Abstract

Da'wah to God is the most noble and principal position for a servant, then it will not happen except with science. Da'wah is built on three basic principles, namely, Akidah, Syariat and Akhlak. The mass media conveys its messages to a wide and unlimited audience. Basically mass communication reveals the reaction resulted from the stimulus which in this case is given by the mass media. There is a close connection between media messages with the reaction or response of the audience. The S-R theory suggests that media messages containing the stimulus produce different responses from the audience. The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence the message preaching program "study together ustadz" Radio Hidayah against knowledge of Islamic religion in the city of Pekanbaru.The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method, with research population is Pekanbaru city people who make calls and text messages with Radio Hidayah as respondents. Selection of respondents as the object of research related to how big the influence of Radio Hidayah as a message channel of da'wah by using Purposive Sampling technique from Unknown Population calculation formula hence this research get 96 respondent. Methods of data collection by field research (field research) by distributing questionnaires, questionnaires and data library research. Data processing technique used is data processing with the help of software SPSS 16 and using likert scale.The result of simple linear regression, obtained by regression coefficient value in this research is Y = 2,245 + 0,377 X. Constant value equal to 2,245 mean that if message of da'wah is zero value of religion knowledge equal to 2,245 unit. coefficient of religious knowledge variable of 0.377. Based on the calculation of statistics obtained, then the hypothesis for this research that is there Influence Program "Study together Ustadz" Radio Hidayah 103.4 FM to Knowledge of Islamic Science on the city of Pekanbaru then Ha accepted Ho is rejected. The influence of the message of dakwah program of "study with ustadz" radio hidayah 103,4 fm to the knowledge of Islamic religion in society Pekanbaru city equal to 80,4%. This means that the influence of the message of dakwah of "study with ustadz" program of 80.4% towards the knowledge of Islamic Science is categorized as having a very strong influence.Keywords: Radio, Program, Message Of Da’wah And Knowledge Of Islamic

Abstract

This research entitled "Therapeutic Communication Nurse In The Process Of Psychosis Patient Healing at UPT. Bina Laras Riau Province ". Psychosis is a mental form characterized by the absence of organizing and personal integration. Therapeutic communication is a planned communication conscious, purposeful and focused activity for the cure of psychosis sufferers. Phase and Technique of therapeutic communication is a way to foster a therapeutic relationship where there is information delivery and the exchange of messages and thoughts with the intention to influence others. Therapeutic communication is not a work that can be ruled out, but must be planned, intentional, and professional action. As appropriate, therapeutic communication nurses give priority to assisting clients, verbalizing feelings and knowing the patient's both verbal and nonverbal responses. The ability of therapeutic communication can not be separated from the behavior of a person that involves physical activity, mental, social background, experience, age, education and goals to be achieved From this research is to explain and describe how the process of communication therapy implemented by nurses Healing psychosis patients in UPT. Bina Laras Riau Province.This research method using descriptive qualitative research method by using obsevation technique, interview and documentation. Research subject is First, Head of UPT. Bina Laras Riau Province, secondly, Social Worker (Pramurukti) nurse is related person in research process that is in taking data about therapeutic communication of a nurse. Data analysis was obtained using Miles and Huberman methods, and the validity of the data itself was tested using Triangulation. Results and conclusions are 1. Therapeutic communication has a big role in the recovery process, especially psychosis patients. This is evident from the results of observations of researchers on the condition of patients who have undergone therapeutic communication within a certain time. The success of therapeutic communication in the recovery process of psychotic patients can not be separatedfrom the implementation of good therapeutic communication stages. There are four stages in therapeutic communication performed by the nurses in the recovery process of psychosis patients: the pre-interaction stage as the preparatory stage before communicating with the patient, the introductory stage to get the attention and trust from the patient, the working stage that is useful to change the patient's behavior for the better And normal, as well as the termination stage in which the nurse decides to complete the meeting on a temporary basis to meet again at another time that has been promised together or forever because the patient has been recovered / normalized.2. In conducting the healing process for psychosis patients, besides using the stages also uses therapeutic communication techniques, there are twenty therapeutic communication techniques such as listening, pointing reception, asking related questions and open questions useful for listening and receiving which the nurse tells the patient by giving Easy to understand questions of the patient as well as useful for knowing the patient's condition through communication by giving the patient a chance to explain his condition and ask related questions. Repeating the patient's speech by using his own words, clarifying, focusing on the purpose for the nurse to provide feedback that he / she understands the patient's message and hopes the communication is continued to equate the nurse's understanding to the patient and to limit the conversation so that the conversation becomes more specific and understood by the patient. The observation aims to make the patient communicate more clearly without the nurse having to ask the patient the way the nurse gives the direction of the conversation. Offer information by giving counseling and socialization to the patient and being silent is used when the patient needs to express the idea but does not know how to do or deliver it. Summarizing aims to repeat the topic of lessons discussed with patients and to reward patients about hygiene such as brushing your teeth diligently and properly will be rewarded. Offered bertujun to nurses provide themselves without response conditional or expected response, provides an opportunity for patients to begin talks with the aim of providing an opportunity for clients to take the initiative in choosing the subject, advocating to continue talks with tujan this technique also indicated that nurses follow what talked about and interested in what will be discussed in a sequence of events with less selanjutnya.Menempatkan sort destination events on a regular basis will help nurses and patients to see it in perspective. Provide an opportunity for the patient to describe the perception, reflection, assertive with the aim to express their opinions, make decisions, and thinking of himself. Humor that aims to reduce stress and pain due to stress and improve the success of nursing care.3. Process the message occurrence of a therapeutic communication between nurses and patients at the start of the delivery of the message by the communicator to the communicant to use the media or not. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and career development on employee performance partially and simultaneously. This study uses questionnaires as a means of collecting data distributed to 63 employees in Media Industries PT. Riau Media Television (Rtv) Pekanbaru. The data from the questionnaire was further processed using descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using SPSS 17.0 by performing validity test, reliability test, simple linear analysis, multiple linear analysis, determination analysis (R²) and hypothesis test with t test (partial) and F ( Simultaneous).The results showed that the results of the first hypothesis testing of work discipline on employee performance is(6,718) >(1,999), meaning that work discipline variables significantly affect employee performance. Both career development on employee performance is(7,954 >(1,999), meaning career development has a significant effect on employee performance. The result of F test of work discipline and career development on employee performance is(36,605) >(3,15), meaning work discipline and career development simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: Work Discipline, Career Development, Employee Performance

Abstract

Pekanbaru Jual Beli Online or PJBO is an online group that used grou feature in social media Facebook. PJBO group page used as a place where Pekanbaru people commit online transaction in selling or buying various things and services. And over timethis group start to applying commercial function in a program named ‘member tersurvey’. ‘Member tersurvey’ program is a transaction securities guarantee from admin for the members if they pay administration cost as much as Rp 10.000,00 (ten thousand rupias) per-month. For appealing member to join this program, PJBO admin used persuasive communication strategy . This study aim to know the persuasive communication strategy that used by PJBO admin to appeal member tersurvey in Pekanbaru.The methods in this studi is descriptive qualitative. Collecting data technique with using interview, observation and documentation. This study subjects are the PJBO admins and tersurvey members. This study objects is PJBO facebook group, and documentation usede archieves and literatures that relate to this study. The results of this study indicate that the psychodynamic persuasive communication strategy used by the admin utilizes post columns in PJBO group, sociocultural strategy by utilizing the encouragement of the large number of registered traders in the survey program, and the meaning construction strategy is done by using testimony from registered traders.. Principes that used is selective exposure, and inoculation princip. Abstract

This research was conducted at Rafa Laundry Klindocare Duri. This business is engaged in cloth washing services. The purpose of this research is to formulate competitive strategy formulation at Rafa Laundry Klindocare. This research is descriptive research with qualitative approach, where in this research do not use population and sample only use key informant to get information needed. The data used are primary and secondary data. From the analysis results can be seen that there are several alternative strategies that can be used as a tool to win the competition on Rafa Laundry industry. Abstract

Regency Kuantan District Singingi is located in Riau Province, Regency Kuantan Singingi rich in natural resources one of which is gold, to make panning for gold grains in this region as one of the people's livelihood to meet the needs of their daily lives.Works as a gold prospector with an income that barely is hard to imagine with such conditions how they can afford welfare of the family, educate their children, and live with the necessities of life are now all hyper-expensive, the theory used is edi sunarto, about survival strategies, and research methods used are a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews.The results showed that there are three strategies used to survive a gold prospector, namely: strategy of active, passive strategy and network strategy. Active strategy carried a gold prospector is to find another job, the family members to come to work and optimize available resources. Passive strategy carried a gold prospector that is by adopting a frugal life. Abstract

The role of the Riau Provincial Youth and Sport Office is to step up the sport gradually through various sports activities management, one of which establishes the Center for Education and Training of Student Sports (PPLP) as a forum for the education and coaching of talented student athletes which is a manifestation of the system of manifestation of the mandate of Law Number 3 In 2005 about the National Sport System in creating the seeds of prestigious sporting achievements. Each year there is a national championship between PPLP, this activity is part of a tiered and sustainable nationwide sports competition system. The purpose of the national championship between PPLP is as the peak coaching of sports achievement of learners and evaluation of various forms of PPLP coaching.The method used in this study was conducted by qualitative approach with descriptive method, with data collection techniques including observation, interview, documentation study related to research objectives. Instrument in this study refers to the theory that Mulyasa (2002) explained that in an organization can not be separated from the roles and managerial aspects that are closely related to the role that is implemented, namely planning, coordinating, processing information for decision making, and evaluation.The results showed that Riau Dispora's role in supporting, facilitating and managing went well. However, the role of Dispora of Riau Province in coordinating the regional unit (athletic branch / Dispora of the city / regency) in Riau Province, athletic club, in order to identify local athletes to find new seeds from the talent that has been owned is still very minimal, most selected athletes originated Or center of selection and coaching athletes focused on students in the city of Pekanbaru. Abstract

Wages are one of the most sensitive aspects of employment. Different stakeholders see wages from different sides. Workers see wages as a source of income to meet the needs of the workers / laborers and their families. Psychologically wages can also create satisfaction for workers. On the other hand, employers see wages as one of production costs. The government sees wages, on the one hand, to ensure the fulfillment of a decent life for workers and their families, increases labor productivity, and increases people's purchasing power.The concept of theory used in this study is the management according to Prajudi Atmosudirjo which explains that in analyzing the implementation, we can see 4 (four) functions in the management of Planning, Organizing, Direction, Supervision. This study aims to find out about how the management of Minimum Wages Pekanbaru City Year 2016. This study uses qualitative research methods and data assessment descriptively. In this data collection using the technique Interview, Observation, and Documentation, using the informant as a source of information.The results showed that the management of Minimum Wages implementation Pekanbaru City in 2016 has not been able to run optimally and maximally. Planning undertaken by the Office of Manpower and Transmigration of Riau Province concerning Wages for Workers that employers should not pay wages under the Minimum Wage provisions of the City. But in the implementation of the plan itself is still a company in Pekanbaru City that does not pay the wage of workers / laborers in accordance with the City Minimum Wage has been set. This causes the non-fulfillment of decent living needs, should the workers' income be able to meet physical, non-physical and social needs, which include food, beverages, clothing, housing, education, health, old age pensions, and recreation. Companies in Pekanbaru City should pay wages in accordance with City Minimum Wages in order to meet the needs of workers / laborers in order to increase the Human Resources of workers / laborers. Abstract

In the administration of village governance, in Indonesia it is often experienced problems that arise related to the relationship. As well as coordination between village head and village institution in Mayang Pongkai village Kampar Kiri district Kampar regency. So far the coordination between the village head and the Village Institution is well established but there are some issues that are problematic in the coordination between the village head and the Village Institution in the village such as the problems that have occurred in Mayang Pongkai village. Where the Village Institution has little active role in carrying out its duties and functions, the Village Institution is only an approved institution. Never even supervise the village apparatus, this leads to the inconsistency between the Village Institution and the Village Head.Problems related to the synchronous partnership system established between the village head and the Village Institution in order to establish a good and prosperous working relationship it is necessary to find the right relationship partnership model for it in this study conducted in-depth research in the village of Mayang Pongkai Kampat Kiri Kampar Kiri regency.Development in the village mayang pongkai still far behind in the appeal of villages in the middle campar district. Abstract

The Basic Education Sector at the Education and Culture Office of Kampar regency has the main duty to assist the head of the office in organizing curriculum and student activities, basic education and basic education infrastructure in the work environment of Kampar Education and Culture Office. The purpose of Basic Education in the Department of Education and Culture Kampar regency, the management of educational units at the level of primary school education, and First and Secondary Schools public and private equivalent so as to improve the quality of education and public access to adequate education services, Equitable, and affordable.The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method, that is describing or explaining the existing problem by giving answer to the problem presented, referring to the theory concerned with the problem. The data collecting used in this research is interview, observation, and documentation study. Then, after all the information required in this study collected, then drawn conclusions.The results of the research show that for the achievement of the objectives in the Basic Education Sector, the strategy used only focuses on the mandate of duty which has been written in juridical. The process of analysis and policy formulation, and education needs planners have not involved educational units (schools) directly, or not yet integrated (integrated). Factors affecting the effectiveness of Basic Education Sector, including low coordination with education unit (school) is insidential (if needed), human resource capacity (employee) Basic Education Field which do not conduct study / scale priority of education requirement in unit Basic education, and inadequate facilities and technology thasana with the implementation of computerized system in the implementation of administrative service tasks.Keywords: Effectiveness, Organization, Educational Management, Basic Education
