Abstract

Drinking Behavior-Liquor On Teens In Rawang village Kawo Siak District of Lubuk InThis research was conducted at the Rawang Kawo Siak District of Lubuk In the aim to, among others: To find out what the background for teenagers behave consume liquor in the village of Kawo Rawang District of Lubuk In Siak. To know the effect of adolescents who consume liquor in the village of Kawo Rawang District of Lubuk In Siak.This research is a qualitative descriptive, citizens, sellers of alcohol on adolescent drinking activism. The technique used Accedental sampling of respondents happened to be in the field, further Similarly samapai using the method of observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews using the interview guide in analyzing the research data used in the analysis kualituliatif and descriptive writing in the manner described.Based on the results of this study concluded that the melatarbelangi drinking behavior is the influence of family environment and the influence of friends.Keywords: Behavior In Teens, Drinking-Liquor

Abstract

Style of leadership is the ability to direct, influence, encourage and control others orsubordinates to be able to do something on his consciousness and voluntary work inachieving a certain goal. A leader in the company's leadership is very important because aperson's leadership the company leaders will affect the overall performance of employees inevery aspect, in which the employee's performance will have an impact in achievingcorporate goals. Looking at the times of rapid change, the most effective style is situationalleadership style where the leader must be able to adapt his style according to the situationand conditions.Performance is the result of work that can be accomplished by a person or group ofpeople in an organization, in accordance with the authority and responsibilities of each, inorder to achieve the goals of the organization in question legally, do not violate the law andin accordance with moral and ethical and evaluated by a particular person.This research was conducted at PT Pertamina (Persero) UP II Sungai Pakninglocated in Jalan Cendana, Pertamina complex, Sungai Pakning. The purpose of this researchwas conducted to determine the effect of leadership style on the performance of employees ofPT Pertamina (Persero) UP II Sungai Pakning.In this research methodology used is descriptive and quantitative with SPSS, wherethe samples used were employees of PT Pertamina (Persero) UP II Sungai Pakning and as asource of information is the HRD and Manager. To determine the sample using Slovinformula, method of stratified proportional sampling. Data collection through interviews,observation and questionnaires.From the analysis of data that includes the test of validity, reliability, and simplelinear regression, situational leadership style in this study includes four components of boththe telling, selling, partivipating, and delegating. Each has indicators that are interrelatedand positive influence on the performance of employees of PT Pertamina (Persero) UP IISungai Pakning .Keywords: leadership style, performance

Abstract

Action is an important step to do, given the problems of Metropolitan city located on undisciplined in the traffic and the traffic jams and road transport. The city of Pekanbaru, leading metropolitan cities certainly have to take a stand, so that the problems occurred in the citys metropolitan doesnt happen anyway in the city of Pekanbaru. The action performed by Satlantas Polresta together Dishubkominfo Pekanbaru has not felt up to due to the still large number of cases of violations and traffic accidents and congestion that occurred. The purpose of this research is to know how the implementation of curbing traffic and road transport performed by Satlantas Polresta together Dishubkominfo Pekanbaru and to determine the factors that influence the implementation of curbing traffic and road transport in the city of Pekanbaru.The concept of the theory of management and use is the author of management oversight. This research uses qualitative research methods to the study of descriptive data. In data collection, the author uses interview techniques, observation and documentation. With the use of key informants as a source of information and technique of triangulation as a source in the validity of the data.The results of this research indicate that curbing traffic and road transport in the city of Pekanbaru were done by Satlantas Polresta and Dishubkominfo the city of Pekanbaru, yet feels maximum, evidenced from the still high number of violations and accidents that occur each year, weak internal surveillance officers in the field, so there are still officers who commit irregularities for personal gain. The factors that inhibit the action of traffic and road transport in the city of Pekanbaru is the number of officers who conduct surveillance system, still less the budget hasnt been right on target as well as lack of knowledge and awareness of good and safe driving.Keywords: Curbing, traffic and Road Transport

Guidanced by Chalid SahuriBased excercise centering’s athlete in Riau Province, since two last year gotting data that excercise centering’s athlete increasing every single year. But the problem is not yet achieve maximum and occuring different achievement result on every sport chapter. Problem formulation on this research is “Effectivity excercise centering’s athlete in Riau Province and factor that influencing effectivity of excercise centering’s athlete in Riau Province with purpose to knowing effectivity centering’s athlete in Riau Province and knowing factor that influencing the effectivity of excercise centering’s athlete in Riau Province.This research uses qualitative descriptive method that explains a thing based on reality found in the field about effectivity excercise centering’s athlete the data that we use on this research consist of (organization character, area character, worker character, policy and management practice) and secondary ( history, organization structure, resaurces, visi and misi, duty and main function). Technique of data collecting include : observation, interview, study library. Involving the head master of Dispora Riau Province.Result of this research is effectivity of excercise centering’s athlete in Riau Province is going enough effectively and agree with the target that Dispora wont to reach with applying organization character, area character, worker character, policy and management practice. The successing of excercise centering’s athlete is “enough success” because not at all factors effective on this thing is gotting athlete’s achievement in Riau Province with appying affectivity concept centering with orientation UU number 3 year 2005 about sport system.Key words : Efectivity, excercise centering’s athlete.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is a situation where the wishes,  expectations and customer requirements are met.  Customer satisfaction is defined as a form of consumer sentiment after comparing with their  expectations. Customer expectations on satisfaction, which is always  changing demands company professionality,  because satisfaction is indeed intercedes to improve quality ofservice.Based on the analysis to the Cartesian diagram Importance and Performance Analysis, there is one attribute that is entered into the first quadrant(Priority) which indicates the level of importance of these attributes considered important by consumers,  but the performance shown by this attribute is considered low or have not been maximal, that was  attribute 8 namelycompleteness and cleanliness of the rooms. There are three attributes that go intoquadrant II (Maintain Achievement) which shows attributes that are consideredimportant by consumers and the level of performance in line with expectationsconsumers. These Atribut were Attributes 2 (Health and Quality Menu), Attribute3 (Support Facility) and attribute 9 (Equipment Food) .there were three attributesinto the third quadrant (lower  priority)  which shows attributes that are considered less important by consumers and the level of performance in reality is not very good,  the attribute were attribute 1 (interior  room),  attribute 4(friendliness and sincerity), attribute 5 (fast response) and attribute 7 (standard room) . Abstract

This research was conducted in the village Buatan Baru Right Kerinci District of Siak which took place on 15 November 2014 to complete. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that lead to marriage at an early age and to determine strategies used them in defending the lives of their families.To obtain the necessary data in this study, the authors collected data by descending directly to the location of the study or observation by spreading questioner and also conduct in-depth interviews. The data obtained were processed in the form of qualitative analysis.The conclusion of the study is the background adolescent marriages at an early age is the existence of internal and external factors. The internal factor is a factor of the inner self that is the willingness to do a wedding at an early age. While external factors are derived environment, economy, or the mass media. Family life is the responsibility of the head of the family although in this case occurred in the family who still early age or adolescence. Efforts to meet the needs of viable for family members to work or have other ways to survive. To survive must have a strategy, which is a careful plan of an activity to achieve the objectives have been agreed.Keywords: Marriage early age, Strategy survive.

Abstract

The government expects employers who swallows breeding in order to discipline in accordance with the provisions of yag been set. When employers have an orderly, then the next government's goal is for the preservation of the environment can be maintained. And monitoring can also be done easily. Also, the government can increase revenue Pekanbaru to levy collected. The objective of this policy is every entrepreneur who has conducted or will conduct management activities and procurement of edible bird's nest dihabitat either naturally or outside the natural habitat before or after the enactment of these regulations must obtain a permit from the mayor or his representative with regard spatial Pekanbaru.In this study, the method used is qualitative approach. While data analysis technique that is both descriptive analysis of the spoken word and the observed behavior of the people studied. The research was conducted in the city of Pekanbaru. While the object of his breeding bird nest. Her research focus on monitoring breeding bird nest. The theory used is the control theory H, Bohari SH.Based on the results of research conducted and followed by analyzing the data obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. After doing some research, the authors conclude that the breeding nest in Pekanbaru city quite well, but in his supervision are still many breeding bird that violates the rules that apply. This is due to the lack of supervision conducted by the department of agriculture and animal husbandry pekanbaru city. Abstract

Rural infrastructure development in the Sekodi Village of Bengkalis District that through with one of local government programs in Bengkalis Regency than knowns as Regent Instruction Strengthening Rural Infrastructure Program “INBUP-PPIP” which aims to support efforts to tackle poverty and underdevelopment in rural infrastructure in Bengkalis, so as to more increase community empowerment in the development, the power rural assistance village known as Village development Assistants to provide guidance, coaching, and supervision and management of existing development activities in the village administration in particular the implementation of INBUP-PPIP and community participation is needed in determining the direction of and development priorities in order to achieve a common goal.The author takes the phenomenon of research on the effectiveness of Rural Assistance and community participation in rural infrastructure development to determine the public's assessment of the effectiveness of Rural Assistance, as well as public participation in the development of rural infrastructure in the Sekodi village, this study used a quantitative descriptive analysis and establish a sample of 71 people Head Families (HF) were taken from every Cluster in the village sekodi namely: Cluster in Tanjung sekodi 15% x197HF= 30 people, 15% Cluster in Nyatuh x169 HF = 25 people, cluster in Permai 15% x 109 HF = 16 people.The results showed that, People consider that Rural Assistance still less effective that show in terms of presence on duty in the village, facilitation of planning, implementation, monitoring, communication, still considered less good, although that some people have assessed the development of socialization, planning assistance, ability, and responsibility, results in the presence of a companion rural development in the construction of the village was considered quite good companion, even the public judge for sustainability of care in the village is still part of the population (respondents) who agreed to 45.1% and the others were agreed 45.1% and 9.9% did not agree. while participation in the development of rural infrastructure in sekodi Village still moderate that show of participation in the meetings, mutual assistance, self-power, responsibility,supervision, delivery cheating, keep the fruits of development, utilization of the results, as well as overseeing the development was considered quite active, although the submission of ideas (the proposed development), self-funding, self-help materials assessed to be less active.Keywords: Rural Assistance, Participation, Infrastructure Development
