Abstract

PT. Mewah Kencana Motor Pekanbaru is a company engaged in the sale of motorcycles and provides workshop services. In order to face the competition is quite tough, companies should pay attention to the quality of service and maintain their corporate image in order to increase the satisfaction and comfort at this company. For that we perform research on the influence of service quality and corporate image influence on customer satisfaction. This study aims to identify and be able to explain the influence of services and the image given to customer satisfaction at PT. Mewah Kencana Motor Pekanbaru. The population is mostly of customers that come in a period of one year ie in 2014, amounting to 4,296 people. While the sampling technique in this study using accidental sampling with a sample of 98 respondents. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and interviews, while the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. From the analysis of the data found that the independent variable is the quality of service and corporate image each have indicator interrelated positive effect on the dependent variable is customer satisfaction.Keyword : Service Quality, Corporate Image, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

The problem faced by people with HIV / AIDS (ODHA) is not just a problem of decreasing physical condition but also social issues such as acceptance of negative labels and forms of discrimination from the social environment. Received the negative label ODHA affected how people living with HIV against him or himself. Self concept is the decisive factor in interpersonal communication, because everyone behaves in accordance with the concept itself. The purpose of this research was to determine how self-concept construck people with HIV / AIDS (ODHA) in Pekanbaru.This study was conducted from January to June 2015 at the Sebaya Lancang Kuning foundation Pekanbaru. This study used a qualitative research method with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, documentation. The object of this study is the concept of self-people living with HIV in the city of Pekanbaru with a phenomenological perspective. The number of informants in this study were as many as six people consisting of one founder of the foundation, 2 people patient of HIV / AIDS one other people who work in health and two people closest to people with HIV / AIDS. Subject retrieval using snow ball sampling technique. For data analysis techniques using the Miles and Huberman. To check the validity of the data, researchers used data triangulation techniqueThe results showed that the self-concept of ODHA in Pekanbaru city as a whole are at unfavorable category. This finding is supported by the fact that many people with HIV / AIDS really want to try to improve their behavior but their negative attitude of society to change the concept of people living with HIV themselves into a negative direction. Due to the worse is the cause of understanding themselves as individuals who are unwanted and may become a useful person who function normally in society makes people living with HIV have a negative self viewKeywords : ODHA, HIV/ AIDS, Social Patology

Abstract

This research describes the policy of Indonesian Government create a Indonesia Trade Promotion Centre in South Korea in 2012. The trade relationss between Indonesia and South Korea have a big increase. Since 2006 Indonesia and South Korea Government have a deall about the Joint Declaration on Strategic Partnership between Republic of Indonesia and Republic of Korea to Promote Friendship and Cooperation in the 21st Century.The research method used was a qualitative with descriptive as a technic of the research. Writer collects data from books, encyclopedia, journal, mass media and websites to analyze the policy of Indonesian Government create a Indonesia Trade Promotion Centre in South Korea. The theories applied in this research are decisions making policy theory by Viotti and Kaupi and national interest concept from Donald E. NUchterlain.The research shows that policy of Indonesian Government create a Indonesia Trade Promotion Centre in South Korea are becaus defisits of Indoesian export to South Korea and also with create a Indonesia Trade Promotion Centre in South Korea, Indonesia Government can give some information about market brief and market opportunities in South Korea for the Company from Indonesia.Key words: Decision Making, ITPC, Indonesian Policy, Cooperation

An individual opinion appear couse of perseption toward of problems insociety.in this research explains how collegian opinions of UIN SUSKA RIAUabout Ta’aruf marriage processly. marriage of Ta’aruf is explain a marriage asperform a religious serrice,applied comprehension of islam and follow theprophet friends beforehand. while for sosial function is extend of religion, asasosial control and declare a certain deed to be islam. the beckground of thisresearch is Ta’aruf marriage processly is used to UIN Suska Riau collegian circleto builded houshold. beside that no guarantee for someone who do relation willuntil marriage. purpose of this research is to know formation collegion opiniostoward Ta’aruf marriage processly in UIN Suska Riau and to know influencefactors of formation collegion opinion of Ta’aruf.Method applied in doing this research is qualitative descriptive.datacollection te techniques used are based on reality in field through observation,interviews,and documentations. informans in this research amounted to 8 people,3 murobbi people as mediator Ta’aruf process and 5 collegion people who havedid marriage of Ta’aruf, based on snowbal method. Abstract

This research aim is to find out how about the promotion (advertising, personal selling, sales promotion and public relations) for achieve the room and to find out the consumer’ interest about (interest transactional, referential interest, interest prehensile and exploratory interest).The population of this research is the consumers of Hotel Asean Pekanbaru. with sampling of 100 people using the formula Slovin. Search procedures performed by accidental sampling of respondents. The research data in the form of primary data, with the questionnaire as a research instrument, data analysis used is by using statistical analysis with SPSS.Based on the results of research by the authors took a conclusion influence of promotion (advertising, personal selling, sales promotion and public relations) against the consumer interest (interest transactional, referential interest, interest prehensile and exploratory interest) on Asean Hotel Pekanbaru of respondents who researched that criteria positions can be categorized agree answer proves that the sale has an influence on consumer interest in the sale room Hotel Asean Pekanbaru, but respondents who answered quite agree is a public relations dimension which is sponsoring, grassroots activities and overcome the problems that are known to the media while in the consumer interest to all dimensions of respondents replied interested.Keywords: promotion (advertising, personal selling, sales promotion and public relations) and the consumer interest (interest transactional, referential interest, interest prehensile and exploratory interest).

Abstract

This research aims to know the implementation services as well as marketing mix factors restricting implementation support and service marketing mixon the Asean Hotel Pekanbaru. The population in this research is a guest staying at the Hotel Asean Pekanbaru in 2015 which reached 9.084. Sampling uses the Slovin’s formula so that it brings as many as 100 people sample respondents. This research analyzes the data by using a descriptive method. The respondents. This research concluded that the implementation of the marketing mix services Hotel Asean Pekanbaru implemented already. However there are still deficiencies in the variable product which do not comply with the standard room 2-star, variable prices is prices offered more expensive when compared to competitors, namely promotion of variable information about hotels that are hard to come by for the people that are outside of the city, the location variable parking is inadequate, the variable that employees who sometimes speak the word irreverent and less friendly to guests and the variable physical evidence that comfort and décor of the room the hotel was not good.Key Words : Product, Price, Promotion, Place, People, Process, Physical evidence

Abstract

This research is analysing about the role of International Committee Red Cross (ICRC) to implementating Humanitarian Law beside it jobs to address the crisis that occured because of civil conflict or nature disaster in Aceh, Indonesia. Conflict in Aceh involving the Freedom Movement of Aceh (GAM).The ICRC is an impartial humanitarian organization, neutral and has a mission to protect the lives and dignity of victims of armed conflict, war and other situations of violence and provide aid and assistance in the form of materials or services. ICRC served in four types of situations such as: International Amed Conflict, Non-international Armed Conflict, Internal Disturbance, and Internal Tension.Humanitarian crisis that occurred in Aceh is a Freedom Aceh Movement (GAM) armed conflict and the tsunami disaster.GAM is a form of rebellion undertaken by the people of Aceh who want to be independent and irrespective of the State of Indonesia. The desire is triggered by a mismatch between the Acehnese people who tend to wear Islamic Sharia law and the Indonesian government tends to neo-colonial.Tsunami is the largest natural disasters in history. Begins with an earthquake measuring 9.1 to 9.3 on the Richter scale lasted 8-10 minutes and produce large waves and a deadly attack by 14 countries and killed as many as 230,000 people. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand why are Indonesia want to aggreed about maritime boundary delimitation that connected Exclusife Economic Zone with Filipina on May 2014 that assigned in Manila. Also explain how eforts Indonesia and Filipina to agreed about boundary delimitation (EEZ) that location is North Sulawesi (Indonesia) and Mindanao (Filipina) so there is occur joint overlapping that caused Economic Exclusife Zone can not reach 200 mil. Last thing to be discussed about what the motivation of Indonesia to agreed about Economic Exclusife Zone with Filipina, Indonesia want to agreed with this cooporation because there is national interest such as economic,security and politic.This research theoretically has built with neorealism perspectives on International Relations and supported by International Cooperation, and International Security theories and national interest. Formulation of all arguments, facts, and theoretical framework on this research is guided by qualitative explanation methods. Technique in this research is through by the study of library. Abstract

Leader is a critical success factor for it’s regency or company. The success of leadership in a regency or company is depend on the leader quality. A leader must have great proficiency to implement leadership. So that the agency or company can move towards the goals the to be achieved. Operational Technical of Clean Water Management (UPT BPAB) of Ministry Public Works at Pelalawan Regency is an agency that in charge of distributing clean water for Pelalawan Community. In practice, UPT BPAB of Pelalawan Regency confronted with some problems regarding the level of customer satisfaction on the employe performance of UPT BPAB . Therefore, UPT BPAB must improve leadership communication to increase employe performance. The goal of this research is to determine the function of leadership communication and the interaction from to increase employee performance of UPT BPAB of Ministry Public Works of Pelalawan Regency. The research method using in this research is quallitative descriptive sampling technique. The informants in this research are 5 people that selected based on the official department, which is the head of UPT BPAB of Ministry of Public Works of Pelalawan Regency, 2 employee from administration department, 2 employee from production department. The techniques of data collection in this research are using interview, documentation, and observation. The techniques of data analysis are based on Huberman and Miles interactive model. Data validity checking are using the exstension of participation and triangulation. This research shows that the function of leader communication in order to increase employee performance at UPT BPAB of Ministry Public Works of Pelalawan Regency is Fairly good. With vertical and horizontal communication, the leader can deliver clear instruction and the employee can responsible in their duties. The interaction forms in order to increase employee performance are using discussion, memo, and direct communication.Keywords : Leader Communication, Performance, Employee.

Abstract

This study titled tradition take a bath Safar of countryside Sungai Buluh, subdistrict West Singkep, Lingga Regency, Riau Islands Province Based on the historical tradition in the countryside of Sungai Buluh Safar Bath has been done during the Lingga Sultanate, Sultan Abdurrahman Muadzam Syah II (1885-1911). Safar bath made Sungai Buluh rural communities is to maintain the countryside of disasters and to expel the plague to society.This study aims to describe the process of implementation of Tradition Take a Bath Safar, to analyze the meaning and symbols contained in the implementation of Tradition Take a Bath Safar. This research was conducted by using a snowball sampling approach (observation and in-depth interviews to collect data) that includes the head of the village and devices, religious leaders, community leaders.To analyze the data descriptive qualitative research conducted on data collected later in the mentioned descriptively that describe or narrate the results with a description of logical sentences to be understandable and easy to understand.This research was conducted in the countryside of Sungai Buluh, Subdistrict West Singkep, Lingga Regency, Riau Islands Province. The results show the meaning research Tradition Take a Bath Safar conducted to resident teach religion through culture that can be seen from the writing wafaq taken from some fragments of verses the al-Quran.
