Abstract

This research aims to know the implementation of tasks and authorities by the camat rambah in field permissions kecamtan rambah rokan hulu. as for the backdrop in this study the number there are obstacles in the exercise of duties and authorities head in taking care of business license in kecamatn rambah.This study uses qualitative methods with techniques of data collection by means of in-depth interviews and the utilization of the library as well as a descriptive qualitative data analysis. data required primary data among others obtained through interviews and secondary data obtained through study in the library-related research issues.Based on the results of the implementation of tasks and authorities head in the exercise of delegated authority by pelimpahan Regent Regent through number 39 in 2011 about the Pelimpahan authority to the head of environmental governance in the Rokan Hulu obscurity of technical instructions and executing instructions over the Regent rules led to an overlap of authority between the districts and other agencies.Keywords: implementation, the authority, the authority Pelimpahan

Abstract

Health is a state of well-being of body, mind and social life that allow people to live socially and economically productive. To achieve a healthy principle, services (MOH) has established 10 indicators of healthy living a clean and healthy behaviors. We shall run, at least 65% of people in the region who are capable of running PHBs as a pilot area to implement PHBs. The purpose of this study was to determine whether people in Teluk Binjai Village area is already running 8 of 10 indicators of clean and healthy behaviors are set by the government. The factors - factors that affect PHBs is knowledge, income and employment. Village of Binjai bay is one of the villages in Dumai City slums are still vulnerable to flood and dengue fever (DHF). Where 12 of the 20 RT RT classified as slums. This is because the population density is increasing and making the area in Teluk Binjai Village is classified as slums. The target is expected to run a clean and healthy life behavior, namely, the healthy behavior if the community can run PHBs above 50%, less healthy behaviors between 10-50% PHBs and unhealthy behaviors between 10-30% PHBs. Dumai city health department, noting that the District of East Dumai flood-prone areas and dengue fever (DHF) from 9 Village in Kota Dumai most disease dengue fever (DBD) accounted for approximately 32.07% 85 people are in the Bay Village area Binjai. This is the case because there are many people in the area who do not run a clean and healthy lifebehavior.Keywords: Indicators of PHBs, health, hygiene, factors affecting

Abstract

Higt level of urbanization creates a number of social problem in cyti. Urbanization happens due to hard living of suburban people. Sububar people move to cities to get a better economy and living, many people choose to move to cities, as the effect working fields in cities decrease, and the competition in creases. Suburban people who moved to cities don’t get a proper job, as aresult, they chose to be beggars. Pekanbaru is one of the cities where we can find a lot of beggars. Not even local government's rule (perda no 12 year 2008) can make beggars stop their activity. Writer did this qualitative research for figuring out the factors that influence a beggar in doing this such activity. This research is also for figuring out if beggars' perception have influence in decreasing beggig activity in Pekanbaru.Keywords: Beggars, poverty, local rules

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of Ecotourism Promotion of Tesso Nilo National Park in the village of Lubuk Flower Bungo District of Ukui Pelalawan, and how the responses of visitors on the Implementation of the Promotion, in the form of Advertising, Public Relations word of mouth, personal selling and sales promotion. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach to solve problems in the lift. The sample in this study as many as 55 people were taken by using accidental sampling. While data collection techniques in this study using observation, questioner, interview and documentation. By using a Likert scale as a measure to determine the length of the short interval. Based on the research that has been done, responsden response to the Implementation of Ecotourism Promotion of Tesso Nilo National Park has been good. Abstract

Café Kopmil Ping 2 U is one of the cafes in Pekanbaru which was established in 2012 with their menu mainstay Coffee Milo. This cafe consumers continues to increase every year. With a variety of marketing communications strategy used, this café is managed to maintain the existence of consumers to repurchase and to establish good relations with the company. The purpose of this study is to determine how the marketing communication strategy of cafe Kopmil Ping 2 U in maintaining customer loyalty. This study uses descriptive qualitative research method to describe the state of the subject or object of the research. This study uses a model of interactive data analysis Miles and Hubermen , using a technique that checks the validity of the data through the extension of participation and triangulation. The subject of this research is the owner of cafe Kopmil Ping 2 U, the employees, Ambassador of Kopmil 2014 and fixed consumers. The subjects were selected using purposive sampling technique where the researcher determines their own subjects which were selected because of certain considerations. The results showed that the cafe Kopmil Ping 2 U has done a marketing communications strategy to retain customer loyalty. Steps taken are to establish the audience with mass promotion and market segmentation, establish communication objectives by building awareness, build knowledge, make consumers like the product, making consumers believe them, until finally they decide to buy, designing order by determining the content of the order, structure of the order , order format and determine the source of the order. This cafe also determines the communication channel to order by using interpersonal and impersonal channels, as well as determine aspects of consumer.Key word: marketing communication strategy, customer loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the Homestay Management Implementation in the village of Lubuk kembang Bunga Kawasasn Ecotourism Tesso Nilo Pelalawan Riau Province.With this study research method that I use is a qualitative method, in which researchers attempted to describe the actual condition or state by collecting data and information in the field and explain in narrative form without test hypotheses or make predictions before, while the data collection techniques in this research using observation , interviews, and documentation.Based on the results of the research that has been done, Execution Management Homestay already managed properly and the facilities on offer already meet the standards of homestay.Keywords: Management Homestay, Tesso Nilo National Park.

Abstract

This research purposed to get know how the communities participation and how the management of ecotourism in tesso nilo national park lubuk kembang bunga village district ukui sub-district plalawan on the stage of development of ecotourism there and potential to be developed in the Tesso Nilo national park.This study used a qualitative method with descriptive approach to describe the actual state by collecting data and information in the field. The subject of the study researchers used a key informant as many as 16 people are concerned with sub-indicators. While data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews, and documentation.Based on the research that has been done, the public response to community participation in the management of ecotourism businesses that occurred in the area of Tesso Nilo National Park is already underway in three participation that direct participation, indirect participation, and no participation, each of which has involved the participation of society in every, but the direct participation has not maximize the role of local communities or local in them.Key words : Community participation, ecotourism, Tesso Nilo National Park.

Abstract

PT. Bank Danamon Pekanbaru is the bank engaged in banking goods and services that always seeks to prioritize the satisfaction of its customers. The employee on duty and deal directly with the customer in providing services commonly known as customer service that are required to have the ability to serve customers accurately and quickly and have good communication skills. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of customer service as a receptionist, Deskman, salesman, customer relation officer, and communicators in providing services to customers.This study used qualitative research methods. In this case the researchers used purposive sampling technique to sample customer service. The sample set 2 costumer service. While the sample from the customer to use accidental sampling technique. Informants were used for the customer as much as 4 people. In collecting the data, researchers use interviewing techniques, observation. By using key informants as sources of information.The results show is the role of customer service as recepcionis, deskman, customer relation officer, communicators in providing services to customers is to serve quickly and accurately and have a good knowledge and ability, understand the needs of customers, responsible to each customer from start to finish, guarantees the confidentiality of any transaction and provide confidence to customers.Key Words : The role of customer service,service

Abstract

This study was conducted to explain the implementation of the Tourism Development Policy made the Department of Tourism in particular Siak district government policies regarding Local Regulation No. 12 Year 2012 on Tourism Development Master Plan In Siak. As for the background of this research is the implementation of the policy has not been well. This study uses the theory of public policy implementation that emphasizes the approach of George Edward III in order to explain the phenomena encountered in the field. This study used qualitative methods, while the technique of data collection using interviews, observation and discussion with sources of research. Furthermore, the data in the form of data qualitative and quantitative data were analyzed with descriptive technical data analysis. The results showed that the actors implementing the policy has not been able to implement the policy properly due to lack of human resources who are competent in doing development. In addition, the lack of historical attractions that can be enjoyed as long as the government through the Department of Tourism only do maintenance to historic buildings not do more development to improve the quality of the attraction. Coupled with the lack of tourist facilities in Siak Regency as a souvenir sales. So that this condition makes tourism Siak can not be a reliable sector becomes self Siak. The results also indicate that the scope of the social interaction between communities, employers and the government has not been established. This of course have an impact on the political sphere public support for the policy. While the economic sphere also no significant effect on the increase in local revenues and increase social welfare.Keywords: history Tourism and Policy Implementation

Abstract

The focus of this research is to analyze the motivation of Indonesia to imposition of antidumping duty (BMAD) towards Japan’s cold rolled coil/CRC products in 2013. In investigation of The Indonesian Antidumping Committee (KADI) finds dumping in Cold Rolled Coil/CRC import from Japan and there was injury to the domestic industry.This research use a descriptive of qualitative method, Nation state analysis, protectionism theory in mercantilism perspective. To analyze this case, the writer collects data from books, journal, websites, dictionary, and final report of the Indonesian Anti Dumping Committee (final determination) on Antidumping investigation againts imports of cold rolled coil/CRC products from Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan, and Vietnam.The result of this research shows that Indonesia to imposition of Antidumping import duties on products import of Cold Rolled Coil/CRC to protect the Indonesia domestic industry from injury. In 19 march 2013 Indonesia imposes antidumping for imports Cold Rolled Coil/CRC from Japan and other countries in regulation No 65/PMK. 011/2013 of the Minister of Finance of Indonesia. In final determinations, a high margin of dumping ranging from 18,6% to 55,6% was imposed on Japanese companies.Keywords: Anti-dumping duty, Cold Rolled Coil/CRC, Dumping, Japan, Protectionism
