Abstract

Tourism is one of the development sectors that must receive the attention of local governments to continue to be developed. Because this sector is highly potential for development in the field of people’s economy and income from  non oil commodities. Tourism development planning is needed in the development of tourism destinations because it is assessed as an important step in determining the success of a work program to be implemented. Therefore, it takes accuracy in order to develop the planning of tourism development so that the objectives are directional and optimal. To provide a basic spirit a clear direction of purpose in the planning. It takes the principles in the preparation of the tourism development that is allocative, innovative, single and multi objectives, indicative and imperatives. This research aims to describe the government planning of Lingga Regency in developing tourism destinations. Then also to find out the optimal inhibitory factors of government planning of Lingga regency in the development of tourism destinations in 2017. The research site is conducts in Lingga Regency, precisely at the Office of the Youth Tourism department and Sports District of Lingga and in tourism destinations in the area. Further, data collection techniques are conducted with interview and documentation.The results of this research is the planning of the Government of Lingga Regency in the development of tourism destinations as an effort to improve the competitiveness of tourism sectors has not run optimally. It is caused by several factors that such as lack of quality human resource planners are largely untrained. Differences between government and community, and limited budget funds from local governments in support of tourism development programs.       Keywords : Allocative, Innovative, Single and Multi Objectives, Indicative and Imperative.

Abstract

In recent years, public trust toward Indonesian National Police decreases, Kapolri Jendral Tito Karnavian makes a programme Grand Strategy 2016-2025, in implementing the programme, Polresta Pekanbaru makes a social programme named Jum’at Barokah, in this programme, Polresta Pekanbaru wants to show the humanism side from the police officers by helping needful people, dhuafa people, orpans and old people by not considering race, religion, and the background. This programme got so much appreciation from several institutes. The aim of this study is to investigate the communicator strategy, public strategy, message plan, media selection, and the respond toward Polresta Pekanbaru in implementing the programme Jum’at Barokah.This study used Qualitative Research by using descriptive method. The technique research subject selection used purposive technique. The informants for this study were 8 people. The data collecting technique was interview, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique was Interaktif Miles dan Huberman. To achive the data validity of this study, the researcher used the extension of participation and triangulation. Based on the study conducted by the researcher, the findings for the first identification of the problem was communicator strategy in implementing the programme Jumat Barokah Polresta Pekanbaru was Kapolresta Pekanbaru Kombes Pol Susanto S.IK. The target selection strategy was the needful people, dhuafa People, orphans, old people and all Pekanbaru people who were supposed the purpose of this programme. Communication message which was delivered was in informative, persuasive and educative message. The media were printed media, online media, website, and social media. Regarding to the last identification of the problem, the repsond, which was the respond was regarding to the strategy was positive respond from the people.Keyword: Communication Strategy, Jum’at Barokah, Polresta Pekanbaru

Abstract

This research is a economic political study which describes the interest of Netherland seizure of Indian Ships. This research will focus on why Neherland seizure the India Ships. This study interesting because describe about generic drugs from India and intellectual property rights. India is the third largest country in the production of generic drugs. India can do that after they make some revolusionery in intellectual property law. IndiaThis is qualitative research which used descriptive methods, and collecting datas from some resources like books,journals, official publications and relevant websites. This paper used the mercantilism perspective and Business Competition Theory from Michael E. Porter. The object in this research is Netherlands an main actor in International Relations.The result of this research shows that The Dutch seizure Indian ships because the ship contained drugs that infringed the patents. The patent of the drug is still owned by a company in the Netherlands. The company make a request to Dutch government to seizure the drugs to protect their product in Amrica market. The Netherlands confiscated the law of protection against counterfeit goods applicable in the European Union. Abstract

The meaning of education nowdays was a social constructed. This research have a purpose to acknowledge how is the meaning of education for students with disability (deaf). The informant of this research is the High School student in disability. The location of this research is in the Sri Munijab School for Disabilities, Pekanbaru city. This research using the purposive technique which determines the subject of research by terms and criteria. The researcher communicate with the deaf students with sign language, which the researcher have been learned before, and using the help of stationary and writing in the interview. Therefore, data was analyzed by a qualitative method. By this research, the researcher founds that the characteristic of disability or deaf students was very different. This can be depend on the factors of disability, family background, and their social life. Construction of the education meaning for disability students is education as a necessity for the future. But their standart of education in the future, it would be different for them, rather than the normal people, because of their disabilities and a different structure in social life. The necessity for the deaf or disability student is they can speak with the sign language and living their life in along with other normal people, and in future they can be employed or work independently without depending their life with others. The encouraging factors for the achievements of the disability students is a support from parents and teachers, and their spirit to get the science and knowledge. The Sri Munijab School of Disabilities in Pekanbaru have educated their students to be confident in their social life. Abstract

Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) as Variable (X₁), Work Discipline as variable (X₂) and Employee Productivity as variable (Y).The method in this research is quantitative with SPSS program, where the sample used is the production employee as much as 100 respondents. The amount can already represent the population. Techniques of collecting data through questionnaires, interviews and observations directly to the field.The result of the research concluded that the variable of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) has a significant effect on employee work productivity, and work discipline has a significant effect on employee work productivity.Keywords: Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Work Discipline, Employee Productivity

Abstract

This research was conducted in the village of Semelinang TebingSubdistrict Peranap Indragiri Hulu Regency. The purpose of this research is tofind out what causes the onset of juvenile delinquency, as well as knowing how toanalyse the role of indigenous leaders in completing of juvenile delinquency inthe village of Semelinang Tebing Subdistrict Peranap Indragiri Hulu Regency.The technique of determination of the sample are purposive sampling because theauthor has set some criteria for the subject to be used as a source of informationin the research that will be conducted as many as 8 (eight) people. The authoruses descriptive qualitative methods and instrument data are observation,interview and documentation. The results of research to find the causes of theoccurrence of juvenile delinquency could come from inside of teens and teen selffrom the outside. Which aspects influenced the occurrence of juvenile delinquencyin adolescence here is in the form of an identity crisis and a weak self control aswell as the age that is still relatively vulnerable in doing any violation and crime.Lack of knowledge about religion and manners are sublime. So the lack of selfcontrol in children. Causes of adolescent self from the outside that is either a lackof attention from parents, family, economic factors influence the environmentaround peers and the mass media. The absence of a parent control causes moreand make it easier for children to do at will. Types of juvenile delinquencyhappening such as stealing and doing sex outside marriage so unsettling society.Custom character roles in resolving the problem of juvenile delinquency is to giveadvice, provide knowledge or understanding, provide direction and guidance andprovide solutions. The process of solving problems had levels ranging from thelowest level to the top level. resolved according to customary system used in thevillage of Semelinang Tebing.Key Words: Role, Indigenous Leaders, Juvenile Delinquency

Abstract

This research was conducted in the Museum Sang Nila Utama on the road Jendral Sudirman No.194 Tangkerang Tengah Marpoyan Damai Pekanbaru city. With the formulation of the problem (1) how the characteristics of visitor’s to the museum Sang Nila Utama Pekanbaru (2) how the visitor’s perception of the physical condition of the Museum Sang Nila Utama Pekanbaru (3) how the relationship between museum visitor’s perception of the physical condition of the museum with the level of visitor’s understanding of the historical value of the collection museum Sang Nila Utama Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Characteristics of visitors Museum Sang Nila Utama Pekanbaru, to analyze visitor perceptions of the physical condition of the Museum Sang Nila Utama Pekanbaru, and to determine the relationship between visitor perceptions of the physical condition of the museum with the level of understanding of visitors to the historical value of collections Museum Sang Nila Utama Pekanbaru. This research is descriptive research with quanttitative approach. The population in this study as many as 100.017 people, then in use one of the sampling technique that is by using slovin method then the sample can be as much as 99 people. The collect this research data in quetionnaire and documentation. Based on the result of the study can be concluded that (1) in general visitors Museum Sang Nila Utama have used the museum function well, from 99 respondents there are 50 respondents with a percentage of 58.6 % with high category in formal activities, and from 99 respondents there are 42 respondents 71.2 % on non formal activities (2) there are 25 respondents 25.3 % who have a negative perception, and 74 respondents 74.7 % who have positive perception on the physical condition of the Museum Sang Nila Utama Pekanbaru. (3) The correlation between visitor’s perception toward physical condition of the museum with the level of visitor’s understanding on the historical value is 0.755 (75.5 %) and the relation is strong and can be stated that Ha is accepted which means that there is correlation between visitor perception to physical condition of the Museum with the level of visitor understanding history of collections Museum Sang Nila Utama Pekanbaru.Keywords : Perception, Historical Value, Museum

Abstract

In facing new century and competition inter-hotel basically absolute need that of Human Resources is a vital important factor. It cannot be denied that companies and organizations will have a complex competition form with variation, identity and scope that may not be experienced previously yet.Factors of human resources are very complex wich means that this discussion includes the recruitment, selection, labors analysis, etc. From those series of activities it will be no doubt that labors recruitment process is a vital important matter at Aryaduta Hotel Pekanbaru which is one of hotel in Pekanbaru, Riau that are very rapidly developed in improving its efforts.The objectives of this research are: 1) To know the process of labors recruitment in modern economy, 2) to know the process of recruitment applied at Aryaduta Hotel Pekanbaru. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative that is as a research process which produces qualitative data in the form of written or oral words from the people or subjects being observed.

Abstract

The phenomenon of adventure in nature forest and open nature gives the feel of different tours. A natural adventure may be hard to find right now. The natural area of river, lake, swamp, peat ecosystem, upstream or river eatuary can also be used ecotourism. Siak sri Indrapura is known for the historical tourism in fact keeps the natural beauty of interest to visit and has been known to to have natural wealth. On of them is lake naga sakti ecotourism that was developed into a tourist attraction in Siak. The availability of facilities in area of tourism is a readiness of a menas to be operated and can provide comfort to tourists.This study aims to determine: (1) To know the facilities in the lake Naga Sakti ecotourism. (2) Factors that affect the provision of facilities in the lake Naga Sakti ecotourism. In this study the research method that I use is a qualitative method with descriptive approach. Technique of collecting data in this research use observation, interview and documentation.Based on research that has been done, the existing facilities in the ecotourism of the lake Naga sakti is not adequate. Abstract

The success of a company depends on several interrelated components and supporting each other. The components are service quality, corporate image and customer loyalty. This research was conducted at Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru, as for the purpose of this study was to determine the influence of service quality and company image on customer loyalty (Study at Alpha’s Hotel Pekanbaru Room Service). service quality and corporate image as the independent variable (X1X2) while the customer loyalty as the dependent variable (Y). The problem in this research is the sale of Alpha’s Hotel Pekanbaru room service was fluctuated and tenden to decline each year, and does not even reach the sales target. Seen from the presentation realization sale services of a hotel room in the last 4  years. The research sample was taken of 100 respondents of the population was calculated using the Slovin formula. The data was getting from the questionnaire and subsequently processed to then be tested with statistics through SPSS. From the results which shows that service quality and corporate image have a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty at room service Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru.                                     Key words: Service Quality, Corporate Image, Customer Loyalty
