Abstract

This Research aims: 1) Knowing leadership model going into effect in  environment of Office of Sub-Rege ncy Chief of Anggana of Regency of Kutai Kartanegara 2) Leadership Influence to discipline work Officer in Office of Sub-Regency Chief of Anggana of Regency of Kutai Kartanegara. Result from this research conclude that 1) Leadership going into effect in environment of Sub-Regency chief of Anggana predominated by style of leadership of transaksional and transformasional.  Result of hypothesis test indicate do not there are relation significant leadership with the discipline work at Office of Sub-Regency Chief of Anggana of Regency of Kutai Kartanegara.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the monitoring effect on employee morale. To get the data the authors counducted a study on the Village Office White Water District Samarinda ulu samarinda city.The results showed that the control effect on employee morale at the Village Office White Water District Samarinda Ulu Samarinda City.It can be proven that the result of the analysis of data abtained rs count greater than the price table is 0.770>0.456 at 95% confidence level for N = 14

Abstract

Execution of passed to service is society in the case of which licensing in its application of society have to deal with organization service of governmental public. Most society meet difficulty because management of the IMB very circumlocutary,  so that management of inefficient IMB and require time old ones.Target of this Research to know and mendeskripsikan execution of function in management of administrative services of licensing of IMB at On duty Public Work in Sub-Province of Kutai East and to know factor influencing management of administrative services of licensing of IMB at On duty Public Work in Sub-Province of Kutai East.Result of research of menunjukan that Execution Of Function On Duty Public Work Of Area Create Masterpiece Sub-Province of Kutai East in management of administrative services of licensing of Permission Found Building ( IMB) in Sub-Province of Kutai East have run owned function it as according to order going into effect and factor influencing management of administrative services of licensing of IMB in Sub-Province East consist of supplementary factor that is existence of clear order which arrange about IMB, supporter medium and of loyalitas officer to its work. As for resistor factor in management of administrative services of licensing of IMB is the lack of prasarana and lack of awareness of society in equiping conditions in proffering of application of IMB.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine whether the Employee Training and Development to have a positive impact pegaruh Upgrades employee.The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the variables Employee Training and Development Capacity Employees variables. It can be seen from the results of a statistical test in which the correlation coefficient (r) is equal to 0.865, which means there is a strong relationship between the two variables. The result was greater when compared to the table of critical prices Product Moment Correlation coefficients (Pearson) for n = 21 at the 5% significance level, ie 0.433. Or it can be said also that rhit = 0.865> rtab = 0.433, which means that there is a strong relationship between the two variables..

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Motivasi Kerja mempunyai peranan yang positif dalam upaya meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Kecamatan Samboja Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel Motivasi Kerja dengan variabel Kinerja Pegawai Kecamatan Samboja Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara. Hal ini dapat diketahui dari hasil uji statistik dimana koefisien korelasi (r) adalah sebesar 0,547 yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang kuat diantara kedua variabel. Sementara itu hasil uji t (t-test) menunjukkan bahwa t empiris yang dihasilkan adalah sebesar 3,204.  Hasil ini jika dibandingkan dengan tabel harga-harga kritis t untuk n – 2 adalah 1,711.  Ini berarti terdapat peranan yg signifikan antara variabel Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai.  Dengan demikian maka dapat dikatakan pula bahwa tujuan penelitian ini dapat tercapai, permasalahan dapat terpecahkan dan hipotesis dapat dibuktikan.

Abstract

Data were collected through questionnaires to 40 respondents Kutai Barat Employees District Office. The collected data were analyzed by simple linear regression using SPSS for windows.The results of the data analysis showed that the quality of employees have a positive and significant impact on Employee Job Performance Across Kutai Barat District Office, having known R count 0.604> 0.312 R table, and value significance of 0000 is less than 0.05.Rated R Square of 36.5 percent, meaning that employees can affect the quality of Employees Occupational Performance Across the District Office Kutai Barat of 36.5 percent, while the remaining 63.5 percent were not influenced by other variables examined in this study.

Abstract

This research aim to to know head of  Ability have an effect on positive and signifikan to Job Spirit of Officer of Office of Subdistrict Tenggarong of Kutai Kertanegara.Data collected by Quesionery to 50 percentage of population or 38 people of responder of Officer of Subdistrict Tenggarong. Data collected to be analysed with the Simple Linear Regression test using the SPSS for windows Result of data analysis indicate that the Head Ability have an effect on positive and signifikan to Job spirit of Officer of Subdistrict Tenggarong, after known the Rhit 0,671 > rtab 0,320, and Assess the signifikansi of equal to 0.000 < 0,05.Value of R Square of equal to 0,450, its meaning Head Ability can influence the Job Spirit of Officer of Office of Subdistrict Tenggarong equal to 45,0 gratuity, while the rest 55,0 gratuity influenced  the other;dissimilar variable which is not checked in this research. incoming Interpretation level of High category

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine whether participation affects the outcome of development in the village. To obtain the necessary data the authors conducted research in the village of Long Alango District Bahau Malinau Hulu.The results showed that:1)   There is a positive correlation between the variables of community participation to the implementation of development. This is evident from the results of the calculation of the correlation of two variables where rs empirical correlations obtained greater theoretical rs when compared with the level of trust 95% for N = 30;  0,758 ≥ 0,306.2)   The research hypothesis that has the writer suggested to be accepted as true. This is evident where the calculation of the formula test of hypothesis testing with t, t obtained empirical greater than the theoretical t at 95% confidence level for N - 2 (30-2) = 28 are: 6.145 ≥ 1.701. If participation increases, the implementation of development are likely to increase as well and quot.

Abstract

This research aims to 1) To find answers to problems which writer open previously 2) To prove the truth of research hypothesis which have been formulated.Research executed in  environment work the SDN 012 Teluk of Bayur of Regency Berau. Sampel taken in census, that is as much 35 responder. Data collecting do by Library Research, Field of Work Research, Interview the, Quesioner, and Document. Data Analyse with the Correlation of Doubled Linear Product Moment and Rgresi. Hypothesis Examination use the Uji-T and Uji-F level 5%.Research result conclude that 1) White colars Management will only influence the Efektifitas Work equal to 22,50%; while rest [of] equal to 77,50% influenced by other variable, besides white colars management variable consisted by the planning, organization, and operation 2) The Simultan there are influence which white colars signifikan management to effectivity work in SDN 012 Teluk Bayur 3) By parsial there are influence which signifikan of planning and organization to work effectivity in SDN 012 Teluk Bayur. But operation do not give the influence which signifikan to efekifitas work.
