Abstract

Industry made a lot ofchanges to the society living sectors, where was the presence ofindustry many job vacancy created. The company provided jobs based on the expertise each person. Majority of society around the company had skill in hervesting and cause them chose to become harvest laborers. Weber’s work about The Protestan Ethnic and Spirit Capitalism showed well relationship between religion doctrin with spirit capitalism. Then Protestan doctrine uttered this Weber’s work has carried the implication for growing a new ethos in Protestan community. The ethos was directly related with the spirit of hard work for arrogated the world successfully. The framework of this research was company provided job vacancy. If the laborers workeveryday, so they would got full salary. The work ethos was consisted of laborer’ time discipline and hard work. The research took place PT. Wanasari Nusantara with the reason that many free daily workers especially harvest laborer who had tenacity in hight sufficient. The total of whole harvest laborers was 27 people. The techniquesof collecting data was observation. Questionnaite and taking picture for suported the result of research. Afterwards, the data served in the form of table and processed in quantitative-descriptive meant in the form of table then explained clearly. After analyzed, apparently the work ethos of harvest laborers in the company was very high. They work everyday for getting full salary and able to fulfilled the living needs, and they also enjoyed their jobs this time as harvest laborersKeywords: Industry,Work Ethics, Laborers

Abstract

PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) Pekanbaru Branch is the only one branch of PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya in Pekanbaru is located at Jl. Jenderal Sudirman 341 Pekanbaru. PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) Pekanbaru Branch doing personal selling is one of promotion mix. The implementation of personal selling expected to change the mind of consumen of buying the product of insurance.The sample that as many as 97 respondents from population and taken by slovin’s formula. The data analysis of the research is statistical analysis whom supported by SPSS versi 20. The results of coefficient of determination was 0,949. Abstract

The high level of economic needs of society and economic competition at the present time cause large demands and needs of society so that, making them will perform a variety of ways in order to obtain a better life. Different ways by society not pursued by others in a way to get capital by way of debt, of course, there are indebted to moneylenders, banks and other institutions. But in reality many people are still owed by loan sharks, especially in the villages that I researched in the Rokan Hilir Kecamatan Bagan Sinembah Bagan Batu Village. This study focused on sharks (Analysis Of Interest Bearing Debt In Rokan Hilir Society Kecamtan Sinembah Bagan Batu village. And this study discusses the work system and its interaction moneylenders and loan sharks relationships with its customers. The approach of this research uses qualitative analysis that will explain the working system moneylenders, why the public interest to borrow on moneylenders and function and dysfunction of the moneylenders. the results of this study show that people are much dependence on moneylenders due process and easy loan terms when compared with other loans as well as the efficiency of time and energy. and given the socialization of cooperative government borrowing not fully understood and known by the public so that many people are forced to borrow the loan shark with installment system that they agree between moneylenders and customers. Abstract

Pregnancy and essentially natural nature should be run by the women and at the same time who could be a threat to the safety of her soul, in order to make it does not constitute a serious threat so pregnancy need help with good care. Prenatal care as a sub-system of health care is strongly associated with female reproductive functions so the attempt is determined by the behavior of herself.According to a theory that healthy behaviors can occur because of changes in the level of knowledge, attitudes and actions of the individual. All three of these factors will influence the behavior. Based on the explanation above, it is necessary to conduct a study to get an idea of the behavior of pregnant women in prenatal care. Pregnancy is a process of a woman's life which the presence of this process will lead the mother to a changes, which include changes in physical, mental, and social. In these changes it could not be separated from the factors that influence it, namely physical factors, psychological, environmental, social, cultural, and economic.This study aims to determine of how does the pregnant women keep the pregnancies Pasar Baru Village, Pangean, Kuantan Singingi Regency. What are the factors of failure of loan funds. The type of this research is simple random sampling with quantitative descriptive approach. The data which needs include primary data were obtained through the results of filling questioner and secondary data. The total of the population is 87 and the number of samples is 26 by 30%.Based on the results of this research it can known that the pregnant women had lack of knowledge in keeping her pregnancy, the confidence of concerning the prohibition of pregnancy was still high. Nutritional needs of pregnant women have been met and are still unmet. The willingness of mothers in caring a pregnancy was high enough.Keywords: Knowledge of pregnancy, and pregnancy ban factor

Abstract

Resident of a State , in essence a very important resource for development , one of the ways the organization in improving its mission through the work productivity of employees in the organization in which labor productivity is the result or a person's overall success rate for a certain period in the task are some constraints on employee productivity District Military Command ( Kodim ) 0303 Dumai as the persistence of the employees who have not been able to operate a computer at work , and persistence of the employees who are not on time .The concept of the theory used L.mathis (2002 ) uses the measurement of productivity indicators: Quantity Work , Work Quality , Utilization Time , Cooperation , Creativity . By measuring the productivity of the employees KODIM 0303 Dumai and to know about productivity in completing tasks that have been given and identify factors - factors that affect and hamper productivity. Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of Customer Relationship Management and customer loyality of PT. Bank Riau Kepri Pekanbaru Main Branch and see its effects. Results of the study concluded that the implementation of CRM in PT. Bank Riau Kepri Pekanbaru Main Branch that includes dimension of direct sales, direct customer relationship, customer segmentation for ssales and service, and build-to-order production. have been rated good overall. Customer loyality of PT. Bank Riau Kepri Pekanbaru Main Branch that is seen from the dimension of re-purchase on a regular basis, refer to other consumers, and the desireremains a customer are also rated high. The results of data analysis through SPSS programs, CRM has a strong connection to the customer's loyalitas. CRM provide variable positive and significant influence on the customer loyality on variable PT. Abstract

The aid stimulant innate strength housing (BSPS) is government facility, that is a number of donation that offered for society who have low salary. Meanwhile, innate strength Development is the building of housing because of initiative and society exertion with according to individual or group, include of repair, restoration or boarden, build of new house and environment.Purpose this research to do evaluation of implementation aid innate strength Development (BSPS) in Dharmasraya regency and to know factors that influence of implementation this program.The teory concept that used by researcher are evaluation teory and evaluation of program according Hanif Nurcholis. This research is kind of qualitative research with investigate of data according to descriptive. In the collect research data use interview technique, observation and documentation use key informant as information source.The result of this research indicate evaluation of implementation aid innate strength Development (BSPS) in Dharmasraya regency not optimal yet. Abstract

This research is motivated KB Low participation of men with vasectomies in some areas in Kampar, but not so for the District of Tapung Downstream vasectomy acceptors numbers increasing from year to year. The success of family planning programs in Kampar affected by these individual motivation to do their best in order to achieve the desired objectives. Dissemination and promotion of family planning, especially men with vasectomies can Rekanalisas reconnection of the vas deferens and not permanent sterilization, had a huge impact on men's participation in family planning Tapung Downstream vasectomy. The research method used in the study authors are descriptive research method. Supporting factor is the availability of health resources in the District Tapung Downstream, wherein regarding health care facilities, affordability of health resources, priorities and the government's commitment to health and health skills. Furthermore, the driving factor in the District Tapung Downstream men to join KB vasectomy is a factor that pushed for the occurrence of a particular behavior, in which there are opinions, support, good criticism of the family, especially his wife, co-workers, community leaders, religious leaders, as well as from health workers themselves. All of these factors are determinants of a man to act as a family planning vasectomy. Abstract

The purpose of this research is: (1) to find out and analyse the sevice quality (2) to find out and analyse the corporate iamge (3) to determine the influence of the service quality with corporate image in Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital Pekanbaru. This research was conducted in the offices of Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital Pekanbaru that is located on Melati Street. The research method used was quantitative. With the object of research is the Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital Pekanbaru. With the method of data collection by means of questioner and interviews. Data analysis techniques using Simple Linear Regression analysis. With the result of the research there is service quality influences with corporate image in Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital Pekanbaru of percent. Keywords: Service quality, corporate image.
