 2013/2014 (124.791 > 3,09) dan R Square 0,720 atau 72% yang artinya sumbangan dari variabel kreativitas guru dan minat belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa adalah sebesar 72%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 28% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of trust in the brand and switching cost that affects consumer loyalty to the brand SIMPATI in Padang city. The population in this study is that consumers who use the SIMPATI card in Padang city with a sample of 180 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis that in doing so it partially know that trust in brand and switching cost has a positive and significant influence on consumer loyalty to the brand SIMPATI in Padang city where significant levels < 0.05 alpha. Then simultaneously trust in brand and switching cost has a positive and significant influence on consumer loyalty to the brand SIMPATI in Padang city with the calculated F value of 376.562 and significant 0.000 < 0.05 . From the research , it was found that trust in brand and switching cost only 81 % had an influence on consumer loyalty to the brand SIMPATI in Padang city, while 19 % is determined by factors other than trust in brand and switching cost in this study . This result is known from the R Square value of 0.810 ( 81 % )

Abstract

The research was motivated by low economic students learning outcomes in Senior High School Pertiwi 2 Padang. This is because the low self-concept student and student’s motivation. This study aims to determine whether there is influence of self-concept on learning outcomes of student’s economic in Senior High School Pertiwi 2 Padang with motivation as an Intervening Variable.This type of research is a descriptive correlational. The study population was all students majoring in social studies class XI in Senior High School Pertiwi 2 Padang. This is sample of students majoring in social studies class XI in Senior High School Pertiwi 2 Padang, amounting to 94 people. Research instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. To determine the effect of self-concept on learning outcomes with motivation to learn as an intervening variable regression analysis was used intervening variables.Based on the results of the analysis show that ; (1) The concept of self positive effect on learning outcomes of students in Senior High School Pertiwi 2 Padang means the better the self-concept of students learning so the better results obtained.(2) The concept of self positive effect on learning outcomes of students in Senior High School Pertiwi 2 Padang means the better the self-concept of student learning so the higher the student’s motivation to learn. (3) Motivation to learn positive effect on student learning outcomes in Senior High School Pertiwi 2 Padang means the higher the student’s motivation to learn, the better the learning outcomes obtained. (4) The concept of self influence on student learning outcomes in Senior High School 2 Padang with motivation to learn as an intervening variable.To improve student learning outcomes in Senior High School Pertiwi 2 Padang, researchers suggest to all parties first school teacher should pay more attention to student’s self-concept by creating learning situations that provide opportunities for students to obtain reinforcement and always positive thinking about students, Thus students motivation will increase and student learning result will increase too.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengatahui Pengaruh Tingkat Pendidikan Orang Tua dan Motivasi Belajar Terhadap Hasil Belajar Ekonomi siswa Kelas VII SMPN 1 Saibi Samukop Kecamatan Siberut Tengah Kabupaten Kepulauan MentawaiJenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan asosiatif, penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMPN 1 Saibi Samukop Kecamatan Siberut Tengah Kabupaten Kepulauan Mentawai. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII SMPN 1 Saibi Samukop Kecamatan Siberut Tengah Kabupaten Kepulauan Mentawai yang berjumlah 85 orang siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proporsional random sampling dengan menggunakan rumus slovin pada setiap kelas sehingga diperoleh sampel penelitian sebanyak 71 responden. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda.Dari analisis data diperoleh bahwa Tingkat Pendidikan Orang Tua berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa dimana nilai thitung sebesar 0,371 < ttabel sebesar 1,657 dengan signifikan 0,003 < 0,05. terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa dimana nilai thitung sebesar 1,175 < ttabel sebesar 1,657 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara bersama sama antara Tingkat Pendidikan Orang Tua dan Motivasi Belajar Terhadap Hasil Belajar Ekonomi siswa dimana nilai Fhitung sebesar 131,761 > Ftabel sebesar 3,07 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Tingkat Pendidikan Orang Tua dan Motivasi Belajar adalah dua faktor yang dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap Hasil Belajar Ekonomi siswa Kelas VII SMPN 1 Saibi Samukop Kecamatan Siberut Tengah Kabupaten Kepulauan Mentawai. Dengan demikian disarankan kepada kepala dinas pendidikan kepulauan Mentawai agar memperhatikan faktor-faktor peningkatan kinerja guru, serta mendorong atau membangkitkan semangat siswa dan orang tua bahwa pendidikan itu sangat penting.

Result observationaling to point out that, First : Hotel dwelling zoom having for dont signifikan to Region Original Income Moorland City with appreciative coefficient as big as 0,55, assess this coefficient not signifikan because t little computing of t table. Both of : Total tourist having for positive and signifikan to Regions Original Income Moorland City with appreciative coefficient as big as 0,399, assess this coefficient signifikan because t computing outgrows of t table. Third : Total wisatas object having for positive and signifikan to Regions Original Income Moorland City with coefficient point as big as 2339,917, assess this coefficient signifikan because t computing outgrows of t table. Fourth : Point tests f as big as 107,166 by level signifikan 0,00, this signifikans point lies far under 0,05 so concluded that variable third signifikans ascendant to Regions Original Income Moorland City. Assess determinant coefficient (R 2 ) pointing out point r 2 ( R square ) as big as 0,98, it means 98% predict Region Original Incomes can third word independent variables, Meanwhile its rest 2% regarded by unanalyzed other variable.
