Abstract

This research discuss about USA reason reject indonesia CPO to be in Eg list in 2012. Eg list is a list contained 54 categories of environmental goods products and will be able to minimize tariff max 5% at the end of 2015. Eg list was formed in the Vladivostok in 2012.This research is qualitative research that the data is taken from books, internet, journals and same related thesis. This research uses neo-mercantilism perspective and protectionism theory to analyze the object of research.The result of this research shows that USA motivation to block cpo from indonesia enter to eg list is to protect plant oil/vegetable oil producer intheir country because cpo is the biggest producers of plant oil today and defeat USA plant oil production. One of the way is by promoting black campaign and reject indonesia cpo to enter eg list of apec in 2012.Keywords: CPO,EG List, APEC,black campaign

Abstract

Hotel is the kind of industries that produce and provide something in the form of goods and services. Thus the hotel does not only sell intangible products such as forms of services, entertainments, the comfortable, clean and easy atmosphere or environment. In order to maintain its existence, the hotel requires a good management and changes in consumer demand so as to survive and compete with other hotels.Environmental influences, individual influences and factors inherent in the hotel are intimately associated with the consumer in taking consumer interests to stay, especially those related to quality of service factors, price , location and facilities.This research used descriptive quantitative method to analyze the probloms. The sample of this research was 100 respondents which was taken by accidental sampling. The technique of collecting data in this research used observation, questionaire and interview. To know the interval range, the writer used likert scale.Key Word : Product,price,facilities and location

Abstract

This study discusses about the Japanese protest on Regulation of Law No.4 of 2009 on mineral and steel. the application of this law are applied on 12 January 2014 on the application of this law encountered many obstacles including protests from Indonesian mineral importing country. one that rejects namely Japan. this is because most of the japan minerals derived from the Indonesian. The results of this study are Japan protested the application of the law because it would be difficult for japan get a supply of minerals from indonesia. Abstract

Service Quality is how far the difference between reality and expectations of consumers with the services they received or acquired. loyalty is described as the desire of consumers to subscribe to the company continuously, buying and using products and services repeatedly, and recommend the company's products to others. Under these conditions, a hospitality service company to be able to provide quality service to its customers, in order to create customer satisfaction that will lead the customer will be loyal to the products or services at the company.This research was conducted at Sabrina Budget Traveler Hotel Pekanbaru is located on the road Tuanku Tambusai Paninsula Complex Block c3, Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research was conducted to determine the effect of service quality on customer loyality on Sabrina Budget Traveler Hotel Pekanbaru.In this research methodology is descriptive and quantitative with SPSS, where samples were used that customer Sabrina Budget Traveler Hotel Pekanbaru is a minimum stay of more than two times and as a source of information is the General Manager, Supervisor, and Front office. To determine the sample using the formula Slovin, sampling with purposive sampling method. Data collection through questionnaires and interviews.From the results of data analysis includes test validity, reliability, and simple linear regression, the quality of service in this study included five components of both the physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and caring. Each one has an indicator interrelated and positive effect on customer loyalty Sabrina Budget Traveler Hotel Pekanbaru.Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. PDA Tigi Ma’aya Tour & Travel Pekanbaru. As for the background of this research is lack of promotion wich do PT. PDA Tigi Ma’aya Tour & Travel for promotion tour package wich applying Islamic values. The purpose this research is for knowing execution of promotion tour package wich applying Islamic values to consumen. This research uses theory that discusses Lupiyoadi and Hamdani which to explain phenomena promotion was happened in the company. This research is using qualitative methods, while the technique of data collection using deep interviews with guest speaker. Furthermore, the data in the form of data qualitative and quantitative data were analyzed with descriptive technical data analysis.Results of this research showed many still a society not yet know about tour package wich using Islamic concept in PT. PDA Tigi Ma’aya Tour & Travel. PT. Abstract

Employees are the most important factors which will affect the company in the achievement of its objectives. Many things must be done by the company in order to get good performance. In this case the incentive is so important for all employees so that employees are more enthusiastic and have a good performance. The purpose of this study was to determine how the incentive effect on the performance of employees at PT. Bank Mega Syariah branch Sukaramai Market Pekanbaru.This research was conducted at PT. Bank Mega Syariah Sukaramai Market Pekanbaru branch offices in Pekanbaru patchouli road. Reasons for the selection of research here is due to the large number of employees out annually in PT. Bank Mega Syariah branch Sukaramai Market Pekanbaru.The population in this penenlitian are all employees of PT. Bank Mega Syariah branch Sukaramai Market Pekanbaru, as many as 36 employees. And the entire population is made in the sample. It can be shown from the level of employee loyalty is very high.Keywords: Effect, Incentives, Employee.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Tribun Pekanbaru.arrangementof the problem is the influence of the influence of the implementation of a promotion to employee morale editorial division at PT. TribunPekanbaru.purposeof this study is to investigate the implementation of promotions , morale , and determine the effect the implementation of a promotion to employee morale editorial division of PT . Tribun Pekanbaru .The author uses quantitative descriptive analysis method .Collecting data using kuisioner.Sampel used is sensus.Sumber data used are primary data or data obtained directly from the object of study , and secondary data is data collected author of PT . Abstract

The study aimed to determine the role of Local Government District Kuantan Singingi to resolving smallholdings conflict partnership between Tri Bhakti Sarimas Company (PT TBS). and Prima Sehati corporation (KUD. PS) in the sub-district Kuantan Mudik. This study focuses partnership between PT. TBS and KUD. PS because it had many problems in the partnership. So that, needed the role of Local Government District Kuantan Singingi to resolving the problematic. This phenomenon become interest to studies and be the background of this research. So the authors make formulation the problems are: what is the causative factor of conflict smallholdings and how the role of Local Government District of Kuantan Singingi to resolving the conflict. Based on this background, the study aims to analyze the role of Local Government district Kuantan Singingi to resolving smallholdings conflict partnership between PT. TBS and KUD. PS The research method is qualitative, with descriptive research, the data collection done by observation, interviews and documentation. From the research of result, shows that the Role of Local Government district Kuantan Singingi to resolving Smallholdings Conflict Partnership between PT. TBS and KUD. PS are: Local Government District of Kuantan Singingi made facilitating to resolving the conflict like a meet room to facilitation the problem between the third of actor. while that the parliament of Kuantan Singingi done they role as a mediator to mediation resolving the problems. Parliament done hearing between PT. TBS, KUD. PS ant Pucuk Rantau citizen as a member of corporation. Abstract

This research was conducted in the village of beehive New District of Lubuk In Siak. The purpose of this study is the first to find out what strategies Palm Valley KUD members to improve their welfare. The second objective is to determine the forms of service to every member of the Village Unit Cooperatives Palm Valley Village New beehive Analyzing the data in this study using Qualitative Research Methods. Qualitative Research Methods This is an analysis that seeks to provide a detailed picture of reality based on facts obtained from the field and also supported by the data in order to support the primary and secondary data exist. Qualitative research is presented in the form of words from the interview with the author of the respondents that describe the specific circumstances and understandable of Member Strategies Village Unit Cooperatives (KUD) Palm Valley In Improving Welfare. The results of field research shows that there is the occurrence of an unstable income or air fluctuates so that respondents feel lack in sufficient daily needs. Therefore, respondents need additional work or increase revenues by entrepreneurship, this method is more effective in improving the well-being because the respondents felt helped by their enterprises.Keywords: Member Cooperatives, Cooperative Village Unit, Welfare

Abstract

This paper was aimed at finding out the effectiveness of the implementation irrigation development towards the intensification of rice fields’ productivity and analyzing the factors that influence the effectiveness of the implementation. The research was conducted in the Middle District of Kuantan District Singingi. This research was conducted in the Central District of Kuantan District Singingi from September to November 2013. The data collected through interview and observation and analyzed by using qualitative descriptive analysis. The findings of this research showed that the effectiveness of the implementation of irrigation development towards the intensification of the rice fields’ productivity was very effective. The finding also showed that the dominant factors influenced the effectiveness of the implementation irrigation development towards the intensification of rice fields’ productivity were the factors of the human resources, capital and water resources.Keywords: Effectiveness, Development Towards, Irrigation
