Abstract

Marketing communication is a marketing activity that aims to inform about a product or service offered by a persuasive company to prospective buyers or consumers. Banking competition that is enlivened by conventional banks and Islamic banks makes consumers have many choices to invest. Marketing communication is needed because with marketing communication, it is expected that there are three changes (knowledge, attitude, and desired action). The South Kalimantan Shari'ah Bank Kayutangi conducts sales promotions by conducting field outreach to various agencies , Personal selling by visiting prospective customers directly to their place, Public relations by participating in various events, and Advertising by distributing brochures & calendars. And then, class/training related to communication skills need to be followed by marketers to improve their ability to carry out marketing activities. And the last, supporting facilities also needed in order to optimize the performance of marketing communications.

Abstract

Muslims need to consume halal goods, including consumption of skin care products for facial care. Although the majority of Indonesia's population is Muslim, there are not many products that are halal-certified. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the purchasing decisions of skin care consumers of generation Z Muslims without the halal label in Banjarmasin. This research is a quantitative study with 145 Banjarmasin generation Z Muslims as a sample. Data were collected using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire, then analyzed by multiple linear regression. The results showed that the influence of perception and purchasing decisions was positive, while religiosity and purchasing decisions had a negative effect. The results of this study indicate the decision to purchase skin care without a halal label can be determined based on how much a person's personal perception of the skin care product and religiosity related to spiritual values that influence one's actions in making decisions. Religiosity is very important in one's life. So generation Z who has a high level of religiosity will think of halal-haram for the actions they take during purchasing activities.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Setiap usaha yang dilakukan oleh bank syariah dalam memperoleh laba atau keuntungan dari pendapatan tidak terlepas dari risiko. Salah satunya yaitu risiko operasional sebagai risiko akibat dari ketidakcukupan dan/atau tidak berfungsinya proses internal, kesalahan  manusia, kegagalan sistem, dan/atau adanya kejadian-kejadian eksternal yang mempengaruhi operasional bank.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat pendapatan bank umum syariah yaitu murabahah, ijarah, mudharabah, musyarakah dan fee terhadap risiko operasional pada bank umum syariah periode 2015 sampai dengan 2018. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu 11 Bank Umum Syariah (BUS) dengan menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling. Teknik  analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi data panel dengan taraf signifikansi 5%  dengan alat statistik berupa Eviews. Perhitungan untuk risiko operasional dilihat dari ATMR risiko operasional menggunakan perhitungan Basel II yaitu metode Pendekatan Indikator Dasar (PID). Pendapatan sebagai variabel independen yaitu murabahah, ijarah, mudharabah, musyarakah, dan fee. Dari variabel independen tersebut yang berpengaruh yaitu murabahah, musyarakah, dan fee sedangkan yang tidak berpengaruh ijarah dan mudharabah. Kata Kunci: risiko operasional, murabahah, ijarah, mudharabah, musyarakah, fee

Abstract

Basicly Musyarakah in fiqh muamalah is agreement of trust (amanah), which each of partners be rialiable with their own partner that have agreement with them, then in agreement of musyarakah each of partners do not allowed to ask for assurance to other partners. This research uses field research method by directly interviews the authorities of PT Bank Kalsel Syariah Banjarmasin Branch. The result of the procedure of musyarakah finance which is given by PT Bank Kalsel Syariah Banjarmasin Branch is a coorperation agreement between the bank and the clients where each of partners gives the contribution of fund and work in undertaking productive business. The profit result divide based on nisbah that has been agreed and one of the partners can ask the more pofit based on their works and the loss devides proportionally based on the fund that had been deposited by each of partners. The client is asked to include the additional material wealth assurance that worth of the price as a serious prove and responsible reflection of the clients to undertake a coopertion and also as bank media in undertaking the principle of carefulness in giving the finance.

Abstract

Abstract: Takaful and its development in the Islamic world become urgent as in Indonesia which is the majority of Muslim population. In Islamic teachings also contained the substance of the insurance regulation. Insurance which is appropriate to Islamic law was able to avoid the insurance operational principle of gharar, maysir, and usury. Due to that basis, then thought out and formulated appropriate insurance forms of Islamic law. In principle, Islamic economic studies has always put forward the principles of fairness, help each other, avoid injustice, the prohibition of usury (interest), the principle of proft and loss sharing as well as the removalof gharar element. Gharar element in conventional insurance lies in the uncertainty about the rights of policy holders, and the resources that they use to cover claims. Maysir element lies in the possibility of the benefciary at the expense of others. While usury elements lies in revenue from money.Abstrak: Asuransi syariah dan perkembangannya di dalam dunia islam menjadi hal urgen. Begitupun di Indonesia yang notabene penduduknya mayoritas beragama Islam. Di dalam ajaran Islam juga termuat substansi mengenai peraturan perasuransian. Asuransi yang sesuai hukum islam ternyata mampu menghindarkan prinsip operasional asuransi dari unsur gharar, maysir, dan riba. Atas landasan itulah, kemudian dipikirkan dan dirumuskan bentuk asuransi yang sesuai syariat Islam. Secara prinsipil kajian ekonomi islam selalu mengedepankan asas keadilan, tolong – menolong, menghindari kezaliman, pengharaman riba (bunga), berprinsip proft and loss sharring serta penghilangan unsur gharar. Unsur Gharar dalam asuransi konvensional terletak pada ketidakpastian tentang hak pemegang polis dan sumber dana yang di pakai untuk menutup klaim. Unsur maysir terletak pada kemungkinan adanya pihak yang diuntungkan di atas kerugian orang lain. Sedangkan unsur riba terdapa pada perolehan pendapatan dari membungakan uang.Keywords: deposit, gharar, riba, konvensional.

Abstract

This paper outlines Islamic macro economic policy on the issue of foreign debts andoffers solutions to resolve the crisis of foreign loans in a humane and socially just manner. Eco-nomic recovery can be done by the combination of reforming the morality of business actors andstate apparatuses, changing the economic structure to a more efficient one, emphasising a maxi-mum use of economic resources, and minimising the distribution gap in society by decentralisingwealth and completely removing injustice. Improvidence and consumptive tendencies of societyand state apparatuses must be pressed and accompanied by corruption elimination. Good gover-nance and peoples confidence are two high valued assets to run the development and to create ajust and properous society.

Abstract

The existence of Sharia mortgage is initially supported by the success of Islamic Banking and the Muslims necessary of the existence of mortgage principled with sharia. Nowadays, motivation of Muslims for transaction is not only influenced by religious motivation, but also on their attitudes and perceptions, such as relative advantage, location and others. It becomes a question to society in Banjarmasin, who are predominantly Muslim, whether religious factors or other factors are more dominant to influence the preferences of clients (attitudes and motivation) in transactions in Shariah mortgage Kebun Bunga branch office, Banjarmasin.

Abstract

Pergeseran gaya hidup sebagai konsekuensi modernisasi teraplikasi dalam banyak hal, salah satunya kebiasaan berkonsumsi. Dalam hal ini, masyarakat kian dijamu dengan bermacam perbelanjaan modern yang menyajikan suasana lebih nyaman daripada pasar tradisional dan varian tawaran harga diskon. Kompetisi antara ritel modern melalui persaingan harga dan berbagai even tertentu justru membuat pasar tradisional kian tertinggal. Padahal, pasar tradisional merupakan cermin perdagangan sector usaha rakyat karena melibatkan pedagang-pedagang skala mikro. Guna menjaga eksistensi sektor riil tersebut, tentunya diperlukan upaya-upaya khusus untuk menyelamatkan atau menjaga keberadaannya. Upaya tersebut bisa melibatkan pemerintah melalui revitalisasi pasar atau kebijakan-kebijakan yang bersifat pro poor budgeting, ataupun penguatan strategi pemasaran oleh pedagang sendiri. Selama ini kebanyakan pedagang mengenal pemasaran dalam sudut konvensional saja, padahal seiring islamisasi pengetahuan, pemasaran juga bisa diaplikasikan sesuai konsep Islam. Selain pemasaran yang bisa menjadi poin penting dalam survival strategies, modal social pun tentunya bisa menopang agar sektor usaha rakyat ini tetap bisa berdiri normal di tengah pertumbuhan ritel modern.

Abstract: This study aimed to analyze the accounting treatment applied murabaha advance by BankSyariah Branch South Kalimantan Banjarmasin, both as buyers and as sellers are in accordance with theFatwa DSN, IAS, and PAPSI. This research is a field that is qualitative research, where researchers usedinterviews and documentation. The results showed that the share of advances at Bank Syariah BranchSouth Kalimantan Banjarmasin determined based on the price of the goods and the condition of thegoods. advances are recognized as part of the payment of Murabahah receivables. advances that areapplied by the Bank of South Kalimantan Banjarmasin have within their Sharia Fatwa DSN, IAS, andPAPSI. No down payment for second variation, the first customers pay a deposit to the bank, and thesecond customer to pay an advance directly to the supplier using wakalah.
