Abstract

This study aims to analyze the transformational leadership style and its influence on the performance of Bank Indonesia employees Pekanbaru Branch. Transformational leadership style as a variable (X), and employee performance as a variable (Y).The method in this research is descriptive and quantitative using SPSS 20 program, where the sample used is Bank Indonesia employee which amounted to 50 people and data collection technique through questionnaire.The results of analysis using validity test, reliability test, test of determination of simple linear regression test and t test. So it can be concluded that the leadership style transformational significant effect on the performance of Bank Indonesia employees Pekanbaru Branch.Keywords: Transformational Leadership Style, and Employee Performance

Abstract

This research was conducted by conducting a consumer survey in Batam Central Elektronik Pekanbaru which is located at Taman Anglek Complex, Tuanku Tambusai Street, Number A4-A5. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of green product and brand trust on the purchase intention Air Conditioner (AC) Brand Sharp. In this research using quantitative data analysis method with SPSS program. The sample in this study amounted to 92 respondents. Methods of data collection by distributing questionnaires. The results of this study is the response of respondents to the green product and brand trust in the category agree, while purchase intention in the category hesitant. While t test that has been done shows that the green product and brand trust partially have a significant effect on purchase intention. And F test results show that green product and brand trust simultaneously have a significant effect on purchase intention. The result of coefficient of determination test shows that green product and brand trust partially influence to the purchase intention of each of 60,4% and 67,3%, whereas simultaneously equal to 70,5% the rest influenced other variable not examined in this research.Keywords: Green Product, Brand Trust, Purchase Intention

Abstract

This study describes the program Desa Maju Jaya Kotabaru Seberida village belonging to the group of advanced village with a population of 10,856 inhabitants made up of several ethnic groups include Malays, Bugis, Banjar, Java, and toing hua. In line with this diversity becomes an important development focus the attention of either the Development of human government, public services and infrastructure.The method used adlh qualitative descriptive. This research was conducted in the village of Kotabaru Seberida District of Keritang, with the formulation of the problem What is the success rate of the program Desa Maju Inhil Jaya in Kotabaru village Siberida based on objective and form of development that is loaded in the Regional Regulation No. 5 of 2015 and What are the factors that become obstacles in Program implementation Inhil Maju Jaya village in Kotabaru village Siberida years 2014-2015.From the research it can be seen that the Strategy of Local Government in development through village programs developed Inhil glorious years in the village Kotabaru Seberida District of Keritang consist of a Strategy to Increase Public Participation, Increased Transparency Government, Improved Economy Village and inhibiting factor in the strategy of local governments in development through program developed village Inhil glorious years in the village Seberida Kotabaru District of Keritang including lack of attention to the Village Infrastructure, Political factors in the Region, social factors and Technology.Keywords: Local Government Development Strategy

Abstract

Culinary became one of the attractions of tourist while visiting somewhere. The district Kepulauan Meranti is now as sagoculinary tour. Varius sago-based food prepations can be found in the district. In this case, Dinas Pariwisata Pemuda anD Olahraga with the incessant promotion of sago food prepations as a typical culinary tour of district Kepulauan Meranti. in promoting sago tourism culinary required affective marketing communication strategy to create attraction. The purpose of this research is to knoe the marketing communicatoan strategy from Dinas Pariwisata Pemuda and Olahraga through Advertising,Personal Selling, Direct Marketing and Publicity in promoting sago culinary tourism in the district Kepulauan Meranti.This study use a qualitative method. Subject in thi study consisted of nine people with informants through techinique purposive sampling.data collection techniques are divided into three part, namely interview, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in thi study using data Miles dan Hiberman. Checking the validity of data using optical elongation and triangulation techniques.The results show that marketing communications strategy is done by Dinas Pariwisata Pemuda and Olahraga in promoting sago culinary touris through print media advertising is newspaper and banner, electronic media radio. Through personal selling is event and gedung promosi, through direct marketing that is instagram. And through publicity by means of media covering event and published by the media at no charge and implied message typical culinary sago promotions of district Kepulauan Meranti.

Abstract

Recidivist in fact socially ostracized by the community, this is because that recidivists do things that are contrary to religious values, ethics and morals. On the one hand should be placed as a social reality that is not inevitable existence.This study uses qualitative research with phenomenological approach. Subjects consisted of four convicts in the city of Pekanbaru selected by the snowball technique. The study used data collection techniques in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation study. To achieve the validity of the data in this study, researchers used the extension of participation and triangulation.The results showed that there are aspects of the self-concept consists of four aspects. The first aspect, which emphasizes the physiological aspects of physical elements, such as color, shape, weight or height, his countenance, had a healthy body condition, normal or disabled. The second aspect, which emphasizes the psychological aspects of cognition (intelligence, interest talent, creativity), affection (endurance, perseverance and tenacity to work, achievement motivation), and konasi (speed and accuracy of the work). The third aspect, Psycho-sociological aspects of the emphasis on understanding the individual who still has a relationship with the social environment that includes parents, siblings and relatives in the family. The fourth aspect, the aspect of Psycho-ethical and moral emphasis on an ability to understand and perform actions based on the values of ethics and morality.Keyword : The Concept Of Self, Recidivist , Crime, Jail.

Abstract

The presence of a Pasar Kaget in Pekanbaru is currently very fast growing. Counting thousands of merchants who sell in various Pasar Kaget in the City. One of them is like what happened in Maharatu Village District of Marpoyan Damai . When the Pasar Kaget is open, then people's access will be very difficult to pass by the community. This study aims to determine the Pasar Kaget activities work heroes and analyze the impact of Pasar Kaget Activities at the surrounding community. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods. The population in this study amounted to 54 people. Sampling is done by using saturated sampling techniques with a total sample of 54 respondents. Data collection uses the method of observation, quesionary and documentation. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the type of merchandise sold in the Pasar Kaget is 61.5% in the form of staples. Parking arrangements in the Pasar Kaget  that 85.2% of work heroes are not good. The presence of a Pasar Kaget at Jalan Pahlawan Kerja 79.6% has a positive response on the social interaction of the surrounding community. The existence of the Pasar Kaget amidst 79.6% community settlements providing easy access to needs and distance. Keywords:Response, Pasar Kaget

Abstract

The distribution of drugs in Rokan Hilir Regency is in an alarming condition. The phenomenon that occurs is (1) District Narcotics Agency (BNK) Rokan Hilir still less in socializing about the dangers of drugs in Rokan Hilir District; (2) in practice in the field, there are still many people who cover up the narcotics circulation so that drug dealers and users are increasing; And (3) the difficulty of District Narcotics Board (BNK) Rokan Hilir in suppressing the number of drugs Rokan Hilir DistrictThe purpose of the study: (1) to know the strategy of eradication of drug abuse in Rokan Hilir Regency; (2) to know the factors that influence eradication of drug abuse in Rokan Hilir Regency. Informants of this study were taken from the Police Section Eradication Drugs, General Kaur Narcotics Agency Rokan Hilir District, Section Members of the Rokan Hilir District Narcotics Board and Customs Members Rokan Hilir District. Population used as informant because this research use qualitative research. Types and data sources use primary data, ie data obtained directly from respondents and secondary data, ie data obtained through reports, books and records. Data collection techniques use observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis techniques by data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and draw conclusions.Based on the result of research, that strategy of eradication of drug abuse in Rokan Hilir Regency is done by using Strenghts indicator (strength), Weakness (Opportunity), Opportunities (Opportunity), Threats (Threats). Factors influencing drug eradication in Rokan Hilir Regency consist of: (1) lack of information; (2) Facilities and Infrastructure; And (3) Participation; (3) Motivation.Keywords: Strategy, Eradication of Drug Abuse

Abstract

Vietnam and United States of America make a reconciliation in their bilateral relationsip. This reconciliation was marked by the embargo’s retraction that given by the US to Vietnam in 19  . Historically, the two countries doesn’t have a good relationship in a long time. Vietnam is a country that have a communist ideology that contradict the ideology of US, which is liberal.This research theoretically has built by using Realist theory and realist point of view. Formulation of all arguments, data, facts, and theoritical framework in this research using qualitative explanation methods.This research also using nation-state as the level of analyze, the focus on this research isexplain the causes of reconciliation between Vietnam and US according to This research proves that Vietnam need an ally from superpower country to maintain their sovereignty and the welfare of it’s people. US in the other hand, need to keep their influence in that region.Reseacrher has formulated the hypothesis answer which proved that both Vietnam and US have their own interests in this reconciliation of bilateral relationship. Keywords : Billateral relationship’s reconciliation, Communist ideology, Embargo’s retraction.

Abstract

Conversion of green open space (garuda sakti city park) became a regional public hospital of Pekanbaru is a policy taken by the city government to overcome the problem of less than maximal health care to the public. However, if viewed based on society needs, especially people who live around the road of garuda sakti, more need green open space. Because green open space is useful to reduce the aridity that occurs on the road of garuda sakti. Green open space can also be used as a facility for entertainment and refreshing for various circles. Because of the green open space in the form of a park, there is nothing at all in the garuda sakti area.According to law no. 26 of 2007 on spatial planning, confirmed that the ideal composition of green space (green open space) of a city is 30% of the total area. In this research about diversion of green open space (garuda sakti city park) became a regional public hospital of Pekanbaru , then the researcher uses the theoretical concept proposed by prof. Dr. Ir. Sumbangan Baja, M.Phil about the process of land conversion. Baja suggests there are 3 elements in the process of land conversion, that is internal factors, external factors and policy factors. This research uses qualitative research with descriptive study. In data collection, researchers used observation, interview and documentation.The results of this study indicate that the policy of conversion of green open space (garuda sakti street park) to become regional a public hospital of Pekanbaru is an inappropriate policy. Because the society and the environment around the road of garuda sakti more need green open space.Keywords: Land Conversion, Green Open Space

Abstract

In the legislative elections that took place in Pekanbaru City in 2014-2019 period the Pekanbaru City House of Representatives held a new legislative election, in which elections were held in many electoral districts, one of them in the electoral district IV (Dapil IV) located in Marpoyan Damai sub-district and Bukit Raya, from the number of party factions participating in the legislative elections of the Golkar faction were the ones who got the most votes. Golkar faction get the most votes for 7 seats of member of Dpril which divided in Dapil I, Dapil II, Dapil III, Dapil IV, and Dapil V from each Dapil. Dapil IV is the first highest voice of Golkar faction, Drs. H. Tarmizi Muhammad and the third highest voice of the Golkar faction, Mr. H. Herwan Nasri, S.T.This study uses descriptive analysis with qualitative approach, where data collected in the form of words, images and not the numbers. the selection of informants was done by purposive sampling technique by placing the people directly related to DPRD Member of Pekanbaru City Golkar Faction H. Herwan Nasri, S.T and Mr. Drs. H. Tarmizi Muhammad.Based on the results of field research that researchers do produce conclusions Political Communication member DPRD Pekanbaru Golkar Faction In the process of political communication in addition to closer to the community, convey political messages that will affect the audience with political messages delivered, convincing people with vision- mission that has been done before the political communication process.
