Abstract

Khazanah Trans7 is one of the educative and informative programs that provide important and interesting information related to the Islamic world. Impressions containing excerpts and illustrations relating to the theme shown and accompanied by verses of al-quran and hadithThis research uses qualitative descriptive method, while the object of the research is the production of Khazanah Program 7 Trans and the subject of research includes employees who are members of the Khazanah production team. Data collection techniques used were interview, observation and also documentation.The results of this study show Khazanah apply 4 stages in the production management program, namely: First, Planning (Planning), including content planning, cost, means, and time. Second, Organizing (Organizing) For the entire team on duty placed in accordance with the expertise of each respectively. Third, Pengarahanyang conducted is to provide direction to the team in the production and post production. Fourth, Controlling The supervision is divided into three phases: supervision of material conducted before the coverage process, supervision at the time of production and supervision at the time of pre production. Abstract

This study aims to examine the strengthening of community capacity on the development of tourism object in Padang Melang Beach, Batu Berapit Village, where to encourage acceleration of regional tourism development realized through Anambas Islands Regent Regulation No. 34.a Year 2014 on the Guidance of Tourism Destination of Excellence in Anambas Islands Article 5 paragraph (3) has determined two strategic areas namely:A. Padang Melang Beach Area in Jemaja Sub-District; B. Temburun Waterfall Area in East Siantan District. Furthermore, through the Head of Department of Tourism Ministry of Youth and Sports Ministry of Anambas Islands no. 29 of 2014 on the Establishment of Village Tourism Area Anambas Islands District is a form of community empowerment, which supports the creation of an independent community that has the capacity related to the development of attractions in Padang Melang Beach in order to achieve prosperity. In analyzing and explaining the results of this study, the authors use qualitative research and analysis in this study using qualitative data analysis. The results of research on strengthening the capacity of the community on the development of attractions in Padang Melang Beach Batu Berapit Village shows that: 1. The determinant actors in the development of tourism object in Padang Melang Beach are the Regional Government of Anambas Islands District as the makers and implementers of the policy, the private sector / capital owners as the supporting providers of resources or facilitators and the community as internal actors directly involved in tourism development. 2. Relationship Cooperation between components or the deciding actors is still less than optimal. Due to the lack of support from external actors namely the government in empowering the community and has not involved the private sector / owners of capital as a supporter that helps the problem of providers of reliable human resources and adequate funds.Keywords: Strengthening Community Capacity, Tourism Development

Abstract

The regency is a division Kampar, which was established by Act No. 53 of 1999. Initially composed of four sub-district. Subdistrict Pangkalan Kerinci is the capital of Pelalawan. Basically the success of an election is determined by several things these include the voter, which is one characteristic of a democratic government that is a government based on community participation.The concept of the theory that researchers use is participation. said participation comes from the word to Participate, which can be interpreted to participate. According Tosun participation can create community, the various activities, both local and national scale. Participation means participation of a person or group of people in the development process in the form of a statement.This study uses qualitative research methods with an assessment of descriptive data. In collecting the data, researchers use interviewing techniques, observation and studikepustakaan. By using key informants and informant as a supplementary source of information.The results of this study indicate that factors affecting the low turnout in the election of the Regent and Vice Regent in the District of Pangkalan Kerinci Pelalawan are technical factors, employment, socialization, administrative factors and political factors.Keywords: Causes Low Voter Participation

Abstract

This paper aims to determine Efforts of Local Government in Improving Education in Remote Indigenous Communities Village Sesap District of Tebing Tinggi District Meranti Islands Year 2011 - 2014 and Factors - Factors hindering the efforts of Local Government in Improving Education in Remote Indigenous Communities Village Sesap District of Tebing Tinggi District Meranti Islands in 2011 - 2014. the research method used in this study with the type of case studies and field research. The research approach with a qualitative approach to the type of data used primary data and secondary data, the data sources obtained from the informant research, mass media, and documentation. Data were collected by interview, and search document, and then analyzed by the case method and field research to learn intensively about the background of current affairs and environmental interactions appropriate social unit. The results showed that the efforts of Local Government in Improving Education in Remote Indigenous Communities Village sesap still not optimal because there are still so many people the Remote Indigenous Communities that do not follow the program package A, B and program Functional Literacy and Skills Functional in Center Community Learning Center, and scholarships for poor students is not used well by the parents, by used for daily needs and not used for their children school supplies, local government should be more selective again making policy these scholarships , While a student hostel tribal / KAT is not functioning optimally because only a few KAT who want to continue schools and stay in this hostel, the local government should further improve the dissemination make the community more aware of the importance of education / schooling, in order to motivate and sensitize the parents on Remote Indigenous Communities this will be the importance of education of their children, due to lack of education caused ignorance the parents.Keywords: Effort, Education, Remote Indigenous Communities

Abstract

This research analyzes the trade of Indonesian’s cocoa export cooperation to Japan after there is Indonesia-Japan Economic Partnership Agreement (IJEPA). Trade of Indonesian’s cocoa export has not yet become the main importir state for Japan. Besides that, the import policy that is implemented by Japan’s government is still felt as hindrance for Indonesian in entering Japan’s market. The policy is plant protection act and food sanitation act. Based on plant protection act, cocoa product such as raw cocoa beans must accompanied with Phytosanitary Certificate with the suitable format from International Plant Protection from origin state that reveals that the import product doesn’t contain desease bactery and harm. Meanwhile, based on food sanitation act, the import product must fill standard limit rule of chemistry component including in positive list that is done by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare in Japan.The research methode that is used by the writer is the analyze descriptive. It is research methode that is used to describe or systematically a moment or problem that become study topic systematically and rely on analyze against the events from sequence perspective and data arrangement. In the implementation, this methode limits not only in collecting and data arrangement, but also analyze and interpretation against those data. The Indonesian’s cocoa export trade to Japan influence fluctuation. Therefore Indonesian still keeps doing effort in increasing cocoa export to Japan. Abstract

This research that the study of diplomacy and strategy analyzes about Indonesian government's efforts in maintaining the border region Indonesia-Vietnam years (2010-2014). The purpose of this research is to explain about general conditions Indonesia-Vietnam defence, the condition of Indonesia-Vietnam border region, and Indonesian government’s efforts in maintaining the border region Indonesia-Vietnam years (2010-2014).Indonesia-Vietnam border lies between the Sekatung island and Condore island in South China Sea. Indonesian government attempted to keep the border region because Sekatung Island is one of the outer islands are disturbed to conflict. Moreover Indonesia has border issues with Vietnam. The problems that Indonesia has not been completed entire sea border agreement with Vietnam and the violation of the territorial sovereignty (illegal fishing) which is rife in the waters of Natuna Islands. That problems in Indonesia-Vietnam border, it will threaten the national security and defense Indonesia.This research used qualitative methods which is done by explanning the case based on existing facts. The techniques used to collects data to study the case to library research in the form of journals, books, official documen, article, and website. The theoretical framework applied in this research are realism perspective, security concept, nation-state analysis and national security theory. National security is a form of a country's ability to provide a protection for each country from external threats indication. Abstract

The city of Pekanbaru as a metropolis has a lot of strategic places to install billboards, both billboards and boards and even more sophisticated that is a giant Laser Compact Disk (LCD) screen or also called megatron billboard. Currently, many unresolved billboard issues, ranging from illegal billboard issues that do not have a license until advertisement tax acceptance, so as to reduce the Original Regional Income.The purpose of this study is to know the implementation of Pekanbaru City Government Policy About Reklame Tax Year 2015-2016 and to know the obstacles in Policy Implementation Pekanbaru City Government About Reklame Tax Year 2015-2016. The method used in this research is Qualitative Research Method. The subjects in this study are the Head of Tax Division, Head of Sub Division of Advertising Tax, Ground Water, Street Lighting and Non-Metal Mineral, Sub Division Staff of Advertisement Tax, Ground Water, Street Lighting and Non-Metal Mineral and Advertisement Users in Soekarno-Hatta street Kecamatan Tampan.The result of the research shows that the implementation of Pekanbaru City Government Policy on advertisement tax of 2015-2016 can be said to be less well, firstly, the communication is not good enough. Secondly, the resources in the implementation of policy of this regulation is still lacking, the lack of human resources and facilities supporters in the implementation of the policy of this regulation. Third, the bureaucratic structure in the implementation of the policy of this law has not gone well. Fourth, in terms of disposition itself has gone well. So, it can be concluded that the implementation of policy Perda Pekanbaru City No. 4 of 2011 About Reklame Tax has not gone well. The obstacles in Pekanbaru City Government Policy Implementation on the advertisement tax of 2015-2016 are the insufficient number of supervisory officers from Bapeda, the limited operational vehicle and the lack of public awareness to manage the advertisement permit.Keywords: Implementation, Advertising Tax

Abstract

Climbing the mountain is an heavy activity and generally doing by men. But also was interested by women right now. This activity not only doing by men but also women. Nowadays women mountaineer could seeing from the media aplication is instagram account @pendakicantik. The purpose of this research is to find out the motives. The meaning of women mountaineer who showing by instagram account @pendakicantik.He method of this research is with kualitatif reasearch. Informan of this research consist of five women which is came from Komunitas Penggiat Riau who was choosing by purposive sampling. The technique of data's collection is by deeply interview, observation and documentation.Result of the research Komunitas Penggiat Riau show the motive consist of because love the beauty of nature, as an entertainment, love the challenge, and as adding the experience. The other motive is in order to motive, that purpose is to dispense hobby and looking for other friends. The meaning of women mountaineer by Komunitas Penggiat Riau is strong women and independent. The meaning women mountaineer by instagram account @pendakicantik is the pretty women and motivate the other women to do that activity.

Abstract

Unlicensed mining (PETI) is a serious problem, so the supervision of Unlicensed Mining (PETI) in Cerenti Sub-district requires the integration of resources or involving many parties in Cerenti Sub-district, especially the sub-district government apparatus. Various methods have been undertaken in the supervision of Unlicensed Mining (PETI) by Cerenti District Integrated Team. The problems of this research are (1) What is the capability of the sub-district government apparatus in the supervision of Unlicensed Mining (PETI) in Cerenti Sub-district Kuantan Singingi District? The purpose of this research are (1) to know the capability of sub-district government apparatus in supervision of Unlicensed Mining (PETI) in Cerenti Sub-district Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research method is qualitative research method with phenomenology approach.The conclusion of this research mentioned that the implementation of supervision of Unlicensed Mining (PETI) in Cerenti District is not yet maximal, but the implementation of Unsecured Mining (PETI) supervision has been in accordance with the Decision Letter of Regent Number 13 Year 2013 regarding the establishment of Integrated Team. However, the lack of follow-up done by the kecamatan is due to the absence of special budget and other supporting training which can assist in the implementation of Unsecured Mining (PETI) supervision in Cerenti Sub-district.Keywords: Supervision, Unlicensed Mining

Abstract

Immigration is the movement of people from one country to another. Many factors cause immigration to occur. Refugees as people who take human rights protection to other countries and wait for a third country. Indonesia is one of the destinations for asylum seekers and refugees, and Pekabaru is one of the refugee shelters. Afghan refugees are the largest refugees in Pekanbaru and In Rumbai District. The existence of inhibiting interaction with local community and refugees one of them difference of language. The negative public view of the refugeesThe type of research is descriptive qualitative with phenomenology approach. Based on field facts through observation, interview and documentation. Research subjects are some Afghan refugees in Rumbai District are 4 people who have been in Pekanbaru at 1-4 years in Refugee status. This study focuses on exploration in the informant's communication experience. For the purposes of this study are proposed the following three questions: (1) What is the experience of Afghan refugee communication in Rumbai Sub-district (2) What is the Afghan refugee self image in Rumbai District (3) What is the Afghan refugee self-esteem in Rumbai District.The results of this research show that communication experience is categorized into two, ie, enjoyable communication experience and unpleasant communication experience. The self-image of Afghan refugees is both positive and negative, reflected in their self-image, self-image, personality, self as refugees and self-reliance on the basis of others. Afghan refugees' self-esteem from four informants, three have positive self-esteem and one person has negative self-esteem.Keywords: Refugees, Communication Experience, Self Image, Self Esteem
