Abstract

ABSTRACT  This research was conducted at the Padang 1-5 Kartika High School Study Habits Influence And Attention Parents Against Student Results X Class Economy In high school Kartika 1-5 Padang . The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence about the Influence of Study Habits And Attention Parents Against Student Results X Class Economy In high school Kartika 1-5 Padang . The method used in this research is descriptive and associative . This research is a symptom , events and to determine the relationship between two variables or more , where the population sampled were used as much as 174 students out of a population of 308 students . Data habit learning ( X1 ) and parental concern ( X2 ) is obtained from the results of the questionnaire or questionnaires while economics student learning outcomes data ( Y ) is obtained from the documentation of the value of mid semester. Analysis of the data used in this study is a descriptive analysis and inductive analysis which consists of a normality test, multikolinielitas , heterosidasitas test , autocorrelation test , multiple regression analysis , determination ( R2 ) and test the hypothesis . The results of this study indicate that : 1 . Habit learning positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes economy class X SMA kartika 1-5 field , 2 . Attention parents and significant positive effect on learning outcomes of students high school economics class X kartika 1-5 padang , 3 . habit learning and parental concern and a significant positive effect jointly to the results of the economic study of high school students kartika 1-5 padang . Based on these results , it is suggested that students , parents , teachers and school authorities to pay more attention to another study habits and attention of parents in the learning process in an effort to further optimize student learning outcomes economy class X SMA kartika 1-5 padang.

Abstract

AbstrakThe background of this research is the lower of student economics result in the class XI SMA N 4 Padang, 2013 / 2014 period. This matter is caused by the lack of student activity in learning process. The aim of this research is to know how the Difference Result of Student learning by using study Co-Operative method of Student Facilitator and Explaining type with Discourse Method in SMA N 4 Padang. Based on data analysis result is found average value 73,26 for class experiment and 62,77 for class control. From data analysis result is known value of thitung = 2,978 that is bigger than value of ttabel = 1,67 meaning raised to be hypothesis to be accepted at real level α = 0,05. This matter indicate that there are significant difference between student learning result by using study co-operative method of student explaining and facilitator type with discourse method. Its mean that the result of student economics learning by using study co-operative method of Student Facilitator And Explaining type is better than discourse method at class XI SMA N 4 Padang.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aimed to analyze the differences in student learning outcomes using the model of cooperative learning with conventional learning techniques MURDER on economic subjects class X SMA N 14 Padang . This research is an experimental study . This study population adalaah whole class X students enrolled in the school year 2013/2014 . Sampling with purposive sampling technique in order to obtain a sample of the class as a class experiment X4 and X3 as grade control class . Testertulis instrument used is in the form of an objective matter . Data were analyzed by descriptive and inductive analysis through z test by first doing a test for normality and homogeneity of variance of the two samples . Based on the analysis of data obtained an average value of 76.12 experimental class and control class average of 71.48 . From the analysis of the data found zhitung value = 2.0714 is greater than the value ztabel = 1.960 which means that the hypothesis is accepted at significance level α = 0.05 . This suggests that there are significant differences between the results of student learning using cooperative learning techniques Mood , Understand , Recall , Digest , Expand and Review ( MURDER ) with conventional learning . That is economics student learning outcomes using the model of cooperative learning techniques Mood , Understand , Recall , Digest , Expand and Review ( MURDER ) , better economics student learning outcomes learning process using conventional learning on economic subjects class X SMA N 14 Padang . From the results of this study are expected to provide an outlet for a low issue of student learning outcomes , especially in the economic subjects . uintuk suggested to teachers to consider cooperative learning model MURDER techniques to improve student learning outcomes .

Abstract

 ABSTRACT This study aims to distinguish : Financial performance before and after the IPO at a manufacturing company in the Stock Exchange . This type of research is the study of this research is kuantitatif.Populasi throughout the entire manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange , amounting to 39 perusahaan.Teknik sampling with purposive sampling with a sample size of 10 companies . Data analysis techniques : kompratif analysis or comparison , the normality test, paired sample t - test with SPSS version 16 . Results showed that : 1 ) There are no significant differences anatara Ratio Curent value of the company before and after an IPO is sig value 0.000 < 0.05 then the decision is Ho rejected and Ha accepted . 2 ) There are no significant differences between Equty Debt Ratio value of the company before and after an IPO is sig 0.000 < 0.05 then the decision is rejected Ho Ha received . 3 ) There is a significant difference between Total Assets Over Trun owned enterprises before and after the IPO mealkukan ie the value 0.011 < 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha decision is received . 4 ) Based On Equity Retrun testing the sig 0.203 > 0.05 means that Ho is accepted Ha rejected . In this research the company to continue to maintain the stability of the financial performance of the company after the IPO held as maintaining liquidity , solvency , and profitability . It is important that investor confidence held or finance company can be filled so that the existence of the company can be maintained within a panajang . For investors it is recommended that a comprehensive analysis and make stock portfolio before making an investment decision on one of the companies doing an IPO . It is important that the values held later the losses can be minimized and the value obtained financial investors can be maximized .

Abstract

ABSTRACT   This study aims to analyze : 1 ) The effect of students learning attitudes towards learning outcomes Economy class XI IPS in high school I Adabiah Padang , 2 ) The influence of study habits on learning outcomes of students of Economics class XI IPS in high school I Adabiah Padang , 3 ) Effect of attitudes and habits learning students learning outcomes in Economics class XI IPS high school I Adabiah. This research is descriptive and associative with a quantitative approach . The study population was all students in class XI IPS high school I Adabiah Padang , amounting to 184 people . Sampling technique with proportional random sampling with a sample size of 65 people. Data analysis techniques: descriptive analysis and inductive analysis, namely normality test, multikoleniaritas, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test and multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 16. The results showed that: 1) there is a significant and positive influence students learning attitudes towards learning outcomes Economy class XI IPS in high school I Adabiah Padang obtained by using the t test was 11.0338 with      (Sig= 0.000). 2) there is a significant and positive influence study habits of students on learning outcomes Economy class XI IPS in high school I Adabiah Padang obtained by using the t test was 7.369 with     (Sig = 0.000). 3) there is a significant and positive influence attitudes and study habits of students together to learn the results of IPS XI Economy class in high school I Adabiah Padang (Sig = 0.000) with a contribution rate of 71.80 %. Based on the research results, it is expected that teachers should be more attention to students in classroom management during lessons, so that when the teacher explains all students to listen and concentrate for students are also expected to be able to change the attitudes and study habits for learning success depends on how attitudes and one study habits

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas X SMA N 2 Koto XI Tarusan Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014. Hal ini disebabkan karena kurangnya aktivitas siswa di dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar ekonomi siswa melalui penerapan teknik Quick On The Draw dengan pembelajaran konvensional pada kelas X SMAN 2 Koto XI Tarusan Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas X SMA N 2 Koto XI Tarusan Kabupaten Pesisisr Selatan Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014. Sampel diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling, terpilih kelas X7 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X4 sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar siswa. Teknik analisis data untuk menguji hipotesis adalah uji Z.Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen 84,56 dan rata-rata kelas kontrol 78,00. Hasil analisis data diketahui nilai Z hitung 2,560 lebih besar dari harga Z tabel 1,960 yang berarti hipotesis yang diajukan diterima pada taraf nyata α = 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar siswa melalui pendekatan teknik Quick On The Draw dengan penerapan pembelajaran konvensional. Artinya hasil belajar ekonomi siswa dengan penerapan teknik Quick On The Draw lebih baik dari hasil belajar ekonomi siswa yang proses pembelajarannya secara konvensional pada kelas X SMA N 2 Koto XI Tarusan Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan.

Abstract

ABSTRAKIssues that are examined in this study was to determine the extent of the influence of self-concept and self learning together on learning outcomes of students of SMP N 2 IPS Tigo Pasaman Nagari . This research is descriptive Associative . The population in this study were all students of SMP 2 Tigo Nagari Pasaman , with a sample of 92 respondents . The technique is simple random sampling sampling.jenis data used are primary and secondary data . Instruments . To determine the effect of self-concept and self learning on learning outcomes of students of SMP N 2 IPS Tigo Nagari Pasaman used the t test and F testThe study says that , the first variable self-concept significant and positive impact on learning outcomes IPS eighth grade students of SMP N 2 Tigo Nagari Pasaman . This is evidenced by the coefficient value of 0.648 and the value of t ( 9.280 ) > t table ( 1.662 ) . This means that if the concept of self is increased by 1 % and keep the results independent learning social studies students of SMP N 2 Tigo Nagari Pasaman will increase by 0.648 % . These two variables are independent learning significant and positive impact on learning outcomes IPS eighth grade students of SMP N 2 Tigo Nagari Pasaman . This is evidenced by the coefficient value of 0.692 and the value of t ( 10.048 ) > t table ( 1.662 ) . This means that if independent learning is increased by 1 % and keep the results of self-concept social studies eighth grade students of SMP N 2 Tigo Pasaman Nagari will be increased by 0,692 % . The third variable is the concept of self- learning and self-reliance has a significant and positive influence on the results of IPS Learning Class VIII students of SMP N 2 Tigo Nagari Pasaman with the value of F ( 355.846 ) > Ftable ( 3,947 ) and Sig ( 0.000 ) < Alpha ( 0.05 ) . The percentage of variable influence of self-concept and self learning on Learning Outcomes IPS Eighth Grade Students of SMP N 2 Tigo Pasaman Nagari is equal to 88.9 % , while the remaining 11.1 % is explained by other variables that are outside the studyResearchers suggest it to all the schools first teacher to help the students in shaping the personality of students . Provide guidance to the students to direct them to learn independently , so that it can learn well and obtain good learning outcomes as well .

Abstract

ABSTRACT Issues that are examined in this study is the effect of capital structure , profitability , and firm size on firm value . The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of capital structure , profitability , and firm size on firm value .The type of research is descriptive and associative . The population of this entire property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange totaling 45 companies . The sampling technique specified by purposive sampling so as to 27 companies that will be sampled . The data used in this study is a secondary data . Dependent variable and the independent variable value of the company s capital structure , profitability and firm size . The analysis model is a multiple linear regression analysis .Results obtained from testing the hypothesis that : First , capital structure does not significantly influence the value of the company with sig 0.539 > α = 0.05 . Second , profitability significantly influence the value of the company with sig 0.001 < α = 0.05 . Third , firm size significantly influence the value of the company with sig 0.008 < α = 0.05 . Fourth , capital structure , profitability and firm size significantly influence the value of the company with sig 0.001 < α = 0.05 .Based on the research results , the researchers suggest the company 1. Order to maintain its capital structure in order to give effect to the value of the company. 2. Order to continue to improve profitability by increasing profits that will affect the profitability of the increase in value of the company . In addition the company also must keep the asset because the asset will increase the value of the total assets of the ions so the size of the company will be high which will give a positive effect on firm value .

Abstract

Abstrak: penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil belajar ekonomi ujian mid semester I siswa kelas X SMAN 11 Padang Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014 masih rendah di bawah Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah hasil belajar ekonomi siswa yang menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw lebih tinggi dari pada hasil belajar ekonomi siswa yang menerapkan pembelajaran konvensional kelas X SMAN 11 Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMAN 11 Padang Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014. Berdasarkan skor tes hasil belajar ekonomi siswa, diperoleh nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen 81,20 dan kelas kontrol 73,47. Hasil analisis uji-Z, diperoleh Zhitung (2.673) > Ztabel (1.960) yang berarti hipotesis diterima. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar ekonomi siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw lebih tinggi dari pada siswa yang menerapkan pembelajaran konvensional siswa kelas X SMAN 11 Padang. Untuk itu peneliti menyarankan agar guru‑guru bidang studi ekonomi khususnya SMAN 11 Padang dan guru SMA pada umumnya dapat menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw sebagai salah satu alternatif model pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Dan kepada peneliti yang berminat disarankan untuk melakukan penelitian lanjutan pada materi yang berbeda.
