Abstract

Regional assets are all property owned by the region either in the form of tangible goods or intangible goods. Regional assets as one important element in the framework of government administration and service to the community. Regional assets are an important resource for local governments because the assets or regional goods are the economic potentials owned by the regions. Economic potential means the financial and economic benefits that can be obtained in the future, which can support the role and function of local government as a provider of public services to the community. To maintain the regional assets in the form of land owned by the government of Pelalawan District, it is necessary to conduct certification as a proper step to arrange the regional assets owned by the local government of the pelalawan district. Certification is useful so as not taken and snatched by society hence required good management and certification of area asset of land owned by local government of Pelalawan Regency.The purpose of this research is to know the management of local asset of land owned by local government of Pelalawan Regency Year 2015-2016 and to know the obstacle in management of area asset of land owned by local government of Pelalawan Regency Year 2015-2016.This research uses qualitative research. This research was conducted in Pelalawan Regency. Techniques used to collect data in this study are (1) Interview, (2) Documentation.The conclusion of this research is (1) Management of Regional Assets on Land Owned by Local Government of Pelalawan Regency Year 2015-2016 done with 3 (three) management that is: First, Planning Needs Asset Area. Second, Record and Calculate assets/goods that become annual requirement of SKPD. Third, Registration of Plans of Needs and Maintenance of Regional Assets. (2) Obstacles in the Management of Regional Assets on Land Owned by Local Government of Pelalawan Regency. First, the lack of Human Resources (HR). Secondly, the Administration or Inventory which is still lacking by the Field of Assets of the Pelalawan District.Key words : Management, regional assets

Abstract

This research was conducted in Green Open Space Tunjuk Ajar Integritas located in JL. Jend. Ahmad Yani Pekanbaru City. With Problem Formulation (1) How is the activity of the people who visit Green open spaces Space Tunjuk Ajar Integritas? (2) How does the Perception of Visitors to Green Open Space Appoint Space Tunjuk Ajar Integritas ?. with the aim of this study the first is the activity of the community who visited the green open space Intelligence of Integrity and to know how the perception of visitors to the function of green open space Space Tunjuk Ajar Integritas. This research is descriptive quantitative research by taking sample as respondent as many as 50 people in choosing with accidental sampling technique . for thecollect data in this research using obserbasi way, interview and documentation. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that (1) the activity done by the visitors in green open space Space Tunjuk Ajar Integritas of 50 respondents interviewed (44%) doing recreation activity, exercise activity (30%), doing economic activity (10%), conducting interacting activities (12%), as a stop room (4%). (2) a good public perception of the Green Open Space Space Tunjuk Ajar Integritas. The choice of the form of the area, which is large enough and can be utilized with various outdoor activities of the community, is a community choice that can be considered quite good. Abstract

Traffic problems in Pekanbaru City did not show any good change, one of the traffic problems that quite disturb the community activity is the occurrence of traffic jam. One of the efforts in the Regional Regulation of Pekanbaru Number 2 of 2009 on Traffic and Road Transport, to overcome traffic jam is with Management and Traffic Engineering. The government implements a collaborative process that is collaborative governance involving state or government agencies, the private sector, and civil society in traffic management and engineering to resolve the traffic jam. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation and the factors that obstruct the Collaborative Governance in the Implementation of Management and Traffic Engineering in Pekanbaru City. The concept of theory used is the theory of collaborative governance by Donahue and Zeckhauser that is the process of collaboration in government seen from the collaboration for productivity, collaboration for information, collaboration for legitimacy and collaboration for resources. This research uses qualitative research method with case study approach and descriptive data assessment. . Techniques of data collection through interviewing techniques, observation and documentation by using purposive sampling method in the selection of informants. The result of this research is the implementation of management and traffic engineering with collaborative governance not maximal yet, which is caused by socialization process which is not evenly distributed, lack of supervision and action, lack of competent human resources in the engineering field and communities that have not participated in the traffic discipline especially in the engineering area, so that the implementation of traffic management and engineering is not running maximally. Abstract

Street vendors are informal sector economic actors who sell services or goods to meet the needs of the surrounding community while at the same time obtaining benefits from trading. The Regional Government is responsible for arranging and fostering street vendors so as not to disturb public order due to the large number of street vendors with the police unit of the civil service in Pekanbaru as a control apparatus. Mayor Regulation Number 114 of 2016 to appoint the Office of Industry and Trade which provides tasks and functions in the Market Sector to organize and foster street vendors. The problem statement from this research is how the effectiveness and responsiveness of the Regional Regulation of Pekanbaru City Number 11 Year 2001 concerning the Arrangement and Guidance of Street Vendors in Tampan Districts in 2016. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness and responsiveness of Pekanbaru City Regulation Number 11 Year 2001 concerning Arrangement and Coaching of Street Vendors in Tampan Districts of 2016. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive. Based on the results of the study showed that the need for evaluating the implementation of the policy of structuring and fostering street vendors due to the Regional Regulation of Pekanbaru City Number 11 of 2001 concerning the Arrangement and Coaching of Street Vendors has not been effective and responsive in managing and fostering street vendors to be efficient. Ideally, the area of Pekanbaru City should be supported by the availability of apparatus units for the Pekanbaru City Civil Service Police Unit. The Department of Industry and Trade by the Market Sector does not coordinate well causing the arrangement and guidance of street vendors outside the government market is not done well.Keywords: Policy Evaluation, Regional Regulations

Formulation of the problemin this research is how “The Effectiveness of co-Administration at the Dapartment of Agriculture Crops in Pelalawan District” with the aim of research to find out “The Effectiveness of co-Administration at the Dapartment of Agriculture Crops in Pelalawan District, and determine the factors that influence the Effectivieness of co-Adminstration at the Department of Agriculture crops in Pelalawan District”The method in this research used is descriptive qualitative, the analysis that seeks to provide a detailed description based on the facts found in the field of the strategi of co-Administration, particularly the co-Administration of Agriculture Program. Abstract

United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) is engaged in the banking field. UOB Bank is a leading bank in Asia which provides a large number of financial services through its global network. In order to face the competition is quite tough, and able to survive even in difficult circumstances and to provide the best service to its customers the company should pay attention work engagement and loyalty of employees to increase their involvement and awareness and loyalty of employees to work in this company and also to find out how employee performance. To that effect we perform research work engagement (X) and employee loyalty (X2) on employee performance (Y). The method in this research is quantitatively using SPSS program 17, where samples were used that employees with respondents as many as 40 people. The sampling technique is probability sampling. The results showed that the results of hypothesis testing T test, t is known t arithmetic (6.329)> t table (2.024) and sig (0.000) <0.005. meaning that job involvement variables significantly influence employee performance. t (6.739)> t table (2.024) and sig (0.000) <0.005 means that the variable employee loyalty significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: work involvement, employee loyalty, employee performance

Abstract

Ads in this era of globalization and consumerism is currently regarded as the most effective medium of a series of activities to promote products that emphasize the imaging element. Ads that have been processed using the media leveled so that the mob can take it. Oreo is a snack food product or snacks are widely popular with the public from all walks of life, seen from the current segmentation Oreo not only focus on children, but to teenagers and adults as well. Oreo theme "miraculous" in its advertising this time and packed using visualization animation on his ads. There are two Oreo ad that uses animated version, it is the "Shark" and "Vampire" in the selection of advertising character is animal and ferocious mythical creatures and creepy. The study aims to find out "Representation Meaning of malignancy Contained in Oreo ads on television".The Method in this study is Qualitative using Semiotic Analysis of Roland Barthes, which is part of the method of data analysis in qualitative research as a representative. Presentation of the use of Roland Barthes Semiotics analysis to dissect the data collected through the study of literature and documentation. The data used are taken from the mass media, namely television and some other references from Youtube. Once the data was collected, the analysis of these methods will do to get results.These results indicate that visual ads oreo in the use of characters can be interpreted as the use of characters Sharks are predators of the ocean. And the figure of vicious described by Vampires will eat woman yellow-haired, but that has not happened yet turn out to be a good and friendly after the character eating a biscuit oreo, use of characters coming vicious aims to strengthen the miracle would happen if these characters would share or eat Oreo together with their prey. By Verbal use of a jingle is useful to strengthen the narrative of visualization in the ad, the content of the jingle that said it would be a character malignancy itself. In the representation, the use of the characters and the magic that happens is an aberration because the reality does not match the facts existing reality. Abstract

Family is the first and foremost place for children to get education. Psychic satisfaction acquired by the child in the family will greatly determine how their behavior in the environment. Parenting parent in shaping morality behavior in children in Senior High School Tuah Kemuning District Indragiri Hilir is democratic, permissive and authoitative. Morality Behavior of children in SMA Negeri Tuah Kemuning Sub-district Indragiri Hilir Regency is still low there is the some number of cases on Teenage Delinquency problem recently, which observed their behavior in bringing HP to school even though it is prohibited, The parent ignorance to problems that happened to their children, especially his personal problems and lack of parental attention to their childrens education. The purpose of this research is to know the parenting parent of democracy, permissive and authoritative influence to moral behavior in adolescent (Case Study of Student in Senior High School of Tuah Kemuning Kemuning Sub-district Indragiri Hilir Regency).The methods that use in this study is correlational quantitative method research, conducted in SMA Negeri Tuah Kemuning District Indragiri Hilir Regency, with the number of samples 35 respondents encountered in the field with incidental sampling technique. In the data collecting researchers using a questionnaire technique. The results of this study indicate that parenting (democratic, pemisisif, authoritarian) has a positive effect on morality formation of students in SMA Negeri Tuah Kemuning Kemuning Sub-district Indragiri Hilir Regency. Abstract

Instagram is one of the social media that not only allows users to interact with other users, but can also be used as a disseminator of various information. Because Instagram provides many features to facilitate users in communication and Instagram as a medium can provides infomation that can be used by personal, community, organization and others. Exposure to messages on social media Instagram becomes a medium for disseminating information that has the potential for users to obtain information. One of the uses of social media Instagram as an information media in the campus environment of Riau University is also used by one particular account that spread academic information to its followers, named @mahasiswa_universitasriau. The theory used in this study was the S – R ( Stimulus – Response) theory. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Instagram account @mahasiswa_universitasriau on  academic activies knowledge of Riau University students.This research used quantitative research method, with explanative research type. The data collection technique was through the spread of questionnaires using google form online to Riau University student who followed the @mahasiswa_universitasriau Instagram account with 39.600 of populations and the number of samples were 166 respondents, using the unknown population which was determined by simple random sampling tecnique. The data analysis technique in this study used simple linear regression analysis and determination test used SPSS 16.0 software for windows.The result of this research showed the large of influence of exposure to information Instagram account @mahasiswa_universitasriau on academic activities knowledge of Riau University Students is in the weak category . It can be seen from the result of simple linear  regression in this research was equal to Y = 26,686 + 0,536X + e. The constant value was 26,686 and the variable coefficient of exposure to Instagram account information value equal to 0,536 . Meanwhile t count 8,226 was bigger when compared to t table equal to 1,974, with significance level 0,000 was smaller than α= 0,05. It means Ha was acceppted H0 was rejected. Based on the table“Model Summary” shows that the value of R = 0,540a and the coefficient of determination (Rsquare) was 0,292. This figure shows the understanding that the influence of exposure to information on Instagram account  @mahasiswa_universitasriau on the academic activities knowledge of Riau University Students by 29,2% with the category of weak or low. While the remaining 70,8% was influenced by other variables which are not included in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Profitabilitas on the profit growth of Property dan Real Estate Subsector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The ratio used to measure Profitabilitas as an independent variable is Gross Profit Margin, Nett Profit Margin, Return on Asset and Return on Equity. The method used to measure profit growth is profit. The method used to observe the effect of profitabilitas on profit growth is by using simple linear regression.The data used in this study are secondary data, namely financial statements and annual reports. The data is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 5 years from the period 2013 to 2017. Samples were taken by purposive sampling, 7 companies were used. Data analysis used simple linear regression analysis and t test. Data analysis uses several linear regression analysis with SPSS 16. The results of the analysis show that the profitabilitas variable have a significant effect on profit growth of the Property dan Real Estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Keywords: Profitabilitas, Profit Growth
