Abstract

Healthis one of the basic human needs, because it is in a healthy state that humans can live, grow, prosper and be creative.Therefore every individual family and community has the right to receive protection from their health, and the state is responsible and regulates the right to live healthy lives, especially for the poor. The implementation of the indonesia Healthy Card (IHC) is part of the goverment’s efforts to provide comprehensive health services for people who fall into the category of the poor and the poor. The IHC targets are those belonging to these two categories, this is because the poverty rate in this country is still difficult to suppress. Poverty arises because the the community does not have the main abilities, has no income or hes adequate education, has poor health conditions, feel insecure, have low confidence in self-confidence. In all parts of Indonesia a healthy Indonesian card program is given to the community, one of them is in the upstream district of Rokan, Preciselyin the village of kepenuhan jaya, which receives the least healty Indonesian card. This is due to the uneven distribution of healthy Indonesian cards and the absence of socialization by related parties..Keywords:Poor Society, Indonesian Health card  (KIS).

Abstract

This study would like to know and analyze the implementation of Environmental Permit Based on Government Regulation No. 27 of 2012 by the Environment Agency in Pekanbaru City in 2016. describe the variables that may affect the Implementation of Environmental License, obstacles to the efforts that need to be done in the implementation of licensing Environment in Pekanbaru City.This research uses qualitative research method by entering descriptive data assessment. Taking informant in this research is Purposive Sampling that is technique of taking data source with certain consideration, certain consideration of this person who is considered most know about what we expect or as ruler so that will facilitate the researcher to explore object / social situation under study.From the result of the research, it can be concluded that the implementation of environmental permit in Pekanbaru City has not fully fulfilled the provisions as regulated in Government Regulation No. 27 of 2012 on Environmental Permit, such as the implementation of environmental management and monitoring does not involve the community. The inhibiting factor in the implementation of environmental permit in Pekanbaru City is the limited human resources capable of assessing a business plan and / or activity, business actors still consider the environmental permit incriminating in terms of cost. Supervision by related agencies in the environmental field in Pekanbaru City hit the cost problem. Efforts that need to be done in the framework of the implementation of environmental permit in Pekanbaru City is to improve the human resources capable of assessing a business plan and / or activity, streamlining the involvement of the community, supervision is required by way of sudden inspection.Keywords: Implementation, Environmental Permit.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the influence of product Quality (Reliability, Appearance, Value of the art of a product, product ability to provide service), Promotion (inform, Influence and persuade target customers) and Consumer Satisfaction (Confirmation of hope, repurchase interest, willingness to recommend) On LBPP LIA Pekanbaru. The population in this study are consumers who use the services of English in LBPP LIA Pekanbaru. With 89 samples, sampling using the slovin formula. The data were collected in the form of primary data, with questionnaires distributed as research instrument and secondary data in the form of company archives. Data analysis used was validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, determination test, t test and test F with the help of SPSS program. From result of data analysis covering test of validity, reliability, and multiple linear regression, result of research of t test show calculation of t count (12,928) > t table (1,987) and Sig. (0,000) < 0,05. This means that Product Quality variables significantly influence the Consumer Satisfaction. And result of research show calculation t count (5,025) > t table (1,987) and Sig. (0.000) < 0,05 .This means that Promotion variable have significant effect to Consumer Satisfaction and based on simultaneous test concluded that product quality and promotion together Have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction with big influence 88,456 and F-table equal to 3,10 at LBPP LIA Pekanbaru.Keywords: Product Quality, Promotion, Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

Tradition is a relic of the ancestors in order to preserve hereditary heritage, in every celebration of tradition has a history so that tradition is carried out every year. Here the author took the Dragon Boat Race Tradition is a tradition of ancestral ancestors of ethnic Chinese people who came from China, the many ethnic Chinese people who entered in the city of Tanjungpinang Riau Islands caused the tradition of Dragon Boat Race starting from 2003 held in Tanjungpinang City and made an annual event of Tanjungpinang . The Tradition which was originally the Sea Sanctuary which was held on the 5th of the 5th month according to the Chinese calendar, the activity was performed to commemorate the death of Qu Yuan which was a single minister at the time of the former empire did not commit mass corruption and the event activity has several stages. The results show that the implementation of the event through several stages: (1) The making of the canoe and the head of the canoe. (2) The prayer of the head of the boat (3) The calling of the loya (4) Eye coloring (5) The drum rhythm. But the stage has faded and not implemented again since the tradition of Dragon Boat Race turned into an event held in the city of Tanjungpinang. The author takes Social Change theory from Sztompka. In the theory of change telling the factors that cause change, one of the factors that cause changes in this tradition is increasing and decreasing the number of residents, a very prominent change is on the religious side.Keywords : Tradition, Dragon Boat Race, Tionghoa

Abstract

A system management is a process associated with the implementation of indicators ofmanagement or management functions that play an important and effective role in supportingthe achievement of goals. the management of the room linen at Hotel Pangeran Pekanbaruincludes the control of all the fabrics contained in a hotel room which includes bath towel, handtowel, face towel, sheet, bad pad, curtain and bath mat. Linen Circulation Flow Steps includeLinen Inventory, Par Stock, Repair, Linen Control, Linen Exchange and Wash Standart. Thedata were analyzed descriptively. Methods of data collection using, interview, observation anddocumentation.Linen control of the linen at the hotel Pekanbaru can be said good in checking thecondition of linen is also good. about the frequency of redundant linen exchange is categorizedvery well, because linen is exchanged every time it is used for filled rooms. Abstract

This research was conducted in the area of Simpang Baru village. The purpose of this study was to analyze the process of college students getting to know Vape in Simpang Baru Village and how the socio-economic background of college students in Simpang Baru Village. The writer used qualitative descriptive methods and the instruments of the data were observation, interviews, and documentation. The average that college students were knew vape from cyberscape and peers. Before consuming the vape, many of college students were also the active smokers. They have been start smoking in the early age until becoming active smokers. All informants were not from pekanbaru city, but they come from different areas. Most of informants ranted boarding houses and some were living with their relatives. The informants got money from their parents, but some of them already working. On average, the informants came from the capable families. It has been seen from their parents' work. Some of them work as civil servants, enterpreneurs, and some work as farmers. Most of informants' parent didn't know that their children were consumed vape, but some of them knew that their children were consumed it.Keyword: profile, vape, and the college students in Simpang Baru.

Abstract

Community empowerment is basically a process to make people become empowered. Every member of the community in a community actually has the potential, the ideas and the ability to bring himself and his community to go to a better direction, but the potential it sometimes can not advance due to certain factors. To move back to self-reliance in development in their communities, it is necessary impulses or early ideas for reviving the role and position within the framework to build a civil society. Public awareness-raising process is conducted through the concepts of capacity building. Community capacity development is a form of efforts to develop the knowledge, attitudes and skills of the community to participate actively in carrying out independent and sustainable development.Community empowerment is done through active participation is facilitated by the presence of the empowerment drive. Empowerment mover is one who has the power or authority in an organization or region. Pengerak it will only be effectively done by a leader. The primary role of a leader is able to influence others to voluntarily achieve the targets that have been set. Leaders set goals and inspire others to achieve these goals.Urban Village is a governmental organization located on the frontline in the city administration. Thus governmental organizations village as an institution leader in charge of development, in line with the objectives of independence and hopes of our founding fathers prioritize how government institutions currently able to carry out wheel central and local governments properly and capable hand in hand in increasing progress and accelerated development in Indonesia for the function of the village is able to provide administrative services to the community and the importance of government objectives in terms of ideology, political, social, economic, and security. everything that comes from human beings who run, because it pembanggunan of by and for the people means the man himself.Based on the research that has been done, based on the data analysis process it has been known that empowerment in the Village District of Marpoyan Damai Maharatu run very well. It's just that there are some things that become an obstacle thatcommunication should be better in the interlace as head headman in the village to the community.

Abstract

Batik Bono is one of Riau batik produced at Andalan Batik House, which is the result of PT. Riau AndalanPulp and Paper. The name Batik Bono is taken from the tourist attraction of Pelalawan Regency, which is Bono's Wave and its motifs illustrate Pelalawan's characteristics. The motifs were taken from attractions to natural wealth owned, these motifs were patented at the Indonesian Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs on March 19, 2015. Batik Bono has successfully attracted people's attention as evidenced by its sales turnover of 25 to 30 million per month. Batik Bono has also won awards from PT. RAPP, Ministry of Cooperatives and Department of Industry and Trade. This study aims to determine the meaning of denotation, connotation and myth in the five motifs of Batik Bono.This research uses qualitative research with Roland Barthes's semiology analysis approach. The subjects in this study are the five Batik Bono motifs that have patent rights. This research uses data collection techniques through documentation, observation, and literature study. To achieve data validity in this study, the authors used triangulation techniques.The results show the meaning of denotation contained in Batik Bono motifs describing the natural wealth of Pelalawan Regency, namely Bono Waves, Acacia Leaves, Eucalyptus Leaves, TimunSuri and Lakum. The meaning of the connotation obtained in this batik illustrates the character of the Malay community which has a spirit of courage, religious, social soul, harmony, openness, and humility. The meaning of the myth / ideology contained in Batik Bono is a myth about 7 ghosts because of its high shape, loud voice and being heard for many kilometers, Bono used to sink a lot of ships and eat victims causing fear in the midst of society, then myths about the character of the Malay community Brave, religious, and humble pelalawan. Keywords : Semiotics, Regional Icons, Pelalawan, Batik, Bono Wave

Abstract

Mexico is one of the leading hot spot for sexual exploitation of children. ECPAT as NGO which fights against sexual exploitation of children have some role in cases of child prostitution in Mexico. Based on the high level of child prostitution in Mexico and ECPAT have some role in that cases, the authors conducted a study to find out some role that ECPAT done for this child sexual exploiations case.This study use a constructivist perspective and international organizations theory. This study also includes the concept of human rights as the point of view of the theme of this study.The result of this research is ECPAT have been doing some cooperation with government and company in mexico as it’s effort to handle child prostitution cases.Keywords: ECPAT, Mexico, CSEC (Commercial Sexual Exploitations of Children), Child Prostitution

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Environment and Individual Characteristics of Employee Performance (case at Hotel RatuMayang Garden Pekanbaru). Work Environment as variable (X1) Individual Characteristics as variable (X2) and Performance as (Y).The method in this research is descriptive and quantitative by using SPSS 20 program. The sample used is 92 employees consisting of 10 departments. To determine the sample using census research method.Technique of collecting data through questionnaire.The results of analysis using multiple linear regression, t test, and test f. It can be seen that work environment variables significantly influence employee performance, characteristic have an effect on signifikan to employee performance, and work environment and characteristic of individual have significant effect to employee performance.Keywords: Work Environment, Individual Characteristics, Performance
