Abstract

Muhammadiyah organization is an Islamic movement, missionary movement amar makhruf nahi mungkar, who berakidah Islam and sourced from the Qur'an and sunnah maqbullah (accepted) therefore Muhammadiyah is persarikatan that moves Muslims to fight and jihad on the way of Allah. Muhammadiyah also instilled an important role in the field education. It is proven by the rampant development of Muhammadiyah educational institution in Marpoyan Damai sub-district, Pekanbaru city. Based on pre-survey conducted by the researcher, it can be seen as phenomenon such as, Parents strongly support the regulations that have been set in SD Muhammadiyah 3 Pekanbaru. and there are some guardians who disagree on the extracurricular activities of Muhammadiyah for 5th and 6th grade students for fear of interrupting the teaching and learning process during class hours considering they will take the national exam. Theories used are response theory, role theory and motivation theory. Data analysis was done by quantitative descriptive analysis, the data collecting technique in this research is purposive sampling where the respondent is 43 people consisting of guardian of class V and VI students. From the results of field research diketahuibah motivation parents to send their children in elementary school Muhammadiyah 3 seen from the dimensions of social status, facilities, and infrastructure, religious values and achievements, the greatest of motivation is the value of religion, parents' response indicates that parents interested in schools Muhammadiyah , this is in line with the assumption of parents to the role of muhammadiyah in developing education.Keywords: Response, Student Guardian, Role, Education SD Muhammadiyah 3

Abstract

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is essentially a necessity for corporations to interact with local communities. The corporate need to adapt to gain social benefits from its relationship with the local community is trust. In the implementation of CSR required a culture based on ethics that is adaptive.This study aims to determine the implementation of CSR programs Darmasiswa Chevron Riau PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia in the field of education, knowing the mechanism of the implementation of the Chevron Riau Darmasiswa CSR program and to know the determinants of the success rate and obstacles of the implementation of Chevron Darmasiswa CSR program. This research uses qualitative research method by using Two Way Asymmetrical Model. Research subjects consisted of 6 informants selected through purposive technique. Data collection is done through observation, interview and documentation. To test the validity of data writers used the method of extension of participation and triangulation.The results of this study show that the implementation of Darmasiwa Chevron Riau Program runs starting from the initial concept of DCR special scholarship program for the best high school students in every district / city in Riau Province. The parties involved in the implementation of the DCR program are Dinas Pendidikan from the provincial to district/city and the Politeknik Caltex Riau. PR plays the role of responsible publication and build networking with the parties who help. DCR program implementation mechanism starts from the socialization stage, then selection of high school students / MA / SMK in each school with the criteria of general champion 1, 2 and 3 in class XII and register on the website. The next stage of written test of academic ability is done at district/city level. Then the announcement of the results of district-level selection in local print media. Participants who qualify are invited for provincial selection. The final stage of the announcement of the winner of DCR and Inauguration. The determinants of the success rate of the program can not be separated from local community support and school participation in 12 districts/cities. There are no significant obstacles in the implementation of the program. Abstract

The Drinking Water Refill Depot business is present in the community as a small industry effort in fulfilling daily drinking water needs. The drinking water depot in its management utilizes technology to streamline the time to meet drinking water needs. The industry of drinking water depots is widespread, with water quality and location and service vary. To meet the quality of drinkable water, the owner of the drinking water depot must meet the business licensing requirements as set forth in Kepmenperindag No. 651 / MPP / Kep / 2004. However, in its development in Kecamatan Singingi Hilir still found drinking water depots that do not have a commercial license or a sign of Industrial List in its operation. Therefore, we need to supervise the business requirements.In this study, referring to the supervision theory proposed by Brantas (2009). The research method used qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques include observation, interview, study documentation related to research objectives. Sources and types of data in this study consisted of primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through interviews with research informants consisting of employees of Dinas Kesehatan and Dinas Koperasi, Small, Medium Enterprises, Trade and Industry of Kuansing Regency, as well as with the owner or employee of drinking water depot business.The results show that the monitoring of permits for drinking water depots has not been running optimally, where the assessment and improvement actions are more focused on the applicant for drinking water depots and periodic limited inspection of the drinking water depots located on the main road in Kecamatan Singingi Hilir, has not been done thoroughly. The influencing factors include, the ability of the supervisory executive, the lack of coordination between the related agencies, and the limited operational budget of supervision.Keywords: Supervision, Coordination, Drinking Water Depot.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the village of Pangkalan Kerinci Western District of Pangkalan Kerinci Pelalawan aimed to determine the socio-economic conditions of society in Pangkalan Kerinci West Village. This study, entitled "Socio-Economic Conditions and Public Perception Of The Company (Study on Impact of PT.Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper On Barat Urban Village Community Environment Pangkalan Kerinci New Canal District of Pangkalan Kerinci Pelalawan) ''. The principal issues in this study for how the socio-economic conditions of society and to how the public perception of PT. Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper which is located in the West Village neighborhood Pangkalan Kerinci New Canal in the district of Pangkalan Kerinci Pelalawan in the community. The population in this study is the head of household or housewives who make a living in the West Village neighborhood Pangkalan Kerinci New Season. samples in this study is the simple random sampling technique. Total population in this study in 2014 amounted to 750 heads of families, a swab 50 families or housewives who have represented from the specified population. The method used is descriptive quantitative method with the quantitative and qualitative analysis. Data filtering instruments used are interviews, questionnaires, observation, documentation, and key-informant. As well as presenting the results of processing the data in tabular form. The theory used in this study the socio-economic factors that determine the socio-economic and basic concepts of perception. Based on this research, public relations Pangkalan Kerinci West Village neighborhood New canal either, be the one to keep the existence of the company PT.RAPP. Abstract

Industry is one business that created humans by managing natural resources to be something that could be useful to humans themselves. One industry that is made is that the brick industry including small and medium businesses, which include activities that transform basic goods or semi-finished goods or goods of less value to goods of higher value. Brick making has now spread including Indonesia, one of which is the city of Pekanbaru which has several brick industry, for example in RW 22 Sail Village Tenayan Raya Subdistrict which has 98 business owners bricks and 294 workers. Despite having differences, but the community RW 22 Village Sail Tenayan Raya Subdistrict live in harmony, including workers and owners of the bricks that have a concern with each other. if there is grief will come to visit to give comfort, if it held a celebration it would invite each other. The economic relations between the owner and the workers is also good, if they borrow money from the owner then they will make an agreement on the debt payment so there is no dispute.Keywords: business owners of bricks, brick workers, socio-economic relations

Abstract

This research was conducted in the Individual Life Insurance 1912 KPR Pekanbaru. These businesses engaged in services which compete to provide quality products and good service. With more and more competition in the insurance business makes Individual Life Insurance 1912 KPR Pekanbaru have to compete and survive in the business competition.This study aims to determine the SWOT analysis as the basis for the formulation of a strategy to compete in the Individual Life Insurance 1912 KPR Pekanbaru. This research is descriptive research with qualitative approach and data collection techniques performed by interviewing the parties involved in this study.From the results of SWOT analysis can be seen that there are several alternative strategies that can be used as a tool to win the competition, and the results of this analysis to formulate strategic alternatives for Individual Life Insurance 1912 KPR Pekanbaru long term.Keywords: SWOT analysis, alternative strategies

Abstract

Problems hearts Research singer is whether the quality of service and price effect Satisfaction of customers, as for the purpose Of Research Singer is to review determine the effect of service quality and price of Satisfaction of customers (Study PT. JNE (JNE) Pekanbaru. quality service and price as a variable (X1, X2) meanwhile customer satisfaction as the dependent variable (Y).The problem in this research is the number of customers who experienced fluctuations in Pekanbaru JNE, and in the last 4 years are not achieving the target of only acquired in 2013. The research sample taken as many as 93 respondents from the population is calculated using the formula slovin. Data obtained from the questionnaire and subsequently processed to then be tested with statistics through SPSS.From the results of tests carried out showed that the quality of service and price positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction at PT. JNE (Line NugrahaEkakurir) Pekanbaru. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis and partial regression analysis.Keywords: Service Quality, Price, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim to determine what factors affect the decrease in revenue at the Regional Company of Natuna Regency in 2012-2014. The problem in this research is the Regional Company has not been able to contribute optimally to increase PAD. While Natuna Regency has the potential of supporting natural resources to increase PAD. This research uses descriptive analysis method by using qualitative approach. This research is located in Natuna Regency Regional Company. Informants of this study are people who provide information relating to research problems. Data collection techniques used are Observation, interview, and documentation. Regional Company hereinafter referred to as Perusda is a Company which is part or all of the capital owned is owned by the Regional Government, whether derived from separated regional wealth or from APBD, which is managed with the capital wholly or in large part is the result of separated wealth. Regional Company of Natuna Regency is a regional business entity domiciled in Kota Ranai Natuna Regency, established based on Natuna Regency Regulation Number 2 Year 2004. Regional Company is engaged in the business of electricity subsidy, general trading business and services, and others. The Regional Company of Natuna Regency has enough natural resources potential to be developed. The causes of local companies have not been able to contribute in increasing the PAD are: (A) Stagnation Regional Business Field Company, The impact of stagnation of business activities Regional Company is the decline in corporate earnings. (B) The Dilemma of Regional Enterprise Management, Regional Company Management is faced with a difficult problem (dilemma) between applying professionalism with unhealthy organizational conditions. (C) Peruda's supervisory control, the weakness of the supervisory body actually occurs due to the lack of attention of supervisory bodies to the way of perusda. Abstract

Work Plan Department of Labor is a technical document which is the operational guidelines for the preparation of annual work program for the current year. While the function is as a guide in the management of the work to be more focused activities in accordance with the vision and mission of the District Government on the implementation of the Work Plan Karimun. Department of Labor Karimun is lack of budget for training, is not yet optimal for the protection of labor and the lack of infrastructure the Department of Labor Karimun. Objective: 1) To study and analyze how the implementation of the work plan on the Department of Labor Karimun 2) To determine the factors that affect the implementation of the work plan of the Department of Labor Karimun. Theoretical concepts using Nurcholis (2003) as a guideline research Implementation Evaluation 1) Input is the input required for the implementation of the policy, 2) process that is the policy formulated in the form of direct services, 3) The output is the result of the implementation of policies and 4) Outcomes ie an executor policies have a significant impact on the target group. The informants were taken from some employees Department of Labor Karimun. Population serve as informants for this study using qualitative research. The types and sources of data used primary data, ie data obtained directly from the respondents and secondary data, ie data obtained through reporting, books and records. Data collection technique used interview, observation, documentation. Data analysis techniques by means of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and draw conclusions. From the results obtained in the research work plan implementation Department of Labor Karimun how big objectives of the work plan can already covered or illustrated clearly that the implementation of this Renja still many obstacles or not everything went smoothly. At the Department of Labor Karimun impact on manpower development process, efforts to improve labor skills against free competition-based economy will be difficult to achieve and to create reciprocal government and society will be difficult to be realized. Factors that affect the implementation of the work plan delays the Department of Labor in 2014 Karimun Regency is located in Dana, Infrastructure, Communications and Resources. Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of service to customer loyalty at PT. ELTEHA Cargo Pekanbaru. Quality of Service as a Variable (X), and Customer Loyalty as a variable (Y).Method in this research is quantitative with SPSS program, where sample used is consumer of Elteha Cargo counted 100 respondents. The amount can already represent the population. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, and interviews.The result of this research conclude that service quality variable has significant influence to Customer Loyalty.Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Loyalty
