Abstract

The background this study was the lack of communication between the Department of mines and energy of Lingga District with teachers Police Units and Polres praja (satpol PP) either formally or through meetings of coordination in the implementation of curbing people’s mining venture. Based on the foregoing researchers wishing to conduct a descriptive qualitative research on how coordination efforts curbing people’s mining execution in Singkep and knowing and analyzing the factors that influence the coordination of the implementation of curbing people’s mining venture in singkep.The concept of theory that researchers use is coordination theory according to Hasibuan (2006), who suggested indicators in this research in the Division of duties, discipline, good communication, and unity of action. Researchers use interview techniques and observations with the use of key informants as are Department of mines and energy of Lingga and County through the sampling methods of snowball.Research result can be concluded that the coordination of the implementation of curbing people’s mining venture in singkep is not running optimally, in other words there are still many problems that arise in its implementations. As for the factors that influence the coordination of the implementation of curbing people’s mining venture in Singkep i.e. managerial hierarchy of factors, rules and procedures, planning and goal setting, as well as poverty (economy). All four of these factors greatly affect the implementation coordination efforts in curbing people’s mining in Singkep.Key Words : Coordination, Implementation, Curbing

Abstract

This research analyzes US interest supporting and protecting Taiwan in conflict between Taiwan and China. In this case, The United States arms sales to Taiwan. The U.S. compelled to sell arms to Taiwan as a part of their trade relations, and to offset its trade deficits with Taiwan. Moreover, after the abrogation of Sino-American Mutual Defense Agreement, the U.S. could not leave Taiwan without any collateral security guarantee. The U.S. arms sales agreement to Taiwan was sealed in a policy named Taiwan Relations Act (TRA) on April 19, 1979. TRA marked as the first milestone in the history of the U.S. consistent and continued commitment to maintain the existence of and to provide a security defense for Taiwan, although it invites strong reactions from China. Even, in the reign of president George Walker Bush lead US , that is since 2001 until 2009, arms trade agreement between the United States to Taiwan reaches a value of 15 billion dollars U.S.The method used in this research is qualitative research. Some of the data obtained came from books, journals, articles, newspapers, the internet and other media. In this study also uses the perspective of realism, cooperation theory, the theory of International cooperation as a supported of the theory and use of the concept of national interest in seeing the cases studied.The research show that US have a s interest in assistance Taiwan in the conflict between Taiwan and China.Government of U.S come as international actor who have interest in Taiwan. United states become the state that protecting Taiwan. United State have interest to humanitarian and peacekeeping in Taiwan-China conflict. Abstract

The research was conducted in the city of Pekanbaru is the Department of Transportation Traffic Monitoring the Implementation of Transportation (LLAJ) in Pekanbaru City (Studies in Urban and Transport Traveling Outside In The City) The aim is to determine how the Implementation Monitoring Traffic Transportation (LLAJ) in the city of Pekanbaru (study On Transportation Travel Outside the City and in the City), The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of the Road Traffic and Transport Supervision (LLAJ) in the city of Pekanbaru (Studies in the Outer City Travel and Transportation in the City) and the factors that affect the implementation of the Road Traffic and Transport Supervision (LLAJ) in the city of Pekanbaru (Studies in Out of Town Travel and Transportation in the City). The method used in this study is the type of data collected included primary data is data that was obtained directly from the informant that wasdal Head, ed wasdal, PO, and the people who became the object of research in the form of information that is relevant to the issues formulated in the research . Include: such as interviews, observation or written remarks. As well as secondary data includes data ie the data that was obtained from the documents and reports that are related to the research problem and also books related to this research. While the data clotting techniques used were interviews, observation and study of literature and. Techniques of data analysis in this study performed using data processed using qualitative methods where the data obtained from the interview onwards systematically described with reference to the theoretical foundation or government regulations relating to the discussion to find solutions to problems. From these results it can be concluded that the implementation of Transportation Traffic Monitoring (LLAJ) in Pekanbaru City (Studies in Urban and Transport Traveling Outside In The City). still not running as expected or can not be considered successful as expected, it is evident from the respondents or the public. Abstract

The National Narcotics Department (BNN) is a Non Government Agencies Ministry (LPNK) Indonesia, which duties are prevention, eradication of abuse and illicit traffic in psychotropic, precursors, and other addictive substances except for the addictive ingredients of tobacco and alcohol. Provincial National Narcotics Division (BNNP Riau) carries out the duties, functions, and BNN authorities within the province. Based on the phenomenon and the fact, this research is conducted on the implementation of duties and functions of BNNP Prevention Divition In Narcotics Abuse Prevention .The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of duties and functions of BNNP Prevention Division In Narcotics Abuse Prevention, and to identify the factors that affect the implementation of duties and functions of BNNP Prevention Division In Narcotics Abuse Prevention. The theory that is used as a analysis tool in this research is the theory of Ig. Wursanto (2005) on the organization elements, while the method is qualitative descriptive research that is intended to provide a systematic overview of the observed phenomenon.Based on the results of research in the field of implementation of duties and functions of BNNP Prevention Division In Narcotics Abuse Prevention, BNNP Riau has completed it organizationally, where in completing the duties, BNNP Riau is quite able to do the functions properly. It can be seen from the Man (human) indicators, eventhough BNNP Riau has less personnel but on the environmental indicators, the implementation of duties keep running. The obstacle factors in carrying out the duties and functions of BNNP Riau prevention in preventing narcotics abuse is the lack of personnel, the lack of cooperation with external parties, and the lack of existing equipment in BNNP Riau, these conditions will result the performance of BNNP Riau implementation of duties and functions are not maximally carried out.Keywords : Implementation of Duties and Functions, Narcotics

Abstract

This view of women has changed a lot due to the progress of time. One woman's success can be seen from the leadership of a woman. Women's achievements and success proves that women also have much in common with the man. Even may exceed the capabilities of man. The involvement of women in public office filling the post-reform experience significant development in Indonesia. Since Indonesia using the system of regional autonomy, many strategic positions, such as governors, regents, and the village chief held by women.In this study, the method used is qualitative approach. While the data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis of spoken words and observable behavior of the people studied. This research was conducted in Rokan Hilir in Riau Province. While the object of this study is Kepenghuluan Bangko Perfect, with a focus on women's leadership in governance prince kepenghuluan views of nature along with the factors that affect the success of women's leadership prince. The theory used is the theory put forward by Keith Davis.Based on the results of research conducted and followed by analyzing the data obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. After doing some research, the authors conclude the first period had been made: Opening of roads and streets Kepenghuluan Paving, Electrical Entering the Village of provincial government programs, services to the community kepenghuluan Implementation, Development Bangko Perfect kepenghuluan office and village hall, Being a winner in the race's best village Rokan Hilir. In the second period has been made: Acquisition of land and make the rural market for the economy, society, Back insert Electric Village of Provincial Government Programs, Extract parts of Bangko kepenghuluan Perfect, Getting government assistance for the development of appropriate housing, street Semenisasi kepenghuluan. Abstract

Self-image is a view of a self portrait or the ideal projection traits of an individual. Imaging in the context of politics becomes an important part of things affects perception, emotion, feeling, consciousness, and public opinion, so that the community can be crammed into a reference, source, choice, and certain decisions. The film, part of the mass media, has the power that is capable of delivering, socializing, even manipulating the meaning or message which is displayed in the audio and visual, currently considered by the politicians as a media campaign implied. Docu-drama movie which takes the theme of a person's biography has started popping up, one of them titled "JOKOWI" has been pretty much showing self-image of Joko Widodo as Jokowi who is a phenomenal politician currently. The research also aims to find out how is representation of Jokowi’s self-image in the film "JOKOWI".This research uses qualitative descriptive methods which were analyzed through by semiotics of Roland Barthes. Data collection techniques has been used in this research were observation of audio and visual display in the film "JOKOWI", documentations, as well as the interview which is the statements delivered by using by purposive sampling techniques.The results of this research show that there is a representation of Jokowi’s self-image in the film JOKOWI i.e. the ideal characteristics owned by Jokowi such as honesty, a sense of tolerance, simple, ingenious and keep his promise, never give up. Through by validity data process, it can be said that this movie is a representation of the real Jokowi’s self-image, but there are several informants in this study says different opinion. That is because of his inconsistent state has been done by Jokowi himself in reality to show himself image. Abstract

The background in this research is that the management of Resun waterfall tourism is still lack of organized arrangement and restoration of the area Resun waterfall. It looks unavailability of direct transportation to the area attractions, facilities such as shops souvenirs, lodging, tour guides are not available as an addition to the attractiveness of a tourist attraction. so that situation can affect attitudes, opportunities and interests of the visitors to come and enjoy the object and the existing facilities at Resun waterfall tourism.The purpose of this research is to determine the Object Management of Resun waterfall in Lingga District, and to determine the factors that influence the Object Management of Resun waterfall in Lingga District. The indicators used in this research is the application of Fayol hendry opinion in hasibuan that management can be measured by the following indicators: planning, organizing, actuating, controlling, including indicators to determine the factors that influence the management of tourism management.Type of method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. In determining the informant subsequently determined by purposive sampling technique, which the determination is based on the consideration that the informants were selected are people who know and involved in the management of Resun waterfall in Lingga District. To collect data, this reserach using interviews, observation, and documentation.Based on the result revealed that the management of Resun waterfall tourism in the Lingga District is "not maximized", whereas the factors that influence the management of Resun waterfall tourism in Lingga regency is human resources, infrastructure, and funding.Keywords: Organization, Management

Abstract

This research explain about the efforts of United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) in dealing with sex tourism in Thailand. This research focused explaining about the role of UNWTO to fix sex tourism problem in Thailand, because sex tourism is one of the most favorite tourism in the world. UNWTO focused to protect the children because they are the biggest victim on sex tourism. This research intended to show the role of United Nations World Tourism Organization to handle the sex tourism in Thailand. UNWTO did some cooperation with Thailand Government and some international organization also with non-governmental organization. Attempts have been made from UNWTO by establish children protection, however UNWTO cannot get into the sex tourism sector adulthood and transgender because there are so much obstacles related to human rights.Keywords : Effort, UNWTO, Sex Tourism, Human Trafficking and Prostitution

Abstract

This research will explain about Indonesian‟s motivation when signing the Memorandum of Understanding with Cuba in Sporst on Mei 2013. As a great nation, Indonesia try to use all of the resources that it has to maintain its exsistention in the International sphere when the globalization is rapidly developed. Indonesia try to strengthening itself by increasing the sport achievements, one of them by having an agreement with Cuba in the Sports area. Cuba which has a good achivements history of baseball, boxing, volleyball, gymnastic, track and field are the reason for Indonesia to continue the agreement in Mei 2013. Previously, Indonesia had been signed the Memorandum Of Understanding with Cuba on Sport on Mei 2007 in Bali. Beside that, Indonesia and Cuba has a really good relations when the Che Guevara came to Indonesia and met Presiden Soekarno, after that Soekarno alternately visited Cuba and met the President, Fidel Castro and the government trying to keep this good relation.The writer collects data from the journal, books, online media, articles and The President‟s speech that related to the topic to analyze Indonesia‟s reason for signing the Mou and continuing the development. The theorical framework applied in this research are realism, soft power by Joseph Nye, and public diplomacy by Barry Sanders.The research shows Indonesia has its interest in signing the agreement with Cuba on Sport not only because Cuba has many achievements in their national sport such as boxing and baseball. Abstract

The study aimed to : (a) evaluate the bussiness marketting and sales volume effect on Natural Stones Product, and (b) evaluate the constraints on marketting the natural stones Product. The study used qualitative and describtive approach, till no requirement on hypothesis testing. Data collecting was conducted by proposing the quesioner, interview, and observation to bussinessmen of the natural stones product of Pekanbaru. The result, concluded the busssiness marketting on sales natural stones product are giving the best services to the consumen and providing the discount to take a interest of consumen to increase the sales volume.Keyword : Bussiness marketting, Natural stone product, Sales volume.
