Abstract

Boy and adolescent be nation router generation. but there are some boy/adolescent disagree with our hope, many between they are in concerned motor gang. Motor gang many scattered to socialized can not be let off hand and necessary looked for solution or manner to overcome it. In overcome motor gang necessary involvement all sides, one of them Policeman side Resort city Pekanbaru as side that has duty to give security with freshmen for society especially at city Pekanbaru. Efforts that done by Polresta Pekanbaru among others with do communication towards society. In do communication of course has certain strategies by desirable aim. This watchfulness aims to detect to how Policeman communication strategy Resort city Pekanbaru in overcome motor gang, with everything factor that causes the slow Policeman Resort city Pekanbaru in overcome motor gang at city Pekanbaru.This watchfulness uses qualitative method that is data collecting that is got based on fact that pass observation, interview, and documentation. where informant in this watchfulness number 11 person, consist of (Kapolresta Pekanbaru, unit head Binaan Society, a unit Staff Binaan society, traffic unit head, a traffic unit staff, teacher, society, siswa-siswi dang motor gang). Data analysis technique that used in this watchfulness uses data analysis model interactive mills and Huber man, by using data validity audit technic that is extension and triangulating.From watchfulness result demoes that communication strategy that done Policeman Resort city Pekanbaru in overcome motor gang, among others pass to approach persuasive and educative, do agreement, routine raid with does special. Abstract

PT . PLN ( Persero ) Branch Bangkinang is a company engaged inelectricity that serves as executor and services that serve as a means of electricalservices and electrical facilities in Kampar regency . Electricity is needed by thecommunity because all electricity is one of the requirements that must be met ,because the electricity can meet the needs for companies or industries are growing,especially in Kampar district .Based on field prasurvey in the implementation of employee safety healthand Techniques section Disribusi PT . PLN ( Persero ) Branch Bangkinang are : (a) the lack of socialization periodically from PLN employees to apply K3 , ( b ) Thehead of PLN less assertive in pursuing technical staff in using the tools to do thejob safety and engineering parts distribution , ( c ) there are still some employeeswho do not use the equipment in accordance with procedures , ( d ) lack ofknowledge held by employees of the engineering and food distribution PT . Abstract

The number of tanah ulayat disputes in Kampar Regency specially in the Pulau Jambu village. Sub-district Kuok has brought negative impact to the community. Settlement efforts under taken by Ninik-Mamak as tribal elders in governing customary land has been through mediation with the parties, with the involvement of other tribal Ninik-Mamak, empat jini (Tuo Kampuong, Dubalang, Malin and scholars), the Village Head, religious leaders and children's nephew. In the mediation course there are communication processes, techniques and strategies given by a mediator (ninik-Mamak) in order to achieve mediation. This study aims to determine how the mediation process conducted by Ninik-Mamak in dispute resolution tanah ulayat in the District of Kampar sub-district Kuok and investigate the factors that influence the process of dispute resolution mediation tanah ulayat by ninik-Mamak.This study uses qualitative descriptive approach, the data collected with observation, interview and documentation. The data have been acquired and processed to be reduced and presented in order to obtain a general conclusion. This research was conducted in the Pulau Jambu village, district Kampar, Sub-district Kuok. With the object of research is mediation in the settlement of tanah ulayat disputes by ninik-Mamak in the Pulau Jambu village, district Kampar, Sub-district Kuok. Subjects in this study amounted to10 people based on purposive method. As for the validity of the data examine researchers using participatory extension techniques and triangulation.The results showed that the mediation process conducted by Ninik-Mamak using the facilitation model. Before the mediation process, Ninik-Mamak in resolving disputes of tanah ulayat begins with the steps that must be done that is a complaint, the calling party to the dispute, calling witnesses, reviewing or identifying interests. While the mediation process is the opening by a mediator, finding common ground, identify options of the parties, the determination of which option is selected, and the deal. In addition, factors that used effects the mediation process there are two other factors that influence the success of mediation is the motivation and competence of mediators while the factors that influence the success of mediation is not a lack of understanding of customary law, lack of government support and the absence of a witness history.Keyword: Communication, Mediationt, Resolve Disputes and Tanah Ulayat

Abstract

This study describes the efforts of UNICEF in addressing childprostitution in the Philippines. UNICEF began providing assistance to thePhilippines in November 1948, since then UNICEF and the Philippinegovernment has become a partner in protecting children and women who arecommercial sex workers in the Philippines. Philippines especially children agedaround 11 to 15 years who netted into a prostitution. UNICEF in the Philippineshas more than 66 people who work to promote and protect children's rights,UNICEF aims to provide the best quality of life for every child in the Philippinesthrough programs that help them to survive and thrive. The main program is aprogram of the UNICEF education, health, nutrition, and prevention of HIV andAIDS.This study describes the phenomenon by linking political and economic power aswell as with government and non-government policy by using the perspective ofthe International Organization. This study will describe the motivations that made Indonesianfisheries cooperation with Vietnam . And knowing the interests of Indonesian fisheriescooperation with Vietnam . Indonesia as a country with high potential fishery resourcesare threatened by illegal fishing, which often occur in the waters of Indonesia andneighboring countries especially Vietnam . Abstract

Much of the food that has been imported into Indonesia without clear information on its packaging. Whether it's because without a marketing authorization and the product is damaged or expired . All of these products are mostly imported illegally from neighboring Malaysia . Often the data information contained in the packaging of food products imported manipulated is to hide the use of materials - hazardous chemicals contained in food in between formalin , borax , and rhodamine -b . Until now , monitoring the implementation of the food and beverage imports in Pekanbaru still felt very minimal . Idealitanya BBPOM protect consumers of imported foods that contain harmful chemicals in Pekanbaru . Knowledge society is still not sufficient to be able to select and use imported products appropriately , correctly and safely . Hence the importance of this issue in this paper the authors take the title Implementation Supervision of Imported Food Products in Pekanbaru . The concept of the theory is that researchers use control . Supervision consists of food standards , assessment measures , and corrective actions . Source of qualitative data obtained , in the form of primary data and secondary data . Determination method used in this study was the informant snowball sampling , while the samples taken are Hall of POM in Pekanbaru especially the supervision and consumer protection . The method of data analysis was done qualitatively obtained by triangulation techniques . In collecting the data , the researcher used interview techniques , observation and documentation . The results showed that the monitoring of imported food products made with two methods , namely Pre Market Surveillance and Monitoring Post Market . Still many food products illegally imported and expired in addition to the factors of government oversight ( BBPOM ) is not tight . Therefore , the surveillance here BBPOM be very important in assessing the time of registration of the imported food products . Abstract

This reserach aims to determine the relationship promotion on employee achievement and analyze more deeply the relationship promotion on employee achievement marketing division of PT. Tribun Pekanbaru. Methods of data collection by questionnaire and interview. The concept of the studied variables there are 2 that independent variable is the indicator Promotion Position: Education, Experience, and Creative Initiative and the dependent variable is Job achievement indicators include: Responsibility, Discipline, Personality, Skills and Abilities. Measurements relationship promotion on employee achievement Marketing Division of PT. Tribun Pekanbaru by using a statistical test, which is a simple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination test, and t test. From the research, 73 respondents obtained results that promotion in the marketing division of PT. Tribun Pekanbaru is positioned properly or are in total score in 1332, the score interval (1244-1536), which means that the promotion consists of several indicators such as education, experience, and creative initiatives are already said to be good / agree. Based on calculations, the value of the regression coefficient for the value of X is 0.410 meaning that if the promotion increased by 1 unit then the work achievement parts marketing division of PT. Tribun Pekanbaru will increase by 0.410 units. From the regression equation above shows the regression coefficients of the independent variables that b is positive (+), where in this case the promotion variable (X) effect on work achievement. Significant influence on the interpretation promotion work has the effect of 38.2%. Abstract

Pesantren where education is capable of contributing to the birth of Muslim intellectuals , traditional function as an educational institution, a place of learning the teachings of Islam which implements the importance of religious morals. But now people have various perceptions of pesantren, ranging from old-fashioned place, a prison, a nest of terrorists, out of date until the behavior of students who graduate from pesantren have started to no longer reflect the behavior according to teachings derived. Interpersonal communication is a dialogue conducted between individuals or groups with specific goals and ways to get the desired results. This study aims to determine how the pattern of interpersonal communication pengasuh and pengurus against santri Pondok Modern Nurul Hidayah, interpersonal communication effectiveness factor, as well as communication symbols used in the interaction. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method with symbolic interaction approach. Informants in this research are pengasuh, pengurus and santri Pondok Modern Nurul Hidayah using purposive sampling. Technique.data collection techniques using participant observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the pattern of interpersonal communication pengasuh and pengurus against santri based on the theory of symbolic interaction that occurs symbols statements verbally and nonverbally that consists of several kinds of patterns: linear communication pattern, without any feedback from the communicant; interactional patterns that communicators and communications communicant be a mutual exchange of functions in living their functions; transactional patterns of communication that allows all interact between each other. Factor is the effectiveness of interpersonal communication: communication skills, empathy, openness, interpersonal perceptions, beliefs. Symbols used in the interaction, namely the use of verbal symbols that include spoken language and written text in the form of slogans, symbols nonverbal messages include facial, gestural, postural, paralinguistic, and artifactual, the friendly attitude that blends with gentle verbal symbols, and symbols in the form of nonverbal bell or Jaros that is used to manage all the activities of santri Pondok Modern Nurul Hidayah. Abstract

This study discusses the election of Michelle Bachelet as Chile's first female president. Chile is a conservative country and embrace the patriarchal lineage, so that automatically marginalized role of women. In the midst of such a country, Michelle Bachelet is able to compete with men and won elections in 2006. Michelle Bachelet's victory is quite interesting, considering that previously no women to be the number one in Chile. To that end, the formulation of the problem in this research is what factors are encouraging victories Michelle Bachelet as Chile's first female president.Theoretical framework in this study include democratic transition, transformation of gender, participation and influence on the legitimacy of women's individual capability. Democratic transitionis used to explain the collapse of the authoritarian regimeled by Augusto Pinochet that impact on women. Gender transformation is used to describe the process of acceptance of women in a broaderscope. Participation and legitimacy to women used to describe the impact of gender transformation. Individual capacity in this paperis used to indicate modality Michelle Bachelet to be able to make it asthe first woman President in Chile.The writing is at last reaching a hypothesis that the transition to democracy that occurredin Chileled to the transformation of gender that can open upopportunities for women to participatein politics and individual factors Michelle Bachelet who do havethe capital to become a President. Abstract

Drafting the Regional Budget authority is a form of attention from the local government as well Indragiri Hulu in addressing road infrastructure damage. The research was conducted at Parliament's office and the Office of Local Government participating Indragiri Hulu discuss RAPBD road infrastructure. The purpose of this studywas to determine the discussion draft Regional Budget (RAPBD) to accelerate the development of road infrastructure Indragiri Hulu fiscal year 2013. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data were obtained from the interview data, documentary studies, and field observations. Informants in this study are related parties to the discussion RAPBD road infrastructure using the snowball method. The results showed that the fund will determine the achievement of the development of road infrastructure. Lack of budget for the construction of roads lead to road infrastructure development level is only about 3-5% every year. Additionally musrenbang activity only partially understood by the public. Though musrenbang very important activity as the voice of the people.Keywords: Planning, Budgeting, Local Government
