Abstract

As the time goes, nowadays the profession that usually did by a male also did by female too such journalist on the field. In Pekanbaru City, the number of female journalist are not comparable with the number of male journalist. Eventhough they are not comparable, there are still female who engaged to do this profession and persist for decades. This research aims to determine the motive of meanings and communications experience of female journalist in Pekanbaru City.This research is a qualitative research with phenomenology approach. The informant of this research are the female journalist in Pekanbaru with six persons that has been choosen with purposive technique. The data was collected through interviews, observation and documentations. The data analysis technique includes data reduction, data presentation and conclusion and verification.The result of this research shows that first, the motive of female did this journalist profession in Pekanbaru City consist of because motive like writting hoby, coriosity of the unethical journalist, likes to work for field, admiring the journalist profession and want to tell informations to people. While in order to motive is to improve performance, to bring back journalist profession to the right plot, developing the local media and stop becoming a journalist. Second, meaningness that given by female journalist to journalist profession is voicing struggles, the profession doesn’t time, the challenging profession, free profession. Third, communication experience that divided into two categories such as fun communication experience that got positivies respond and interviewees, intertwined relationship that closely with friends and support from family. While not fun communication experience such as irrevent treatment from male interviewees, less adressed, and got negatives critical from interviewees, have to follow the male journalist rhythm, late night coverage, risking coverage, and not get support from family.Keyword: construction of meaning, journalist profession, female journalist, motive, meaning, communication experience

Abstract

The family room is a space that is very important. Many reasons that make the familyroom is an important one because in this space the center of family interaction takes place.Family interaction can be done in a variety of daily routine, when to eat, when do the daily workand so on. According to Abu Ahmadi and Supriono Widodo Social interaction is the key to allsocial life is therefore without any social interaction there can be no life together. Socialinteraction is intended as a reciprocal influence between individuals with groups in their effortsto solve problems that are expected and in their efforts to achieve their goals. Place into aresearch location is in Housing Villa Gardenia in the Banyan, Water Black RT 15 RW 5 Labuhvillages New District of Umbrella Sekaki Pekanbaru. The population in this study was 83homeowners diperumahan Villa Gardenia, with a sampling technique in this research is to usethe census method. The method used in this paper is a quantitative descriptive. which in thisstudy the author describes the data obtained in the form of tables and described in the discussionof the sentence into problems examined it aims to facilitate understanding of the content of thisresearch. Abstract

Indonesia embraced decentralization system in accordance with Law No. 32 of 2004 , in which the central government delegate / give up some power and authority to local governments to regulate and manage part of the authority and the power of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia . One policy area in the city of Pekanbaru , issued a policy in the form of Regional Regulation No. 03 Year 2012 on Levy Funeral Service , incineration corpse . Burial in Pekanbaru itself pretty much covers have public , private and governmental . Remains of the many burial spread across 12 districts Pekanbaru , which is managed by the government is only six , but who has the appropriate regulations only two . Based on the description above, the authors are interested in doing research with the title "Implementation of Regional Regulation No. 03 of 2012 Concerning the General Cemetery in the city of Pekanbaru 2014A fundamental problem in this research that there are many common burial sites managed by the Department of Social and Pekanbaru City Cemetery is not in accordance of the contents of local regulation number 03 of 2012 chapter eight , then the factors inhibiting the implementation of these local regulations , both internally and externally . Theory ( approach ) that I use as an analytical tool in this research is the theory of Policy Implementation . While research method used in this study is a qualitative research , which seeks to analyze the implementation and obstacles derived from observations and aim to reinforce and strengthen the theory so as to obtain information on the current situation. Data collection techniques in this study is to interview techniques and documentation.We can conclude this study , the implementation of local regulation number 03 of 2012 in the city of Pekanbaru is still far from expectations . Still more than half the burial place of the common run local governments is not the appropriate local regulations . Abstract

Traditional wisdom that is local is one of the cultural heritage in society according to their respective regions that have historically been carried out by groups of people within the region itself. Lubuk Larangan is one of the local wisdom where the river is protected through the ritual or in accordance with local customs. Sungai Larangan or Lubuk Larangan are used to protect the fish are already endangered or local fish around the river. This research is located in Pangkalan Indarung village Singingi districts, Kuantan Singingi Regency, Riau Province. The purpose of this study is to know the implementation of a catch fish system on the people in Pangkalan Indarung village, to know the purpose of fishing communities in Lubuk Larangan. The theory used is the theory of local wisdom, social systems theory, and the theory of belief. The method used is qualitative data collection techniques by conducting interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the culture of fishing in Lubuk Larangan on Villagers of Pangkalan Indarung is a local wisdom where fishing is done once a year, where there are the stages of implementation of the catch that is customary deliberation, mamucuak (while fishing), and the preparation equipment. The purpose of fishing once a year in Lubuk Larangan, namely as efforts to conserve endangered fish in Lubuk Larangan, economic goals and objectives of fish auction results.KeyWord: Lokal Wisdom, Lubuk Larangan, system social

Abstract

Revitalization Rumbai Market aims to make people comfortable to stalls in a comfortable and traders sell and earn huge profits. But the reality does not make merchants happy, because the price is expensive stalls which according to traders does not help increase their income. perceptions of traders to revitalize Rumbai Market less well, especially traders who already occupy a stall with a strategic position. after the market was completed and occupied, hoping for a big profit, but actually lose money so that the perception of traders towards the construction of kiosks remain unfavorable. so that eventually some traders left the stall, above phenomena can be formulated several research problem is: How do the characteristics of traders who occupy the stall and How the perception of traders to development Rumbai Market stalls. Traders stalls characteristics include: Traders largely have stalls in the Market Rumbai aged 30 years and above, are the largest ethnic group Minangkabau ethnic group, traders are earning more than Rp 3,000,000.00 per month is only 10 percent or 2 respondents, while most revenue is Rp 1.500.000,00 - Rp 3,000,000.00 by the number of family members as much as 3 to 4 people. Perception on Development considers that the Dealer Store Market development Tassel, initially will bring an improvement in its trading business, but in fact after the construction of stalls in the Market Rumbai finished, what to expect there to be true and there were not materialize. Perception traders to accessibility in Rumbai market, all respondents (100.0%) say positive, as traders are confident that access to the market Tassel, or otherwise very smooth and no problems. Access to markets can be reached from the District Rumbai Pesisir Pekanbaru City. Most of the respondents (85%) say that the condition of Market Kiosks Rumbai in good condition, results showed that respondents said consumers shopping at his stall lonely in the sense that there are shopping, but few, even sometimes no shopping, visits consumers who shop in stalls respondents only 60 percent of respondents as many as 8 respondents (40%) berpersepsi less well to visit consumers to shop to stall the respondent or it can be said the transaction deserted.Keywords: Revitalization, Perception, Markets

Abstract

Information media such as the internet are very influential among the people at present, a wide range of information can be found on the internet. The ease of accessing the internet makes users increasingly free to get whatever information, including misuse of the internet. Online gambling is a great example of the misuse of the internet continues to grow as the development of the times, crime in the form of gambling is so casily found on the internet. All people can benefit from the game are gambling that to gain an advantage in the form of money. A lack of laws regulating online gambling is about the increasing number of players making from various backgrounds including students. Gambling game online is the development of advances about technology applied to electronic medi or gambling internet, as is online gambling the players that normally play in person or face-to-face has now switched to play online. Players who normally play for stealth now can play outrigth freely without any fear of legal officers. This reseach aims to look at how the online gambling player activities among students, as well as howthey choose the type of ofline gambling games. Abstract

Education is one form of investment to human resources will be an asset in the development of the nation in the future. Therefore, people must receive affordable and quality education, through quality education and low through 9-year compulsory education program. An attempt by the government and society Regency Meranti to develop human resources which has the quality of academic competence high, intelligent, moral, faithful, devoted, responsive environments and has the ability (hard and soft skills) is high, so that they can live and compete in employment free.This study aimed to evaluate the development process of educational facilities in the district of East Cliff High after five years of expansion Meranti Islands District. Policy theory and the theory of evaluation is a cornerstone in this study. This study uses qualitative research. Based on the analysis that has been done, the process of construction of educational facilities in the district of East High Cliff is still not in accordance with national education standards as referring to the existing regulations. But the government's efforts in meeting the standardization it is still running today. Abstract

This research carried out in Tampan District, Pekanbaru. This research aims to determine the characteristics and survival strategies of street musician. To obtain the necessary data in this study, the writer collected data to descend directly to the research location and do observation and in-depth interviews. The subjects of this research as many as seven person. Data obtained was processed in the descriptive qualitative analysis form. Technique determination sample of research using incidental sampling technique that is obtained with no premeditation but by chance. Conclusions from this research that the majority of subjects who became a street musician is new comers in Pekanbaru are having trouble finding a job overseas especially coupled with low education level. The majority of subjects come from West Sumatera as many as three person, while in Medan and Pekanbaru each two person. The education level subjects who graduated high school and junior school each three person and who graduated in elementary school only 1 person. Besides that, to survive, street musician using three strategies, namely active, passive and network strategy. Active strategy doing a side job as a internet guard, builder, sellers of used goods, and parking attendants. Passive strategy is to minimize expenditure, take potluck, buying used clothing and go to clinic when they sick. Networking strategy is to utilizing a school helps for poor student, so as to finance the needs of education and borrow money when they need suddenly to neighbors or family. High competition of life is the reason for choosing job as musician street. Limitation of job require subjects to work on the streets and relying busking for a living in order to life necessities. When took to the road, street musician always be worry to the presence of the civil service police unit. Even to avoid, street musician always, wary chase with officers. Music quality in each subject are also different, because the street musician do not have to be good at singing or playing music, but as a subject can entertain people at the location where they singing. Income earned is determined by the situation of the road, weather conditions and the quality of entertainment given. If the condition of income support, street musician in a day could reach Rp. 50.000.Keywords : Survival strategy, Street musician

Abstract

This research was conducted in the Pelukahan village Kuantan Hilir Seberang Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. This study aims to determine how the public participation in the implementation of road infrastructure construction and to know what are the factors that influence public participation in the implementation of road infrastructure construction. This study, entitled "Public Participation Rate of Society for Implementation of Construction Road Infrastructure Pelukahan Village Kuantan Hilir Seberang Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Riau Province". The main problem in this research is how the public participation in the implementation of road infrastructure construction and what are the factors that influence public participation in the implementation of road infrastructure construction. The samples in this research is using purposive sampling technique. Amount of total population in 2014, which amounted to 245 families (KK), samples taken were 30 families (KK) which has represented the population predetermined criteria. The method used is quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Instrument filtering data used are observation, documentation and interview. The results have generally been carried out by the researcher, the researcher can say that public participation in the implementation of road infrastructure construction Pelukahan Village are low by category never participate are contributing materials totaling 25 respondents (83%), because they assume that all material has been given by the government and the other reason is they are just hard to build his house let alone to donate materials to the road construction. Factors that affect the implementation of road infrastructure constructionis the education factor and the same amount of work that is 18 respondents (60%). Education and employment factors are very influential because they are educated will definitely get the job also high, therefore their participation due to lower prioritize their personal work.Keywords: Participation, Community, Construction

Abstract

The movement of people from one place to another is a common thing in today's times. Technology support and access to adequate transportation as well as the interests of the individual is the reason for the transfer to happen. Turbulent political conditions and trigger wars in some countries is one of the reasons for the immigration of people for seek asylum. Pekanbaru city is one of the cities that is much visited by immigrants with a reason to seeking asylum. Until September 2015 there were 300 people from different countries who inhabit the immigration detention center and of the number of 300 asylum seekers from Afghanistan were the most with 217 asylum seekers. they have to make any interactions with the other asylum seekers or the immigrants officers. The goal of this research is to analyze the communication patterns and to identify the verbal and nonverbal communication of the Afghanistan asylum seekers in the Immigration Detention Of Pekanbaru.This research used descriptive qualitative research metode, with the selection of informants using purposive sampling technique, which selects three informants, which is a KASUBSI Security of Immigration Detention Pekanbaru, and two Afghanistan asylum seekers. The data collection techniques are used observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation.While,for the data analysis was refer to the interactive model of Huberman and Miles. Then, for checking the validity of data were using extension participation and triangulation techniques.The results of this research are showed that the communication patterns of the Afghanistan asylum seekers are divided into two; the first one is internalcommunication pattern which uses all channels outline. In this pattern, they can make any interaction and it will influence each other. And then In this pattern of communication with external groups, the leader will come out of the loop all channels outline and served as a translator for the group members and external groups. In daily interaction, they use verbal communication in Parcy language or English with nonverbal communication such as facial, gestural, and postural message.Keyword: Communication pettern, Afghanistan Seekers Asylum, Immigration Detention of Pekanbaru
