Abstract

ABSTRACT This research has a background by less. It is caused by lock of student’s emotional intelligence in the learning process. The research aims to know significant contribute of emotional intelligence of student, consist of self introduction, self control, motivation, emphaty, and social skill to result study of student  accountancy in student’s accountancy academic years 2010. For, hyphothesis testing was used t test by using SPSS 15.0 version.  Based on result of analyze data got self introduction have significant contribute to result study of accountancy on student’s accountancy academic years 2010 in STKIP PGRI Sumatera Barat, self control have significant contribute to result study of accountancy on student’s accountancy academic years 2010 in STKIP PGRI Sumatera Barat, Motivation have significant contribute to result study of accountancy on student’s accountancy academic years 2010 in STIKP PGRI Sumatera Barat. Emphaty have significant contribute to result study of accountancy on student’s accountancy academic years 2010 in STIKP PGRI Sumatera Barat, and social skill have significant contribute to result study of accountancy on student’s accountancy academic years 2010 in STIKP PGRI Sumatera Barat.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris tentang pengaruh pembagian kerja dan pendelegasian wewenang terhadap prestasi kerja pada G-Sports Center Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada G-Sports Center Padang 2014, berjumlah 57 orang. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah metode sampling penuh dengan jumlah sampel 57 orang. Pembagian kerja (X1) dan pendelegasian wewenang (X2) diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner atau angket yang sebarkan kepada karyawan sedangkan hasil prestasi kerja (Y) diperoleh dari dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis induktif yang terdiri dari uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda dan uji hipotesi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1. Pembagian kerja berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap prestasi kerja pada G-Sports Center Padang, 2. pendelegasian wewenang berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap prestasi kerja pada G-Sports Center Padang, 3. Lingkungan keluarga dan motivasi belajar siswa berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap prestasi kerja pada G-Sports Center Padang. Berdasarkan penelitian ini maka disarankan kepada karyawan, untuk lebih memperhatikan lagi pembagian kerja dan pendelegasian wewenang dalam proses pekerjaan dalam upaya untuk lebih mengoptimalkan prestasi kerja pada G-Sports Center Padang.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was motivated by the lack of commitment of teachers working in the district junior honors Tarusan Koto XI. This is due to the lack of compensation received and the low salaries of the teachers job satisfaction This study aims to determine whether there is a compensating effect on the commitment of teachers working in the district junior honors Koto XI Tarusan with job satisfaction as an Intervening variable.Type of research is causative. The population in this studi were junior high teacher salaries in the District XI Tarusan Koto. Sample in this studi were all teachers in the district junior honors Koto XI Tarusan totaling 88 people. The instrument used was a questionnare. To determine the effect of Compensation for Occupational Commitment to Honor Teacher Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable used technique t test.Based on the results of the analysis showed that : 1. Compensation positive effect on the commitment of teachers working in the district junior honors Tarusan Koto XI 2. Compensation positive effect on job satisfaction  of teachers in the district junior honors Tarusan Koto XI, and 3. Positive effect on job satisfaction the commitment of teachers working in the district junior honors Koto Tarusan XI 4. Compensation effect the Work Commitment to Honor Teacher Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable. In order to increase the salaries of teachers to work commitmen junior high school in the district koto XI Tarusan southem coastal district welfare of teachers salaries should be considered through an increase in compensation. In addition, to improve job satisfaction can be done by improving the relationship between superiors and teachers as praise for the work.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aim to to know treatment of accountancy earnings of sharing holder BSM branch field and also compare according to treatment of Moslem law accountancy earnings of sharing holder BSM with rule of PSAK 105 that is about defrayal of and mudharabah of PSAK 106 that is about defrayal musyarakah. This Research typ deskriptf, where this descriptive research  to know self-supporting variable score, goodness one variable or more ( independen) without making comparison, or attribute to other variable. While data collecting method taken by interview on the side of BSM, observation that is direct perception to BSM, and also documentation by collecting, copying, and evaluating reports and also documents exist in BSM.  Pursuant to result of from interview wrongly one  of BSM where activity of this BSM one of them which  activity the core important association of fund of society. Where earnings of accepted sharing holder normal transaction / especial transaction [company that is obtained from defrayal of muadharabah and musyarakah. Earnings the accepted  in the form of a number of cash as according to proportion which have been agreed on by both parties. From result of research expected will give clarification to society about how system earnings of sharing holder BSM defrayal of mudharabah and musyarakah and also its with PSAK 105 and PSAK 106

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine: (1) Lifestyles influence on purchasing decision pond’s cosmetics product, (2) Consumer attitudes influence on purchasing decision pond’s cosmetics product, (3) The inflence of lifestyle and consumer attitudes together on purchasing decision pond’s cosmetics product.Types of research used in this study is descriptive assosiative. When the study was conducted in November 2013. The populatio of this study is student education departement of economics STKIP PGRI western sumatera. The sample amounted to 92 people with a purposive sampling technique sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regresion.The results of this study indicate that, (1) Lifestyle significantly influence purchasing decision cosmetic product pond’s on student education departement of economic STKIP PGRI western sumatera. (2) Consumer attitude significantly influence purchasing decision cosmetic product pond’s on student education departement of economic STKIP PGRI western sumatera. (3) Lifestyle and Consumer attitude together significantly influence purchasing decision cosmetic product pond’s on student education departement of economic STKIP PGRI western sumatera.

Abstract

ABSTRACT          The survival of a company is determined by the human resources support that have high quality and capability. This study aims to analyze: 1) The extent to which the influence of the work environment on the productivity of employees working at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Division II West Sumatra. 2) The extent to which the effects on the productivity of labor discipline employees working at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Division II West Sumatra. 3) The extent to which the influence of the work environment and work discipline to employee productivity PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Division II West Sumatra.This type of research is descriptive associative. The population of this study were all employees at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Division II West Sumatra, amounting to 87 people with a total sampling techniques Sampling. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that, (1) the work environment have a significant effect on the productivity of employees working at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Division II West Sumatra. (2) the discipline of work have a significant effect on the productivity of employees working at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Division II West Sumatra. (3) environmental and labor discipline together have a significant effect on the productivity of employees working at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Division II West Sumatra. Based on the research leader of the company must be careful to understand the factors that can affect employee productivity. And in a company leader must first know what you want employees to support the work carried employees so employees can work productively produce, because the work environment and work discipline are considered to have a strong positive influence on employee productivity. And the company has always apply the principles of caring, honesty, sincerity, and professionals who became the core of the success of a company.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  This research was conducted at Kartika High School 1-5 Padang on Effect of Parental Education and Student Achievement Students Against Interests Into College Continuing Studies In Class XI High School Students Kartika 1-5 Padang . The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence about the Effect of Parental Education and Student Achievement Students Against Interests Into College Continuing Studies In Class XI High School Students Kartika 1-5 Padang . The method used in this research is descriptive and associative . This research is a symptom , events and to determine the relationship between two variables or more , where the population sampled were used as much as 123 students out of a population of 178 students . Data parental education level ( X1 ) is obtained from the results of the questionnaire or questionnaires and learning achievement ( X2 ) is obtained from documentation in the form of test scores semester academic year 2013/2014 , while the interest of the students to continue their studies to college ( Y ) is obtained from the results of questionnaire or questionnaires . Analysis of the data used in this study is a descriptive analysis and inductive analysis which consists of a normality test, multikolinielitas , heterosidasitas test , autocorrelation test , multiple regression analysis , determination ( R2 ) and test the hypothesis . The results of this study indicate that : 1 . Levels of parental education and a significant positive influence on the interests of students to continue their studies into higher education , 2 . Learning achievement and a significant positive influence on the interests of students to continue their studies into higher education , 3 . Parental level of education and achievement positive and significant effect of learning together against the interests of students to continue their studies to college . Based on these results , it is suggested that students , parents , teachers and school authorities to pay more attention to further learning achievement of children and old peoples attention in the learning process at home in an attempt to further optimize the learning achievement of students of class XI High School Students Kartika 1-5 Padang.

Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Division II West Sumatra. 2) The extent to which the influence of interpersonal relationships on the job satisfaction of employees of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Division II West Sumatra. 3) The extent to which the effect of promotion and interpersonal relationships on the job satisfaction of employees of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Division II West Sumatra.This type of research is descriptive associative. This research was carried out for 1 month. The population of this study were all employees at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Division II West Sumatra totaling 87 people. The sampling technique of this study is total sampling technique that means the whole population sampled, because its population is less than 100 respondents, the sample size was 87 employees. This type of data is the primary data (ie, questionnaires) and secondary data. Data analysis was descriptive and inferential analysis through hypothesis testing using the F test and t test with α = 0.05. The results of this study menunjuikkan that: 1) a significant difference between Interpersonal Relations Campaign Against Occupation in PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Division II West Sumatra, significance of 0.000, 2) a significant difference between Interpersonal Relations Against Employee Satisfaction in PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Division II West Sumatra, significance of 0,000, 3) Promotion of Employment and Relations Intepersonal significant effect simultaneously on Job Satisfaction in PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Division II West Sumatra, significance of 0.000.In this study the authors suggested that among employees further enhance interpersonal relationships with employees, namely mutual respect among fellow employee or supervisor and filled with a sense of responsibility towards the mandated employment and occupation, so that the boss can give promotions to employees in a fair, trust is based on the formation and procedures in accordance with the relevant agencies. In cooperation should be compact and harmonious team. As such conditions as it will directly impact both for employee satisfaction in PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Division II West Sumatra, so as to achieve the goals and objectives as desired or expected by the agency.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to reveal the effect of : product differentiation on the purchase decisions of Honda motorcycles Beat on the cv. Mina SPN Motor in District Valley Crossing West Pasaman .This type of research conducted in this study is descriptive Associative . The population in this study is people in the District Valley Crossing West Pasaman sex men and women between the ages of 17-29 Year who know information about Honda motorcycles Beat the sampling area ( area probability sample ) , the number of 95 people .Data were collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale that has been tested reliability The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis . To test the hypothesis used by t test and f test . based on the results of t-test of hypothesis testing berpengauh product differentiation positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions , service differentiation t test positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions , personnel differentiation t test positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions and differentiation of T test image and a significant positive effect on the decision purchase . The magnitude of the effect of product differentiation , service , personnel , image on consumer purchasing decisions is 23.80 % and the remaining 77.20 % is influenced by other variables not included in the research model.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study was conducted to determine the effect of the dimensions of service quality on customer satisfaction PDAM Padang . The population in this study is a customer PDAM Padang is still active until 2013 the number of 75.094 while the total sample of 100 respondents was obtained from the calculation using the formula Slovin . The sampling technique was accidental sampling . Analysis method used is descriptive analysis , the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing . Based on the results showed that the physical evidence , assurance and empathy do not have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in PDAM Padang . It is evident that a significant level > 0.05 alpha . While reliability and responsiveness has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction pelaggan on PDAM Padang where significant levels < 0.05 alpha . Then simultaneously tangibles , reliability , responsiveness , assurance and empathy has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with PDAM Padang calculated F value significant at 6.161 and 0.000 < 0.05 . From the research , it was found that the physical evidence , reliability , responsiveness , assurance and empathy only have the effect of 75.3 % to 24.7 % , while customer satisfaction is determined by other factors .
