Abstract

Abstraksi Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung dari variabel budaya organisasi, komitmen terhadap kepuasan dan terhadap OCB melalui kepuasan. Kuesioner penelitian disebarkan kepada seluruh populasi karyawan Rumah Sakit DKT Gombong Kebumen dan diolah dengan mengunakan SPSS 18 . Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui secara langsung variabel budaya dan komitmen berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja.Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan melalui kepuasan, budaya dan komitmen berpengaruh terhadap OCB. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, perencanaan karir dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. Harmoni Mitra Energi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Harmoni Mitra Energi sebanyak 97 responden, Alat analisis yang di gunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan Regresi Linear Berganda diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel kinerja karyawan PT. Harmoni Mitra Energi dipengaruhi oleh variabel gaya kepemimpinan, perencanaan karir dan budaya organisasi. Sementara itu berdasarkan perhitungan uji t (parsial) dan uji f (simultan) menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, perencanaan karir dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini memperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi yang besar, sedangkan sebagian kecil lainnya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak ada dalam penelitian ini. Kata kunei : Gaya kepemimpinan, Perencanaan karir, Budaya organisasi dan Kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study entittled "FACTORS AFFECTING FOREIGN DIRECT INVESTMENT(FDI) IN PURBALINGGA". The purpose of this study was to analyze some factorsaffecting foreign direct investment in Purbalingga. The study used independentvariables, including GDP, interest rates, inflation, labor costs,and infrastructureroads. The analysis tool used the classification assumptions and hypothesis testing.Data were used from 2001 to 2015. From the results of regression analysis, showedthat GDP, road 6infrastructure have a positive and significant impact. Interest ratesand labor costs have a negative and significant impact, while inflation wasseen not to have significant impact on foreign direct investment inflows. Theimplication of this study are goverment should increase productivity so the addedvalue generated can be increased, improving the quality of the workforce so asto create employment opportunities more widely to reduce unemployment, improvethe quality of development more adequate infrastructure of the whole area evenlyPurbalingga.Keywords: FDI, factors analysis, regression analysis.

Abstract

The development of hospital management, both from management and operational aspects is strongly influenced by various demands from the environment and technological progress, including the need for internal and external examination. Various problems arise along with hospital demands that must always improve its services, such as government regulations, financial management policies, the accuracy of information systems, the use of information technology, the adequacy of capital and Human Resources.The effectiveness and efficiency of health services such as care, treatment, examination, medical treatment, and other good diagnostics will affect patient satisfaction levels in the hospital. The management of the hospital is required to be able to plan, mobilize, organize, and coordinate the activities of professional and non-professional workers.The role of human resource functions towards the achievement of overall organizational goals will require an assessment and evaluation of the implementation of human resource programs developed in the function of each human resource. Assessment and evaluation conducted to find out all planned programs whether the implementation is maximal or not If indeed in practice has not been implemented with the maximum, it will look for solutions to overcome these problems. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe writing of this article aims to see how culture has a role for the country and the region in the development of tourism. Relation approach of tourism and culture is many and varied. Culture touches every aspect of human life and all tourism is considered as cultural tourism. This is because all human movements boost individual culture and generate new knowledge, experience, and meetings among individuals. Today many countries and regions compete to attract people, visitors, and investments. In tourism, traditional factor conditions become the most important element of attraction, both in terms of natural factors (such as beaches, climate, etc.) and the created factors (such as cultural attractions, events, etc.). Therefore, in order to be able to mobilize more from this tourism sector, all these factors must be improved in order to be more effective through industry restructuration, product innovation, and competitiveness. This review shows the conclusions of the importance of culture and tourism as drivers of attractiveness and competitiveness. Most countries and regions are active in developing tangible and intangible cultural assets to develop a comparative advantage of the tourism market. Cultural tourism is one of the fastest and largest in increasing the growth of the global tourism market and the cultural industry, as well as increasingly being used to promote and enhance the competitiveness and attractiveness of the region. The policy implications that can be done are to build partnerships created to support collaboration and build mechanisms to run effectively.Key words: Culture, Tourism, Fascination and Competitiveness

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine whether the motivation, ethical leadership and rewards influence both jointly or individually / individually on employee job satisfaction in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The number of samples in this study were 131 employees in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, using a modified Likert model questionnaire. Variable in this research there are 4, that is job satisfaction, motivation, ethical leadership and reward. The hypothesis in this research was tested by using multiple linear regression and using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that motivation, ethical leadership and reward have the successive significance of 0.002; 0.028; 0.003 (<0.05) and the coefficient shows a positive sign or supported. While the F test shows the significance of 0.00 (<0.05), so it can be concluded that simultaneous of motivation, ethical leadership and reward are supported.Keywords: motivation; ethical leadership; reward; job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of social responsibility, etiuka relatives, on the reputation of corporate governance and its impact on the performance of the company PT. Telkom Indonesia Branch Kebumen. The analytical tool used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study show that the reputation of social responsibility affects the reputation accepted. This is indicated by the value of CR = 2.514 and p = 0.012 or significant at ½ α = 0.05 t table = ± 1.980. Thus, the social responsibility variables formed by indicators of ethical codes, economic well-being, contributions and participant experiences have a significant influence on reputation. Further business ethics affects the accepted reputation. This is indicated by the value of CR = 2.872 and p = 0.004 or significant at ½ α = 0.05 t table = ± 1.980. Thus the business ethics variables formed by the indicators: Product quality, product trials, respect for human dignity, cultural integrity of the customer has an influence on reputation. Corporate governance affects acceptable reputation. This is indicated by the value of CR = 3.241 and p = 0.001 or significant at ½ α = 0.05 t table = ± 1.980. thus corporate governance variables formed by the indicators: Company competence, openness and transparency, policy implementation, corporate policy, confidence in top management, knowledge and ability of human resources. Reputation, effect on company performance accepted. This is indicated by the value of CR = 13.933 and p = 0,000 or significant at ½ α = 0.05 t table = ± 1.980. Thus the reputation variable formed by the Company's Vision indicators, the product offered, the emotional closeness of the customer to the company, the company's financial capability and confidence in the employee. The limitations of this study on the structural model used, this model has been well seen from the test of cofirmatory and goodness-of-fit. but it is better for the company's performance topics to dig deeper into the variables and indicators used. Future research may also consider research objects that will be used not only in telecommunication service companies but can be developed in other business organizations. Abstract

Permasalahan kemiskinan merupakan permasalahan yang kompleks dan multidimensional, oleh karena itu upaya pengentasan kemiskinan harus dilakukan secara komprehensif, mencakup berbagai aspek kehidupan masyarakat dan dilaksanakan secara terpadu. Masalah kemiskinan di Indonesia tidak dapat dipisahkan dari konteks kelembagaan dan tata kelola pemerintahan. Setelah kurang lebih enam tahun sejak pelaksanaan otonomi daerah, sejumlah tantangan tetap ada, namun proses desentralisasi memiliki potensi untuk lebih meningkatkan kesejahteraan dengan membawa pelayanan lebih dekat kepada masyarakat Indonesia, dan terutama kepada orang miskin. Upaya pengurangan kemiskinan sedang dalam proses menjadi lokal, dan pemerintah daerah kini mengikuti jejak nasional dalam menyiapkan strategi pengurangan kemiskinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas dan pengaruh PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan Simpan Pinjam Perempuan (SPP) , PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan Non-SPP, Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD), Pendapatan Asli Desa (PADs) dan jumlah penduduk terhadap jumlah keluarga miskin di Kabupaten Kebumen pada tahun 2009-2011 baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa variabel PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan Simpan Pinjam Perempuan (SPP) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap jumlah KK miskin dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,005459, PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan Non-SPP berpengaruh negatif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap jumlah KK miskin dengan nilai koefisien sebesar -0,002676, Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap jumlah KK miskin dengan nilai koefisien sebesar -0,010433, Pendapatan Asli Desa (PADs) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap jumlah KK miskin dengan nilai koefisien sebesar -0,022590 sedangkan variabel Jumlah Penduduk berpengaruh secara negatif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap jumlah KK miskin dengan nilai koefisien sebesar -0,017860. Dari hasil analisis tersebut, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan Simpan Pinjam Perempuan (SPP), PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan Non-SPP, Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD), dan Pendapatan Asli Desa (PADs) efektif dalam pengentasan kemiskinan di Kabupaten Kebumen tahun 2009 – 2011, karena secara umum telah terjadi keberhasilan program, keberhasilan sasaran dan pencapaian tujuan secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

This research is done on the UMKM retail in Kebumen Regency, by the title “The influence of entrepreneurship and market orientation to performance by competitive advantage as mediation and it is moderated by the perception of environment uncertainty” The purpose of this research is testing the influence of entrepreneurship and market orientation to performance by competitive advantage as mediating and the perception of environment uncertainty as moderating variable. This research is quantitative approach using survey method. The number of respondents is 100 shop owners in Kebumen regency which is determined by using Slovin’s formula. Analysis’s device that used is “Partial Least Square” From the result of this research and data analysis can be concluded that entrepreneurship orientation gives positive impact to market orientation, entrepreneurship orientation gives positive impact to competitive advantage, market orientation does not influence to competitive advantage, entrepreneurship orientation does not influence to performance, market orientation does not influence to performance, competitive advantage does not influence to performance, entrepreneurship and market orientation does not affects to relation performance and competitive advantage and perception of environment uncertainty which does not moderating the relation of competitive advantage and performance.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh sebagian banyak industri rumah tangga yaitu kurangnya pengetahuan akan mengelola usaha dan bagaimana memajukan usaha. Dalam membuat inovasi produk, suatu perusahaan harus memperhatikan orientasi pasar dan orientasi pembelajaran, sebab pengetahuan tentang orientasi pasar dan orientasi pembelajaran merupakan kunci sukses inovasi produk yang akan dihasilkan yang kemudian akan berpengaruh pada kinerja pemasaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji apakah ada pengaruh dari peran orientasi pasar, orientasi pembelajaran, terhadap inovasi produk dan kinerja pemasaran. Populasi yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini yaitu pemilik industri kecil rumah tangga kerajinan anyaman pandan di Desa Grenggeng Kecamatan Karanganyar Kabupaten Kebumen yang terdiri dari 30 responden, dengan menggunakan penelitian populasi atau populasi studi sensus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dengan jawaban ST (Sangat Setuju), S (Setuju), TS (Tidak Setuju), dan STS (Sangat Tidak Setuju). Data analisis dengan bantuan program SPSS 18.00 dilakukan melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan analisis jalur. Hasil Analisis yang dihasilkan yaitu secara langsung variabel orientasi pasar dan orientasi pembelajaran mempunyai pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap inovasi produk namun, tidak mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran Industri kecil rumah tangga kerajinan anyaman pandan dan secara tidak langsung variabel orientasi pasar dan orientasi pembelajaran mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap inovasi produk. Begitu juga orientasi pasar, orientasi pembelajaran, dan inovasi produk sebagai variabel intervening mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran industri kecil rumah tangga kerajnan anyaman pandan. Kata Kunci: Orientasi Pasar, Orientasi Pembelajaran, Inovasi Produk, dan Kinerja Pemasaran
