Abstract

The purpose of this research is to discuss about the imppact of ACFTA cooperation toIndonesian rubber exports to China. This research will cofus on analysing the ASEAN-Chinafree trade agreement and their effect on the economy of Indonesian especially Indonsiandomestic industry. This research was analysed by using integration theory. Background ofthis economic integration theory was explained by Bela Balasa. The results of this research isto find out the impact of ACFTA cooperation exports rubber to China in 2010-2011.Wherethere has been a decline in Indonesian rubber exports to China. Additionally to find outaction of indonesian government to protecting Indonesian rubber industry. Abstract

This research describes effectiveness of MONUC while maintained their missions as peacekeeper in Democratic Republic of the Congo. It examines the missions that MONUC did during 1999 until 2010. MONUC is a peacekeeping mission authorized by United Nations Security Council. Its initial aims were to watch the implementation of Lusaka Ceasefire Agreement, ceasefire agreement of Congo War II. Later, its aims were expanded due to the complexity of conflicts in Democratic Republic of the Congo until June 2010. Its capability also changed from the traditional peacekeeper based on Chapter VI UN Charter became more robust mission, adopted from Chapter VII UN Charter. However, the presence of MONUC in Democratic Republic Congo was unable to prevent to massive victims of the sporadic conflicts. Mass murder, rape, looting, and other human right abusive acts, occurred in the country left MONUC had nothing much to do. This research is a qualitative research. It uses the library research method with that collecting secondary data from books, journals, and internet. It uses international organization theory and organization effectiveness to explain MONUC during working its mandates. The result of this research shows MONUC was ineffective on its missions. It failed to protect the civilians as protection is its ultimate goal in the country.Keyword: Democratic Republic of the Congo, effectiveness, MONUC, peacekeeping, rebellion

Abstract

Ring oligarchy RIAU year 2003-2013 Golkar Party. The research looked at how the existing oligarchy circumference at the Golkar party Riau , Riau where the government both at the executive and legislative branches in which there is a cadre of the Golkar party has always dominated the regional government of Riau . During Rusli Zainal served as governor of Riau in 2 periods , ie 1 of the 2003-2008 period , and a 2 -year period 2008-2013. Oligarchy is when being in front and behind the power that always overshadows the power of government . The person who plays this oligarchy is no friend of the environment , family , and even alumni. This description can also be referred to as a three-legged oligarchy , where the influence of the three will not be able to escape from the shadow of power , particularly the power of the local government of Riau . Political party , Golkar party is more specifically known as a party built on the new order , the journey and his work will always be overshadowed by three feet oligarchy .This study aims to look at how the role played by travel and oligarch and his people in control of government for the benefit of his people . This study used a qualitative approach in describing each phenomenon and analyzes encountered . This study uses as a resource person as an object informen information on this research . The use of informants as informen aims to strengthen the analysis will be concluded in answering the theory used . Data used in this study is primary data and secondary data obtained through the collection of data from a variety of media and direct interviews with sources of research . Analysis of the data in this study used a descriptive technique that aims to explain and describe the findings in the field .Based on the research that there is a three-legged oligarchy in Riau administration both in the executive and legislative branches , where they shared background of the Golkar party , during the second period of oligarchic leadership Rusli Zainal seen mainly in strategic positions held by his people . Strategic positions that would have paved the way oligarchs to achieve the goals they want , with the peak magnitude of the problem was the elucidation of PON fund corruption case related to the manufacture of regulations in cooperation with the department of youth and sports and the DPRD Riau province with the approval of the governor .Keywords : Oligarchy = Friend , Family , Alumni

Abstract

This study departs from the problems of the high level of competition inthe industry viewed from the brick sales attainment targets are not realized in thebrick industry for three years terakhir.adanya unrest in considering industrialentrepreneurs brick brick brick is a privately owned business that looks to thebrick entrepreneurs to support their families .. The purpose of this study was todetermine the marketing efforts on brick industry to increased sales and marketingefforts to effect an increase in sales (survey bricks industry in the district UkuiPelalawan. This study analyzed the data by using quantitative descriptive analysisand to answer the hypotheses that have been proposed statistical analysisperformed using simple linear regression. Results of the study concluded that theoverall marketing effort is considered to be good and increase in sales ririskiky awhole is considered very good. Based on the analysis of data through statisticalanalysis, it can be seen b ahwa independent variables (Business Marketing) has amoderate effect on the variable d ependen (Increased Sales). Variable independe(Business Marketing) provide a positive and significant effect on the variable dependen (Increased Sales), so that when the independent variables improved itwill cause an increase in the dependent variable.Keyword : Marketing efforts, Increasing Sales, Industry

Abstract

Optimalization Management of Religious obligatory, Infaq/Shodaqoh ToProcess Independence Society (Study At Institute of Amil Religious Obligatory (Self-Supporting (Laz) of Ummah Town of Pekanbaru). Abstract

Supervision of the Department of Transportation and CommunicationInformation in Public Transport Passenger curb Illegal Year 2011-2013 inKuantan Singingi District.Informants in this study were Apparatus Information and CommunicationDepartment of Transportation, Traffic Police Unit officers Regency KuantanResort Singingi, and the owner of freight or passenger public transport driversillegal, based on the type of four-wheeled vehicles that rode in Kuantan SingingiDistrict, which is determined by purposive according to research needs.This study aims to determine the cause of the Transport Department ofInformation and Communications is not able to regulate the public transport ofpassengers Illegal Year 2011-2013 in Kuantan Singingi District. In this study,researchers used qualitative methods to analyze the data is descriptive analysis.Data collection techniques in this study is the observation and interview, whiledata analysis technique that is use qualitative analysis, by analyzing theexpression or records available or observed behavior. Qualitative analysis wasperformed on the data, in this case the qualitative data in the form of information,a description in the form of prose language, then linked with other data to obtainclarity on the truth.Conclusions from the study regarding the supervision of Department ofTransportation and Communications in Information Public transport passengercurb Illegal Year 2011-2013 In Singingi Regency Kuantan is still less than themaximum , because they have not been able to curb illegal entire public transportpassengers in Kuantan Singingi District are caused by several factors in amongthese are the lack of rigor officer at the time of supervision and lack of firmnesssanctions applied so as not to make the driver feel afraid or transit abundant inaction, as well as lack of awareness of the driver and the passenger transportillegal.Keywords: Monitoring, Control and Demolition.

Abstract

This thesis is submitted in order to qualify holds a Bachelor of Sociology . With the title " Against Poaching Sumatran Tiger Motif In the Park Hill area Thirty Indragiri Hulu '' . The problem addressed in this paper is to describe the motive hunting of tigers in the Park Hill neighborhood Thirty Indragiri Hulu . The subjects in this study were people who know people who hunt tigers and tiger hunting in the village suamtera Sanglap District of Batang Cenaku . The technique of determining the number of informants in Purposived do with technique , which is purposive sampling , where people are used as research subjects are people who know about the existence of poaching of tigers and tiger hunting community in the village of Batang Cenaku Sanglap District of Indragiri Hulu ( Riau ) . The method used is qualitative methods , data collection techniques used in this study are : observation , interviews independently . The theory used for this research problem is the theory of Max Weber's theory of social action that is particularly instrumental rationality of action ( zweckrationalitas ) . Results of research conducted in general the writer can say that the motive hunting of tigers in the Park Hill neighborhood of Thirty is hunting on the basis of economic factors ( Money ) , factor conflicts between humans and tigers , lack of participation of local people in forest preserve the and wildlife therein , and the existence of law is deemed not too plays an important role in preventing and stopping Sumatran tiger poaching and trade . The hunt is often the case raises a different view on the local community jhususnya people living around the area of the Park Hill neighborhood Thirty Indragiri Hulu .

This research aims to determine about how the Indonesian government strategyespecially the Ministry of Culture and Tourism in developing the tourism industry inIndonesia with the aim to attract foreign tourists so that they can compete with othercountries, especially in the region of Southeast Asia and to improve the economy ofIndonesia. author tries to describe and explain the strategy for the tourism industrymenignkatkan through the Visit Indonesia Year 2008. Sources to be presented in thisresearch is secondary sources.Sources were obtained through literature review, other books, internet, etc. Thesources analysis isqualitative analiysis. Abstract

Fee Collection ofMarketAnalysisCikPuanPekanbaruThis study aims todetermine the fee collection is lacking a clear implementation Cik Puan Market Pekanbaru,their contribution to the original income and obstacles faced in the implementation of marketfee collection and efforts to overcome these obstacles.This research is descriptive. The type of data used is primary data sourced from theofficials and officers who are directly addressing the implementation of market fee collectionCik Puan Pekanbaru and secondary data obtained from the literature relating to the title of thethesis. Techniques leverage the data was done by using observation / observation, interviews/ interviews and literature. After the data collected in the subsequent qualitative analysis.Based on the analysis that has been done can be concluded that the implementation of marketfee collection Cik Puan Pekanbaru is the authority and responsibility of the Department ofMarket Pekanbaru City and executed entirely by Cik Puan UPTD Market Pekanbaru No.regulatory regions. 6 In 2012 the collection system directly or ticket.Implementation of fee collection Cik Puan Pekanbaru City Market in the last threeyears running poorly and the achievement of the target is still not stable.
