Abstract

ABSTRACT This Research want to know interior have effect to efficiency work the officer. To get the data needed a writer perform esearch in Office of Subdistrict of Muara Badak of Regency of Kutai Kartanegara.From provable research result that there are influence of variable of planology and efficiency variable work the officer. The mentioned proven from result data analyze by using statistic of rank correlation produck moment shown r = 0.99 meaning there are positive  To more to improving of efficiency work the officer, beside factor of office planology hence factors of[is other;dissimilar require to get the attention, so that efficiency work the officer mounted can be improved again.

Abstract

 This Research aim  to know what is there are Link which are positive between Prima Service with Satisfaction of Society at On duty resident and Record-Keeping Of Civil Sub-Province of Malinau.Population at this research is entire employees which is its amount counted 38 people, hence this research use census method, that is entire population made as responder.With a purpose to above, hence analyzer which is used in this research is Koefesien Correlation of Product Moment. Result of calculation between Prima Service variable with Satisfaction of Society show result of r koefesien = 0,522, showing influence between Prima Service variable with variable Satisfaction of Society in research this means that the result bigger than at r table with value of r calculate 0,522 > r of is tables of 0,413, with n = 38, singnifikasi 0,01 matter this means there are influence of link which are positive from singnifikan between prima service variable with satisfaction of society. residing in at international 0,40 - 0,599 with link level which is.Pursuant to result of calculation of test of t obtained by result of t calculate equal to 3,672, is hereinafter compared to t table with dk = 38 - 2 = 36 hence obtained by t table equal to 2,434. From the numbers look t calculate bigger than t table. Pursuant to criterion which have been specified by hence nul hypothesis in this research is refused and alternative hypothesis mentioning there are link which is signifikan between Prima Service with Satisfaction of Society at On duty resident and Record-Keeping Of Civil Sub-Province of Malinau proven and can be accepted scientifically.

Abstract

Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner  terhadap 60 responden Pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Kehutanan Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan Uji Regresi Linear Sederhana dengan menggunakan program SPSS for Windows Versi 1.1.Hasil analisa data menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Kehutanan Provinsi Kalimantan Timur, setelah diketahui R hitung 0,306 dan R tabel 0,254 serta Nilai kolom signifikansi sebesar 0,017 lebih kecil dari 0,05.Nilai R Square (Koefisien Determinasi) sebesar 0,094 atau 9,4 persen, artinya variabel komunikasi dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai Kantor Dinas Kehutanan Provinsi Kalimantan Timur sebesar 9,4 persen, sedangkan sisanya 90,6 persen dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain selain variabel komunikasi yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Nilai F hitung sebesar 6,002 dan Nilai F tabel dengan df1 (derajat kebebasan pembilang 1) dan df2 (derajat kebebasan penyebut 58) sebesar 4,01. Berarti F hitung lebih besar dari F tabel atau Hipotesis dapat diberlakukan terhadap populasi.

Each unit of work will always try to fully engage its human resources in order to produce a high work productivity and achieve the goals set. Head Office North Samarinda is a unit of work that serves communities in North Samarinda . The purpose of this study was to obtain information about the motivation and productivity of employees working in North Samarinda Head Office, as well as to determine how much influence the motivation to work on the productivity of employees working in North Samarinda Head Office and whether there is a strong relationship between motivation and productivity of work .

Abstract

Purpose of this study to find out whether there is the environmental impact of work against employee morale on Dinas Kehutanan Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. In this study there are 2 (two) variables, and each variable there are 4 (four) indicators. Indicators of the work environment: workplace hygiene korensponden choose enough, illumination / light correspondent choose right, choose a good correspondent of noise, air circulation correspondent choose good. Indicators of morale: The employee cooperation koresponden choose good, choose the level of work discipline correspondence choose well enough, job satisfaction correspondent choose quite satisfied and attendance clerks correspondents choose never not. From these results we concluded that the impact of  work environment has a considerable influence (well enough) on the of employee morale in Dinas Kehutanan Provinsi Kalimantan Timur.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah koordinasi lurah berperan dalam meningkatkan efektivitas Kerja pegawai Pada Kantor Kelurahan Sempaja Selatan Kota Samarinda. Untuk mendapatkan data penulis melakukan penelitian tersebut. Hasil penelitian manunjukkan bahwa koordinasi sangat berperan dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kerja pegawai, dalam arti bahwa faktor efektivitas kerja pegawai Pada Kantor Kelurahan Sempaja Selatan Kota Samarinda dari bulan ke bulan bahkan dari tahun ke tahun mengalami perubahan yang meningkat. Hal ini diikuti pula oleh koordinasi  lurah dalam ini berfungsi sebagai variabel sebab.Untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kerja pegawai, di samping faktor koordinasi maka faktor lain perlu mendapatkan perhatian sehingga efektivitas kerja pegawai Pada Kantor Kelurahan Sempaja Selatan Kota Samarinda dapat ditingkatkan.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel Motivasi kerja dengan variabel Kinerja Pegawai pada  Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 3 Long Iram Kabupaten Kutai Barat.  Hal ini dapat diketahui dari hasil uji statistik dimana koefisien korelasi (r) adalah sebesar 0,574 yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang sedang diantara kedua variabel.Sementara itu hasil uji t (t-test) menunjukkan bahwa t empiris yang dihasilkan adalah sebesar  3,204.  Hasil ini jika dibandingkan dengan tabel harga-harga kritis t untuk n – 2 adalah 1,725.  Ini berarti terdapat pengaruh yg signifikan dari variabel Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai.  Dengan demikian maka dapat dikatakan pula bahwa tujuan penelitian ini dapat tercapai, permasalahan dapat terpecahkan dan hipotesis dapat dibuktikanKeywords: Motivation - Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine whether the Village of Air Hitam Samarinda Ulu contribute to employee discipline. To get the data the authors conducted a study on Village of Air Hitam of Samarinda Ulu.The results showed that the Office of the Chief of Village of Air Hitam Samrinda Ulu greatly contribute to employee discipline, in the sense that the progress of work discipline employees in the Office of Air Hitam of Samarinda Ulu from year to year change increase.  This was followed by supervision in this study serves as a variable because to improve discipline an employee as a result of the variable, then factor surveillance activities employees need to take on the job as desired by the leader of the most important is a good cooperation particularly in the Office of Chief of Air Hitam Samarinda Ulu and remain to be defended.
