Medicine procurement planning is an activity that is conducted in order to compile a list of Medicine -related needs of a guideline on the basis of the concept of systematic activities with a logical sequence in achieving the goals or objectives that have been set. Medicine procurement planning carried out by the regional general hospital have not been part of the Island District felt the maximum because there is still a case of the vacuum medicine. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze how the implementation planning for the procurement of Medicines in general hospitas. District Areas of the Islands and to find out the factors that influence the implementation of Medicine procurement planning in the area of public hospitals Island Regency.The concept of the theory is a theory that the author use Moch Imron, there are 3 (Three) planning indicators, namely : policy, procedure and budget. This research uses qualitative research methods with the study of descriptive data. In data collection, the author uses interview techniques, observation and documentation. With the use of key informants as a source of information and technique of triangulation as a source in the validity of the data.The results of this study showed that the Medicine procurement planning in the area of public hospital have not been part of the Island District is running optimally, attested from the occurrence of the vacancy still a Medicine that took place from 2013, remains the lack of medical personnel, which resulted in patterns of prescribing change – change thereby affecting Medicine consumption patterns with planning that have been made, and the lack of a budget that affect the amount of the Medicine that will be conducted by the Meranti’s hospital is part of Island District. The factors that inhibit the Medicine procurement planning in the area of public hospital Island Regency is still the lack of medical personnel, facilities and infrastructure as well as material Medicines that do not exist in the distributor so that the Medicine can't be held.Key Words: Planning, Procurement, Medicine

In the higher level of competition, companies must be able to face competitors offering similar products. Realizing that the company PT. Star property has been prepared by determining the location of strategic housing and promoting sales to meet the needs and challenges that are needed by the people of the city of Pekanbaru.This study aims to determine the location and sales promotion, in order to determine customer satisfaction, and to determine the influence of the location and promotion of consumer satisfaction at Villa Gardenia-type housing 75 at. Panam-star property Pekanbaru. This research is descriptive quantitative statistical calculations. The statistical analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression. The population in this study were residents of the Villa Gardenia type 75 150 households. The sample used in this study were taken 50% of the total population is defined by 75 respondents.The results showed that the sales location in a residential Villa Gardenia type 75 PT. Pekanbaru Panam-star property located in the category of "strategic" and sales promotion on Villa Gardenia-type housing 75 at. Pekanbaru Panam-star property located in the category of "very good". While customer satisfaction at Villa Gardenia-type housing 75 at. Pekanbaru Panam-star property in the category "very satisfied". Location and promotions significant effect on customer satisfaction at Villa Gardenia Housing Type 75 PT. Property star Pekanbaru. This is evidenced by the location variable t value of (2.122) greater than> t table (1.665) and Sig. (0,037) <0.05. What this means is that the location of the sale of a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Then evidenced by the t value for promotional variable (3.810) greater than> t table (1.665) and Sig. (0,000) <0.05. What this means is that the sales promotion significantly influence consumer satisfaction.Keywords : location, promotion, customer satisfaction, business property

This thesis is submitted in order to qualify holds a Bachelor of Sociology. With the title “social relationship beetween the collector with crafters bricks in RW 27 sail village tenayan raya district pekanbaru”. The issue discussed in the thesis this is social relationship between crafters bricks with a foraging tenayan raya Pekanbaru. respondents from this research is 60 crafters bricks and 3 of the collector, each a collector has about 14 crafters bricks. The samples used in this study is a proportional random sampling. This technique a sampling of each, the population by taking into account the size of sub-sub the population. The method used is the method of research quantitative descriptive because this method more emphasis on aspects of the objective of social phenomena. Instruments screening data used is an observation, a questionnaire, and documents. The use of exchange, the analysis of social relations that occurs according to its cost and reward this is one of the hallmark of the theory of exchange. The results in general, the writer can say that the high level of dependence between crafters bricks with a collector because it is based both have interest. Conflict is intended that artisans brick up in terms of marketing products if over the production of and assintance in meeting the necessities of life be review in terms of lending money to a collector. As a collector benefit from artisans of the production of bricks only in selling him even though the price of the collective agreement but sometimes there is also the price of overidden by a collector, in addiction there are of the loan in given by a compiler to artisans and traders the benefit of lending in giving it to artisans.Keyword : artisans, social realtionship, dependency

The title of this research is "Status and Role of the VillageConsultative Body (BPD) in the village of Baran Melintang Kecamatan PulauMerbau Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti". This research is a quantitativedescriptive described hereinafter in accordance with the actual situation. Thecollection of data through observation and direct interview to the respondent.Because the number of people in the village of Baran Melintang Across all thenumerous techniques used sampling using purposive sampling technique is atechnique determination of sample with a certain consideration. The number ofsamples in this study as many as 47 people. The data collected from the researchresults, processed using frequency tables with percentages. The results showedthat the role of the Village Consultative Body in the village of Baran Melintangdid not act well, this is evidenced by its lower respondents' assessment of eachimplementation role Transverse BPD Baran Melintang and his lack of attentionfrom the local government of the factors that hinder the implementation of therole of BPD.Keywords: Status Role (BPD)

This research is a study of contemporary which discussing about the role of the United Nations Office On Drugs And Crime (UNODC) in Preventing Bride Trafficking in India. Bride Trafficking is not a new phenomenon in India. This practice is known as the Bride Buying in past time. Bride Trafficking is one form of human trafficking that make women and girls (brides) as victims on behalf of marriage and sold from one person to another only as sex objects. Victims generally come from poor families and vulnerable to rape, abuse, social discrimination, physical and psychological violence. Bride Trafficking occurs between regions in India but several victims also come from other countries such as Bangladesh.In this research, the author uses the group behavior analysis level which focused on the role of international organization. This research uses a pluralist perspective in international relations and organizational theory of Clive Archer. UNODC's role in preventing Bride Trafficking in India by 3P program (Prevention, Protection and Prosecution).In effort to prevent Bride Trafficking in India, UNODC faced some obstacles. The lack of public knowledge about the dangers of Bride Trafficking, lack of resource capacity in India and lack of monitoring and evaluation of the Indian government so that the victims of Bride Trafficking increased from year to year.Keywords: Bride Trafficking, Human Trafficking, the United Nations Office On Drugs And Crime (UNODC), Prevention, Protection, Prosecution.

This research describes the securitization aspect Government of Malaysia to anticipation of human trafficking in South East Asia in 2010-2014. Nowdays human trafficking are one of criminalization form, and South East Asia regions are the region that has increase of human trafficking. The research method used was a qualitative with descriptive as a technic of the research. Writer collects data from books, encyclopedia, journal, mass media and websites to analyze the securitization aspect Government of Malaysia to anticipation of human trafficking in South East Asia. The theories applied in this research are security and securitization concept. The conclusion of this research are the securitization aspect Government of Malaysia to anticipation of human trafficking in South East Asia are create a regulations about human trafficking in Malaysia, Government of Malaysia rativication of regulation about trafficking in person, Government of Malaysia deall international agreement with ASEAN to anticipation the human trafficking case.Key words: securitization, human, trafficking, South East Asia.

Standard Operasonal procedure (SOP) is a stage of work to carry out the guidelines of the job functions and assessment tool created systematically in order to realize effective and efficient bureaucracy in taking care of any form of service in areas of mail lands in the Office of the head of Sukajadi. Thus Camat Sukajadi 451.15 Number Keputan issued/KSJ/X/2012/071 on standard Operational procedures. The purpose of this research is to know how the implementation of a standard Operational Procedure (SOP) Service Letter lands in the Office of the head of Sukajadi Pekanbaru and to know the factors that become an obstacle the execution of operational standards procedures (SOP) Service Letter lands in the Office of the head of Sukajadi Pekanbaru.The concept of the theory that the authors use standard theory is Operasonal procedure (SOP) by Joko Dwi Santoso, with indicators of efficiency, consistency, minimalisa errors, problem resolution, protection of ternaga work, map work, and limits of Defense. This research uses qualitative research methods with the study of descriptive data. In data collection, the author uses interview techniques, observation and documentation. With the use of key informants as a source of information and technique of triangulation as a source in the validity of the data.The results of this research show that the implementation of a standard Operational Procedure (SOP) Service Letter lands in the Office of the head of Sukajadi Pekanbaru has yet to run a maximum of views from Parties sub socialisation of less Standard Sukajadi Operasonal procedure (SOP) to the community so that everything is done in accordance with existing regulations will be completed quickly and precisely and how to minimize the errors committed by the Sub-District has not been quick in respond to it because it only depends on the technical instructions. Riau Women Working Group community development consortium under the auspices of the Foundation Tesso Nilo, funded by (TFCA- Sumatra) with various programs one of Handicrafts. Riau Women Working Group do developing in Pangkalan Gondai village because people squeezed from various parties such as companies, forest areas that prevent people from developing a rural region with deforestation, in addition, economic factors gondai village base left behind from other villages. Then, performed the development community was woven handicrafts. This was done for research purposes (1) Knowing the development of communication strategies Riau Women Working Group in developing the handicrafts woven(2) Knowing the process diffusion of innovations woven crafts (3) Knowing the supporting factors in developing the woven handicrafts.This research used descriptive qualitative method, Diffusion of Innovation Theory of Rogers and Shoemaker. There were some of data collection technique was used ;observation, interview, and documentation. Informants selected with purposive sampling technique that was by selecting informants who have the capacity and ability to provide information needed. Informants consisted of the Director of Women Working Group Lists, Staff Field Base Village Gondai, Head of Women, People who follow woven craft. From these results, the researchers concluded that the development of communication strategies Riau Women Working Group was to use newslater media, catalogs and the internet. Instructional design strategy, with training woven handicrafts. Strategies of participation by sending field staff and marketing to various audiences. 2). The process of diffusion of innovation started the development program Riau Women Working Group based non timber forest products, and convey using media newslater, blogs, and catalogs, as well as interpersonal communication directly to the public, with a term of over three years to villagers pangkalan gondai. 3). Factors supporting in developing skills, attributes of innovation that was used, the type of decision, communication channels, the condition of the social system, the role of agent changing.Keywords: Communication Strategy Development, Riau Women Working Group, Woven In Developing.

This research is intended to explain cooperation between nigeria with Indonesia in the field of food investment. In the cooperation many Indonesian companies that invest in Nigeria. This research will discuss what the purpose of nigeria cooperation with Indonesia in the field of food investment.As for the method used in the study is qualitative research metodhs with explanation analysis methods. Data collection techniques are used library research techniques which utilizes secondary data obtained through library were abstracted from the literature such as books, journals, reports, documents, and other materials that support this research. The writer uses neoliberalism perspective and nation state level analysis. Theory used in this research is theory of international cooperation by K.J Holsti and used used investment concept.This research find out that Nigeria in collaboration with Indonesia in the field of food investment because Nigeria want to improve the food industry in Nigeria. Growth in the industrial sector in Nigeria has a very large, it is seen with a contribution of 43% of the total GDP of Nigeria in 2012. The significant support of the Nigerian government in the industrial sector is also a major trigger industrial development in Nigeria which is fast enough with Nigeria government policy issued in the food industry to support the development of the food industry.Keywords: Cooperation, Food Investment, Food Industry, Government Policy
