Abstract

This research was conducted in the Simandolak village Benai subdistrict, Kuantan Singing regency. the purpose of this study is the first to determine the cause of the change in the modernization batobo cultural in the Simandolak Benai, district of Kuantan Singingi. the second objective is to determine the impact of cultural change batobo in the simandolak village benai district of Kuantan Singingi. Analyzing the data in this research use descriptive quantitative research methods. This quantitative descriptive research method is an analysis that seeks to provide a detailed picture based on facts found in the field and presented in the form of descriptions and assisted with the calculation of numbers, percentages, and tables. This quantitative descriptive study is presented in the form of descriptions and assisted with the calculation of numbers, percentages, and tables as well and is also supported by data to support the primary and secondary data exist. with the inclusion of the modernization to batobo cultural impact of cultural changes that occurred in the batobo. where, it can be seen that in the of cultural modernization batobo the use of technology both in the activities of plowing paddy fields and also a change in the tools people used a food to be brought to the fields by Simandolak villages. Field study results show that there is the occurrence of significant changes in the cultural tradition batobo which is perceived by the people in the Simandolak villages, even the traditions that have been there since the former activities cultural traditions batobo already started to disappear. This is caused by some of the effects that influence the changes that occur in cultural traditions batobo namely the impact of positive and negative impacts.Keyword : Change, Culture, Batobo

Abstract

FIR (flight information region) is a part of regulation of aviation and aviation problem areas infinitely at one state, which means that aviation world would be touching by one and another states, then to achieved safety on aviation regulation is necessary. Flight information region is an air space regulation that flight information service and alerting service are contained in. FIR’s dispute starts with RAN I that hold by ICAO. On RAN I’s meeting said that FIR management in Natuna Islands has been delegated to Singapore because Indonesia couldn’t have ability to manage this FIR effectively. Because of technology and human resources restrictiveness. There’s so many phenomenon that makes Indonesia want to taking back indonesia’s authority on FIR with any efforts.This research theoretically has built with realism perspectives on International Relations and supported by Diplomacy Theory by Harold Nicholson with setting diplomacy and also state analysis. Formulation of all arguments, facts and theoretical framework on this research is guided by qualitative explanation methods. Scope of this research is Singapore’s management on FIR and also Indonesia’s diplomacy to taking back FIR from Singapore.Researcher has formulated an answered-hypothesis that Indonesia’s diplomacy with joint management model to finish this FIR dispute in Natuna Islands with Singapore. Joint management is made to finish this dispute because Indonesia want to make a peace and win-win solution. Abstract

Abuse is act that violates decency or indecency relating to sex appetite, which directly or indirectly is agains decency and can be convicted. Acts of abuse is one that criminal cases that experienced a huge increase in recent years. As so as the number of abuse in Pekanbaru. Penitentiary class II B for children in Pekanbaru, number of abuse act by teenagers is a very high number compared to other criminal acts which is 24 people on July and August 2015. This study aims to find out the factors causing teenagers doing act of abuse and to know the types of action forms by the teenagers. This study uses the theory of Sosial Deviation which is using books about deviant behavior and socialization. The data collection techniques used interview techniques and documentation. The data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The determination of the sample by random sampling technique, namely the selection of a random sample. The results of the study explained that no single factor that causes teens perform obscene acts, but an association from each factors that led to commit sexual abuse. With generally forms based on consensual abuse and there is also the element of violence. Acts of abuse arises from a lack of understanding of the values and norms as well as the process which is not perfectly socialized. Society need to understand the values and norms that exist in society to avoid deviant behavior.Keyword: Abuse, Teenagers , Sosial Deviation

Abstract

This research will explain about involvement The United Nations as the organization of world peace has a great responsibility and duty in recovering and managing the condition of Kosovo as usual. Directly, as the result this conflict ended with the ethnics conflict between Albanian and Serbian. The ethnic’s conflict can be existed in Kosovo generally is because of the ethnic cleansing of Albanian in the era of Slobodan Milosevic by nasionalist of Serbian. The UN Secretary-General submits to the Security Council in accordance of Security Council Resolution 1244 to establishing the United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) as a mandate. UNMIK is a civil administrative institution under the authority of United Nation was built on June 10, 1999. The Mission is mandated to help ensure conditions for a peaceful and normal life for all inhabitants of Kosovo and advance regional stability in the Western Balkans.The method used is library research where obtained through literature review from journals, books, mini thesis, reports, and internet to explain UNMIK’s planned programs. The writer used the theories in this research are international organization theory and resolution conflict theory.This results of this research indicates that The General Secretary of the United Nations, Boutros Boutros Ghali’s term of the Agenda for Peace which covered peacemaking, peacekeeping, and peacebuilding will be the basis for policy of UNMIK. This agendas are calls upon UNMIK to perform basic civilian administrative functions, promote the establishment of substantial autonomy and self-government in Kosovo, facilitate a political process to determine Kosovo's future status, coordinate humanitarian and disaster relief of all international agencies, support the reconstruction of key infrastructure, maintain civil law and order, promote human rights and assure the safe and unimpeded return of all refugees and displaced persons to their homes in Kosovo.Keywords: Ethnical Conflict, Kosovo, Policy, UNMIK, Agenda for Peace

Abstract

Allah obligates for Islamic women to wearing muslim clothing for cover his private partswho is not mahram. Muslim clothing weared for closing her genitals in various activities. InIndonesia, muslim clothing has become a fashion trend because of manyused by artists, thataffect adolescents included in Pekanbaru, especially in the Faculty of Social and PoliticalSciences, University of Riau. Basically nospecific regulations that require student using muslimclothing in a campus and that make various self perceptions. This study aims to determine thefactors that influence the self perception and to know the process formation of self-perceptionamong student of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences,University of Riau.This research used qualitative method research. Informants in this study were 12 femalestudents of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Riau that used muslimclothing and selected by using purposive sampling technique and accidental sampling. Data wascollected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniquesincluded at collection, data reduction, organizing data as well as the conclusion of the exposureand verification.These results indicate that the process of formation the perception created by the style ofdress of muslim student of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Riauthrough clothing size close the genitals, made of thick and loose, dark color, body movementsthat keep it from the male, always use muslim clothing in any activity, feel more protected fromthe hot sun, understand how the criteria of muslim dress according to religious teachings ofIslam, as well as have a favorable view of muslim clothing. And than their perception is alsoinfluenced by several factors, including changing attitudes for the better, the feeling of beingcomfortable and calm, has a back ground based of islam education, has many friends in sociallife, saving when use the money, the past experiences that triggerto use muslim clothing,have abest friend who likes to use muslim clothing, and was active in Islamic organizations.Keywords: communication, persepticion, clothing muslim, fashion style

This study aims to identify and analyze the management of underground water in the city pekanbaru.persoalan arising in practice on pnelolaan underground water in the city of pekanbaru is licensing only partisan (not exhaustive) without control is also a real phenomenon discovered, almost all objects both individual and corporate policies almost no reported utilization of the amount of underground water to pemerintah.kondisi is caused also by weak supervision by pemerintah.pengelolaan underground water in more development leads to good commercial activity undertaken individuals and business entities .sehingga authors formulate this research is how the implementation of an underground water management policy in the city of pekanbaru in 2012-2014? What are the factors that affect the implementation of an underground water management policy in the city of pekanbaru in 2012-2014?.This type of research used in this research is kualitatif.lokasi this research is in the head office handsome, bukit raya subdistrict office and department of spatial planning and building in the city pekanbaru.dalam collect data sampling.purposive researchers used a technique purposive sampling is a sampling technique source data with particular consideration, for example, the person considered most knowledgeable about what is expected, so it will be easier for researchers to explore objects and social situation in teliti.untuk get the data in this study, the authors used data of observation, interviews, and documentation. Theory of policy implementation is a theoretical foundation in this study using a model of policy implementation grindle namely the emphasis on content and context aspects linkunganya. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) in Rhino Protection in South Africa. South Africa has the highest rhino population in Africa. As home for the African rhinoceros, South Africa faced by the high level of rhino poaching because that, the rhino population in South Africa getting decreased every year since 2010.This research use library research method. All data in this research collected from books, literature, magazine articles, journals, bulletins, documents and websites. This research use international organization level of analyze that focused on WWF. Besides that, this research also using pluralism perspective the assumpt state is not the single actor in international relations.This research concluded that WWF’s role to influence the South African government to improve monitoring and make a policy for rhino conservation. WWF success to ask the South African government to establish cooperation with rhino’s horn consumer countries to combat rhino poaching in South Africa. Besides that, WWF and South African government made a cooperation to stopping rhino poaching in some national parks of South Africa.Keywords: role of WWF, rhino poaching, protect, South Africa

Abstract

Recently, the phenomenon of ta'aruf marriage has become familiar in our society, especially among public figures such as artists already doing ta'aruf marriage. In the city of Pekanbaru wedding ta'aruf by Moslems also become a phenomenon in which there is an increase in terms of implementation. It can be seen from the cadre of Partai Keadilan Sejaktera (PKS) are about to get married. Ta'aruf wedding process does not occur in the other party cadres. This study aims to determine the motives, meanings and communication experience PKS cadres who were married through ta'aruf process..This study uses qualitative research with phenomenological approach. Informants in this study were five cadres who were married through ta'aruf process, Using a snowball sampling technique.. Data was collected techniques is done by participant observation, interview, and documentation. To achieve the validity of the data in this study, researchers used the extension of participation and triangulation.Results from this study showed that the motives of the PKS cadres. Motifs past (Because motif) form of theological motifs, basis of religion because of the theological motifs that have been ingrained in them, a commitment to build a vision of building a wedding, and believe the mediator Yag get to know potential mates. While the motive of the future (in-order to) is the desire to be happy family, mawaddah and Rohmah, cultivate relationships syar'i, keingianan have children pious and courtship after marriage. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment on employee morale parts service at PT. United Tracktor Tbk Pekanbaru. From the results of this study concluded that the working environment at PT. United Tractor Tbk Pekanbaru simultaneous effect on employee morale parts service for 46.2%, while the remaining 53.8% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. Data obtained from questionnaires and subsequently processed to then be tested using statistical analysis as a simple linear regression analysis, t test, and correlation analysis and determination using SPSS 17. Results of this study showed that the known t (9073)> t table (1.985) and Sig. (0,000) <0.05. That is unacceptable and the hypothesis states that the working environment have a significant effect on morale.Keywords: Work Environment, Morale, Employee Part Service, PT. United Tracktor

Abstract

The background of this research with the wage policy is an important component in employment, ie as one element in the implementation of the employment relationship has a strategic role in the implementation of industrial relations. In industrial relations, government, employers and workers are interrelated. Normatively they have the same interest on the continuity of the company. Employers have an interest in the continuity of the company, due to his responsibilities as leader and orientation for profit in accordance with the capital invested. Workers have an interest in the company as a source of income and livelihood. While the government also has an interest in the continuity of the company with regard to economic growth both on a local and nasional.Perbedaan views on the establishment of wage levels often trigger disputes between workers and employers. Therefore, to reach agreement on the determination of wage rates and the role of government intervention need to be involved. Based on research carried out can be concluded that in setting the minimum wage figures cities (UMK) Pekanbaru in 2015, there are several considerations, namely the number KHL, productivity, economic growth, labor market conditions, business conditions are least able and the company's ability.
