Abstract

This research aims to know the profile of the commuter society, social relations and commuter society activities in the Sibam River subdistrict of Tapung Kampar regency. This research uses descriptive quantitative method based on distribution of limited questions according to the theory that used. The subject of this study is specified by cluster sampling. This method is a technique of sampling in the form of special units such as religions, groups, tribes, nations. Cluster sampling did not choose individual as sample unit, but chose groves population as a member unit of the population based on the division of neighbourhood groups of commuter society who lives in the Sibam river as many as 65 commuters. The result of this research shows that the mostly of commuter have been domiciled in the hamlet of Sibam River. The commuter society profile is very diverse in terms of social background, economic aspects and the ownership of the asset. the pattern of public relations in commuter society is mechanics solidarity. There is a positive relations between commuter society with neighbors that called primary social relations. Then, relations between commuter with workers and with the chief in work place arguably the secondary social relations.Keywords: Profile, Commuter Society, Activity

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand how the role of one of these international organizations in achieving their goals of providing assistance, loans or capital that is used for economic development, especially in areas such as agricultural or farm. Furthermore, the coverage area will be described which includes the eastern Indonesian region which is a region that still need special attention welfare issues of society. In this case that would be the focus of the study authors is in the eastern Indonesian region of Papua. This research theoretically has built with Pluralism perspectives on International Relations and supported by International Organization theoryT.may Rudi and Role Theory. Formulation of all arguments, facts, and theoretical framework on this research is guided by qualitative explanation methods. Technique in this research is through by the study of library. Data which is gotten and collected through the journal books, the last thesis and then from internet has related to the problems. Researcher has formulated answered-hypothesis whic reveals the fact that the role of international fund for agricultural development in eastern Indonesia, especially Papua is as a facilitator and a source of funding or loans to the public so that in the area of Papua IFAD made 2 program, the National Program for Community Empowerment (PNPM) and Coastal Community Development Project (CCDP). Abstract

research was conducted at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Riau. The study is titled “Behavior of Student Consumption Bidikmisi Scholarship Year 2014-2016 at Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Riau”. The purpose of this research is to know the behavior of students in spending or utilizing Bidikmisi scholarship. The focus of this research is the influence of knowledge, perception and motivation of students in using Bidikmisi scholarship at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Riau. Samples from this study were 82 people drawn from the population with a 10% error rate. The data that has been collected will be encoded after that the data will be tabulated. The tabulated data will be analyzed and described descriptively quantitatively. Data instruments are observations, questionnaires and documentation.The research conducted found that there are three attitudes of respondents in using bidikmisi scholarship, that is as follows: Set aside or save, Almost all respondents use scholarship budget to save (95,1%). Research conducted found that respondents are aware of the needs of college that could have to be met suddenly. Spending at the beginning of the month, Only a portion of respondents (2.4%) are using a scholarship at the beginning of the month. When conducting the questionnaire, respondents revealed that they spent the scholarship budget at the beginning of the month. Spending by the end of the month, There are some respondents (2.4%) who spend their scholarships by the end of the month. Actually, the respondent may spend at the beginning of the month, but the respondent is reluctant because if it is spent at the end of the month it can be a little guard if there are other necessities that must be met at the beginning and middle of the month. Abstract

This research was conducted on July 20, 2016 at the launching of Community Gotong Royong Bulan Bakong Masyarakat (BBGRM) XIII and PKK 44th Day of PKK held at Taman Kota Bungin Koto Village, Kuantan Singingi. West Labuh Baru Subdistrict, Payung Sekaki District, Pekanbaru City get the highest award at Riau Province level. The community in West Labuh Baru village has implemented the spirit of Mutual Cooperation to build the region. This is one form of leadership success in managing the leadership of community leaders based on the spirit of mutual help in building the region.The purpose of this research is to know the leadership of Lurah in increasing the community participation in regional development and to know the leadership of Lurah in policy or development initiative in Sub-district of Labuh Baru Barat Kecamatan Payung Sekaki Pekanbaru City. The location of this research was conducted in West Labuh Baru Subdistrict, Payung Sekaki Sub District, Pekanbaru City. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study are interviews and documentation. Data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative data analysis.The results of this research Leadership Lurah in improving community participation in regional development in West Labuh New Village to approach the community using persuasive techniques in government leadership and communicative techniques in government leadership. Lurah leadership style run by H. Lukman Hakim, SP also shows the power style. In terms of using his power as Lurah, his leadership style implies a participatory or democratic style. The Leadership Initiative of the New West Labuh Village in Development, namely: Creating Community Activities, Physical Development Initiatives through Cooperation with Local Community Organizations (CSOs).Keywords: Leadership Village, Community Participation, Development.

Abstract

This research is a study of diplomacy which discussing about Russia's intervention process Reunification of the territory Moldova and Romania. The collapse of the Soviet Union in late 1980s surfaced a variety of movement due to the policy of political nationalism "Glasnost”. The nationalist movement emerged in the region of Moldova is the desire for the Reunification of Moldova with Romania. The process of Reunification Moldova come within the conflict, conflict arises from the region of Transnistria which is located to the East of Moldova who refuses to fears Reunification of Transnistria be minorities if Reunification occurs. War was not inevitable between Moldova and Transnistria Moldova Romania aided and assisted Russia Transnistria and Ukraine can beat Moldova and Transnistria are Defacto independence.In this research, the another uses the nation analysis level which focused on Russian intervention into Moldova region. This research uses a Neo-Realist perspective in internasional relation and uses theory conflict Wese Becker and intervention theory K.J Holsti.Transnistria conflict successfully thwarted an attempt Reunification of Moldova with Romania. Transnistria's independence de facto and Moldova can not embrace back Transnistria region. Abstract

Kampar regency has a high population with its main base in Bangkinang Kota. The large population of Kampar Regency is accompanied by the high number of four-wheeled vehicles and two wheels as a device to facilitate in carrying out daily activities. Personal vehicles require a temporary stop place with a certain period of time and left by the driver in the form of parking facilities. This is one of the potentials owned by the Bangkinang Kota from parking fees to support LOR (Local Own Revenue) managed by the Department of Transportation Kampar regency. The concept of theory used is the theory of Policy Implementation according to Van Meter and Van Horn in Agustino has (6) variables namely, objectives and targets of policies, resources, implementing characteristics, executor attitude, communication antaorganization and social / political / economic environment. Then for factors influencing policy implementation based on the findings or observations of authors at the scene. This research uses qualitative method with descriptive data assessment. The result of the research indicates that there are some obstacles in the implementation process of public roadside retribution policy in bangkinang kota such as insufficient human resources, public participation is not maximized, lack of firmness of parking coordinator in cracking down parking mistress. Then there are some obstacles found in the factors that influence the policy of public roadside retribution levies in the bangkinang kota such as supervision has not been maximized and socialization or banners of appeals that have not been effective.Keywords: Policy Implementation, Retribution, Public Roadside Parking

Abstract

This research aims to find out the implementation of community empowerment by district government of kuantan singingi through community-based drinking water and sanitation (PAMSIMAS) program at down stream of quantan, in terms of program implementation, program implementation, empowerment effort, training and education implementation, supervision and review and maintenance and improvement of program facilities. this research uses qualitative research methods with descriptive research type that can be interpreted as a problem-solving process in the investigation by describing the state of research subjects based on the facts found. this study found that community empowerment by district government of kuantan singingi through drinking water supply and community-based sanitation program (PAMSIMAS) in downstream kuantan has not been done well, due to lack of people's desire to do maintenance and maintenance of program construction facilities such as sanitation pipe which is leaking and damaged. this is caused the people less involved in the development process, so that people have less sense of ownership of existing facilities and infrastructure Keywords: community empowerment, pamsimas program

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and job placement tehadap employee performance at Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru. where proposed two independent variables and one dependent variable, namely recruitment and job placement as independent variables and employee performance as a dependent variable.This research method is descriptive and quantitative by using SPSS 21 program, where the sample used is employees of Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru with 78 respondents. For sampling technique using census method. Technique of collecting data through kusioner and interview.The results of analysis using the validity test, reliability test, detemination test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test, and f test so it can be seen that recruitment has a significant effect on employee performance, that work placements have significant effect on employee performance, recruitment and job placement have a significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

Bengkalis regency has many potentials with various tourism objects such as natural and cultural tourist attractions are quite interesting that can be developed further as national tourism objects, one of them is Pantai Pesona North Rupat sub-district of Bengkalis regency. The government has conducted promotional activities and provided infrastructure facilities but there still very limited so it needs more development strategies in order to increase the interest of tourists.The theory concept used in this research is Theory of Sondang P Siagian (2012), SWOT analysis. The method used in this research is qualitative method by using descriptive approach. Data will be collected by using interview and documentation techniques.The results of this study indicate that the development strategy which carried out by the government of Bengkalis regency has not been maximized. This is can be seen from the unavailability of adequate facilities and infrastructures. The factor are human resources and financial resources. In developing this tourism object, cooperation with related parties is needed, furthermore the government should improve the quality of work, especially in utilizing the time.Keywords: Strategy, Development, Tourism Object

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze how the policy of determining the room rate applied to the Hotel Aryaduta Pekanbaru.The method of this research is using kualitatif analysis method. Analysis in the research based in literature, observation, and direct interview with informan who consider able to provide informationrelation to problem examined.Room occupancy is increasing but income is not in accordance with the target revenue that has been set, therefore management need to consider and fix back the policy of setting room rate which have been applied at Hotel Aryaduta Pekanbaru.Keywords : Implementation, Room Rate Policy
