Abstract

This research aim  to to know how far influence of enthusiasm learn and way of learning student to result learn class student of XI Accountancy in SMKN I Island of Punjung. his research pertained to descriptive research type with quantitative approach. Population in this  research  is entire/all class siswa-siswi of XI Accountancy in SMKN l Island ofPunjung School Year 2013 I 204 amounting to 60 people. technique of Sampel done/conducted totally sampling with amount of sampel counted 60 student people. Data the analysed is collected primary  data pass/through spreading of enquette with scale of Iikert data and of sekunder obtained from data result  of learning class of XI Accountancy in SMKN 1 Island ofPunjung even semester 2013 I 2014. While data use inductive and descriptive analysis consist of test of likelihood, test Ramsey,  test normalitas,  test multikolinearitas, test heteroskedastisitas,  test autokorelasi, doubled linear regression test, coefficient test of determinasi ( R Sguare) and hypothesis test. Result of research indicate that ( I) there are influence of enthusiasm signifikan learn to result learn class student of XI Accountancy in SMKN I Island of punjung where value of thitung ( 6,079) > t abel ( I ,670) and sig ( 0,000) ? ( 0,05), its meaning of H0 refused and Is ha accepted. ( 2) there are influence of signifikan of is way of learning to result learn class of XI Accountancy in SMKN I Island of Punjung where value of tru w g ( 6,079) > tube1 ( I ,670) and sig ( 0,000)? ( 0,05), its meaning ofHo refused and Is ha accepted. ( 3) enthusiasm  variable  learn and way of learning together have an effect on positive and signifikan to result learn class of XI Accountancy  in SMKN I Island ofPunjung where value ofFbitung ( 68,778) >from Ftabct ( 3,15) and sig ( 0,000) <from alpha ( its 0,05) meaning offio refused and Is ba accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh: 1) faktor motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar 2) faktor kesiapan belajar terhadap hasil belajar 3) faktor perhatian orang tua terhadap hasil belajar Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif sosiatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMAN I Lembah Melintang Kabupaten Pasaman Barat, dengan jumlah sampel 117 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah simple random sampling. Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi SMAN I Lembah Melintang Kabupaten Pasaman Barat menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa 1) motivasi belajar berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMAN I Lembah Melintang Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Artinya semakin tinggi motivasi belajar maka semakin tinggi pula hasil belajar. 2) kesiapan belajar siswa berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMAN I Lembah Melintang Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Artinya semakin tinggi kesiapan belajar siswa maka semakin tinggi pula hasil belajar siswa. 3) perhatian orang tua berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMAN I Lembah Melintang Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Artinya semakin tinggi perhatian orang tua maka semakin tinggi pula hasil belajar siswa. 4) motivasi belajar, kesiapan belajar, dan perhatian orang tua memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMAN I Lembah Melintang Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1) Against the Effects of Student Creativity Student Learning Outcomes Study Program Economics STKIP PGRI West Sumatra, 2) Effect Against Student Discipline Student Learning Outcomes Study Program Economics STKIP PGRI West Sumatra, 3) Effects of Creativity and Discipline of Students Learning outcomes students Education Program Economics STKIP PGRI West Sumatra. Time this study was conducted in September 2014 Type of research used in this study is a descriptive study associative. The population of this study there are all students Force 2011, 2012 and 2013 Economic Studies Program STKIP PGRI West Sumatra totaling 833 0rang. Data analysis techniques: descriptive analysis and inductive analysis, namely maximum likelihood test, Ramsey test, normality test, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test and multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 16.0. The results showed that: 1) there is a positive and significant effect of creativity on the learning outcomes of students Prodi Economic Education STKIP PGRI West Sumatra, which is indicated by the coefficient value of 0.020 based on the analysis of data obtained value t count > t table (5.837 > 1.66023) Ha acceptable means H0 is rejected, 2) there is a positive and significant impact on the outcome of student discipline student studying Economics Education Prodi STKIP PGRI West Sumatra, which is indicated by the coefficient value of 0.018 based on the analysis of data obtained value t count > t table (2.110 > 1 , 66023) means that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, 3) there is a positive and significant impact jointly between creativity and discipline of students on learning outcomes of students of Economic Education STKIP PGRI West Sumatra 2014/2015 based on data analysis of F > F table (144.446 > 3.087) and significant and the value of 0.000 < α = 0.05, reject H0 and accept Ha. This means that creativity and discipline to the student learning outcomes and the remaining 74.9 % is explained by other variables. For that to assess skilled creative in order to keep the assess skills, so with creativity and creation kekampus diligent student discipline student results better.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the presence of differences in abnormal returns before and after the announcement of the rights issue. This study is event study, using secondary data with the study period of 5 days, 4 days, 3 days, 2 days and 1 day before and after the announcement of the rights issue. A total of 45 companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2010 until 2013 were sampled using a purposive sampling method, which consists of 12 samples to share good news and 33 samples to share bad news. The data used in this study include daily stock closing prices, Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI). The data analysis technique used is, paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test, because the research data were normally distributed. From the research that has been carried out, showing that there is a significant difference in abnormal return on the observation period of 5 days, 4 days, 3 days, 2 days, 1 day before and after the announcement of the rights issue on a group of stocks good news and bad news. Meanwhile, after the announcement of the share issue rught good news is no different than after the announcement of the rights issue shares bad news. So it can be concluded that (1) there is a significant difference in abnormal return for stocks of good news and bad news surrounding the announcement day. This means that the rights issue announcement contains information that is very meaningful. (2) There is no significant difference after the announcement of the rights issue to share good news or bad news, it shows that the announcement of the rights issue does not have significant information content of the reaction of investors. Based on these results, the investor should pay attention and take advantage of each signal is conveyed through the announcement of the rights issue in making investment decisions.

Abstract

This research has a background by definite of banking corporate using good corporate governance in West Sumatera. It is caused by banking manajemen run a ethics business and corporate culture of banking corporate in West Sumatera less. The research aims to know effect of ethics business and corporate culture to implementation of good corporate governance on central board of Bank Nagari by partialy and simultanously . Based on result of analyze data got (1) ethics business have positive and significan influence to implementation good corporate governance on central board of Bank Nagari with coefficien regression as many as 0,405. (2) corporate culture have positive and significan influence to implementation good corporate governance on central board of Bank Nagari with coefficien regression as many as 0,405. (3) ethics business and corporate culture have positive and significan influence simultanously to implementation good corporate governance on central board of Bank Nagari with Fcalculate = 79,717. 70,2% implementation good corporate governance on central board of Bank Nagari are influenced ethics business and corporate culture.

Abstract

This research intent to analyze : 1) the influence of learning motivation toward learning achievement college students of economic education concentrate of accountancy STKIP PGRI West Sumatera 2) the influence of education cost toward learning achievement college student of economic education concentrate to accountancy STKIP PGRI West Sumatera 3) the enfluence of learning motivation and education cost as together toward learning achievement college students of economic education concentrate to accountancy STKIP PGRI West Sumatera.The time of this research is doing on September 2014, the kind of the research that is used in this research is descriptive assosiatif research. The population of this research are all of college student economic concentrate of accountancy grade of 2011 and 2012, amount of 233 cillege students. The technique of taking sampel with proposional rundom sampling that the sampel amount of 70 college students. The technique of the data analysis : descriptif analysisand inductive analysis, is maximum experiment likelohood, ramsey experiment, normality experiment, heteroskedasticity experiment, multicoloniarity experiment, auto corelasion experiment and biviliar regresy analysis by the helped of spss program versi 16.The result of this research show that : 1) containt of the influence that positive and significant between lerning motivation toward lerning achievement college students of economic education bused on the result of data analysis that providible the value t hitung > ttabel (5,544 > 1, 29376), containt of the influence that positive and significant between education cost towards learning achievement college students of economic education based on the result of data analysis that prividible the value t hitung > t tabel (8,868 > 1,29376), containt of the influence that positive and significant as together between learning achievement college students of economic education concentrate of accountancy STKIP PGRI West Sumatera based on the result of data analysis F hitung > F tabel (288,474 > 2,74) and R square 0,896.Based on the result of the research have to suggest to the college students parents to pay attention and quide lerning activity students at home so that they can manage the time to learn. And don’t forget to give then attention toward the cost that is need of the student in education in order to teach the maximum gold.

Abstract

The research are concudated to analyze the effect of student’s perception about classroom manajement and student’s interest toward economic subject result at tenth grade student’s of sman 16 padang. This was an descriptive and assosiatif research. The sampling was clone by simple random sampling. The sample in this research are about 153 students of tenth grade. Instrumen used is questionnaire . Based on the resultof item analysis, it was revealed that t value = 21,566. Hypothesis test used spss softfware 16.0 version. Based on the analysis abtained that f value = 389,712 while f tabel = 3 06, because F value > F table, the hipothesis was received it can be concluded that there is positive effect and significat result between student’s interest and result of study in economic subject at tenth grade students.

Abstract

This research intent on analyze: 1) The effect of headmaster leadership toward teacher occupation SMA Pertiwi 2 Padang, 2) The effect of school climate toward teacher occupation SMA Pertiwi 2 Padang, 3) The effect of motivation teacher work toward teacher occupation SMA Pertiwi 2 Padang, 4) The effect of headmaster leadership, school climate and teacher occupation motivation teacher work as together toward teacher occupation SMA Pertiwi 2 Padang. The time of this research are all of the teacher SMA Pertiwi 2 Padang that amount of 36 peoples. The technique of taken sample with analysis that is used is descriptive analysis and inductive by helped of SPSS program 16.0 version. The result of the research show that: First the leadership of headmaster positive and significant effect toward teacher occupation SMA Pertiwi 2 Padang, that show by the coefficient value as big as 0,264. This coefficient value is significant because the value thitung as big as 5,140 > ttabel as big as 1,688. It’s mean that when the leadership of headmaster is increasible 1% so the teacher occupation will be increase as big as 0,264 unit. Second the school climate positive and significant effect toward teacher occupation SMA Pertiwi 2 Padang, that show by the coefficient value as big as 0,157. This coefficient value is significant because the value thitung as big as 4,074 > ttabel as big as 1,688. It’s mean that when the school climate is increase as big as 1% so the teacher occupation will be increase as big as 0,157 unit. Third the motivation teacher work of teacher occupation positive and significant effect toward teacher occupation SMA Pertiwi 2 Padang, that is show by the coefficient value as big as 0,110. This coefficient value is significant because the value of thitung as big as 2,012 > ttabel as big as 1,688. It’s mean that when the motivation of teacher occupation increase as big as 1% so the teacher occupation will be increase as big as 0,110 unit. Fourth the leadership of headmaster, school climate and motivation teacher work of teacher occupation as together positive and significant effect toward teacher occupation of SMA Pertiwi 2 Padang. Where providable the value of fhitung 54,316 > ftabel 2,48 and the significant value 0,000 < = 0,05. This matter mean that H0 is push away and Ha is acceptance.

Abstract

The purposes of this research are: 1) students’ perception about teachers competency toward students’ accounting learning achievement XII IPS at SMA Pertiwi 2 Padang, 2) the effect of learning creativities toward students’ accounting learning achievement XII IPS at SMA Pertiwi 2 Padang. 3) the effect of students’ perception about teachers competency and creativities toward students’ accounting learning achievement XII IPS at SMA Pertiwi 2 Padang. The kinds of this research used associative research was causal. The population of this research was all of the students XII IPS at SMA Pertiwi 2 Padang about 102 students. In choosing the sample, the researcher used simple random sampling about 81 students. The technic of data analysis: descriptive analysis, inductive analysis. The result of this research were: 1) there were positive and significance effect of students’ perception about teachers competency toward students’ accounting learning achievement XII IPS at SMA Pertiwi 2 Padang, which is indicated by the value of the coefficient of 0,138. Value of this coeffisient is significant because tcount 2,094 > ttable 1,664 with significant value 0,039 < a=0,05, then reject H0 and accept Ha. It means that if the students’ perception about teachers competency was good, it would be better to students’ accounting learning achievement. 2) there were positive and significance effect of learning creativities toward students’ learning learning accounting achievement XII IPS at SMA Pertiwi 2 Padang, which is indicated by the value of the coefficient of 0,562. Value of this coeffisient is significant because tcount 6,349 > ttable 1,664 with significant value 0,000 < a=0,05, then reject H0 and accept Ha. It showed that if the students have high creativities, it increased students’ accounting learning achievement XII IPS at SMA Pertiwi 2 Padang. 3) there were positive and significance effect between students’ perception about teachers competency and creatvities toward students’ accounting achievement XII IPS at SMA Pertiwi 2 Padang, which is indicated by the value of Fcount 103,797 > Ftable 3,11 with significant value 0,000 < a=0,05. It showed that students’ perception about teachers competency and creativities were good. So, it would be better to students’ accounting learning achievement.

Abstract

Masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah “Rendahnya kinerjaAparatur Nagariyang ditunjukkan dengan perilaku yang tidak dapat melaksanakantugasnya dengan baik, kompetensi yang rendah, pelayanan terhadap masyarakatyang tidak dapat terlaksana dengan baikkurang peka atau peduli terhadap keluhanmasyarakat”. Adapun variabel penelitian ini adalah Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1),Kedisplinan (X2), Kinerja Aparatur Nagari (Y).Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dan menganalisis (1) Pengaruh GayaKepemimpinan dan Kedisplinan terhadap kinerja Aparatur Nagari. Dari hasilpenelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadapKinerja Aparatur Nagari sebesar 1,219 dengan pengujian Uji t 10,519 dengansignifikan sebesar 0,000 terhadap kinerja(2) artinya semakin baik gayakepemimpinan, maka semakin baik pula kinerja aparatur nagari..Hasil Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa Kedisplinan tidak berpengaruhterhadap kinetrja aparatur nagari. Hal ini ditunjuukkan dengan sumbangsihvariabel kedisplinan terhadap variabel kinerja, hanya sebesar 0,036 yangdibuktikan dengan t hitung sebesar 0,316 maka diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar0,752. Artinya nilai sig lebih besar dari nilai alpha 0,05. .Berdasarkan penelitian ini maka disarankan kepada aparatur nagari agarselalu meningkatkan kedisiplinan dalam melayani masyarakat sehingga tercapaihasil kinerja yang lebih baik.
