The use of innovative methods by teachers in learning makes students be more critical and can increase studentsâabsorption. Based on the facts in the reality, Islamic Elementary School (MI) teachers are mostly alumni of Islamic Education (PAI). It is proven by the fact that MI teachers throughout Ngablak District, Magelang Regency are dominantly Islamic Education graduates. This type of empowerment is based on qualitative research. The subject of the empowerment is MI class, teachers throughout Ngablak District, Magelang Regency. Data sources are obtained through observation, questionnaire adn Focus Group Discussion. The observation result finds that 100% of science (IPA). Teachers of MI in Ngablak have difficulties in delivering IPA materials using innovative methods and 100% are interested in training. The empowerment design of IPA teachers at MI is as the following: the factual use of IPA learning methods in the field, training in innovative learning methods of IPA and output (application of innovative learning methods in the classroom).إستخداÙ

Self-evaluation serves as a milestone of a development, where suchdevelopment deals withthe planned change. Therefore, it is essential to understand how to conduct self-evaluation in comprehensive, well-structured, and systematicwaysinwhichthe results can be used as a basis in the planning process in order to achieve suchquality improvement sustainably. The analyses conductedinvolve strength, weakness,opportunity, and treats (SWOT analysis). By knowing the pre-existing weaknesses,efforts can be done to minimize the weaknesses by utilizing the owned strengths.Similarly, by understanding the possible challenges that may be faced in advance,thechallenges can be overcome with utilizing every single of opportunities, so that thechallenge can be a motivation for all managers in improving the quality of the institution.Self-evaluation can be carried out following five procedures as follows: preparation andplanning, structuring organizational work, implementation of self-evaluation, use ofpeer experts and follow-up. The implementation of good self-evaluation activities can beseen with several attributes, concerning the process of self-evaluation organizationandself-evaluation report.إ٠تÙÙÙÙ

This study examined behavioral approach in dealing with studentsâindiscipline behavior at SMP Diponegoro Depok Sleman Yogyakarta whose familybackground of divorce. Qualitative descriptive methodwas applied to reveal the abovephenomenon and the data were collected by observation and in-depth interview. Itrevealed that there were three main steps in applying this behavior approach. Firstly,assessment was essentially conducted in advance to investigate the underlying factorswhich cause indiscipline to happen. The second step was a goal setting; discussing withstudents about the consequences that might be faced when they engage in undisciplinedbehavior. At this stage, the researcher along with the students had succeeded in devisinga plan to solve the problem. The last stage was that carrying out the research to assessstudents followed by counseling contract, relaxation, modeling, reward and punishment,encouragement, time-out, home assignment and ending with the evaluation phase. Theresults found that behavioral technique was one of effective approaches in guidanceand counseling to handle maladaptive on adaptive behavior, and this approach wasvery appropriate to handle undisciplined students in school.اÙÙØ¯Ù Ø§ÙØ±Ø¦Ùس٠Ù

In improving the quality of education, there should be sustainability of performance and quality improvement. The sustainable quality improvement serves as the measure to overcome the problems of low quality education which rely on conventional approaches. The quality assurance approach leads higher education institutions to learn and implement Total Quality Management (TQM). TQM is an integrated quality management undertaken by every level of managementand all units within the organizational system which aims at providing satisfactory service to the customer. So every Higher Education should optimize management to improve quality. There are four successful scopes of higher educationmanagement, such as: (1) students are satisfied with the higher education services; (2) educational customersare satisfied with the service to its students; (3) stake holders are satisfied to have graduates with high quality and meet theexpectation; (4) lecturers and staff are satisfied with the services of higher education in some areas: division of labor, relationships and communication between lecturers/leaders, employees, salary/honor received and service.ÙÙ Ù

This study examines in depth the design and preparation process of PAI (Education of Islamic Religious) teacher candidates from the curriculum composition. This research uses research method of curriculum text study that exist in two institutions preparing PAI teacher that is Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ) and Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) Bandung. The text under study is the curriculum that is on the web of each college. Data analysis using qualitative descriptive technique. The results of research include the following: First, the preparation of Islamic religious education teachers both in UPI Bandung and UNJ focus on strengthening the mastery of Islamic content than the provision of learning methodology materials. But the different depths, UPI more in-depth study of Islam because it is a study program while the UNJ is concentrated. Second, the concept of pedagogical content knowledge as an alternative bid that must be developed by LPTK in graduated professional teachers who have a balance in mastery of material and pedagogic abilityتدرس ÙØ°Ù Ø§ÙØ¯Ø±Ø§Ø³Ø© بعÙ

Pemanasan global merupakan salah satu isu yang paling sering dibahas dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Berbagai upaya dilakukan untuk menghadapi kondisi alam ini, namun nampaknya adiwiyata (pendidikan tentang pelestarian lingkungan) menjadi solusi yang menjanjikan. Generasi masa kini diharapkan memiliki pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap, motivasi dan komitmen dalam bekerja dan dalam memecahkan masalah lingkungan tersebut, serta dapat mencegah kerusakan lingkungan yang lebih parah. Kurikulum tersembunyi menjadi salah satu alternatif dalam adiwiyata karena kurikulum ini menjanjikan hasil yang lebih nyata. Melalui kelas bahasa, kurikulum tersembunyi dalam ranah adiwiyata dapat berkontribusi pada promosi otonomi pembelajar dan kesadaran para siswa. Studi ini menjelaskan tentang penerapan adiwiyata dalam sebuah kurikulum tersembunyi di kelas bahasa yang disebut sebagai the Earth Day Every Day. Rencana pembelajaran yang dicantumkan dalam studi ini menekankan pada peran kurikulum tersembunyi itu sendiri, perannya sebagai sebuah cara menumbuhkan pembelajaran yang otonom, dan bentuk kolaborasinya dengan media dalam pembentukan sikap.ÙÙÙØ´Øª Ù

Madrasah is an Islamic educational institution that has a big role in development in the country. However, there are still some obstacles in his journey, including the lack of knowledge of teachers in the use of technology in learning such as the use of digital libraries. In this paper describes the efforts of MAN 1 Bandar Lampung in empowering the madrasah and the effectiveness of digital libraries in empowering the madrasah. The results of this research are: first, empowerment conducted in MAN 1 Bandar Lampung through several stages, awareness or enlightenment, intensive capacity and empowerment. Secondly, there are some improvement of teachers skill in the use of digital library, such as in searching verses of Koran and His commentary, referring some Hadith of the Prophet and his explanatory, seeking references for strengthening the subjects in the class, discussing problem solving and reviewing Arabic Grammar and Arabic Sciences.اÙÙ

 Learning based on soft skill and hard skill is essential in college. The problem that often arises is that there are still many lecturers who design their learning based on hard skills only. This is because some lecturers do not understand the importance of learning based on soft skill. This research uses library research approach to examine how iurgency of learning design based on soft skill in college. The result shows that the design of learning based on soft skill in college aims to realize the students who believe in God and become an independent and responsible person. Thus, learning based on soft skill is relevance because it is a capital for students to be able to manage themselves and respect in social life. This study examined behavioral approach in dealing with studentsâ indiscipline behavior at SMP Diponegoro Depok Sleman Yogyakarta whose family background of divorce. Qualitative descriptive methodwas applied to reveal the above phenomenon and the data were collected by observation and in-depth interview. It revealed that there were three main steps in applying this behavior approach. Firstly, assessment was essentially conducted in advance to investigate the underlying factors which cause indiscipline to happen. The second step was a goal setting; discussing with students about the consequences that might be faced when they engage in undisciplined behavior. At this stage, the researcher along with the students had succeeded in devising a plan to solve the problem. The last stage was that carrying out the research to assess students followed by counseling contract, relaxation, modeling, reward and punishment, encouragement, time-out, home assignment and ending with the evaluation phase. The results found that behavioral technique was one of effective approaches in guidance and counseling to handle maladaptive on adaptive behavior, and this approach was very appropriate to handle undisciplined students in school.  درس ÙØ°Ø§ Ø§ÙØ¨ØØ« عÙ

This study is grounded from the reality there are many students who do not yet have self efficacy during the learning process. This reality is a major problem of the declining quality of teaching and learning activities. This reality became a concern teacher to find a solution. This study aimed to describe the urgency, the rule and functions and methods that can be used teachers to foster self efficacy learners. The type of this study is a research library with a logical approach unrealistic. The data obtained through the study of assosiated libraries with realities on theground. While the results of the study is: first, self efficacylearners is very important in the learning process quality. Since he became the internal factors of learners to be ready to receive the knowledge.Second, the role and function of self efficacy in self learners can improve learning outcomes that a better qualified, because of the self-learners have the feeling that sure can judge him, controlling him, causing positive emotions about what he faced. Third, how to do to foster self efficacy is to train the management of self-learners.
