Abstract

In 7th October 2010, Taiwan made announced to banned on Indomie Indonesia instant noodle product. Taiwan claims that Indomie is had certain health problem issues, that contains two preservatives that are prohibited namely methyl p-hydroxybenzoate and benzoic acid. Two elements should only be used to make cosmetics. Due to the CODEX standards, prove that Indomie is safe to consume, the elements who use in the noodles is on the small quantity. Rather than that, the differences in food safety standards applied in each country said that Taiwan doesn’t accept any kind and quantity of nipagin, against to that standards, PT Indofood CBP then says that they already made two kind of instant noodles due to the international and domestic standards, and as long as they importer instant noodle, it is the first time they had protest about the product. The research use Competitive Advantage which has been revealed by Michael E. Porter. This research is qualitative research by using using primer and secondary file, the used technique is collecting file which is used by library observation, journal, and website The result of this research prove that there’s no relevant reason owned Taiwan to impose ban on Indomie Indonesia instant noodle, after re-investigation, and directly meeting in 13th October 2010. In 9th December 2010, Taiwan re-announced that all the Taiwan’s data and evidence is a mistaken. Abstract

Sophie Paris BC Asril is one of Multi Level Marketing (MLM) company that is usedword of marketing system in Pekanbaru city. This company uses member system in selling and get the profit. From more or less 17.000 Sophie Paris BC Asril’s members, it’s just about a half from all member be an active member. This condition will affect to company profit. Therefore the company need one of marketing strategy in order to increase the amount of active member. The purpose of this research is to know how word of mouth marketing strategy who created bybuzz and viralmarketing strategy, opinion leader role and social media role in Sophie Paris BC Asril’s to increase the amount of active member. This research used qualitative research method with descriptive approach. This reseach was done in Sophie Paris BC Asril, addres in Gelugur Street No.39, Middle Tangkerang subdistrict, Pekanbaru City. The object of this research is word of mouth communication strategy and the subject are all of the informants that are fullfil the needed of this research and the key informant is the leader, employees and some members of Sophie Paris BC Asril with purposive method.. Taking data technique in this research is by using deep observation, interview and documentation. The result of this research is describes word of mouth marketing strategy who created by three dimension there arebuzz andviral marketing, opinion leader and social media, who used by Sophie Paris BC Asril in order to increase the amount of active member. Buzz and viral marketing who done is like holding a bazar and event in the shopping center.As opinion leader in Sophie Paris BC Asril is Mrs. Asril who also the owner of the BC, because Mrs. Asril is a person who trusted and be a role model for the membership, due to her knowledge and experience which have long been in the business. Sophie Paris BC Asril also did not miss the technology in conducting its business, because they know very well by utilizing social media such as twitter, facebook, online shopp and others will expand its network and ease in socializing, interaction, sharing of information between fellow member and owner of the company and make it easier to access the member who want to find out company information. Abstract

Lead the Countryside as existing Governance head in Countryside scope should be able to execute its duty in an optimal fashion, that goodness as society steward and also as medium which can give the solution to problem of arising out in society including area scope becoming tugasnya. Aspiration submitted/sent by society have to be heard by a Countryside head of so that/ to be what becoming target with can be reached is matching with the one which expected. But at field fact still there are a lot of poblems, this matter because of lack of duty execution lead the the countryside. Target of this research is to know the duty execution lead countryside in countryside of river Pangkalan Nyirih distric of rupat sub-province of bengkalis and also factor whai is resistor of duty execution lead countryside in countryside of river of pangkalan nyirih distict of bengkalis sub-province. To analyse the phenemenon in this research is writter use the theory Winardi with the indicator of right time exploiting, sum up the output, readiness to work along, quality of work. Metedologi used in this research research qualitative by using method of Purposive of Sampling. Result of this research show the duty Execution lead countryside in Countryside of River of Pangkalan Nyirih of District of Rupat of Bengkalis Sub-Provinci have been executed better. Abstract

Developing the culture in province is form the local government to keep Riau Malay culture. LAM Riau have a role to arranging a plan and managing the activity and developing custom activity too, art/ culture society, and making efficient use of culture assets and relic from history by inventorying. But this way still running not well. How does the LAM Riau roles in conservating Melayu Riau culture in Riau Province and what the factor that influence LAM Riau roles to conservating the culture in Riau culture. The concept of the theory used is organization development by Sondang P. Siagian (2012) to confronting the changes consist of education and commucation; participation; effort to expedite and give support, negotiation; and compulsion. This study uses qualitative methods research with descriptive data analysis. The author uses data collection techniques interviews, observation, and library studies. With the use of Key Informants as a source of information and using the technique of triangulation as a source in the vadilitas test data. Based on the result of the research, LAM Riau roles to conservating the culture in Riau province hasn’t been done optimally, it is still an implementation the roles which has not been reached, like participation to society generally still far from our prospect, negotiation between the manager is so not binding. Factors that affect the implementation of the strategy are human resources have not been sufficient good, e lack of funds owned, andd determining authority or policy that can not made by LAM Riau. Abstract

The rural agribusiness development program (PUAP). Is a program creaded by the central government to empower rural communities to tackle the program of poerty. National program in direct contact with the community in order to assist and improve the wotfare and needs of life This research aims to know about the effectiveness of the implementation of rural agribusiness development program (PUAP), and the faktors that the effectiveness of the implementation of rural agribusiness development program (PUAP) in the district Bungaraya Siak district. This study descriptive qualitative data collection techniguen of observation, interviews, and research informants were determined by purposive sampling technique The results of a descriptive qualitative data analysis found that the efectiveness of the implementation of rural agribusiness development program (PUAP) in the district Bungaraya, it can be seen from, the achievement of objectives and the expected rate of change in the national proram is not target funds PUAP progrram, the neffec tiveness of the a mount of unds granted and the settlement of funds in arrears. In this research note the factors that influence the effectiveness of the implementation of rural agribusiness development program (PUAP) in the district Bungaraya, include organizational factors that are still not ging well, the factor implementing inadequate in terms of quality and quantity. Abstract

Result: The Function of Life Skills Education Program Clothing Sewing Lessons as part of non formal education program held at SKB of Rokan Hulu Regency : (1)Serves as a substitute, an addition to, and complement formal education in support of lifelong education for the community. It can be seen from the educational background of students, science students about the purpose and benefits of completing education/ courses clearly, (2) Serves develop the potential of students in the mastery of knowledge and functional skills, which include: the level of success/ achievement of learning and size assessment of learning outcomes achieved by learners, the ability of teachers/ instructors so in demonstrating the skills/ expertise to learners, the ability of teachers/ instructors in closer or associate's skills and penerapannnya in the lives of young people, a positive value for self learners, families and communities, and the ability of learners to overcome their own problems, their families and surrounding communities, (3) Serves labor produces ready made and distribute best graduates to various companies/ institutions/ home industries that need, it can be seen from the work of students before, after the course, a job and a second job after the course. The Factors that affect the functioning of Life Skills Education Program Clothing Sewing Lessons as part of non formal education program in SKB of Rokan Hulu Regency : (1) The educational background of students/ residents to learn, (2)Interest, motivation and learning objectives students/ learners in the following education/ courses, (3) The allocation of time learning/ course was too short and seemed only to fill empty time so that the achievement of learning is not optimal, and (4) Facilities and infrastructure when following learning activities/ sewing courses The SKB of Rokan Hulu Regency did not complete, and the majority of students/ learners who have finished learning/ sewing class majority does not have the capital to open a sewing business. Abstract

This reserach will discusse about effort of Non-Government Organization PeacePlayer International in Cyprus, 2008-2014 .Cyprus until now still hit by conflict and secession. Conflict in the Republic of Cyprus is from 13 new amendments proposed by the President of the Republic of Cyprus. This amendment was rejected by the representative of the President of the Republic of Cyprus as it is considered detrimental to the ethnic Turkish and manufacture without involving the vice president. Conflicts two leaders then have an impact on society and the parliament of the Republic of Cyprus. violence in almost every city in the Republic of Cyprus, the presence of organizations that represent each ethnic Greek and Turkish involvement and further aggravate the security situation in Cyprus, so in 1983 the ethnic Turkish declare independence. This independence is not recognized by the international community. This research use the perspective of pularalism with two-track diplomacy theory supported by the concept of peacebuilding and international organization. In the case of Cyprus non-government ornagization PeacePlayer International act as third party actor bridging dialoge between communities at the grassroots level. Abstract

Regional divisions do not automatically provide prosperity for the region as mandated by laws and regulations and decentralization. expansion success stories tend to be less when compared with the current reality, many negative impacts of the expansion area. District of Rumbai desire to secede from the city of Pekanbaru ignited from uneven development reasons. and in terms of the administrative and technical requirements. Tassel not feasible to secede from the city of Pekanbaru. Tassel bloom always echoed in one of the mass media ie newspapers Riau many community newspapers and community leaders who support Rumbai to bloom, but after research conducted by the author turns largely Tassel community do not support the expansion of the Rumbai. of the phenomenon researchers are keen to gauge support and public perception in discourse Tassel expansion plan with the title "the support and the perception public the discourse of division Rumbai". Which became the basis of the problem where after doing field research, the authors found that support the expansion plan Rumbi only 46% while 54% do not support . Many people actually do not approve Rumbi division occurs, but sebahagian public figure and the originator of the division continued to echo the expansion plan Tassel, without knowing more in natural resources and human resources Rumbai. Theory (approach) that I use as a tool of analysis in this research is the theory of the Expansion of Regional and community participation, whereas the method used is a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods (mixed methods). Namely data collection techniques by Random sampling by taking a random sample of the entire community Rumbai andRumbaipesisir. Conclusions of this study is the emergence of a discourse division Rumbai not fully aspirations of its people, but there are other interests of the candidates to get voice support in legislative elections in 2014 by ignoring some of the process PP 78 in 2007. Abstract

Consideration of the author in using this method of qualitative methods are able to explain the phenomena through the collection of data obtained through interviews. Any data that can be processed and clearly defined using a language that is easily understood. This method does not use the sample population, because if the data collected has been profound and explain the phenomenon under study, it is not necessary to find other sampling. This study used a descriptive approach, where this research provides a detailed overview of the Dara Single Role In Promoting Tourism in the city of Pekanbaru. While data collection techniques in this research using techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the research that has been done, Single Dara has memepromosikan tourism in Pekanbaru. Promotion is done to help the development of tourism. Abstract

This study aims to investigate the implementation of the nationaleducation ministerial regulation number 28 of 2010 on assignment teacher asprincipal of a public school in the city of Pekanbaru in 2013-2014 and efforts arebeing made to overcome the problems in the implementation of the nationaleducation ministerial regulation No. 28 of 2010 is.This study uses the theory of policy implementation by Van Meter andVan Horn who says there are six variables that affect the performance ofimplementation, namely: standards and policy goals, resources, communicationamong organizations, characteristic of the implementing agencies, environmental /social conditions, economic and political as well as the disposition of theimplementor.This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. Thesampling technique used is purposive sampling. The informants in this study areHead of Education Department Pekanbaru, Head of Kindergarten and ElementaryEducation Department Pekanbaru, Head of Staffing Agency Pekanbaru,Pekanbaru City Council Member, Member of Pekanbaru City Board of Education,Coordinator of School Supervisors, Education Leaders Pekanbaru and PrincipalParticipants. The technique of collecting data uses interviews and documentation.Types and sources of data are primary and secondary. Data were analyzed usinginductive analysis techniques.Based on the results of this study concluded that the implementation of thenational education ministerial regulation policy on assignment of teacher asprincipal have not been implemented properly because of communication isestablished between the implementing organization is not good, limited humanresources, yet the realization of education and training candidates for theprincipal. As an attempt to overcome problems in implementing nationaleducation ministerial regulation include: policy socialization of the nationaleducation ministerial regulation number 28 of 2010 to teachers and principals,principal restraints which have exceeded the period of the task, theimplementation of recruiting candidates for the principal and improved standardsof school leadership.Keywords: Policy, policy implementation, assignment teacher as principal,principal
