Abstract

The aims of this research were to examine the effect of funtional quality and technical quality on customer satisfaction, and the effect of funtional quality, technical quality and customer satisfaction to word of mouth communication. This research have been conducted in Laundrynesia with 53 costumer on August 2018 as a respondent. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is used as data analysis techniques in this research. The results of the analysis prove that the variables funtional quality, technical quality have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Funtional quality, technical quality and customer satisfaction have a significant influence too to word of mouth communication. All variable?s T-statistic value are greater than the normal t-distribution table (1,96). Funtional quality?s T-statistic value on customer satisfaction is 5,174. Technical quality?s T-statistic value on customer satisfaction is 4,753. Customer satisfaction?s T-statistic value on word of mouth communication is 10,538. Funtional quality?s T-statistic value on word of mouth communication is 3,639.  Technical quality?s T-statistic value on word of mouth communication is 4,251.

Abstract

Abstract: In some countries, waqf isused as media for walfare of people. It is also possible to be implemented in Indonesia, where the majority of its population is Muslim, if properly managed waqf. The government issued a regulation that Law No. 41 Year 2004 on Waqf in an attempt to achieve these expectations. The method used in this research is a juridical approach, analyzing the management of waqf held by PCM (Branch Head of Muhammadiyah) 1 to 13 Banjarmasin in perspective Law No.41 Year 2004 on Waqf. Muhammadiyah is one of nadzir with legal form in accordance to the Decree of the Minister of Home Affairs No. SK 14/DDA/1972 on appointment Muhammadiyah as a legal entity, therefore Muhammadiyah Central, Regional and Branch entitled appointed as nadzir, including Branches Head of Muhammadiyah in Banjarmasin. Nadzir responsibility is to manage the assets of waqf, either by registering waqfassets as well as develop the waqf assets and expansion waqf assets through productive business. Based on the result of the research, it is illustrated that from 88 waqf assets in all Branches Head of Muhammadiyah Banjarmasin only 41 assets that registered in the name of Muhammadiyah. The development of the existing assets still consumptive, such as mosque, maqbarah, and others, it should be developed through productive business, for example built of?ces, outlets, pharmacies, hotels, conference halls, home industries, and plantations. In fact there is an opportunity for Branches Head of Muhammadiyah to manage HTR (Plantation Forest), the funding provided by the Government in the revolving loan fund, which ultimately waqf assets is not only bene?cial but can also be a source offunds (fundraising).

Abstract

FIF Syariah is a non-bank Sharia-based unit running a financing business. The fact thatit follows Sharia precepts and that the majority of Indonesian citizens are Muslims make it pro-spective to be an alternative in distributing funds to people in Indonesia. In middle term, there isa big chance that FIF Syariah will have a speedy growth since the number of company that openSharia financing units is still relatively small. It is important that every stakeholder pay attentionsto these Sharia financing units so they can grow and stay in the right track (complying withIslamic law). The commitment of the government will certainly support the development ofSharia financing in Indonesia.

As a derivation ofIslam, Sharia economy will follow Islam in all aspects. Abstract

Pergeseran gaya hidup sebagai konsekuensi modernisasi teraplikasi dalam banyak hal, salah satunya kebiasaan berkonsumsi. Dalam hal ini, masyarakat kian dijamu dengan bermacam perbelanjaan modern yang menyajikan suasana lebih nyaman daripada pasar tradisional dan varian tawaran harga diskon. Kompetisi antara ritel modern melalui persaingan harga dan berbagai even tertentu justru membuat pasar tradisional kian tertinggal. Padahal, pasar tradisional merupakan cermin perdagangan sector usaha rakyat karena melibatkan pedagang-pedagang skala mikro. Guna menjaga eksistensi sektor riil tersebut, tentunya diperlukan upaya-upaya khusus untuk menyelamatkan atau menjaga keberadaannya. Upaya tersebut bisa melibatkan pemerintah melalui revitalisasi pasar atau kebijakan-kebijakan yang bersifat pro poor budgeting, ataupun penguatan strategi pemasaran oleh pedagang sendiri. Selama ini kebanyakan pedagang mengenal pemasaran dalam sudut konvensional saja, padahal seiring islamisasi pengetahuan, pemasaran juga bisa diaplikasikan sesuai konsep Islam. Selain pemasaran yang bisa menjadi poin penting dalam survival strategies, modal social pun tentunya bisa menopang agar sektor usaha rakyat ini tetap bisa berdiri normal di tengah pertumbuhan ritel modern.

Abstract: In the research on the Majesty product in the Islamic pawnshop, it can be known t h a t o n e o f i t s c o n t r a c t u s e mu r a b a h a h c o n t r a c t . B a s e d o n i t s m e ch a n i s m f o r N o b l e metal investment can be done through several procedures: (1) T he booking procedure which includes the vital preconditions that must be met by the customers to invest noble.(2) Giving procedures consist of the steps of giving noble metal investment to customers which are divided into two processes, such as product precious cash cycle and credit Majesty product cycle. (3) The settlement procedure is a noble form of the payment system that also divided into two systems, namely by way of repayment at once (cash) or by way of installments in accordance with an agreement made in advance by both parties.

Abstract

Islam yang diwujudkan dalam Alquran dan Hadits kaya akan konsep kewirausahaan, dan ini telah dipraktikkan oleh Nabi Muhammad sebelum masa kerasulannya. Tetapi jika kita melihat kenyataan di masa sekarang, keberadaan wirausaha Muslim masih kalah dari wirausaha non-Muslim, baik dari segi kuantitas maupun kualitas. Salah satu alasannya diduga karena modal yang lemah karena dominasi perbankan berbasis riba konvensional. Masalah yang dirumuskan dalam makalah ini adalah bagaimana Islam mendorong upaya kewirausahaan dan bagaimana sumber pendanaannya didasarkan pada reksadana Islam. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan, bahwa agama Islam mendorong pengembangan bisnis seluas mungkin, karena dalam muamalah tidak ada batasan, kecuali ada larangan shara; Larangannya adalah jika bisnis yang dikembangkan tidak bermoral, mengekang ribawi, gharar, penipuan dan penimbunan sehingga tidak membawa manfaat bagi masyarakat. Sumber modal bisnis Islam dapat diperoleh dari reksa dana syariah, di mana pemilik modal mempercayakan modalnya kepada lembaga reksadana Islam tepercaya, yang kemudian mendistribusikannya ke wirausahawan tepercaya, melalui sistem bagi hasil dan bentuk bisnis lainnya. dibenarkan oleh syariah, transparan dan menguntungkan bagi para pihak. Keberadaan reksa dana syariah selama ini belum optimal karena kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat dan masih dominannya dominasi masyarakat melalui transaksi perbankan konvensional.

Abstract

Abstract: The endowment policy conducted by three domains: 1)insurance knowledge domain; 2) endowment theory domain; and 3) will theory domain. These three domains of this is expected to helpfnd a solution for the ideas and endowment policy movement in Indonesia in terms of sharia. The study of three domains conducted in order to seek the clarity of legal insurance policy endowment in terms of sharia which showed at least two topics, frst, there is a special element in the insurance, namely welfare. Second, the object of endowment must already be affrmed of wakif during the donated / written endowment; and Musha bih (the object ofthe will) must already belong to Mushi (which intestate) at the time the will is affrmed/written orwhen the nafdaz will (effective), that is when Mushiis died.Abstrak: Kajian wakaf polis dilakukan dengan tiga domain: 1) domain ilmu perasuransian; 2) domain teori wakaf; dan 3) domain teori wasiat. Tiga domain kajian ini diharapkan dapat membantu mencari solusi atas ide dan gerakan wakaf polis di Indonesia dari segi syariah. Tiga domain kajian yang dilakukan dalam rangka mencari kejalasan hukum wakaf polis asuransi dari segi syariah memperlihatkan setidaknya dua topik, yaitu Pertama, dalam asuransi terdapat unsur khusus, yaitu kemashlahatan. Kedua, obyek wakaf harus sudah menjadi milik wakif pada saat akad wakaf diikrarkan/ditulis; dan musha bih (obyek wasiat) harus sudah menjadi milik Mushi (yang berwasiat) pada saat akad wasiat diikrarkan/ditulis atau pada saat wasiat nafdaz (efektif), yaitu Mushi meninggal dunia.Kata Kunci: Waqaf, asuransi, wasiat, polis, syariah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud membaca fenomenena mutakhir terkait gerakan ekonomi Islam kontemporer di Indonesia, dengan mengambil lingkup studi perkembangan koperasi 212 di Kalimantan Selatan. Gerakan politik yang menghimpun sejumlah besar umat Islam melakukan demonstrasi pada 2 Desember 2016 telah memberikan pengaruh kuat, bukan saja pada wilayah politik, tetapi juga pada dimensi ekonomi, yang dipandang sebagai akar persoalan dari ketertinggalan umat Islam. Penelitian ini merupakan kajian lapangan yang mengambil wilayah di Kalimantan Selatan, khususnya di Banjarmasin, Banjarbaru dan Kotabaru. Ketiga daerah ini termasuk yang cukup pesat perkembangan gerakan Koperasi Syariah 212. Temuan dari penelitian ini bahwa: Pertama, latarbelakang umat Islam di Kalimantan Selatan bergabung dan mendirikan mitra Koperasi Syariah 212 karena pengaruh spirit 212 yang mampu menawarkan sesuatu yang berbeda namun bersesuaian dengan karakter dari masyarakat di tiga kota tersebut yang lebih terbuka dan cenderung religius serta berhati-hati pada persoalan muamalah. Kedua, perkembangan mitra Koperasi 212 di Kalimantan Selatan menunjukkan perkembangan yang positif karena kurang dari dua tahun sudah terdapat 5 gerai 212 Mart dengan total anggota sebanyak 599 orang. Ketiga, faktor-faktor yang menghambat adalah pemahaman anggota terhadap karakter lembaga koperasi yang masih kurang, adanya kebutuhan yang lebih mendesak sehingga mereka menarik dana simpanan, dan yang terakhir mengenai prospek mitra Koperasi Syariah 212 dalam pengembangan ekonomi umat adalah hadirnya koperasi ini memberikan alternatif tempat investasi dan belanja yang sesuai syariah bagi umat di Banua dan secara kelembagaan memiliki peluang untuk menjadi lebih besar lagi apabila tidak membatasi dirinya hanya pada kalangan dengan ideologi tertentu saja, tetapi memberikan ruang bagi yang lainnya dengan tetap berpegang pada prinsip untuk pemberdayaan ekonomi umat.

Abstract

This study aims to find out empirically the effect of Carbon Emission Disclosure and Financial Performance study on companies listed in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) 2014-2018. This research uses quantitative research methods, using panel data analysis. Data collection uses secondary data from documentation related data. Data is taken from annual report and sustainability report of each variable from 2014-2018. In addition, there are control variables in this study, namely leverage, industry type and size. The research test uses the t test and F test and is processed using Eviews8. The results showed that Return on Asset (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) has a positive and significant impact on Carbon Emission Disclosure (CED). However, the variable Earning Per Shares (EPS) not have significant influence on Carbon Emission Disclosure (CED). The Results showed that Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Earning Per Shares (EPS) had a significant simultaneous effect on the Carbon Emission Disclosure (CED).
