Abstract

This research discusses the effect of South Korean Investment through PT. Hankook Tire Indonesia to the economy of West Java’s people. Foreign investment becomes the object of research because as a driver of economic growth in Indonesia. Indonesia through BKBM seeks to attract foreign investors to invest in sectors to be developed under the MP3EI plan, including attracting investment from South Korea. PT. Hankook tire is one of the South Korean tire companies investing in West Java. South Korea has an industrial-based economy, one of the provinces in cooperation with South Korea in the industrial sector is West Java. The development of Java Economic Corridor has a theme of National Industry and Service Drivers. West Java plays a very important role in the economic sector at the national level. PT. Hankook tire is one of the South Korean tire companies investing in West Java.This research is a qualitative research with descriptive analysis method. In analyzing the effect of South Korean investment through PT. Hankook Tire Indonesia. The writer uses a Neoliberal perspective that supported by the concept of Multinational Cooperation (MNCs). The theory used is Foreign Direct Investment (FDI).The results of this study indicate that South Korean investment through PT. Hankook Tire Indonesia positively influences several sectors of economic development in West Java, including increased foreign investment, local economic development, increased employment and reducing local poverty, as well as the welfare of society in the corporate environment. From this result, known that South Korea's investment through PT. Hankook Tire Indonesia provides benefits to the people's economy in West Java.Keywords: FDI, West Java, PT. Hankook Tire Indonesia

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of monitoring and providing motivation on employee performance at Hotel Mona Plaza. Supervision and motivation as the independent variable (X) and employee performance as the dependent variable (Y), and this study takes the number of respondents was 53 respondents.Data obtained through questionnaires selanjtnya processed to then be tested through descriptive analysis and statistical analysis such as multiple linear regression analysis, t test, and correlation analysis and determination with the help of using SPSS.The results showed that the results of hypothesis testing t test, t (2.892)> t table (2.009) and t (2.807)> t table (2.009). This means that the supervision and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. The magnitude of the effect of monitoring and providing motivation to employees performance at the Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru is 24.3% and the remainder were not included in this research model.Keywords: Monitoring, Giving Motivation, Performance, Mona Plaza Hotel

Abstract

This research describe Motivation of the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC) Invest in Indonesian 2016. Indonesia is a country whose economy is developing well in the Southeast Asia region. Many countries want to invest in Indonesia, one of them is Singapore, Singapore has Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC) Pte Ltd which is a government-owned company assigned to manage Singapore's sovereign wealth funds.The study was prepared using the international cooperation by KJ.Holsti and the Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) theory, the neoliberalisme perspective, and Multinational Coorperations (MNCs) analysis. This research also used descriptive analysis with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used library research . Abstract

The research is based on an election the head of RT 05 RW 06 period from 2015 to 2020 which is held by the election committee but in practice had problems, as the election committe not be neutral, choosing participants voters and the implementation of the election not according to Pekanbaru Mayor Regulation Number 18.a of 2008. The aims of this research to know the head of RW 06 efforts in solve the problems that occured when the head of RT 05 RW 06 election so that in the next elections can be more controlled adn conducive. Method used in this research is descriptive methods with qualitative type. Types of data on this researchis primary and secondary data. The data collected in this research is documentation and interview. The technical data analysis used is descriptive qualitative data analysisThe results showed that holding the head of RT 05 RW 06 election, the period from 2015 to 2020 was not entirely based on the Pekanbaru Mayor Regulation Number 18.a of 2008. It is seen from some of the data obtained from the Urban village, the election committee, as well as the field data collected. The solution to solves the problems in the head of RT 05 RW 06 election is in organizing the head of RT 05 election hereinafter, the election committee must make the Pekanbaru Mayor Regulation Number 18.a of 2008 as a guidance in conducting the head of neighborhood election.Keywords: The Head of Neighborhood Elections, Participants Voters andElection Committe.

Abstract

Conversion of agricultural land could be interpreted as a change in land use from its original function. Rice field in the village of Rambah Baru converted to be oil palm plantations. Conversion of the agricultural land of rice fields into palm oil plantations, followed by the shift of the livelihoods of farmers in the village of Rambah Baru from rice farmers into oil palm farmers. The livelihood also closely related to the economic aspects and changes in the economic aspects will also affect the social conditions of society, so that the conversion of agricultural land of rice fields also have an impact on socio-economic conditions of the people in the village of New Rambah. The focus of this research is to determine the causes of the conversion of agricultural land of rice fields into oil palm plantations and land conversion impacts on socio-economic life of society in the village of Rambah Baru.This research was conducted in the Rambah Baru village, Rambah Samo district, Rokan Hulu regency. The method used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative approach. Sources of data obtained from observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires with farmers as key informants which amount is 30 people who convert their land, 30 people who did not convert their land functioned as proponent informants and key informants totaling 6 people.The results showed the causes of agricultural land conversion of rice fields into palm oil plantations are caused by external factors and internal factors. External factors include damage to irrigation, sources of public knowledge,environments which were changed, and government policies. In addition, the conversion of agricultural land in the village of New Rambah also occur because it is caused by internal factors include the monthly income of farmers, farmers' age, education level, number of dependents, and the degree of dependence on the land. Conversion of the agricultural land of rice fields into palm oil plantations had a positive impact on the socio-economic life of society in the village of Rambah Baru.Keywords : land conversion, social change, socio-economic conditions .

Abstract

                The city of Pekanbaru is a strategic area where the population is increasing and becoming a metropolitan city. Of course there have been many mushrooming restaurants in Pekanbaru such as: Pondok Patin H.M. Yunus, Sushi Tei, Savory Pondok, Buana City, Delicious, Kian Wee Fish, Ta Wan Restaurant, and so on. The presence of other restaurants as Competitors who sell a variety of Indonesian specialties make Restoran D'penyet Pekanbaru must strive to increase the number of consumers in addressing the problem of decreasing consumers. Therefore researchers are interested in conducting research with the aim of finding out the marketing communication strategy of D'penyet Pekanbaru Restaurant in attracting consumer interest through sales promotion activities, which are carried out by loading new menus, publicity and public relations, direct marketing, internet marketing. The research conducted qualitative methods, namely data collection obtained based on the reality of field data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study were 1 manager and 2 consumers of the Pekanbaru d'penyetz restaurant who were selected using the pursosiv sampling technique. To analyze the results of this study using interactive data analysis techniques, while the technique of checking the validity of the data through an extension of participation and triangulation.He results of this study indicate that the marketing communication strategy of restaurant d'penyetz Pekanbaru in attracting consumer interest through sales promotion activities is a menu promo and discounts on the big day. Personal selling activities make direct presentations. Through community relations activities, namely by making press releases, and socializing directly with consumers, and potential consumers of restaurants d'penyetz pekanbaru. And with Internet marketing media activities use media using social Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp

Sapadia Hotel is a three-star hotel (***) in Pasir Pengaraian and located jl.Tuanku Tambusai FOUR intersection Km.4 LGs, Pematang Berangan,Pasir Pengaraian, Rokan Hulu. Sapadia Hotels to exercise employee performance evaluation and reward. Which reward employee performance evaluation and it is expected to encourage the morale and increase employee performance.in this study the methodology used is descriptive quantitative method which is collected through questioner to 55 respondents. the sample used is the Hotel employees Sapadia and as a source of information is the HRD. Abstract

Indonesia as one of developing countries, did not spared the target of the modern market. The development of modern market in Indonesia the last few years it can be said to grow very rapidly. Almost all over the city of Indonesia is flooded by modern markets with various type and models. The development of modern store does have real advantages and disadvantages. The favorable side of increasing local revenue, expanding new jobs. But, on the other hand it is existence can harm the small traders. If it is left alone, then existence of a modern market will evict of small traders.In Kuantan Singingi Regency, the local government is the most competent in the implementation of Presidential Regulation No. 112 of 2007 on the arrangement and fosreing of traditional markets, shopping centers and modern stores. As well as the regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 70 of 2013 on arrangement and fosreing of traditional markets, shopping centers and modern stores.The purpose in this research is to describe (1) Structuring and Development of minimarket in Kuantan Tengah of Kuantan Singingi in 2016. (2) Constraints in structuring and development of minimarket in Kuantan Tengah of Kuantan Singingi in 2016.The research is qualitative research method. The research was conducted in Taluk Kuantan area, Kuantan Tengah of Kuantan Singingi Regency. The techniques used to collect the data in this study are (1) Interview, (2) Library Studies, and (3) Documentation.Based on the result, the researcher found that the study indicate that in minimarket facilities and development there are still many violations. There are (1) 6 minimarket that do not yet have a modern store business license (IUTM) but still operate. (2) 3 minimarket that already have a modern store business license (IUTM) and there is 1 minimarket in the process of IUTM. (3) Kuantan Singingi does not have Spatial Plan (RTRW).Keywords : Policy, Stucturing and Development of Minimarket.

Abstract

The Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia functions to oversee the administration of public services organized by public service providers organized by state and government officials both at the central and regional levels, including those held by State-Owned Enterprises, Regional-Owned Enterprises, and State-Owned Legal Entities and private or individuals who are given the task of carrying out certain public services. To expedite its duties and functions as a supervisory institution for the implementation of public services, the Ombudsman formed a representative in Riau Province. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of the Ombudsman function of the Republic of Indonesia Representative Province of Riau, especially in the field of land and the factors that hinder it. The theory used is the theory of Sule and Saefullah namely there are four indicators of the steps of the supervision process. The results of this study indicate that: first, the implementation of the Ombudsman RI Republic of Riau's Representative Function is not optimal due to obstacles such as the complexity of community report settlement in the field of land involving many parties and a long process of settlement, so there are still reports that the Ombudsman has not yet completed and are a burden The Ombudsman for the following year, and in its oversight function is not optimal because in the prevention of maladministration activities, the Ombudsman has not been able to suppress the number of maladministration that occurs in Riau Province. Second, the factors that hinder the implementation of the Indonesian Ombudsman Representative Function in Riau Province namely: lack of human resources and limited budget.                                                                                                                         Keywords: Implementation, Function, Ombudsman.

Abstract

Digital broadcasting is a technological development, Digital broadcasting is a new format that has many advantages of qualities such as; image, audio, and network. The one of program in Televisi Republik Indonesia (TVRI) that use digital broadcasting is Penyejuk Qalbu’s program. This program discuss about the islamic religion, this program also use the musical instrument that is Rebana. The purpose of this research is to knowing how to the production management of digital broadcasting from Penyejuk Kalbu program in the TVRI Riau.This research use qualitative methods with descriptive approach. The object of this research is the production management of digital broadcasting from Penyejuk Kalbu program in the public broadcaster of Telivisi Republik Indonesia (TVRI) Riau produced by TVRI Riau. The subject of this research is six persons as informant that is the head division of program section TVRI Riau, the producer of penyejuk qalbu program, presenter program, and transmitter technician. The technique of data collection in this research is interview, observation, and documentation.The result of this research is explained how to implement the methods of planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling (POAC)in production management of digital broadcasting from Penyejuk Kalbu program to produce the quality broadcasts.The digital broadcasting from Penyejuk Kalbu programaplly 4 steps to make the quality broadcasts; the first is Planning, to determine the program and broadcast background, Content Planning, placement team for work in the individual worker, The second step is organizing, the digital broadcaster has been determined the worker in accordance with the capability, the third step is movement, begins with coverage in the studio, the placement of worker position, recording, sound proofing, and then broadcasting program in the transmitter room, the fourth step is controling and evaluation. The evaluation for make sure everysteps from program coverage to program broadcasting that is goes well, so this digital broadcasting can be enjoyed by riau people.Keywords: Management, Digital broadcast, Television Programs
