Abstract

The country of Indonesia insisted in the storm with the action of the bombing. At the end of 2016 yesterday, Indonesia was again shaken by the emergence of a Molotov cocktail action that took place in front of the East Kalimantan Samarinda Oikumene Church. The bomb blast occurred on November 13, 2016. The bombing event that injured 4 children, one of whom died from burns in the suffering reached 78%. The bomb incident did not escape the media spotlight, not least the online media. Similarly, kompas.com and tempo.co always preach this case in a series every day.This research is a qualitative research with approach of framing analysis model of Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Koscki by using constructionist theory. The object of research in this study are news related to the case of Samarinda bombs at kompas.com and Tempo.co taken in a series each day based on different topics from November 13, 2016 - November 20, 2016.Based on the results of this study, it appears that the attitude kompas.com more positive image of the police, this can be seen from the news raised as telling about the success of the police arrested the suspected Church bombing in Samarinda, then the success of the police captured the brains of Samarinda bombers, Then found evidence in the form of an ISIS flag stating that the perpetrator is connected with ISIS. Tempo.co reporters also highlight the positive image of the police, ranging from the arrest of the main perpetrators of Samarinda bombs, investigations, to the establishment of 7 suspects but on the other hand tempo.co provide opportunities for readers to convey criticism. Abstract

This study consisted of two variables, namely learning morals aqidah (variable X) on behavior (ethics, manners and morals) students (variable Y). This study aims to determine the effect on behavior of learning aqidah morals (ethics, manners and morals) students in Madrasah Aliyah East Kampar. While the problem is there any influence aqidah learning morals on behavior (ethics, manners and morals) students in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri East Kampar. This research subject and object is XII class is learning aqidah morals. The population is all students of class XII, because its population is less than 100 then the sample is all population of 75 people. Data collection methods that I use is observation, questionnaires and dokumantasion, to analyze the data, the author uses descriptive quantitative presented in tabular form and then described in detail later in the analysis with a simple linear regression, based on the results and analysis of data. The existence of significant influence between learning aqidah character of the behavior student in Madrasah Aliyah Kampar country east. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the programs and the factors that thread to attending empowerment program in Kepenghuluan Bagan Batu Barat Bagan Sinembah Distric of Rokan Hilir Regency that doing by Community Empowerment (BAPEMAS) Rokan Hilir Regency. This research occurs at the Kepenghuluan Bagan Batu Barat Bagan Sinembah distric Rokan Hilir Regency. This research using qualitative method. The data collection techniques in this study using the technique of in-depth interviews and documentation and the data obtained from the study site will be processed and analyzed further by way of outlining the facts which has been found from the study site.From the interview to the informant and based on the data and information obtained by researchers when doing research on-site research, it can be concluded that the Empowerment program conducted in Kepenghuluan Bagan by Community Empowerment (BAPEMAS) has not been implemented optimally, there are still some obstacles in its implementation, both internally and externally. Inhibiting factors internal include: infrastructure is inadequate, lack of Human Reseources, there is postphone program, lack of coordination, lack of expert people, while factors external lack motivation of the society, officer is inaduquate, lack of Human Resources that Expert, the economic community unoptimal.Keywords: Empowerment, Empowerment Program, Factors on the Program

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility to the image of plantation companies (survey on the recipient community of PTPN V csr program in Kecamatan Lubuk Dalam, Kabupaten Siak Sri Indrapura). Corporate social responsibility as a variable (X) and corporate image as a variable (Y).The method in this research is quantitative with SPSS program, where the sample used is Kecamatan Lubuk Dalam that is as much as 99 respondents. In accordance with opinion (Roscoe, 2009) that the appropriate size in the study is 30 to 500. That number can already represent the population. Technique of collecting data through questionnaire.The result of this research concludes that Corporate Social Responsibility variable has a significant effect on Company Image PTPN V Unit Kebun Lubuk Dalam.

Abstract

Kampung Tua Tanjung Uma is an old village in Batam City. Land conflict occur in Kampung Tua Tanjung Uma, between the Kampung Tua Tanjung Uma’s society, Badan Pengusahaan Batam (BP Batam), and the third party. The purpose of this research is to knows first, how Kampung Tua’s land management, second, the causes of land conflict in Kampung Tua Tanjung Uma, and third, actors who have a role in handling Kampung Tua Tanjung Uma land conflicts and how is the role of those actors.The kind of this research is descriptive qualitatuve research methods. Location of this research conducted in Kampung Tua Tanjung Uma Kecamatan Lubuk Baja Kota Batam Provinsi Kepulauan Riau. The thecniques of data collection is done by interview and documentation. While data analysis done by analyzing results of interview and documentation.The result of this research and study about Konflik Lahan Kampung Tua Tanjung Uma Kecamatan Lubuk Baja Kota Batam Provinsi Kepulauan Riau Tahun 2004-2016, can be concluded that Kampung Tua’s land management in Batam City is ruled by Badan Pengusahaan Batam (BP Batam) because Keppres Nomor 41 Tahun 1973 is still valid. The cause of land conflicts is because legality of Kampung Tua land is unclear and the process of determination the land area not being agreed between Kampung Tua Tanjung Uma’s society, Badan Pengusahaan Batam (BP Batam), and Pemerintah Kota Batam. Actors who take a role in handling conflicts are Pemerintah Kota Batam, Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kota Batam, Lembaga Adat Melayu Kota Batam, and Rukun Khazanah Warisan Batam. The role conducted done by mediator and facilitator, and Rukun Khazanah Warisan Batam also take a role to accomodate Kampung Tua’s society in Batam City.Keywords: Conflicts, Land Conflicts, Kampung Tua Tanjung Uma

Abstract

After the crisis hit Europe in 2009, there was a massive Euro capital movement to Swiss causing the overvaluation of the Franc against the Euro which threatened the Swiss economic growth, because Swiss is an exporter country. To save the economy of Swiss, Swiss National Bank announced to set minimum exchange rate at CHF 1.20 per euro in 2011. The policy was successfully boosting the economic growth rate, and preventing the threat to the Swiss export sector from 2011-2014, but without any domestic financial crisis and prior notice, on 15 January 2015, Swiss announced to unpeg the Euro and deliberately weakened its economic growth projection from 1,8% to 0,5% in 2015. This policy was taken after swiss announced its commitment to keep the peg on December 2014 media news conference of Swiss National Bank. So the question arises about why the Swiss unpegged the Franc currency against the Euro in 2015.This research is using liberalism perspective, Liberals believe that states can work together mutually benefited and all the policies they made ultimately to ascertain free trade can work properly. The author used price specie flow mechanism theory by David Hume with the level of the nation-state analysis. This theory emphasize that the goal of monetary policy is the economic balance and stability. This research applying qualitative methods and library research, with the sources are from books, journals, official publications, articles, news, and internet.This research shows that Swiss unpegged the Franc-Euro currency to prevent the risk of domestic economic instability due to the failure of the European Union to overcome the Euro crisis. In the ongoing situation of the European economic crisis and the pegging policy creating an economic bubble that could be ruptured as triggered by hyperinflation.Keyword: Peg, Monetary Policy , Currency, Overvaluation, Economic Growth

Abstract

Serombou Stone House is one of the existing attractions in Rokan Hulu district. Serombou this is due to problems in the existing facilities in the tourist attraction Serombou stone house. Serombou Stone House has the lowest rate of visits in comparison with other attractions in rokan hulu district. This research was conducted to determine the response of visitors to the facilities contained in the tourist attraction. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this research includes all visitors who come to the Object of Batu Serombou House of Rokan Hulu Regency in 2016, which amounted to 1,806 people. The researcher used an accidental sampling technique to determine the number of samples. Methods of data collection are questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation. . The data measurement technique uses Likert Scale. Research shows that the facilities in the tourist attraction conditions are not in accordance with the expectations of visitors. Abstract

This research is based on the shift of lion dance tradition in bagansiapi-api city. Problem formulation in this research are: (1) "How is the social system of lion dance tradition in Chinese society of town of fire?" (2) "How is the shift in lion dance tradition in the city of fire-fire?". This research aims to Know Social system in Chinese tradition, This research is done at Buddhasakyamuni Buddhist temple and Buddhasasana in june 2017. This research is qualitative research which become population in this research is young character of Chinese and Chinese society figure. the sample in this study was taken based on interview technique. Where the place taken into the sample is where the lion barongsai training in the monastery and interviewed him with questions that have been prepared in accordance with the formulation of the problems that have been determined. based on the results of research indicates that there is a variety of knowledge about beliefs that have different opinions about history, previous beliefs and get a response about the shift that occurred in lion dance. thus the hypothesis that there is a social system within the barongsai is very influential for each other so that a shift can occur in the city temple bagapiapiapi.Keyword : Barongsai tradition in the life of Chinese society

Abstract

This journal aims to determine the interest of United Kingdom for leaving European Union in 2016. The problems were started when United Kingdom’s Prime Minister, David Cameron, explained the situation of United Kingdom position within European Union that United Kingdom wanted European Union to be reformed and if it’s necessary, United Kingdom could leave the European Union. This was staggering because the United Kingdom and European Union relationship was really well since the European Single Market was established. In order to explain the problems, author uses the national interest theory. In this research there are four independent variables which is explained in chapter three, and three dependent variables which is explained in chapter four. From the research, author founds that United Kingdom left the European Union because there were policies made by European Union which could bring harm to the sovereignty of United Kingdom.Keywords: National Interest, United Kingdom Referendum

Abstract

This paper is a bilateral trade study that provides an analysis of the Cooperation of two countries in the fulfillment of needs and achieve their national interests. The researcher focused on Indonesia's Importance of Importing orange fruits from China. For Indonesia's local orange production is less, the production of crude in Indonesia in 2014 is only 1.93 million tons. While Indonesia imports from China as much as 3.5 million tons in 2015, so not much national production of orange Indonesia and not yet meet the national needs. And this is the main reason why Indonesia keeps importing orange fruits from China.This paper uses theory of International Trade, in this case the theory of trade/ comparative because there is competition in this orange fruit in the Indonesian market originating from China with local oranges, so it takes a significant Indonesian government policy in the process of buying and selling Chinese orange fruit and fruits Local oranges. Supported by National Nation's analysis level and Liberalism Perspective. The concept leads to qualitative methods and field studies and is assisted by literature studies as a source of information.Indonesia's bilateral relationship with China is definitely China's largest trading partner in Indonesia. Seen from the trade value of 47 billion dollars in 2016. The number of exports is smaller than the amount of imports indicates that for citrus commodities, the state of Indonesia for its domestic consumption is still dependent on imports from other countries.
