Abstract

This research is analyzing the conlicts between Linggo Sari region and Pancung Soal region in the Pesisir Selatan regence (case of study is : Air Haji Tanjung Kandis And Pulau Rajo Inderapura at 1998th until 2010th). The indications problem of this research are : how the background of conflict between fisherman of Nagari Air Haji Tanjung Kandis And Pulau Rajo Inderapura at 1998th-2010th and also how to the solutions of this conlict.The method of this research are historical mothod that devided in four step : The first is heuristic step, heuristic is colecting the data from old document, the other document, any relevant book and discussing.The second step criticts the data, criticts the data is procesing the data, sourches and information to know the originally . The next step is interpretations, interpretations is interprating the originally data to get the right informations for the right informing in served the data.The Last Step is historiograf, historigraf is serving the data in the academical  writing (skripsi).As the result of this research is describing that this conflict base on the differentiation of the tool to take the fish that is used by fisherman and the social gelouse of one group of fisherman and other about the different of theirs result.

Abstract

This thesis discusses about social economic life of women as vegatables trader arounded at Jorong Mahakarya, Kenagarian Koto Baru. It study about the beginning and social economic form before and after they become a vegetables trader around. For make this research be easy , so it can be formulated of problems, as follow : 1) How The women as vegetables trader arounded at Jorong Mahakarya, Kenagarian Koto Baru.2) How the social economic life of vegetables trader arounded . The pupose of this research are 1) To decribe the arrival of the women as vegetables trader barounded at Jorong Mahakarya , Kenagarian Koto Baru,2) To describe life social economic of vegetables trader arounded  at Jorong Mahakarya , Kenagarian Koto Baru before and after be a vegetables trader arounded .The method be used in this writing is history method , that consist of four stages, they are : heuristic, critic sources, interpretaion and historiogrpahy.

Abstract

This research results  in the wake of the  low student studying  history   in social studies class XI   at   Semen Padang   senior high school. Thi s study aims to  I) describe the problems  faced by students in learning the history of class XI social 2 and X I social 3 semester January-Jun e period  of the academic  year 2013/2014  at  SMA  Semen  Padang  and , 2)  descnbe  the  factors  that influence  the effect of the problems of students in  learning  the history of class Xl  social  2  and XI social  3 semester  January-June  period  of  the academic  year  2013/2014  at  SMA  Semen  Padang . The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of tbis research showed about the problems faced by students in learning history consists of, the internal and external problems .  Internal   problems  experienced  by  students  in  learning  history  consists  of,   ( I)  many student that low interested to learning hi story. Caused by the intelligence factor and factor methods. (2) poor to attention or follow the learning activity. Caused by an interest fac1or and factor methods. (3) poor concentration i n learning. Caused by a factor of motivation and school time. (4) did not repeated the lesson at home. Caused by friends. Moreover, external factors consist of,(I) the effect of the socia l environment. Caused  by a student  friend , at home and school.(2) l ess faci litate and infrastructure  that use in  learning history because most of teacher onl y use one reference in teaching learning process. Thi s problems caused due to lack of use media in learning.

Abstract

The background of the study was to determine the barriesrs raced by students of the practice field department of history education in creating a learning device in the from of KKM, Syllabus and RPP. this type of research is a qualitative research respondents in this study is the history of the education department of the practice field students STKIP PGRI Sumatera Barat and teacher education study program tutors students practice field history STKIP PGRI Sumatera Barat. The research location is junior high school Muhammadiyah 6 Padang, senior high school 4 Pariaman, senior high school 1 Pacung Soal districts Pesisir Selatan and senior high school 1 Tigo Villages districts Pasaman. Field of research data collection was conduted interviews students of the practice field dapartement of history STKIP PGRI Sumatera Barat and teacher education. From the research it was found that the abstacles in making the learning device in the from of the KKM, Sylabus and RPP (1) barriers in the from of making KKM determine cognitive, psychomotor and affective as well as the determination and calculation of the score assigned. (2) barriers in the from of making the syllabus specify the character to be owned learners, determining learning activities in the from of TM, PT, KMTT the allocation of time for the necessary learning materials in teaching and learning in every basic competency. (3) barriers in making lesson plans from the core activities of learning plan drawn up in exploration, elaboration and confirmation, as well as learning met hods in order to determine the achievement of learning goals. From study it can be concluded that the students of the history department of education STKIP PGRI Sumatera Barat still faces obstacles in making the learning. Therefore, attention and guidance from faculity of education department of history and civil school teacher training is needed in the process of creating a learning device.

Abstract

This thesis explains about a thematic biography which reviews a life journey of Tuanku Abu Bakar in certain time. The efforts of Tuanku Abu Bakar from 1942 till 1949 is demanded to be explored, because he is a historian and a religion expert who plays a role as a warrior also. The method which is done for this thesis is a historic method which is done in some parts: the first is heuristic in which the researcher collects the relevant data which is gotten from interviews, documents, and review some literatures. The second part is criticize the sources in which the researcher measures the data through external and internal critic. The third part is data analysis and data interpretation by arranging and creating the criticized data in order to be reconstructed into story form. Finally is historiography in which the writer describes the data in scientific form. Based on the result of this research, the role of Tuanku Abu Bakar as a religion expert in 1942 till 1949 when the Japanese attached our country is inviting the young to join with heiho, giving them supports, fighting the sikerei program, and taking the soldiers to to do Shalat together. The role of Tuanku abu Bakar as a religion expert in 1945 till 1949 is when holding the fight for freedom, he takes the young to do the effort to fight for the freedom, and gives support to war. Keeping the freedom is Jihad, he gives the solution for the problem, becomes the leader for praying, and gives the religious education, comprehension, and knowledge for others. The role of Tuanku Abu Bakar as a warior from 1942 till 1945 is in Japanese period like in Kuranji Hilir, Tuanku Abu Bakar as a leader for heiho community, soldiers for keeping the guns and Japanese flight area in Sintuak and keep the Japanese pos in Indarung from the attachment of Sekutu soldiers. The role of Tuanku Abu Bakar as a warior from 1945 till 1949 in freedom fight period like being the member of BKR, TKR, TRI dan TNI.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Efforts to improve the quality of teaching history in high school constantly made, both conventional and innovative. Efforts to improve the success of learning History in the Classroom is the role of the teacher in the classroom to manage well during the learning process takes place. The purpose of this study is to to know about planning, implementation and evaluation of the teaching of history in SMA Negeri 2 Lembang Jaya Kabupaten Solok. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research. The study was conducted in the Class XI students of SMA Negeri 2 Lembang Jaya. The main instrument in this study was the researcher, as executor, observers, and at the same time as data collectors. Collecting data in this study conducted by Field Research (research field) consisting of observations (observation), Interview (interview), as well as documentation. The analysis in this study is a non-statistical analysis according to the descriptive data. The results showed in the planning stages teachers need to prepare students needs analysis , materials , create a syllabus , preparing lesson plans , preparing the instruments learning , choosing instructional strategies that will be implemented in the classroom and providing learning resources and teaching materials for learners . In the process of implementation of the teacher conducting an analysis of the needs and problems experienced by students individually as not having its own handbook ; lack of concentration students to lessons ; students are less active ; attract the attention of others.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This article purpose of describing the process of forming some villages in Surantih while government system in 1983-2001, and the process of cultural leadership in Surantih since 1983 to 2001, and also about the response of Surantih villagers about village leadership in SurantihThe method which is used in this article is historical method: Heuristic( collecting all sources which is needed), source critic, then fact interpretation, and  it was made in scientist a written way called Histiografy.The result of survey shows that first, in forming the village parliament, Surantih consist of 13 villages, they are: Pasar Surantih, Pasir nan panjang, Sungai Sirah, Gunung Malelo, Rawang, Timbulun, Koto Panjang, Koto Marapak, Kayu Gadang, Ampalu, Kayu Aro, Batu Balah, and Langgai. Second, in forming the village parliament, the effect of law implementation in village parliament made the strength and wise of Niniak Mamak decrease for village, the leadership of Niniak Mamak got downing neither Kemenakan nor other villagers. Third, village parliament system was not so easy to do because it was faced by some basic changing in Minangkabau Cultural with the Nagari system which is exposing aspiration from low side to upper. Meanwhile, in village parliament system was focusing in upper instruction, so that made contradictory between them. The conclusion of this survey that, the village parliament system based on law no 5 1979 in Surantih was not running well like what we wished, because of facing of villager’s ethnic and cultural which was the basic of Minangkabau villager who exposing the aspiration from lower side to upper side. Keyword : Nagari, transformatif village

Abstract

                                                         ABSTRACTThis thesis tells about the social-economic history with title “ Social-economic of coffee’s farmers in the District Lembah Masurai Kabupaten Merangin Provinsi Jambi (1999-2011)”. It is interesting to discuss because the presence of coffee cultivation in Kecamatan Lembah can give the impact for development of economy to be better. The research problem are: How does the emergence of the coffee crop in the district Lembah Masurai since (1999-2011), How the development of coffee’s farmers in the district Lembah Masurai since (1999-2011), How the coffee’s farmers influences social-economic in District Lembah Masurai since (1999-2011). Beside that the purpose of this study also discuss about social- economic life of coffee’s farmers in District Lembah Masurai Kabupaten Merangin Provinsi Jambi since 1999-2011. This research includes historical research , this study followed the methods of history : 1 ) Heuristics , 2 ) source criticism , 3 ) interpretation , and 4 ) the presentation of the results of a research thesis . Transition from peasant agriculture cinnamon to coffee farmers, income changes, in addition, reaches the high standart in the reality of human life. Changes occur anywhere; including in District Lembah Masurai Kabupaten Merangnin Jambi Province. Lembah Masurai districts have good potential of  agricultural. Over time, so many developments of human live in Lembah Masurai District. In 1999 the District of Okanagan Masurai more interested in planting coffee as compared to other crops. In 2001, standar live of society are more be better than before, we can see that by the education system, building system and economic system.

Abstract

This research aimstoexplainthe background of theexpansionin the subdistrictheadmanTigo(2001-2011), describesthe process of expansionTigoDistrictHeadmanandimpactafterthe divisionheld.This study wasconducted usinghistoricalresearch methods, withthe followingstages: The firstheuristic, it is asourcecollectsliterature, documents, recordsandinterviews. The secondsource ofcriticism, is thetestactivitysourcesthat have beencollectedthroughinternalandexternalcriticism. The thirdinterpretation, istointerpretthe factswiththe factthatoneway of connectingwithotherfactsin accordancewith thehistorical eventsthatincludes the time, place, andevents, the fourthhistoriography, ispresentingresearch resultsin the form ofthesis.The results showed that, first a desire to split the district in Solok regency and form the District Headman Tigo as the definitive districts due to lack of government attention to this area . State of the separated region because there is no adequate transportation access make this isolated area, so it appears the economy, education , health and pilitik . Tigo District Headman two officially bloomed in 2001 . Third , after the subdistrict headman bloomed Tigo , which has lasted for a decade that has not received attention from the government entirely is still being isolated districts in Solok regency . It can be concluded , first the peoples desire to split the area in Solok District and forming Tigo Headman, second, the establishment of a decade Tigo District Headman not show changes to the surrounding communities, who live with the limitations paced. Keywords: regional growth, power, rule

Abstract

ABSTRACTNatural disasters such as landslides have left deep wounds and traumatic for the people living around the landslide-prone zones, as well as in Korong Kolam Janiah Nagari Kudu Gantiang V Koto Timur District, Padang Pariaman regency. Nature disasters landslides that occurred on 8 January 2007 that has killed 13 people, 4 houses and 1 mosque. This paper examines the nature landslide disaster in 2007. Historical research methods : ( 1 ) Heuristics ( 2 ) Source Criticism ( 3 ) Interpretation ( 4 ) Historiography . Based on the results of the research showed that citizens affected by natural disasters landslides change. Social capital in building a house is affected by the birth of a sense of community, kinship, but there is also in the form of exchange of the good or service. While the economic impact of a society that is seen as the majority of farmers are now no longer just rely on one principal livelihood, but also take advantage of other employment opportunities in order to increase revenue and income to meet their daily living needs. The conclusion of this study is that public life after landslide occurrences has improved and has returned to usual activities. Keyword : socioeconomic communities after nature disasters landslide
