Abstract

In the effort improving officer productivity in office environment needed a effective coordination. This matter constitute the writer opinion that management function require to be in office environment in execution of bureaucrat duty give the service for public effectively and efficient. Mount the effectiveness work posed at with the productivity shall get the attention which more than the whole element of company operational. Therefore system perfection co-ordinate expected able to make the effectiveness storey;level work the employees become high. Element supporting effectiveness from the aspect of target attainment not considering target, organizational, but also its mechanism maintain the x'self and target management.This Research finds to: 1) To find answers to problems which writer open previously 2) To prove the truth of research hypothesis formulated.Pursuant to  result analyse the data obtained by a the following result 1) Relation co-ordinate with the work productivity officer at Office of Sub-Regency of Anggana of Regency of Kutai Kartanegara very weak 2) Effective coordination happened officer storey, level in informal atmosphere, with the subordinate take place less be effective caused less konsisitennya head in programs work

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine if the work environment has an impact on employees working spirit. Therefore to get this writer doing research in the Office of Public Works in East Kalimantan Province.This type of research are verified by the author, which is a study that you want to know and find the relationship between the two variables is to analyze the results of the study using a random lottery technique 50% of the 48 people to 24 employees.To prove the existence of the effect between the two variables the authors use Moment Correlation formula. Based on data analysis and hypothesis testing, it is known that the relationship between the work environment and employee morale Settlements In Field Office Department of Public Works in East Kalimantan Province was very good.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of setting the working environment of the employees working spirit in Samarinda Mayor's Office of Development.The results showed that a positive work environment settings on employee discipline in Samarinda Mayor Office of Development.It can be proved that the value of rxy coeffeicient corelasi or r count equal to 0.411, while the value of r or r product moment of decision tables in alpha significance level of 0.05 or 5% N = 25-1 is r 0, 05, 24 = 0.404. Because the value of r xy> r table (0.411> 0.404),. Oleh karena nilai r xy > r tabel  (0,411 > 0,404), Because the value of r xy> r table (0.411> 0.404), it can be said that the Working Environment variable settings have a significant effect on the Employee Morale Development Section Samarinda Mayor Office, the research hypothesis is thus accepted..More Proof the output results obtained tcount table coeficient of 5.800. In the t distribution table with a 0.05 significance level decision or 5% of the value obtained TTable or t 0.05, 24 = 1.708. Because thitung> ttable or (5.800>1.708) then so the hypothesis.

This Research target is to know what Head of coordination have an effect on to Discipline Work the Officer. The research do in Office of Sub-Regency Chief of Education Of Departement of Regency of City Samarinda Result of research indicate that the head coordination [of Part of Arranging Effort very having an effect on to officer discipline, in the meaning that discipline factor work the officer at Office of Sub-Regency Chief of Education Of Departement of Regency of City Samarinda from month to month even from year to year experience of the change mounting. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Motivasi Kerja mempunyai peranan yang positif dalam upaya meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Kecamatan Samboja Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel Motivasi Kerja dengan variabel Kinerja Pegawai Kecamatan Samboja Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara. Hal ini dapat diketahui dari hasil uji statistik dimana koefisien korelasi (r) adalah sebesar 0,547 yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang kuat diantara kedua variabel. Sementara itu hasil uji t (t-test) menunjukkan bahwa t empiris yang dihasilkan adalah sebesar 3,204.  Hasil ini jika dibandingkan dengan tabel harga-harga kritis t untuk n – 2 adalah 1,711.  Ini berarti terdapat peranan yg signifikan antara variabel Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai.  Dengan demikian maka dapat dikatakan pula bahwa tujuan penelitian ini dapat tercapai, permasalahan dapat terpecahkan dan hipotesis dapat dibuktikan.

Abstract

Data were analyzed using average figures so as to categorize respondents by 50 people out of a population of 150 people. Based on the average value of the six indicators or sub-indicators eighteen / item questionnaire to measure Employee Satisfaction variable of Employee Satisfaction obtained average variable Employee Job Satisfaction of 3.46, suggesting that level of employee satisfaction Pelindo Samarinda is Satisfactory, that hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

From the analysis of the data it is known that the correlation coefficient Product moment generated is r = 0.542. Based on the analysis, it is clear that employee discipline variables have a positive relationship with the variables to improve the quality of care provided to the public. It can be seen from the results of an empirical comparison between the values of r (count) with the theoretical value of r (table) in the table of critical prices for product moment r, ie r (hit) = 0.542> r (tab) = 0.325 at a significance level of 0 , 05 for n = 37. This means that there is a positive relationship between the variables of employee discipline with variable service quality improvement.Based on calculations made for hypothesis testing using t-test, can result in t (hit) = 3.817, the results of these calculations show that t is greater than t table contained in the tables prices of critical student-t for n-2 at the 0.05 level, ie t (hit) = 3.817> t (tab) = 1.690. This means that there is a positive and significant effect of the variable labor discipline employees for improving service quality variables. Thus it can be said that the formulation of the problem in the study have been answered and the hypothesis can be verified.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah Manajer berperan positif Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Di Lingkungan PT. Trijaya Pratama Futures Samarinda. Untuk mendapatkan data penulis melakukan penelitian tersebut. Hasil penelitian manunjukkan bahwa Manajer sangat berperan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dalam arti bahwa faktor kinerja karyawan Di Lingkungan PT. Trijaya Pratama Futures Samarinda dari bulan ke bulan bahkan dari tahun ke tahun mengalami perubahan yang meningkat. Hal ini diikuti pula oleh manajer  dalam ini berfungsi sebagai variabel sebab.Untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, di samping faktor manajer maka faktor lain perlu mendapatkan perhatian sehingga Kinerja Karyawan Di Lingkungan PT. Trijaya Pratama Futures Samarinda dapat ditingkatkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara Pengawasan dengan Kinerja Pegawai Pada kantor Bappeda Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara.Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai yang jumlahnya sebanyak 20 orang, mengingat jumlah yang diambil relatif sedikit maka penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus, yaitu seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai responden.Berdasarkan uraian diatas, maka alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Koefesien Korelasi Product moment. Dari hasil perhitungan menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara Pengawasan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Bappeda Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara hal ini didasarkan pada  hasil perhitungan yang menyatakan bahwa rhitung lebih besar dari rtabel yaitu 0,982 > 0,561 untuk nilai kritis pada n = 20 dengan tarif signifikansi = 0,01.  Untuk n = 20 maka kedua variable  mempunyai tingkat hubungan yang sangat kuat.Setelah r hitung didapat, maka selanjutnya penulis mengadakan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t dari hasil pengujian hipotesis ini, nilai thitung  sebesar 22,058 sementara itu untuk harga-harga keritis dari nilai ttabel adalah 2,552 yang berati bahwa ttest >  ttabel yaitu 22,058 > 2,552 dengan nilai kritis n -20 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,01 artinya dengan demikian. Dapat dikatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh  yang sangat kuat dari variabel pengawasan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai pada kantor Bappeda Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine whether there is a positive effect of the Public Service Management Effectiveness Of Care In the District of Office Loa Janan Kutai regency.Purpose of the studies mentioned above, the analysis of the data used in this study is the Product Moment Correlation Coefficient (Pearson). The analysis showed a positive influence among the Effectiveness of Public Service Management Services at the District Office Loa Janan Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara . It is based on the calculation of the states that count r is greater than r table is 0, 688; 0.312. For the critical value of n = 40 with a significance level = 0.05 thus the two variables have a positive relationship.After the count r is obtained, then the next writer to conduct testing using t-test. this hypothesis, the t value is greater than the value of t tables with significance level 0.05 for n - 2 = 38, ie 5.849; 1.686 or in other words that the influential Public Service Management.
