Abstract

Abstract: The Analysis Performance Department of Cooperatives, Micro,Small, and Medium Pekanbaru City (Case Study Implementation Duty andFunction in Development Cooperative in Pekanbaru). This study aims to analyzethe performance of the Department of Cooperatives Pekanbaru SMEs in theimplementation of the main tasks and functions of cooperative development. Theresearcher used quality research with data analys descriptively. In collecting thedata, the researcher user interview thecnique, observation, dan documentation.These results indicate that the performance of the Department of CooperativesSMEs in the implementation of Pekanbaru duties and functions of cooperativedevelopment is still less than optimal. Abstract

This paper will analyze the strategy of Toyota Motor Corporation as the largest automotive manufacturer that originated from Japan in increasing sales and its image in China . Since the end of 2008 . Toyota is committed to remain a brand that is recognized internationally in terms of both quality and quantity . However, various competition and expansion makes Toyota should be able to develop and implement new strategies in the management of the company . So is the case when Toyota compete with other automobile manufacturers in China .In analyzing the existing problems , the authors used qualitative research methods that are explanative . The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach . I also use the theory relating to the cases. The perspective that I use is a liberal perspective . The author uses a liberal perspective to understand the strategies used Toyota . This research would then use the group level of analysis . The theory used is the author of the theory of the International Organization Theory and Competitive Advantage Theory.in this paper , the authors have the following results toyota managed to improve their corporate image . Abstract

This study will explain about Japanese strategy against Russia on Kuril Islands dispute. Problems that have occurred impact on the bilateral relationship between Japan and Russia. During the conflict between the two countries do confrontation that resulted in this conflict continues to take place. Strategies that do claim the Japanese in the other Kuril Islands between Japan cooperate with the United States in the field of defense, japan use international law to pressure Russia in ownership Kuril Islands, Japan using the Vienna Convention to strengthen its position on the Kuril Islands, Japan withdrew its ambassador from RussiaKeywords: Kuril Islands, Japanese strategy, defense cooperation, the Law Internasioanal.

Abstract

This research will describes about motivation Russian help opposition group inKyrgiztan’s president Coup in 2010. Kyrgyztan is strategic country in Central Asia,which is have two military bases. There are Manas air base and Kant air base.Manas air base is US own that established in 2001 after WTC Tragedy to responsethe terrorist isuued for security. Manas air base is making Russian government indilemmatic sutuation. Russian worried their hegemony will disturbed, and take theresponse of the US action with build the base in Kant. This research shows that animportant point which becomes references is describing the same interest betweenRussian government and opposition group of Kyrgyztan in ouster the Bakiyev fromKyrgyztan. The same interest is minimalize US influence in Kyrgyztan by ouster theBakiyev which is Bakiyev is pro US. Abstract

This research explain about the relationship between South Korea and North Korea, describes the relationship between Korean leadership since Lee Myung Bak. Indeed, the relationship between the two Korean is not yet reconciled, they’re just only signed a truce agreement in 1953. A trigger disintegration of ideological differences between Korean are utilized by many foreigners, include US.This study experienced the problems when searching for concrete data about north korea, it’s because North Korea is a closed country that make it very difficult to access and also north korea alienate themselves from outsiders, as well as its nuclear holdings. Abstract

A political party is an organized group, whose members have orientation, values and ideals are the same. Political Recruitment is the process by which individuals enroll warrant or to occupy a position. Recruitment is a two way process , and its nature can be formal or informal. Recruitment candidates are strongly associated with the selection of leadership, both internal party leadership and the broader national leadership. The coalition formation occurs at the end of the second second, at which time the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle has not determined what his choice would form a coalition with the party. At the end of the second second official register at the County Election Commission on Wednesday, May 29, 2013 on Pekanbaru.Lukman Edy is a young political leaders who have served at the level of the House of Representatives ( DPR RI ) 2 Riau electoral district , has held a strategic position in the CBA , the Secretary-General ( Secretary General ) and the position of Minister of Rural Development. His advancement to the Governor of Riau seats into its own political record for the Riau area on the General Election in 2013 has 5 pairs Candidates for Governor and Deputy Governor and a figure advanced young people as a candidate for governor. Abstract

Regional growth is a form of regional autonomy that should be supported by all elements of the local and central levels of society , which is based on Law No. 32 of 2004 and Law 19 of 2008 which has been set up how terotori policy laid out in the merger , abolition , and expansion . Subdistrict Sentajo Kingdom in full formation of political nuances and dynamics of a number of public rejection of the District Benai . Departing from the above phenomenon researchers are interested in studying the formation of the District Sentajo Kingdom with the title " the District Redistricting Process Dynamics Sentajo Kingdom Regency Kuantan Singingi year 2008-2012 "Which became the real fundamental problem in the District Sentajo Kingdom expansion process are political elite interests therein , as seen from Government Regulation No.19 of 2008 in terms of Article 4 of the Special Committee ignores the point C and D , which occurs rejection of the District Society Benai due to absence communication to the public component of the District Benai related to the formation and retrieval of the sub Benai village . Rejection happens starting from the formation of the District crews discourse until the formation of the District Sentajo Kingdom became a phenomenon in the formation of the District that is not widely accepted for the components involved in the expansion of both local and regional preparations parent . This rejection has been submitted to the Government the District of Benai area and Riau Province . But political interest in the elite division so strong that the District continue to implement new formation before completing the existing rejection problem . Lack of socialization of the local government in the formation of the District Sentajo Kingdom is also a major effect on the process that led to the public on the pros and cons Kecematan Benai .It can be concluded , this research the existence of the interests of the political elite and especially local governments Singingi Kuantan Local legislators to voice support in the next election by ignoring some processes in Law 19 of 2008 which regulates Kecataman Formation . The local government has not been wise in the policy-making process as it should have to promote the constitutional principle of public policy , democratic , rational and non-discrimination. Abstract

Rural society in Indonesia apply economic strategy where some of family members work for money. The family members work in some sectors; agriculture, self belonging business, or labour. In this kind of strategy, women and men have same role and responsibility to work in agriculture or other field. Among poor families, women's tole is stronger than middle up families. It can be seen from women working as a porter in palm plantation in Desa Suka Makmur.The problem in this reseach are: 1. What is the characteristic of a woman porter in palm plantation in Desa Suka Makmur? 2. How does a woman porter run her role in the family? 3. What is the effect of a working woman in family?. The purpose of this tesearch is to find out the chatacteristics of women porter in palm plantation in Desa Suka Makmur, how they run their families, and the effect of workin women in the family. Subject in this research is housewives working as palm porter. They are 6 women. Information is also gotten from some informants, which are their husbands. Writer ised qualitative approach, with purposive sampling technique. Data collection technique is done by interview, observation and documentation. For women porter in Desa Suka Makmur, Being a palm porter in palm plantation is a choice to help their husband. Being an extra bread winner without forgetting their responsibilities as wives and mother.Key word: women, porter, double boarden

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Hari Sejahtera Abadi , located on Jl. SM Amin ( Ring Road ) No. 102, Arengka 2 . Pekanbaru . The purpose of this research is to analyze the marketing strategy of housing products panam permata residence at PT. Hari Sejahtera Abadi.In this study, the methodology used is descriptive qualitative approach . Where the sample used is the consumer PT . Hari Sejahtera Abadi. And as a source of information is the leadership and employees of PT. Hari Sejahtera Abadi as policy makers. To determine the sample size using the formula Slovin. Purposive sampling method with sampling, data collection techniques through interviews, questionnaires.From these results it can be seen that the implementation of the marketing strategy implemented by PT. Hari Sejahtera Abadi is pretty good, it's just a promotion strategy should be maximized. Because the results of the study showed that promotional strategies implemented by PT . Abstract

This research describes about The protection of Saudi Arabian’s government towards the immigrants of (labor) Indonesia 2010-2012. The Shipment of Indonesian labor was carried out by the government of Hindia Belanda to Suriname, South America. Difficultly for getting a job in this country to be one of the many factors that Indonesian society decided to work in another country, the country became one of the main options is Saudi Arabia. Initially, Indonesian Labor who worked in Saudi Arabian totaled 25 peoples in 1975, but has decreased from 2010-2012 because of the many cases of abuse committed by employers during work. The research method used is a descriptive of qualitative research method about the facts. This research is an explanatory that describe about problem, indication, policies, and actions. In writing techniques, the author’s collect and collate data through library research from several sources like books, journals, articles, websites, the media and others. The author’s also use the concept of human security in view the case in this study. This research shows the weakness of the Saudi Arabian government protection against existing Indonesian labor in Saudi Arabia from 2010-2012. The weakness of the Saudi Arabian government protection can be seen from the case of poor handling, there are no rules about the protection of domestic workers, the law of Saudi Arabia is different from other countries which use Islamic law or Sharia’ law as the basis of law, and a system of kafala and iqama make the position of domestic workers be difficult.Keywords: Labor, Human Security, Immigrant, Protection
