Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the firm size, profitability, liquidity and asset structure to the capital manufacturing companies. This study focused on Cosmetic and Household use sector companies listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia for period 2010-2015. The data used in this research is secondary data, financial highlights (annual report) and performance summary. This study used purposive sampling method in order to collect the sample. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 19.The result of this research indicates that firm size, profitability, liquidity and asset structure simultaneously significantly influence to capital structure. The values that have been adjusted coefficient of determination (adjusted R-square) for 87,6% can be concluded that factors, while the remaining amount of 12,4% influenced by other variables that are not included in this study, for example earning stability, operating leverage, growth opportunity and tax.Keywords : Capital Structure, Firm Size, Profitability, Liquidity and Asset Structure

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and organization commitment to employees performance of human resources at PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru partially and simultaneously. Dimensions are used in work environment consists of work atmosphere, relationships with colleagues, and availability of working facilities. Dimensions variable organization commitment consists of affective commitment, continuous commitment, and normative commitment. And dimensions for the independent variables (employees performance) consists of labor quantity, labor quality, reliability, presence, and ability to cooperate. The method used is descriptive analysis method, and multiple linear analysis method that produces output t test, F test, and test of the determinant (R²). Processing data using programe SPSS 20.The results showed that the partial work environment does not significantly effect on employees performance of human resources at PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru, as shown by the significant value greater than 0,05. Partial variable organization commitment significantly influence employee employees performance of human resources at PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru,. And simultaneous work environment and organization commitment a significant effect on employees performance. Based on research obtained the degree of correlation of 0.832 which indicates that the level of relationship between the independent variable on the dependent variable has a strong relationship and R² values obtained at 0.692 or 69,2%. This means that employees performance of human resources at PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru influenced by work environment and organization commitment employees amounted to 69,2%.Keywords: Work Environment, Organization Commitment, Employees Performance

Abstract

In accordance of law No. 40 of 2004 on National Social Security Systems (SJSN) to provide comprehensive social security for everyone in order to meet the basic needs of a decent living towards the realization of a prosperous Indonesia society, fair, and prosperous. In Act No. 36 of 2009 on health also asserted that everyone has equal rights to obtain access to resources in the areas of health and obtain health services that are safe, high quality, and affordable. Of the Act, without exception all communities in mandatory Inonesia became participants of the BPJS. Health coverage is universally expected to be started gradually in 2014 and 2019, expected throughout Indonesia citizens already have health coverage. As for the purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the strategies of health city of Pekanbaru BPJS communicators in disseminating national health assurance program (JKN) in the city of Pekanbaru and to know the strategies of health city of Pekanbaru BPJS audiences in disseminating national health assurance program (JKN) in the city of Pekanbaru.This research was conducted in the city of Pekanbaru Health BPJS. The subject of this research is in the field of employee Guidance on Health BPJS Pekanbaru that add up to 10 people as informant (head of the branch, the head of the Unit's marketing, and staff) and the community that's been incorporated and is not incorporated as a participant BPJS health. In accordance with the research objectives that have been mentioned above, then the required data, among other data of primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques to do with interview techniques, observation and the study of librarianship. A data analysis method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis method of. The results showed that the BPJS Health communication strategy in disseminating national health assurance program (JKN) includes strategies of health city of Pekanbaru BPJS communicators, Health strategy audiences BPJS Pekanbaru, message strategy Health BPJS Pekanbaru, and media strategies of health city of Pekanbaru BPJS.Keywords: strategy, Communications JKN Progam Socialization

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of supervision (standard definition, Monitoring, Measurement of work, Comparing and corrective actions / correction)and loyalty (Obey the rules, responsibilities and work attitude) on employee performance (factor capacity and factor of motivation) industrial cable tv on PT.Zi Vision Branch Pangkalan Kerinci Pelalawan. The population in this study is karyaan on PT.Zi Vision Branch Pangkalan Kerinci sampling Pelalawan with 50 drawn using census method. measurement techniques using Likert scale and the types and sources of data in the form of primary and secondary data while the data collection techniques with a questionnaire and interviews as research instruments. As well as using multiple linear regression data analysis, determination, t test and f test with SPSS.From the research data that includes test validity, The reliability, and multiple linear regression, the results showed no significant relationship between supervision terhaap employee performance with the calculated of t test is known that t (6,213) > t tabel (2,012) dan Sig.(0,000) < 0,05 it can be concluded that the variable control significantly influence employee performance in PT.Zi Vision Branch Pangkalan Kerinci Pelalawan and of the t test results are known t arithmetic (3,184) > t tabel (2,012) dan Sig.(0,003) < 0,05 it can be concluded that the loyalty variable significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Zi Vision Branch Pangkalan Kerinci Pelalawan.And there is significant influence between supervision and loyalty to employee performance with the calculated Unknown R squre is the coefficient of determination. And obtained a value of R squre at 0.616. What this means is that the variable control donations influence and loyalty to the employee performance was 61.6%. While the remaining 38.4% is influenced by other variables such as the provision of training and education that are not included in the regression analysisKeywords: Monitoring, Loyalty and Employee Performance

Abstract

This reseearch discusses the influence of Hallyu againts the public interest in indonesia to travel to South Korea. Tourism is now a requirement in various communities. Hallyu is the term for spreading the South Korean pop culture in various parts of the world. Hallyu consisting of drama, music, and dance managed to have an impact on the increase in the South Korea tourism. The emergence of Hallyu has become the main attraction for tourists to travel to South Korea.This article was developed using the theory of globalization that is supported by the international community level analysis,where Hallyu emerged as phenomenon that affects the world community en masse.The focus of this study is to see the influence of hallyu that is also growing rapidly in Indonesia. Hallyu becoming known in Indonesia since the 2000s and increasingly popular with the public in 2009. along with the growing popularity of Korean dramas and music, turned out to have an impact on the public interest in Indonesia to travel to South Korea.Keywords: South Korea, Hallyu, Tourism.

Abstract

Violation of traffic rules by motorcycle rider two in the area Police Sector Ujung Batu often once happened. As for the the violation of which often made is the completeness of the vehicle, the completeness of papers, helmet, against the flow, to violate the regulations, the speed limit on the maximum, don’t turn on the main lights in the daytime.This research done to find out hoe the characteristics of a society that violate the rules of traffic in the area Police Sector Ujung Batu, Rokan Hulu Regency and what factors causes of motorcycle riders of violation of the rules of traffic in the area Police Sector Ujung Batu, Rokan Hulu Regency.The Theory is in use in this research is the theory of irregularities. Any traffic violations commited by the motorcycle rider two wheels including the abberant behavior, aberrant behavior on here any behavior that violates the norms of society or group. Data collection techniques in use here the first observation of the writer make research directly to the field to get the data in need in research, second interview with democracy, researchers have been equip with a detailed list of questions.Character research results of violation of the respondents based on gender, most of the men from theage of 16-50, tribe of themost violated is malay, educational level respondents ranging from elementary scholl until collage. Respondents does violate the traffic the most dominant is the lack of respondents who follow socialaziation about traffic rules that don’t understand the importance of the trafficregulations for the safety of the riders, signpost traffic sign already exists but it doesn’t work effectively, carried out the street sign is often dead, and is not working. And the way we accept swordfish in accordancewith the offenses of motorcycle riders do not cease to give effect ti some of the riders of violation of traffic.Keywords : Violations of traffic rules, motorcycle rider two wheels.

Abstract

Terrorism is not a new case in Indonesia, several months ago Indonesia came to be terrorism action attack that happened in Sarinah territorial, at central of Jakarta. The bombed was happening in 14 january 2016, blowed up several times Sarinah crossing territory. “Bom Sarinah” is the first bomb since 2009 ago in Indonesia. Related with this case development, media pushed down to giving the latest information to people, by online media. Online media is theThis research using cualitative method, with analysis of framing Zhongdang Pan and Koscki Models. The objects of this research are the news that related with cases of “Bom Sarinah” in kompas.com and merdeka.com which taken by cascading everyday, based by different topics from 14 January 2016 – 18 January 2016.From the reconstruction or framing, kompas.com was blowing up the human interest side from the police department, it is showed how kompas.com brought the image of police department when treated the case of “Bom Sarinah” (news 16 January 2016) and the source that used by kompas.com only have one source, the police department (news 14-18 January 2016) while merdeka.com taking from any resources or interests, it showed up from the news of merdeka.com that have not any sides of any specific resources (news 14-18 January 2016), the point of view which taken from the news is „what is happening at the field‟ and using several resoursces for making news, any of them are society and BNPT chief development.Keyword : kompas.com, merdeka.com, and Human Interest

Abstract

The film as a work of art is often interpreted the results of copyrighted works of art that have the completeness of some of the elements of art to meet the needs of a spiritual nature . The position of women often appears as a symbol of subtlety , emotional , something that moved slowly , sometimes even stops . Women are so close to the idiom - phrases such adversity , oppression , even in the " concept " which have already been accepted by the majority of our society that they are "objects " rather than " subject " for men . The term gender itself is still much less understood and putting equal to the sex or gender.The method used in this research is the method of critical discourse . Data collection techniques in this study using the method of analysis, semiotics . The location of this research will be held in Pekanbaru , Riau . Subjects in this study is the film Puteri Gunung Ledang By Saw Theong Hin , while objects in the study in this research is the Java Image Women in film Puteri Gunung Ledang . For data analysis , researchers used a method of interactive analysis and Hubberman Miles . As for checking the validity of the data , researchers used triangulation data technique.The results showed that in the film the daughter of Gunung Ledang we could see the loyalty and obedience of a female Javan weak and powerless , who want to maintain loyalty , but all in vain . In the film 's daughter Gunung Ledang , women are placed or positioned as a Java object, because the sentences in this film are using the passive voice . Here, researchers get a masculine aura of femininity of the female figure of Java. If you notice, the woman of Java is indeed the most courageous woman to wander even alone . Retno Dumilah independence seems flowing also in the blood of the blood of most women of Java.Keyword : Representation, Woman, Film, Puteri Gunung Ledang.

Abstract

Electronic Media Television is one medium that can display information in perfectly , which is a combination of audio and visual technology , so it can easily be accepted by the audience as a communicant . With the perfection of which is owned by the television media , interest communicant to choose this medium is greater than the other mass media such as radio , newspapers , and movies . The messages conveyed through the medium of television pictures and sound simultaneously , live , fast , real-time , and can reach a very spacious room . Understanding filmmakers about cinemas, that are adequate but did not get support to develop their work with a wide audience . It makes filmmakers in Indonesia trying to attend the festival which is held metro tv. Besides become famous, sineas are also filmmakers received support facilities in making a documentary flim and get in-depth education cinema.The method used in this research is qualitative method. Data collection techniques in this study using interviews . The location of this research will be carried out at the office of Digital Single Lens Reflect Cinematography Indonesia ( DCI Pekanbaru ) Jalan Cendrawasih No. 23 , Tangkerang , Pekanbaru . Subjects in this study are community members Cinematography Digital Single Lens Reflect Indonesia ( DCI pekanbaru ) , while objects in the study in this research is the interest of filmmakers follow the film festival . For data analysis , researchers used a method of interactive analysis and Hubberman Miles . As for checking the validity of the data , researchers used data triangulation technique.The results showed that the activity is the community DSLR Cinematography Indonesia (DCI Pekanbaru) in attracting filmmakers follow the film festival include the extension and various activities throughout high school in the city of Pekanbaru, Obstacles facing the community DSLR Cinematography Indonesia (DCI Pekanbaru) in attracting filmmakers follow the film festival among others, issues of time constraints, where filmmakers and the member of the community has its own activities beyond their duties as members. Besides the lack of adequate equipment help to produce good work also affect the interest of Sines in making a film work. Limited information about the film for filmmakers who want produce work by following the film festival, an important area in the filmmaker's interest, it is because information is the main weapon in the levy of a media, especially cinema.Keywords : Media, Television, Sineas

Abstract

Non-verbal communication is a communication process in which the message was delivered did not use words. Examples of non-verbal communication is to use gestures, body language, facial expressions and eye contact, the use of objects such as clothes, haircuts, symbols, as well as how to talk like intonation, emphasis, sound quality, style emotion and style of speaking. Dimensions of non-verbal communication that is primarily behavioral kinesic, paralinguistic, proxemics, and artifacts. The purpose of this study was to determine how the meaning of a message from kinesic behavior, paralinguistic messages, proxemic, and the meaning of the artifacts used by gigolo as a non-verbal communication to get customers / clients.This research is expected to contribute to the academic enrichment of activities that apply non-verbal communication. This research was conducted at the Social Department of Riau Province where located in the Sudirman. This study took place in December 2015 to June 2016. This study used descriptive qualitative research methods that explain and interpret the data collected and used. The data were collected by observation, interview, and documentation. The data validity checking carried out by the extension of participation and triangulation.The results of this study indicate that gigolo apply non-verbal communication profesionally, namely in terms of the behavior of kinesic, paralinguistic, proxemic message, and artifacts. In terms of behavior kinesic gigolo apply illustrator and display effect in attracting clients. All the actors created paralinguistic actions are an attempt to make prospective clients feel comfortable around him. They practice Proxemic behavior not just as a courtesy, but more than that they use as a tool to get the attention and interest of his client. While the artifacts do to stimulate in order to become more effective in communication.Keyword : Non Verbal Communication, Kinesic, Gigolo
