Abstract

Working is one way to earn money in order to meet the various needs of life and hope that work activities will bring them to satisfying condition. Nowadays, at the age of emancipation of women, working is not only done by men. Women also had a space in the public community, even companies have provided a special position that is filled by women. One company that provides positions for women is PT. BNI (Persero) Tbk Branch Office Subsidiary Tangkerang in Pekanbaru, where the front line is the majority position filled by women. As individuals who have multiple roles, women are required to be aligned as a woman it self and also as a career woman in her profession. Multi role that owned by women raises the perception for men. Although the reality of a career woman can be seen and felt by the public at this time, but the stigma attached to women who says women should take care of the family and raising their kids still become a tradition of the society. This research aims to determine how perceptions of male to female careers in Pekanbaru (Research on Employee PT. BNI (Persero) Tbk Branch Office Subsidiary Tangkerang).The method are used in this research is Descriptive Qualitative method. Informants in this research consists of four people and data collection techniques are grouped into three sections, which are: in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. This research is using data analysis interactive model of Miles and Hubermen, that checks the validity of the data through the extension of participation and triangulation.The result of this research indicates that employee perception of men toward female employees at PT. BNI (Persero) Tbk Branch Office Subsidiary Tangkerang Pekanbaru are the perception of positive and negative perceptions. The response to female employees is positive, because of male employees are attracted by their physical appearance. Career woman personally considered by four informants as independent, strong and ambitious woman that doing some exclusion of other priorities in life. Reaction toward career woman in the form of interaction and daily activities. Relation between them is not limited about professional occasion, but also their individual relationship.Key Word : Perception, Female Career

Abstract

Pekanbaru city is one of the cities in Indonesia are experiencing a rapid increase in business development and investment in Indonesia. Disturbance Permit be one important factor in obtaining legality of local authorities towards the establishment of a business. Appropriation nuisance permit (HO) aims to protect the public interest and to maintain order and as a form of government oversight and pengedalian in certain locations which may cause hazards losses and disruption. Establishment of a gas station in the city of Pekanbaru often cause problems with the surrounding community. On the other hand there are many gas station stations that have not paid levies nuisance permit (HO). Integrated Service Agency and Investment (BPTPM) Pekanbaru City as an institution designated by the city of Pekanbaru who has authority in the permitting process and the levy charged for this permit in accordance with Regulation City of Pekanbaru No. 8 in 2012 regarding Disturbance Permit.Based on these findings, this study aims to determine the extent of implementation and the factors that affect the implementation of Pekanbaru City Regional Regulation No. 8 in 2012. This study uses the theory of implementation by Van Meter and Van Horn who has six variables, standards and objectives, resources, characteristics of the implementing agencies, communication between organizations, socio-economic conditions and political and disposition. The method used in this research is qualitative research. With the technique performed is purposive sampling to key informants. In this study, the informant is BPTPM, Disperindag Pekanbaru and related institutions. In gathering the data used qualitative approach with the method of observation and interviews, after the data is collected then analyzed by descriptive.Based on the research that has been carried out based on theoretical concepts, the implementation of Local Regulation No. 8 in 2012 Licenses Disorders at the Gas Stations, has been implemented by BPTPM. However, implementation of the regulations are not well realized. Weak sanctions make local regulation of fee collection process is not going well. The lack of resources in the form of personnel and technical team in the field also affects the implementation of the local regulation.Keywords: Implementation, Regulation, levies nuisance permit, gas stations

Abstract

Progress of mass media, especially the television media now is increasingly rapidly, where broadcast television has allowed the general public can quickly and easily find a variety of recent developments that occurred in various parts of the world. In general everyone likes sportaiment program (Sport News). One Stop Football Trans 7 is a favorite sport news with different characteristic presentation. In Uses and Gratification theory, audience basicly using the mass media based on certain motives, which the media considered tring to meet the needs of the audience called as an effective media. The purpose of this research is to determine how much influence the motive watching One Stop Football Trans 7 against satisfaction of students at Tiga Naga Football Academy and Soccer School Pekanbaru.The method used in this research is quantitative method of explanation, the data collection through questionnaires. Location of the research conducted at Tiga Naga football Academy and Soccer School Pekanbaru. The total sample of this study are 96 respondents. The sampling techniques is using census. To determine how much influence the two variables, researchers used a simple linear regression analysis. To Questionnaire data processing, used program Statistical product and Service Solutions (SPPS) Windows version 20.Based on simple linear regression result for this study, the regression ceoffecient values obtained in this study is Y = 2,135 + 0,942 X with significance level of 0,003 and smaller than a = 0.5. according to based on determination test, the result amounted to 79,7% with high category. This means there is influence between watching One Stop Football Trans 7 against satisfaction of students Tiga Naga Football Academy and Soccer School Pekanbaru. The percentage shows that the satisfaction of watching the respondents can be fullfil. That means Ho is rejected and Ha accepted.Keywords : TV Program,Trans 7, and Tiga Naga Football Academy

Abstract

The act of maladministration is a behavior that is not in according with the principle of exellent public services that resulted in material or immaterial losses to society. Maladministration is also incompatible with the principles of good governance , clean and efficient . Representatives of Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia Riau Province is a representative of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia in Riau that serves to monitor and prevent acts of maladministration which occurred in the province of Riau . Representatives of Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia Riau Province oversee implementation of public service with follow up reports / complaints from the community to produce a decision in the form of recommendations and suggestions . The purpose of this study was to analyze the performance and also the factors that influence the performance of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia Representative Riau Province in Handling Reports Pekanbaru city community .The concept of theory that researchers use is performance. By looking at the responsiveness , responsibility and accountability of the Ombudsman Representative Riau Province . This study uses qualitative research methods with an assessment of descriptive data . In collecting the data , researchers use interviewing techniques , observation , documentation and literature. By using key informants as a source of information and triangulation techniques as a source of data authenticity .After doing research, it was found that the performance of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia Representative Riau Province in the handling of public reports Pekanbaru city has been running well , but still not optimal due to the completion of reports requires a procedure that is quite complex and is still the lack of public knowledge of Pekanbaru on the existence of the Ombudsman as well as the functions and tasks.Keywords: Performance , maladministration , Responsiveness , Responsibility , Acountability.

Abstract

One of the fundamental problems in Riau Province government is the transportation, especially in the tackle illegal transportation, where every year is grow more and more difficult. As for instance the authorities in handling this issue is Forum Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan (LLAJ).There are obstacles or constraints of Forum LLAJ in coordinating in handling transportation throughout the Province of Riau, among others have not integrity task execution to tackle illegal transportation, which often happens the leak information about the raid, the implementation of the joint chiefs are not routin, which provides a specific obliteration protection so the process of the impeccable can be difficult, terminal in shadow that can raise and lower the passenger so that the legal terminal become less work, the lack of awareness of the society even if it already knows the danger of using illegal transportation.The concept of the theory that is used by the researcher is coordination. Coordination consists of planning, communication, the division of task, and controling. This study uses qualitative research methods, with studies in descriptive data. In collecting of data, researcher’s using the technique of the interview, observation, the study of the literature and documentation, by using the key informant and late informants as a supplementary source of information.The result of this research show that the coordinating haven’t maximally between related instance (Forum LLAJ) in tackle illegal transportation in riau province. This is caused the status of the that institution is similar. That can be seen from the indicators of coordination, that is planning, communication, the division of tasks, controlling has not been categorized as a good coordination.Keywords : Coordination, Organization, Illegal Transportation

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and motivation toward organizational commitment of employees of PT. Bank BTN Branch Pekanbaru. Where there are two independent variables are kepemipinan transformational style and motivation and the dependent variable organizational commitment. The population in this study were permanent employees at the Employee PT. BTN Bank Branch Pekanabaru. Sampling the census method as many as 81 people. The research data in the form of primary data and secondary data, with the questionnaire as a research instrument. Analysis of the data used by using SPSS. Results of analysis using multiple linear regression, t-test, test of determination (R2), and F. Test results showed that transformational and motivational style kepemipinan simultaneously significant effect on organizational commitment. this can be seen from the F-count = 52.867 > F-table = 3.11. So that the figures obtained R2 (R Squar) of 0.325 or 32.5%. This shows that the percentage contribution of independent variables (transformational leadership and motivation) on the dependent variable (organizational commitment) of 32.5%. While the remaining percentage of 67.5% (100% -32.5) is influenced by other variables not included in this study variables.Keywords: Transformational Leadership Style, Motivation, Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

The development of internet marketing also encourage users of social media in marketing communications, or can be called as social media marketing. One of social media marketing is now popular among businesses these days is Instant Messanging (IM) LINE. The features from official account LINE is a feature that allows users who’re friends with the official LINE account to get a variety of information, and also promotion from the owner of the official account. This opportunity used by PT . Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk (Alfamart) to also make an official account LINE Alfamart. The messages posted by that account aims to Alfamart as a modern retail and to promote its products in order to arise consumers to buy the products they've offered. The purpose of this research is to determine how much the influence of social media marketing from official account LINE Alfamart towards the interest to buy of consumer.The theory used in this study is S-O-R theory by Hovland.The method used in this study is a quantitative method of explanation. Researchers collected data using questionnaires and documentation. This research is not confined to just one area only because of the totaled 271 respondents which is selected by using simple random sampling methode whose followed official account LINE Alfamart were live in different regions. In order to know how much the influence from variable X and Y, researchers used a simple linear regression analysis. As for processing test data questionnaire, carried out using the program of Statistics Product and Service Solution (SPSS) Windows version 20.The result of simple linear regression to study the influence of social media marketing from official account LINE Alfamart towards the interest to buy of consumer, the regression values obtained in this study is Y = 21,400 + 0,471 X with significant level of 0,000. It’s mean smaller than α = 0,05. That is to say, there is influence of social media marketing from official account LINE Alfamart towards the interest to buy of consumer of 17,5% in the category very weak. Although is not dominant, but the respondents are paid attention to the content of the message and there is interest to buy at Alfamart. Accordingly H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.Key Word : Social Media Marketing, Interest to Buy, LINE, Alfamart

Abstract

HIV ( Human Imunodeficiensi Virus) [is] virus cause of AIDS. There are in its body dilution [of] him like blood, sperma, or vagina dilution. Pengidap HIV will see healthy until HIV become AIDS during 5-10 year later;then. Although see healthyly [is] they earn catching with HIV [at] others. AIDS ( Aquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome) or downhill sindroma [it] impenetrability of caused [by] body [is] HIV so that body cannot fight disease. To depress case number of HIV and of AIDS this [is] needed [by] a[n way of prevention of its infection. One of [the] institute which care to prevention of HIV and of AIDS this [is] Especial Institution. Especial Institution [is] one of [the] LSM which care to health of society especially in case of HIV. this Especial Institution have stood since year 1993 and have vision that is the increasing of prosperity of life and health of society specially marginal society and rentan [in] province of Riau year 2025.Research use descriptive method qualitative pursuant to source of primary data and of sekunder and use technique data collecting of observation, documentation and interview, with determination of informan [pass/through] sampling of purposif counted ten one who compose five people of Especial institution that is Institution chief of Utama,Sekretaris and 3 people of staff Especial Institution [of] Pekanbaru and five people of outside party that is housewife, woman of tunasusila, cab driver, student and student. Technique analyse data use model analyse data of interaktif Miles and of Huberman by collecting obtained datas [is] later;then processed to be reduced, to be presented [is] so that yielded [by] a[n conclusion of public.Result of research indicate that [done/conducted] [by] communications strategy [is] Especial Institution [of] Pekanbaru in prevention of HIV and of AIDS [at] society of Pekanbaru for example Recognizing Especial Institution communications target in preventive program [of] HIV and of AIDS [at] society of Pekanbaru [is] woman of tunasusila, student, student, housewifes and worker, usage of Especial Institution media in preventive program [of] HIV and of AIDS [at] society of Pekanbaru, that is external media [of] room like banner and brochure and print in the form of book and also look in the face. Abstract

This research aims to determine the right number of employees which is Public Area Attendant ideal workload handled at Aryaduta Hotel Pekanbaru.This research was used descriptive quantitative method toexamined the issues. The sample in this research are 5 people and used census method. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews and documentation. This research was used the exponent determinants technique (exponential smoothing), with two exponents in the human resources planning which consists of exponents workload in producing a product, as an analysis of the workload (work load analysis) and exponent of time (cycle time) to complete a product and to find the number of employees or staff that were ideal.Based on the research that has been done, for the whole of the results and from the calculation of ideal working time for the Public Area Attendant still need 1 person, that number must be filled by Aryaduta Hotel to cover their staff workload.Keywords: Workload, Public Area Attendant, Number of Ideal Employees

Abstract

This research was conducted by Nofriko Hendra entitled Community's Participation in Rural Development Planning (Case Study in Jambai Makmur subdistrict Kandis Siak Regency Year 2011-2013), led by DR. Khairul Anwar, M.Sc.This study aims to look at how community participation in development planning in the village of Jambai Makmur subdistrict Kandis Siak, which in this study emphasized on community participation in the development planning process. In the process, it will be known how the form, manner, and the actors involved. However, in the planning process, the public is less involved in every stage of the planning process, in the sense that every process is always dominated by the village government.This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The theory used is the theory of the basic steps in any planning process by linking the community participation by Chambers and Taylor. Primary data and secondary data obtained from interviews with informants and observations on the object of research.From these results, it is known that public participation can be increased by growing awareness within the community about the importance of community participation in delivering the aspirations of the rural development planning process. Then the actors involved in the process most of the village government, while people over to the representatives of the region such as hamlets and RT / RW.Keywords: Public Participation, Planning, Rural Development
