Abstract

Air is an important component in human life. Air quality is a buffer of thesurvival of not only plants and animals but also humans so that the compositionneeds to be maintained but now the air quality has changed its composition due to airpollution so it can not support life. Air pollution is one of the many problems faced byurban areas as well as in Pekanbaru City. The Government issued a decision on thecalculation and reporting and information of the Air Pollution Standards Index(ISPU). ISPUs are reports of air quality to the public to explain how clean orcontaminated our air is and how it affects our health after breathing in the air forseveral hours or days.Based on the decision of Environmental Impact Management Agency (Bapedal)Number KEP-107 / Kabapedal / 11/1997, ISPU delivery to the public can be donethrough mass media and electronics and boards in public places. Pollutants orairborne pollutants are usually converted into one index value displayed on theseairborne stations can be either public awareness or public warning.The purpose of this research is to know how Optimizing Function Board AirPollution Standard Index (ISPU) by Environment and Sanitation Office of PekanbaruCity. This research was conducted by using qualitative research method, withdescriptive data assessment. In data collection, researchers used interviewtechniques, observation, literature study and documentation.The results of this study indicate that the Office of the Environment andSanitation of Pekanbaru City has issued a policy of procurement of Air PollutionStandards Index (ISPU). But the function of the Air Pollution Standards Index (ISPU)is still less than optimal. Abstract

Job analysis has a very important role in Human Resource Management for achieving the organization main goal. From the analysis of these positions then the organization will be able to determine characteristics such as what should be owned by prospective employees before taking a position, the output in the form job spesification and descriptions. This research was conducted at the district Secretariat Bengkalis in order to determine how the analysis of the structural position in Bengkalis district Secretariat and to determine the factors that become obstacles in the analysis positions at the district Secretariat Bengkalis. This study uses theory Moekijat (2010) with qualitative research methods. In conducting the data collection data collection techniques used observation and interview to the informant research. After the data is collected and the conclusions drawn and analyzed using descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques. The conclusion of this research is the analysis of structural positions at the district Secretariat Bengkalis been good, but there are some things that have not been implemented optimally. In the job spesification, there are the employees who are placed in areas that do not correspond with the educational background and to the position description is also already well as good working conditions. Constraints faced by the Secretariat of the district Bengkalis in job analysis lack the skills and capabilities of the employess in accordance with the position they occupy causes the task that can not be resolved properly and experience related to the position hel by the employees is nit fully associated with the position they occupy now. The author suggested to the district Secretariat Bengkalis order in Human Resorces planning by hail job analysis so that the formation of professional personnel in carrying out their duties.Keywords: job analysis, job spesification, job description

Abstract

In keeping with the S-R (Stimulus-Response) which basically express their reaction to the result of the stimulus which in this case is given by the mass media. There is a close link between media messages with the reaction or response from the audience. This means that the stimulus / television advertising on television advertising to the organism / consumer will produce a response. The purpose of this research is to determine how much Effect Typical Person Endorser in Lifebuoy Soap Ads More Sophisticated against Purchase Decision On Housewife in Kelurahan Simpang Baru Kecamatan Tampan. The method used in this research is quantitative method with a profound observation, researchers collected data using questionnaires. The location of this research in Kelurahan Simpang Baru Kecamatan Tampan. The total sample for this study of 100 respondents were obtained from the formula Slovin, and the sampling itself using accidental sampling technique. To find out how much the relationship between the two variables, the researchers use Person Product Moment correlation analysis. As for the data processing questionnaires, conducted using Statistic Program Product Of Service Solution (SPSS) Windows version 18. These results indicate that the effect of the Endorser Typical Person Lifebuoy Soap Ads More Sophisticated against Purchase Decision On Housewife in Kelurahan Simpang Baru Kecamatan Tampan, , That the value of R = 0.074 and coefficient of determination (Rsquare) is 0,005 result of squaring the correlation coefficient of 0.074 x 0.074. The figure shows the understanding that the contribution of variables influence the use of typical person on purchasing decisions obtained is 5% with a very weak effect category. Abstract

Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) Programa 1 Pekanbaru has popular program of community empowerment that is Kampung Radio. by the strong competition and rapid development of society, RRI seeks to present information about the problems and potentials that exist in the community environment, with expecation of society to more sensitive and get the initiative to become a more independent society. Thus this study aims to find out how the management of production on broadcasting Kampung Radio of Radio Republik Indonesia Pro 1 Pekanbaru in empowering the society of Pekanbaru.This research uses qualitative method. The object of research is the production management program broadcast kampung radio of radio republic Indonesia pro 1 Pekanbaru in empowering people of Pekanbaru city. Research subjects consist of planning team, show director, presenter and two listeners or community involved in production, determined by purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview and documentation.The results of this study show that RRI implements 4 stages in production management of broadcast radio program, First, Planning, including location planning, content / topic planning and cost planning. Second, Organizing. For all working relatives in charge placed in accordance with their respective expertise. Thirdly, Actuating is the whole work relative in accordance with the task specified in the program meeting. Fourth, Controlling. The supervision is divided into three phases: initial supervision conducted before broadcasting, middle supervision, supervision during broadcasting and final supervision. All series of processes is a form of production management process of broadcasting of radio program in the empowerment of urban community Pekanbaru.Keywords: Management, Radio, Production, Broadcasting

Abstract

This study aims to partially and simultaneously influence. Managerial, Institutional Ownership, and Profitability to Debt Policy. Where independent variable in this research is rival managerial, institutional, and profitability dependent variable. The sample used is secondary data derived from the financial statements of Chemical Manufacturing Companies Listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange(BEI) Period 2009-2014. Samples were taken by purposive sampling and samples that met the selection criteria. Sample used as many as 5 companies.Based on the results of t test that compares the value of t tables obtained for 2.055 with t arithmetic or p value with α (0.05). Lacking the results of managerial scope is not biased against the debt policy on the sample company. This is evidenced by the value of t arithmetic of -1.285 and p value 0.201. Negative and significant institutional ownership of debt policy in sample companies. Evidenced by the value of t arithmetic of -2.188 and p value 0.038. Profitability and negative towards. Evidenced by the value of t arithmetic of -3.379 and p value 0.002.Based on F test results that compare the value of f table can be as much as 2.96 with F arithmetic or Pvalue with α (0,05). Simultaneous results between Managerial, Institutional Ownership, and Profitability to Debt Policy at sample company, This is evidenced by the value of F count of 6.846 and p value of 0.005.Keywords : managerial ownership, institutional institution, profitability, debt policy

Abstract

This research aim to analyze the Australia’s Interest in the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership both political and economic interest on it. Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership is a form of free trade agreement comprising 10 ASEAN countries and 6 ASEAN FTA partners.The data used in this study is a secondary data. Secondary data was obtained trough library research and search online media research. The writter used liberalism perspective and State level of analysis as a reference to analyze the interest of Australia in the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership. This study also uses the theory of National Interest related to the Australia interest.The result of this research is the Australia aim to improve the political economy of Australia trough integrating the cooperations between Australia and another Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership countries that already exist to minimalize the barrier in order to achieve the National Interest of Australia and maximazing the opportunity.Keywords : Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership, Australia Interest, Political Economy.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Kecamatan Dayun. The purpose of this research is to know knowing forms of Siat Siak polite leadership style at Kecamatan Dayun. The focus of this research is the influence of leadership style on discipline level of Sabhara members in Police at Kecamatan Dayun. Sampling technique in this research is Census Method which means all population will be Respondent. and set a total sample of 47 people. The author uses quantitative methods and Instruments data is observation, questionnaires and documentation. The study found that Respondents of Sabak Village Sabhara Respondents respond to autocratic leadership is firmly (51.1%) but with the form of invisible authoritarian leadership style in the current period because the leader of Sabhrara is currently firm but not to cause the element of coercion and excessive pressure to members when doing duty service. Members of sabhara respond to democratic leadership, leaders have an open nature (80.9%) with democratic democratic leadership. Members of sabhara respond to permissive leadership in fixed position (53.2%) with permissive leadership because according to the respondent is not unlike someone who is not fixed its establishment. The contribution of variable use of leadership style to the level of discipline obtained is 66% with 60% coefficient interval - 79.99% level categories have a strong effect. That is, a significant influence between Sabhara Siak's Leadership Style on Sabhara Member Working Discipline in Siak District Police Dayun Sub-district is influenced by 66% with strong influence category. Abstract

This research explains the Impact of United States arms trade cooperation against Taiwan economic improvement. The consequences of the Korean war brought the United States into an agreement with the Taiwanese government of the Mutual Defense Treaty (1954) to assist Taiwan in tackling the threat of Tiongkok. Since then the United States has provided much economic and military aid to Taiwan for defense and security and the future of Taiwan's development. Over time the United States supplied large quantities of military equipment to Taiwan in anticipation of Tiongkok. The method used in this research is descriptive, qualitative. The data obtained comes from books, journals, theses, articles, internet sites and other sources related to research. The focus of this research is on whether the impact of US and Taiwan arms trade cooperation on Taiwan's economy. The perspective I use is a neo-liberalist perspective, the theory of international political economy. The impact of the US arms trade cooperation with Taiwan on an increasing investment that could allow Taiwan's industry in developing weapons, the renewal of the armaments. The Americans also provide Taiwan with enough military weapons and communication devices. Abstract

Hypnotherapy is an alternative treatment lie using hypnosis as part of healing process with the aim to uncover the client’s psychological problems applied in Glow Mind Clinic Hypnotherapy Pekanbaru since it’s establishment in 2010 ago. Therapist uses the consultation to find out the cause of the anxiety disorder to determine the suggestion to be implanted in the client’s subconscious mind. Communication is an important part and the main thing in implementing hypnotherapy is therapeutic communication. The purpose of this study was to look at the therapeutic communication phases that were applied in the Glow Mind clinic.The method in this research is qualitative that describes the purpose of research and interpreted interpretively. Informants in this research are Main Therapist, Backup Therapist, Admin and 4 client with purposive technique. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation with data validity techniques using extension of participation and triangulation.The results showed that therapists in carrying out therapeutic communication to clients anxiety disorder in Glow Mind Clinic Hypnotherapy Pekanbaru done through several stages. In the pre-interaction phase the therapist collects information about the client and devises a way to build interpersonal relationships with the clients he will face by practicing an attitude of openness, empathy, supportive attitude, positive attitudes and equality that can build the effectiveness of interpersonal communication. In the orientation phase the therapist will familiarize themselves with the client by showing a friendly and open attitude, the goal is to open up each other and build a relationship of trust. At the work phase, the therapist will explore deeper information about the anxiety disorder of the client by implementing some therapeutic communication techniques, such as: listening, silence, giving open questions, repeating and clarifying, focusing, summarizing, informing, offering. In the termination phase, the therapist will give advice to the client to remind suggestions already implanted in the client's unconscious mind.Keywords: therapeutic communication, hypnotherapy, therapist and client
