Abstract

Motivation is very important in an organization . in developinh the organization, people only focus on how the results of the efforts that have been made, so that the management of human resources within the organization less attention. With their work motivation of the employes then any work performed will be easier. The research uses descriptive quantitative method forissues raised. The sample in this study were 34 respondents, taken using probabilility sampling. While the data collection techniques in this study using observation, questionnaires, interview, and documentation. Using a likert scale as a measure to determine the length of the short interval.whit sub varianles that exist on work motivation is divide into : the statisfaction factor and maintenance factor. The results of research conducted in the field with their research on employee motivation department of tourism and culturan district karimun, with the theory of motivation is divide into two sub variables, factor gratification and maintenance factor, the results obtained in the field, namely regarding work motivation

Abstract

Factors that affect the performance of employees, among others, career development and work motivation. The research was conducted on employees PT.Verena Multi Finance Tbk Branch Pekanbaru, the purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of career development and work motivation on employee performance. The sample used in this study is 40 samples, this method of data collection using the questionnaire. The analysis technique used is a simple linear regression and multiple linear regression method used is descriptive analysis method, and multiple linear analysis method that produces output t test, F test, and test the determinant (R²). Processing data using SPSS 20.0 program. Based on the analysis performed can be explained that the development of a strong influence on employee performance, where as the higher work motivation it will affect employee performance improvement. And if the career development and work motivation to do together will affect the performance of employees.Keywords: career development,work motivation, employee performance

Abstract

Performance Medical is to provide nursing services to individuals, families, groups or communities according diagnose problems that occur from a problem that is both simple to complex.Kampar District Government strongly supports the health program. In this study discusses the performance of medical personnel in the northern Kampar district health centers. Still the complaints of patients with medical personnel were slow, doctors were minimal, doctors often do not exist in the clinic during working hours make less than the maximum performance of medical personnel. The problem in this research is how the performance of medical personnel northern Kampar district health centers, the factors that hinder the performance of medical personnel northern Kampar district health centers. For the purpose of this study to determine and analyze the performance of medical personnel in Kampar District Health Clinics North, to identify and analyze the factors that hinder the performance of medical personnel in Kampar District Health Clinics North.This study uses the theory of Anwar Prabu Mangkunegara to know how the quality, quantity, duties and responsibilities of the performance of medical personnel in the northern Kampar district health centers. Type of this research is qualitative descriptive method which uses a sampling technique with snowball sampling. Informants in this study is the northern Kampar district health clinic, medical personnel and the public or patients.Performance of medical personnel in health centers North Kampar not maximum , based on the results of interviews that researchers do to patients , residents , and family parties . Based on the indicators put forward by Anwar King Mangkunegara in the category of quality and quality of North Kampar district health centers are still not yet been reached . While the category of responsibility and execution of tasks northern Kampar district health center has been reached . Then the overall performance of the medical tenga North Kampar district health centers is not maximized because there are still shortcomings and does not run pursuant to the Standard Operational Procedures ( SOP ) has been determined.Keywords: Performance, Medical Personnel

Abstract

The purpose of the study to analyze and find out how much the level of education related to the political participation of the people in the general election of President and Vice President in 2014. The research problems are How Relationships level of education and political participation in the election of President and Vice President in the District Senapelan Pekanbaru 2014. the type of research used in this research is descriptive with quantitative approach. The data source consists of primary data from respondents beasal primary level a number of 48 respondents, 17 respondents secondary education, higher education amount to 35 respondents and secondary data. The sampling method used Taro Yamane formula and obtained a total sample of 100 respondents . Technical analysis of the data used is the Chi-Square Analysis (x2), crosstab, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study showed that low levels of education dominated the partition of politics , after the chi-square test using SPSS there is no correlation level of education and political participation in District Senapelan Pekanbaru On elections of President and Vice President in 2014 and concluded that the level of education low can affect the height of political participation, vice versa. It is based on the categorization results that generate less educated people , in the category of high political participation relationship , which amounted to 57.1 % . An educated community medium , in the category of most low political participation , which amounted to 17.5 % . A highly educated society , in the category of political participation was as high as 25.4% . Regarding the relationship between the level of education to political participation occurred in Senapelan District entered into there was no correlation with the level of political participation of higher education in the District Senapelan City Pekanabaru the election of President and Vice President in 2014 based on the results of the calculation of the chi -square test using SPSS with value r of 0.330 ( 2 , N = 100 ) = 2.216 ; p > 0.05 ) . It happens that there is no relationship between the level of higher education to political participationkeyword: education, political participation

Penelitan this was done to know ninik mamak's role in customs terminological artistry which apply at Binamang's village, and Whatever ninik mamak's role in artistry area that experience change at silvan Binamang, and the latest For Whats factor that cause changed on ninik mamak's role in artistry at silvan Binamang. Respondent in observational it is ninik mamak in yanga's terms is at binamang But disina is researcher just takes four tribe that is made as respondent which is Paduko Rajo's Malay tribe, Sinaro's malay, Caniago, and Pitopang.Observational location to be done at binamang's village Koto Kamapar's XIII district, writer will work through ninik mamak's role shift in artistry area at silvan Binamang. Abstract

This study aims to develop core competencies and business concept cooperative accordance cooperatives business realities of Indonesian society folk-based economy. The study was conducted using a qualitative methodology, namely Beyond Structuralism. Beyond Structuralism synergize structuralist anthropology synchronous (contextual) and postrukturalis diachronic (the past). Methodology run with his methods Constructivist Structuralism Pierre Bourdieu to determine empirically (habitus, capital, field and practice) the cooperative business activity in Indonesia. The first phase, through the synergy of anthropology anthropological teoritisasi synchronous (cooperative business realities contextual) and anthropology diachronic (cooperative business realities initial phase). The second phase, to synergize both to find a common thread business cooperative concept of self-reliance in the field Teoritisasi empirically necessary to formulate the concept of the independence of the Cooperative.As a result, the concept of independence, the core competencies of family and productive synergy-retail-intermediation is the substance of cooperative development in accordance unique reality of Indonesian society. Abstract

This study entitled "Performance of Commission D of the Regional Representatives Council Riau Province Year 2015", the study is based on a Regulation of the DPRD Riau Province No 30 of 2014 on the Rules of Conduct DPRD Riau Province decisive concerning the composition, status, rights, duties, functions, powers , as well as fittings DPRD Riau Province. The regulation also mentioned about the duties and functions of the Commission D as fittings remain DPRD Riau Province is also implementing a legislative function, budgetary, and oversight. Issues contained in this thesis is about the still low and not maximal performance of Commission D in its function as a legislative body area. As a legislative function is not running, the budget function is not maximized, and the implementation of the supervisory function is still not achieve the targets that have been planned throughout 2015. The method used in this study is a qualitative method that describes the data descriptively. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and document tracking. While the source of the data used are primary data obtained from the test site and supported by secondary data.Based on the results of research conducted there are several factors inhibiting the performance of Commission D in their duties the internal and external factors.Keyword: Performance, Commission D DPRD Riau Province

Abstract

Family planning program (KB) is the action that helps individuals or married couples with the aim to form a quality family, through birth, set the interval between pregnancies. The targets of the Program active participants to KB men contained in the National medium term development plan 2010-2014, that increasing participants man becomes 4.5 per cent of the number of pairs of fertile age. Problems in the implementation of the Program for men is the use of KB contraceptives long-term man participant family planning who is still limited as well as socializing or counseling about man vasectomy family planning who is still low, consequently, the lack of understanding of the father/husband in the family planning.In this research the concept of theory used in reference to the policy implementation theory propounded by Wahad that implementation as a process implementing the policy decisions that are normally in the form of laws, regulations, judicial decisions, administrative, Executive order, or presidential decree. Based on Act No. 52 of 2009 about family planning, the scope of the activities of the policy of family planning Program (KB), include family planning and implementation efforts improved access and quality of service information, education and contraceptives.The results of the research implementation of the policy of family planning Program (KB) in the District of Kampar (case study on the participation of men in district of Kampar KB Left Downstream, not to run optimally, where family coaching efforts (counseling) provided by the family planning Field extension officers (PLKB) subdistrict of Kampar Kiri Hilir against Couples Age fertile (PUS)/KB Men not supported by improved access to information and counselling (education) low-impact man KB understanding and participation of men in air-KB. Factors that affect the institutional structure that is in district, culture, managing resources (PLKB) is still scanty in quantity and quality, coordination and dissemination of the program not running man KB, implies understanding and participation of men/husbands for KB.Key words: Family Planning Program (KB), Participation, Vasectomy (Medical Operation Man/FOOL), Family Planning Field Extension Officers (PLKB).

Abstract

In effort to preservation and develop of local art culture, government of Siak Regency through The Tourism Department of Youth and Sport did Siak Praise EventFestival as annual event that had purpose to preservation local art culture, which is held for 14 times, this event can not be denied because management roles and promotion strategy that had rousing in every year that make society and art activists interest to participated in this event.Research methodology that used in this research was kualitative research with a phenomenological approach. There were 2 informants in this research, they were directly handle this activity by using purposive technique. The technique of data collection of this research were interview, observation and documentation. The technique of data analysis were data reduction, data presentation and conclusion and also verification.The result of this research indicate that The Tourism Department of Youth and Sports of Siak Regency in promoting art and malay culture that used structural of goverment function in socialization, that this event was an event of local cultural preservation which its scope was very limited, for Siak Regency only, so that the demand envoy delivered to districts and coaching did the cooperation with the school through the study of art extracurricular, thus breeding envoy takes place on an ongoing basis to the future generations, in used of media is not too published, because this event is only for Siak Regency, so very little or even can be said media not appear in use to publicize the event, in addition to interest of enthusiasts can also be seen from the festive event, the prize for the winners and invited abroad guests to enliven the event, as well as artists of capital to enliven the opening and closing ceremonies.Keywords : Promotion Strategy, Motive, Communication Experience, Art and Culture

Abstract

This research porpuse is to description about the efford of Iran tosucceeds Tehran NAM Summit. Iran has got sanction from United States, Security Council of United Nation, and European Union since few years ago. This invites all states in the world to join together for isolating Iran from international forum. Yet, AS and Israel’s threat to forbid all of Non Aligned Movement members to attend the Tehran Summit Iran ignores.This research applying qualitative methods and library research. The author used diplomacy theory with the level of the nation-state analysis the source of the research are from of books, journals, publications, articles, news and internet. Iran succeeds in inviting all of Non Aligned Movement members to come to this agenda. For the first time, the Egypt’s president, after the Camp David Agreement, comes to Tehran for attending this summit. The United Nation secretary, Ban Kimoon, also comes to the agenda.This research, concluded that Iran succeeds in inviting all of Non Aligned Movement members to come to this agenda. The Non Aligned Movement Summit succeeded in making a declaration, which called “Tehran Declaration”. It is a milestone of the existence of the Non Aligned Movement’s role in international affair. Furthermore, the declaration says that the Non Aligned Movement members, including Iran, are permitted to enrich nuclear for international peace.Key Word: sanction, Non Aligned Movement Summit, Iran, US, Security Council of UN, EU, Teheran Declaration.
