Abstract

Election of marketing of CPO by PT. Tri Bakti Sariman in India do not get out of strategy of PT. Tri Bakti Sariman in marketing CPO. Strategy in marketing of CPO of vital importance because company of course will experience of resistance either from internal aspect and also eksternal which one of them emulation of business which these days which progressively tighten and kompetitif. Result of research show strategy marketing of PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas relate at policy of marketing which have been conducted by policy goodness for the product of, price, distribution and promotion. In make up of quality of PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas conduct study and research analyse DOBI CPO. For the emulation of price of CPO, PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas continue to insist on and along with institute and association give input to government to revise imposition of iease weighing against all exporter of CPO and conduct hedging to product of CPO. Product increase conducted by PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas by conducting development of plantation of people through program of revitalisasi. Repair of distribution, PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas not yet feel important to conduct to repair in course of pendistrubisan. Extension of marketing, PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas target to penetrate European market.

Abstract

The Ikhwan Equestrian Training Center is the only riding training ground that provides horseriding tours in Pekanbaru City. Equestrian tour has a unique charm that visitors can see horsesas well as enjoy a fun experience while riding a horse, it becomes interesting for visitors whocome. To measure what the attraction of horse riding in this training center has met thestandard of attraction at a tourist destination, and this is measured from 4 components:attractions, accessibility, amenitas and support services. This research will be measured andknown by quantitative methods with observation data collection techniques, questionnairesand documentation. Samples or respondents taken as many as 30 respondents throughaccidental sampling technique. Based on the research that has been done, shows that thecharacteristics of visitors are mostly male, the characteristics of age at 10- 20 years, most ofthe students or students and derived from lolal visitors. results of processed data performedscores of tourist attraction in the medium category with a range of 700 - 1099 scores.Keywords: Attractiveness, Horse-riding Tour

Abstract

Social Office in Pekanbaru is the government agency that held the government affairs in the social, one in the field of social rehabilitation. Children With Disability or generally known as ADK is one of the community with social prosperity issues that have an improper life in humanity way and become one of the targets in the implementation of social rehabilitation. The establishment of the Social Ministerial Regulation No. 7 of 2017 aims to implement the social rehabilitation of ADK in accordance with the standard of social habilitation and rehabilitation of persons with disabilities. The problems of this study are (1) how do the implementation of concurrent government affairs of Social Office in Pekanbaru (the field of social rehabilitation of children with disability in 2017-2018)? (2) what are the obstacle factors in the implementation of concurrent government affairs of Social Office in Pekanbaru (the field of social rehabilitation of children with disability in 2017-2018)?This study aimed to describe the implementation of concurrent government affairs of Social Office in Pekanbaru (the field of social rehabilitation of children with disability in 2017-2018) and the obstacle factors in the implementation of concurrent government affairs. The study location was conducted at Social Office in Pekanbaru. The data collection technique was done through interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study was interactive analysis model. The results of this study is that the implementation of concurrent government affairs at Social Office in Pekanbaru (the field of social rehabilitation of children with disability in 2017-2018) in the form of coordination of data collection, provision of social assistance, as well as further guidance for persons with disabilities including ADK. The obstacle factors in the implementation of concurrent government affairs at Social Office in Pekanbaru (the field of social rehabilitation of children with disability in 2017-2018) is no Draft of Regional Regulation or Regulations of Governing Mayor specifically in the implementation of the social rehabilitation of ADK in Pekanbaru, the limited budgetary and human resources (HR), and the absence of a specific case of ADK that can be conducted the social rehabilitation, for instance ADK in trouble with the law and ADK with the victims of violence.Keywords: Concurrent Government Affairs, Authority Social Affairs, Social Rehabilitation of Children with Disability

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of promotion (inform, introduce, persuading, and reminding) and Quality of Service (Tangibles, Ephaty, Reliaility, Responsiveness and Assurance) against the interests of consumers (Attention, interest, Desire, and Action) Dealer Pekan Perkasa Berlian Motor Pekanbaru.The population in this study is that consumers who buy cars Mitsubishi Pajero type Dealer Pekan Perkasa Berlian Motor Pekanbaru. With 100 samples, sampling using the formula slovin. The data collection of primary data research, with questionnaires as an instrument of research and secondary data from company archives, data analysis used is by using multiple linear regression, determination test, t test and f SPSS.From the results of data analysis include validity, reliability, and multiple linear regression, t test research results showing the calculation of the t (4.306)> t table (1.985) and Sig. (0.000) <0,05.Artinya variable Promotion significantly influence Consumer interest.And the results showed the calculation of the t (7.098)> t table (1.985) and Sig. (0.000) <0.05 .. That variable significant effect on the Quality of Service and Consumer Interests based test concluded that the simultaneous sale and service together significant effect on consumer interest with the influence of 81.78% in Pekan Perkasa Berlian Motor Dealer Pekanbaru.Keywords: Promotion, Quality of Service, Consumer Interests

Abstract

The number of taxpayers increased every year, but it is not followed by an awareness of the taxpayer to report his taxes, so that the Directorate General of Tax policy making online tax service system E-Billing to simplify the tax filing process. This study aims to determine the role of communicator, assessment destination communication message, media utilization, as well as the introduction of target audiences communication by the Tax Office Pratama Pekanbaru Tampan in raising awareness of the taxpayer through online tax service system E-Billing.The research sites is at Tax Office Pratama Pekanbaru Tampan on MR.SM.Amin Street (Ring Road Arengka II). The subject is determined by purposive technique that consists of the Head of extensification, Staff Extensification, and 3 taxpayer. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation and documentation.The results of this study indicate that the strategy of KPP Pekanbaru Tampan in increasing awareness Taxpayers throught socialization of online tax service system E-Billing. The first is to determine the communicator has the credibility and understanding of E-Billing and able to deliver messages communicatively. The second is planning message processing that includes a persuasive, educative and informative messages. The third is using communication media such as face-to-face media, print media, electronic media and internet media. Abstract

Generasi Baru Indonesia (GenBI) Riau is a Community Students from State Universities receive Bank Indonesia Scholarships, of which 100 students from each University consist of 50 people. The Riau GenBI Community was established on November 11, 2011. These students not only received scholarships in financial form, but also formed their character especially in the social field. Here GenBI Riau has a work program in the environmental division namely Mural. The purpose of this study was to determine the stages of campaign management, namely: planning, implementation and evaluation in building community awareness of the environment in the city of Pekanbaru through murals.This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, with data collection techniques, namely through interviews, observation, and documentation, with the number of informants totaling 10 people according to criteria that have been determined through Purposive. The data analysis technique in this study is using themodels Miles and Huberman as well as the validity of data checking techniques, namely the extension of participation and triangulation. The results showed that, in the implementation of the environmental campaign carried out by the Riau GenBI Community, a Campaign Management stage was needed, namely: First, planning phase, in this planning stage there were several things that we had to set beforehand namely: analyzing problems, formulating campaign goals, message themes , programs, target targets, determine strategies and tactics, formulate messages, time, personnel, and budget. Second, the implementation Phase, at this stage is the implementation of a predetermined campaign plan, namely making murals in Tanah Merah, Lapas and in Sukajadi. Third, evaluation phase, this stage is used to see how the campaign was carried out and what results were achieved from the campaign. If this management stage is carried out properly, then a campaign can be achieved in accordance with the objectives previously set. The campaign in this case uses Mural media in the delivery of messages indirectly to the community, especially those in the location of the mural and is a media that is considered effective in delivering a message.

Abstract

Marosok tradition is one uniqe traditions of West Sumatera, where thistradition is implemented in the system of sale and purchase transaction oflivestock. Marosok in Indonesian is to feel, and hold something without seeingwhat the stuff bit only feel it based on brain and feeling. This tradition beginswhen the buyer has found the cattle that are considered suitable, than there willbe bargaining price of levestock. And bargaining is done by way of marosok,where the hands of merchants and buyer greet each other, there their fingersmutually marosok or fingered ech other. The trader sets the price, and if notmatch the buyer can bid. And keep in mind that when bargaiining takes place thehands of merchants and buyers of cattle are hidden behind sarong, hat or smalltower. The purpouse of this study is to know (1)how the procession of marosoktradition in the sale and purchase transaction of cattle, (2)what is the purpouse ofthe implementation of marosok tradition, and (3)the meaning of each symbol ofthe fingers symbols used in marosok tradition. This research was conducted in themarket of livestock Payakumbuh with descriptive qualitatif research method,where the subject of the study was selected by purposive sampling and snowballsampling. Informants in this study amounted to ten people, who are considered tounderstand very well about this tradition. From the results of interviews andobservations in the field authors concluded that the procession of this tradition isdone by livestock traders, livestock buyers, as well as brokers or intermediaries.The goal of Marosok‟s own tradition is (1)to maintain the tradition it self, (2)toappreciate fellow traders and (3)to the attraction of tourism. And for the symbolof the fingers symbol in bargaining, each finger represents the nominal price, forexample the index finger represents Rp. 100.000 – Rp.10.000.000.Keyword: tradition, marosok, buying and selling

Abstract

Radio is one mass media that serves as entertainment and information. Radio can be enjoyed while lying down, driving a car and even while doing something other. Those things are become the recipe of radio can survive in all ages. This has become an important role for the radio to maintains its existence by displaying programs that interest listeners. This study uses the SOR theoritical that assumes that communication is a reaction action-process. Radio is a media with only sound can reach human personal spaces. Through the sense of human, the voice was able to change the mind even the behavior of listeners. The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of Pesona Batak Nauli program Radio Bandar Bagan Citranuansa (BBC) 102.5 FM against the interest of listeners of Batak Tribe Sub-District Bagan Sinembah Rokan Hilir Regency.This study is used descriptive explanatory quantitative method, the researcher collect the questionnaire. The location of this research in Bagan Sinembah, Rokan Hilir Regency. This study use Accidental Sampling, with Taro formula and got the sample as many as 95 respondents. The researcher used correlation analysis Person Product Moment, to knowing how big the relation of both variabel, data processing questionnaire was did by using Program Statistic Of Service Solution (SPPS) Windows version 20.The result of this study shows that value of R 0,544 and coefficient of determination (R2) is 0,295, containing understanding that influence of free variable (Program) to dependent variable (interest) in 29,5%, and the other 70,4% influence by nother factors outside of variable, this thing show that level og significance 0,000 is lower than α=0,05, that means the effect of Program variable against interest that available is 29,5% that categorized as having low effect.Keywords: radio, program, audience interest.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Pasir Penyu Regency, Indragiri Hulu district. The formulation of the problem referred to local people advantage and disadvantage. Besides,  it also benefit to check the acceptance rate of local people. This research used society exchange theory that consisted of cost and reward. Meanwhile,  the research design was quantitative descriptive. The population was the whole number of local people that dwelled in along of these two ways area. The total sample was sixty-four respondents which was obtained by census technique in that less than a hundred respondents. In order to collect the data, the researcher used interview, observation and documentation method that was supported by using questionnaire. Then,  in order to obtain information and analyze result finding, researcher used quantitative descriptive analysis. The final result was concluded that local people could obtain more advantage such as increasing personal income, less of traffic congestion and reducing traffic accident. Furthermore, the drawback referred to a reduce of property land and building damage. Finally, the highest rate on the acceptance belong to those who had purposed this program since the days before. Keywords: Social Exchange, Society, Development

Abstract

Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) is the company's effort to integrate and coordinate all communication channels to deliver its message clearly, consistently and strongly influences its organization and products. Green Radio 96.7 FM Pekanbaru is the only electronic media that focuses on broadcasting news Environmental issues in Riau Province. This radio builds brand image as an environment-based media by choosing to use Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC). This study aims to find out Integrated Marketing Communication Green Radio 96.7 FM Pekanbaru in building brand image as an environment-based media.This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Technique of data collecting done by observation, interview and documentation. Objects studied are Direct Marketing, Interactive / Internet Marketing, Public Relations, and Personal Selling.Subjek amounted to 7 people.Teknik checking the validity of the data using the technique of elongation of participation and triangulation.Teknik determination of informants using purposive techniques.The result of this research is the activity of Direct Marketing Green Radiod in building brand image as an environment based media such as database management, telemarketing, sending program catalog and advertisement slot rate. Interactive activities are conducted using the website www.portalgreenradio.com, turn in applications in play stores, as well as through social media such as instagram, facebook and twitter.Aktivitas Public Relations include external activities and internal relations.
