Abstract

Tourism is one of the country's foreign exchange sources aside from the oil and gas sector potential and have the sangan large participation in building an economy that is currently pertumbuhannnya is still very slow. The tourism sector in Indonesia can still be developed with greater maximum again. The development of the tourism sector performed well will be able to attract domestic and foreign tourists to come and spend their money in the activities of berwisatanya. Of the transaction that is the community tourist areas will be elevated levels of her life as well as the State will get foreign exchange from foreign tourists exchanging currency the country with dollars.This research uses descriptive analysis with qualitative research, which emphasizes the way of view, way of life, or the taste of the disclosure of the conviction of the community with regard to issues that are examined the data, in the research the author uses descriptive research method.Based on the results of the research that researchers are doing that the Department of culture and tourism District of Kuantan Singingi should be able to manage tourism Regency kuantan singingi properly falls thunders ar tourism especially gemurai. In order for the implementation of the strategy of the promotion of tourism on the water thunders erjun gemurai this can be done by the Department of culture and tourism district of kuantan singingi in increasing the number of tourists visit and can have the prestige which is equivalent to tour the runway path, then the thing to do is to do a better promotion and build a good denngan the cooperation of various parties.

Abstract

This research is based on the fact that the unemployment rate in the downstream rokan district increases every year. This is due to the economy, thinking and nature of job seekers, low education. This study aims to determine employment by the downstream district of labor offices. this research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach, observation, interview and documentation. The technique of collecting research subjects is by using purposive sampling technique, from this technique obtained key infoman, which consists of heads of information on labor distribution and training, head of labor inspection, head of industrial sector, head of labor distribution, head of personnel training section work, staff in the field of labor supervision. 1 Member of Rokan Hilir Regency DPRD, 1 person training in labor. Observations, interviews and documentation are data collection techniques conducted by researchers. the results of the research conducted through interviews and field observations and then analyzed can be concluded that the employment of the downstream Regency Manpower Office in the Category has been sufficiently optimal, for reasons including the Rokan Hilir District Manpower Office only implementing 6 activities or 6 indicators from 11 activities or 11 research indicators according to Rokan Hilir District Regulation No. 8 of 2014 concerning Managing employment and employment services must optimize the implementation of the labor market and online exchanges and for the government parties must carry out more frequent training in labor, and communicate with the private sector or companies to establish good relations. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know how the performance of State Civil Service Apparatus Office of Dinas Koperasi UKM Transmigrasi Dan Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Rokan Hulu (Case Study of Regent Regulation No.18 of 2011) and to To know the factors that affect the performance of Civil State Apparatus Office of Dinas Koperasi UKM Transmigrasi Dan Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Rokan Hulu (Case Study of Regent Regulation No.18 of 2011). Data analysis method used in this research adlah descriptive qualitative analysis method. Data collection technique in accordance with the problems faced by this problem is done data collection techniques in the form of interew, observation and documentation on the main and additional information. Based on the results of the discussions that have been described on the performance of the worker running maximally it has been trying to carry out its main duties correctly even though there is an indication that it has not been optimally caused by the implementation policy which resulted in employees not having more time than before in serving the community.Keywords: Employee Performance, Regent Regulation

Abstract

The development of various aspects of social, economic and health life is very influential in managing social conditions in society such as the ability of individuals to survive and be able to be in the flow of community development. The role and potential of individuals in society are also assessed from the social adaptability of individuals to be accepted and able to survive in the life of the community. This self potential is not only seen from social factors but involves all factors including age. The potential age is identical to individuals who are in the productive age range such as adolescents and adults, so that in general the view of the public towards age beyond the limits is considered as an inefficient human being and unable to compete economically and socially. But this assumption cannot be denied because there are still many elderly people who are still capable and have the potential to sustain their lives when they are categorized as unproductive. The purpose of this study was to determine the cause of the elderly still working at a young age and the impact that occurred on the elderly who were still working. The research method used is qualitatively by taking 5 subjects of elderly workers. Older workers who work in Pekanbaru City Dupa Kencana Market who are over 60 years old. The results of the study show that the elderly work because of an encouragement or an intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. The intrinsic factor of the elderly works because the desire from within and comes from the hobby while the extrinsic factor of the elderly works because it is a necessity and limitations and activities to get a role in the middle of the environment.Keywords: Worker, Motivation, Elderly

Abstract

This research review Turkey eforts become permanent member of the shanghai cooperation organization (SCO) Turkey's interests colected with shanghai cooperationor ganization (SCO) began in 2011. First colected of Turkey in SCO becomingTurkey decided as partners dialogue in the SCO in 2011. Turkey has interests in the SCO in Military and economic. For the limited Turkey role in the SCO becoming Turkey is efforting to increase status of Tukey become permanent member of the SCO, in the prime minister of Recep Tayyib Erdogan. Colected in the SCO is one of startegic Politic Turkey that include military and economic. After selected President Edorgan as head of the Turkey Goverment, trend of Turkey foreign politic begin to the Asia. Add with obscurity status of Turkey in The Europe union to motivate Edorgan for choosing to colected as member of the Shanghai cooperation Organization. This research has theoretically been build using the neorealis perspective, this type of research is qualitative research. Data prsesented on secondary data through literature studies such as books, internet and other.The result of this reseach is Turkey efrots become permanent member in the SCO by doing negotiation and participate in the SCO. Turkey to submit an application for membership became obeserver state in 2013. In Conferensi pers in st.petersburg, prime minister Edorgan to ask president Vladimir Putin to enter Turkey as legitimate member SCO. Then, Turkey has showed their work with bilateral relation and collaboration with the state of member SCO. In security, Turkey has taken part of practice anti teror, Kasygurt antiteror 2013 was implemented in Kazakhstan. Abstract

This research was carried out in the village of Bukit Jaya Subdistrict Ukui Pelalawan District. The purpose of this research is to know the farmers ' survival strategy after conducting a rejuvenation of the palm groves of the Plasma in the village of Bukit Jaya Subdistrict Ukui Pelalawan District. The topic of this research focus is the Act of Palm farmers in palm groves Plasma rejuvenation in the village of Bukit Jaya Subdistrict Ukui Pelalawan District. Sample determination techniques in simple random sampling, and set the number of samples as many as 70 people. The author uses descriptive quantitative methods and instruments of data are observation, question form and documentation. The study found that in doing the replanting of Palm, there are several actions taken in society. namely as follows: follow the socialization of Replanting Of PT Asian Agri. Research found that 100% of the respondents (70 people) follow sosialiasai on replanting held by PT Asian Agri, conducting Deliberations with fellow Palm Farmers, 91.4 % of respondents (64 persons) conducts the deliberations with fellow farmers oil palm replanting done before, planning After Replanting, researchers found that 71.4% of respondents (50 people) have plan of looking for another job After replanting oil palm groves. Abstract

This research aims to analyze severance of diplomatic relations of Turkey toward Syria. This research aims to shows dynamics of Turkey and Syria diplomatic relations. In 2012, Turkey severance of diplomatic relations with Syria during the reign of Reccep Tayyip Erdogan cause of conflict in Syria affected greatly Turkey’s security stability, and Turkey support for the Syrian opposition and the imposes of Turkey sanctions against Syria.The perpective that applied in this research is neorealist by Kenneth Waltz, level analysis nation states. This research use theory from Donald Nuechterlien about of national interests, there are four points of basic state interests; devense of homeland, economic well-being, favorable world order, and promotion of values.This research shows that the severance of diplomatic relations carried out by Turkey againts Syria is influenced by Turkish national security interests and in the end Turkey applies sanctions againts Syria, but these sanctions do not affect the attitude of the Syrian government.Keyword: Severance of Diplomatic Relations, Syrian Conflict, Turkey National Interest.

Abstract

The development of science and technology that is increasingly rapid turns to bring changes in all walks of life. One such human product is the internet. Today's internet technology is growing rapidly, one of its benefits is as a means of entertainment, for example to play. Video game games using an internet connection are known as online games. This study uses a qualitative research method with a qualitative descriptive approach. Qualitative research usually emphasizes participatory observations, in-depth interviews and documentation. So in this study, researchers emphasized observation and in-depth interviews in digging data for the validity of this research, but still using documentation. Thus, this descriptive method is used to systematically describe how the communication behavior of online game addicts. The results of the study show that the use of online games has a huge influence on their communication behavior. These online game addicts are more comfortable using informal languages, which are usually their respective regional languages. This informal language has abbreviations and slang used because online game addicts understand each other the meanings of abbreviations and slang used. The informal language used in communicating is used because according to Paraca this online game addict feels more familiar. Keywords: online game, communication

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of motivation and organizational culture on organizational commitment at Furaya Hotel Pekanbaru. Motivation as a variable (X1), Motivation as a variable (X1), organizational culture as a variable (X2) and organizational commitment as a variable (Y). The method of this research is quantitative descriptive using the SPSS 22 program, where the sample used amounts to 60 employees using accidental sampling techniques and data collection techniques using questionnaires. From the results of analyst data which includes validity test, reliability test, determination test, simple linear regression test and multiple linear regression test, t test, f test so that it can be concluded that Motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational culture partially influential positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, motivation and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant effect on organizational commitment of Furaya Hotel Pekanbaru employees.Keywords: Motivation, organizational culture, organizational commitment

Abstract

PT. Pos Indonesia is experiencing a lagging progress in services that have an impact on the community of service users. To overcome this, PT. Pos Indonesia Kota Pekanbaru developed a service before it, namely EMS (Express Mail Service) to be a service that was developed into an international shipping service, with a wider range. In addition to international shipping services, PT. Pos Indonesia also created its latest service innovation, the postshop development service that establishes partnerships with e-commerce companies and large outlets in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to find out the development of services through selected and applied innovations and to find out what factors inhibit the development of services through innovation at PT. Pos Indonesia, Sudirman Street, Pekanbaru City. The theoretical concept used is a theory according to Evert M. Roggers with indicators of the dimensions of innovation that refer to five (5) elements in the dimensions of innovation, first Relative Adventage, Compability, Complexity, Triability, Observability. In this study using a qualitative approach using descriptive analysis methods. In collecting data, researchers used interview techniques, observation and documentation using purposive sampling technique as a source of information and data analysis. The results of this study indicate that, the development of services through innovation at PT. Pos Indonesia with its superiority and quality of services offered, does not necessarily escape its shortcomings. The development of this service innovation is quite well received, by providing several types of services according to the needs of the community. The latest innovation services implemented by PT. Pos Indonesia is international shipping and postshop construction. As well as the inhibiting factors are insufficient human resources, a limited budget, and lack of socialization with the community users of services at PT.
