Abstract

The study is done in the village of Ganting Salo district sub-district Kampar. The purpose of this research is to know what are the That such me a housewife drugs and the impacts what happened on households and social environment women using drugs. To obtain data needed in this research, Writer conduct data collection by directly place of research locations and with conducting observations and conducted interviews in depth. Informants in this research were five people. The data collected already dressed in the form of qualitative analysis descriptive. The research there are that intrinsic factor and extrinsic in drug use with girls the village Ganting Salo Sub Kampar, The image of respondents named because the effects of their peers. Then respondents named lina , mega , and ita Family affluence and surrounding environment . Aside from the issue of their peers and family, Economic factors the most powerful affect drug use with girls the village Ganting Salo Sub Kampar by Citra,Evi,Lina,Mega and Ita Namely having persons nearest, The reason for them the family are the nearest because they always associated almost every day due to have a profession and the same job So that economic also had an influence on what they do because these are sourced of economics such as the the education of their children , eat family and others All is because the results of work as drug dealers. This resulted in fifth it was the subject of taking drugs. Advice: to family , should family of more give attention to members of nice family housewives as Wife and housewives as a son. For the government in the effort to reduce drugs abuse non penal on housewife with through social control and attention from the community be given higher priority. To teenagers in the effort to reduce drugs that is teenagers must be more careful in response to various measures of others Coming from outside. The community must more care to the mother of households who had trouble in the economy by a working group mum households more independen, So that their destiny more terperhatikan welfare. So that they do not working to find money hit the road that is not true. Law enforcement should be bold to refuse negotiations of suspects dealers narcotics to manipulate evidence in order to relieve demands to suspect drug dealer. Abstract

This study aims to test partially and simultaneously the influence of liquidity and profitability on the value of banking companies. Where independent variable in this research is liquidity and profitability while dependent variable is company value. Sources of data used are secondary data derived from the financial statements of Banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2010-2015. Samples were taken by purposive sampling and samples that met the selection criteria. The sample used is 5 companies. Multiple regression is used to analyze the data in this research. Partial research results indicate that the liquidity (banking ratio) does not affect the value of corporate (PBV) banking in the sample company. This is evidenced by the value of t arithmetic equal to -1,612 and p value 0,118. While the research shows that profitability (ROA) affects the value of corporate (PBV) banking in the sample company. Evidenced by the value of t arithmetic of 0,081 and p value 0,936. The result of simultaneous research get simultaneous result of liquidity (banking ratio) and profitability (ROA) influence to company value (PBV) of banking at sample company, This is proved by F value count 5,284 and p value 0,001. Keywords: Profitability (Banking Ratio), Liquidity (ROA) and Corporate Value (PBV).

Abstract

Education is one of the important things in society component. Every children mustget education since young. This is different with the society in Desa TambusaiKecamatan Rumbio Jaya Kabupaten Kampar. There are still many the youngchildren are not feel the play group. The play group in Desa Tambusai comeperception abaout it’s play group. It can see from the parents’ back ground thatmake’s the perception about play group. This research is done as the effort to tellparents’ perception about play group and the factor that impluence parents’decision for not entering their children to play group. Responden of the researchare parents are not entering play group they are 97 people. The writer usekuantitative descriftive method and the data is analyzed with kuantitative and usetotal quota sampling technique. The data instruments are observation, quisoner anddocumentation. From the research was done, the writer met respondent perceptionabout play group in the Desa Tambusai is positive with percentage is 68%. It meansthe parents and respondents in Desa Tambusai Kecamatan Rumbio JayaKabupaten Kampar agree with play group their children. From the result of thedata, parents participation to follow their children to the play group is still low withpwercentage 18,4%. The factor that impluence parents’ decision and responden fornot entering their children to play group is economic factor with percentage is 63%.Key Word : Perception, Parents’Decision, Play Group, Desa Tambusai

Abstract

The high level of unemployment in Dumai City is of particular concern to the Dumai City Manpower Office. Job training is held and held to equip, improve, and develop work competencies in order to improve productivity and welfare capabilities. This study aims to determine the strategy of the Work Training Technical Implementation Unit (UPTLK) Region II of the City of Dumai in the implementation of education and training. This study uses the concept of theory quoting from Lawson (1977) in Rusdiana (2015), which explains that there are 3 strategies in the implementation of education and training namely strategies to increase knowledge, strategies to improve skills, and strategies to foster attitudes. The author uses qualitative research methods by analyzing the data descriptively. In data collection research uses interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results of this study can be seen that the strategy of the Work Training Technical Implementation Unit (UPTLK) Region II of the City of Dumai in the implementation of education and training is still not optimal, this can be seen from the problems found namely, the time of implementation of education and training is still lacking in improving the ability of the participants training, facilities and infrastructure in the implementation of education and training are still inadequate, and not yet in line with the plan and realization of training programs. This limitation has to do with the availability of budget and human resources. Keywords: Strategy, Unemployment, Education and Training

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze communication patterns and the factors that influence communication patterns KNPI Pekanbaru build group cohesiveness in Pekanbaru. The method used is descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study is observation, interview and documentation. As for the data analysis techniques dilalukan with activity data reduction / reduction of data, the data display / presentation of data, and conclusion drawing / verification. Results show communication patterns that are formed in the build group cohesiveness on KNPI Pekanbaru is a star pattern or all channels, where each member can communicate with every other member and allow the participation of members at its optimum. Abstract

This research is trying to explain about the interest of United States of America that have yet ratified the Arms Trade Treaty even although have signed it in 2013. United States is the country with the world's biggest transfer value since 2007, the value of this great transfer used by the US as a tool to run the national interest and foreign policy toward countries that are considered to have a strategic position.Arms Trade Treaty emerged in 2013 after being adopted by the UN General Assembly. ATT aims as a treaty regulating the arms trade internationally, especially conventional weapons exist in the world. Arms Trade Treaty regulate the small arms to warship, ATT should be able to protect the rights of citizens who are oppressed due to the use of illegal conventional weapons.The United States considers ATT violate the second amendment of the US constitution, and prevent the achievement of points of US foreign policy related to conventional weapons stated in the conventional arms transfer policy. Abstract

This study used 3 variables, namely : Job Performance, Loyalty, and PromotionPosition. On the Variables of Work Achievement has 4 dimensions of Skills and Skills,Discipline, Personality, and Responsibility. In the Loyalty variable has 6 dimensions that areobedient to the rules, Responsibility to the Company / Organization, Willingness tocooperate, Ownership, Interpersonal relationships, and likes to work. On variablesPromotion Position has 3 Dimensions of Education, Experience, and Initiative and Creative.Objects in this study Are employees of the Sales Executive and Counter at PT. AgungAutomall Pekanbaru amounting to 41 employees. The analysis used in this research isValidity Test, Reliability Test, Simple Linear Regression, Multiple Linear Regression,Determination Test (R2), Individual Significant Test (t test) and Significant Test (f test).The result showed the influence of Work Achievement and Loyalty to PromotionPosition. The Better Job Performance and Employee Loyalty then the more likely to bepromoted higher positions. Subsequently, the resulted data from quisioner is calculate andtested with statistics through SPSS program. The calculated results is known that R Square isabout 0,419. It is meaned that the influence of variable Job Performance, and Loyaltyvariables was 41.9% to Job Promotion variables.Keywords : Job Performance, Loyalty, Job Promotion

Abstract

This study describe about Qatar interests took over Paris Saint Germains through Sovereign Wealth Fund (SWF) name is Qatar Investment Authorithy.The sources of this research were obtained through literature reviews, books, websites, and others. The source of analysis is qualitative methods. This study uses the level of analysis of the nation state, liberalism perspective considers that war is only a small part of existing reality. The liberalists hope international relation are understood throughly and not forget that cooperation between countries is one of themain things. Qatar is the country with the second largest LNG producers in the world. To replace future income and realize the Qatar National Vision 2030 Qatar invested heavily in the hotels and sport sector through Qatar Investment Authorithy with one of them by taking over Paris Saint Germains which one is the big club and strategic location at Paris.   Key Words: Paris Saint Germains, Qatar Investment Authority, Sovereign Wealth Fund.

Abstract

The number of innovations created to meet the needs that exist at this time requires the world of education, especially educational institutions ie universities to take part in innovating in order to meet the needs of students in berkegiatan. Forms of innovation created one of them is an online-based library that can be accessed anywhere, anytime and no time limit. The online library offers many useful features and functions within it. Viewed from the good innovation is that many educational institutions, especially universities in Indonesia to implement and also take advantage of online library. One of the universities in Indonesia that implement this online library is the University of Riau, Riau University has an online library that is a digital library UR. Implementation of an innovation made of course has a good influence, the research undertaken aims to examine the influence between technology acceptance model variables in UR digital library.The study involved 158 respondents from UR digital library users in FISIP University of Riau. How to determine the number of samples in this study using unknown population caused by the lack of definitive data about the number of users of UR digital library. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. Data were analyzed using Sructural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS software program and SPSS. The research model uses Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude towards using and acceptance tested simultaneously.Data from the results of this study indicate ease perception variables have a significant value of influence that is t-Value or C.R of 2.508 to variable user attitudes and the total effect of 0.463. Usability perception variable has significant influence value that is t-Value or C.R 2,090 to user attitude variable and total influence 0,399. Usability perception variable has significant influence value that is t-Value or C.R equal to 1,968 to variable of acceptance and total influence equal to 0,362. User attitude variable has significant influence value that is t-Value or CR of 2555 to the variable of acceptance and the total influence of 0,503, and the perception of ease variable have insignificant influence value that is t-Value or CR equal to 0.448 to the variable of acceptance and total influence equal to 0.318.Keywords: Digital Library UR, Structural Equation Model (SEM), Technology Acceptance Model (TAM)

Abstract

The Government’s apparatus is one of the instruments in providing the maximum service for the public, which certainly should be provided with employees quality itself in terms an increase in human resources. Implemention of the Education and training of civil workers has been regulated in law No 5 year 2014 of the civil State Apparatus (ASN). But in practice has not been going well as still the presence of employees who does not have the skill, the placement of the ASN that is uneven, poor recruitment process or contains element of corruption, collusion, and nepotism (KKN). According to researcher who wants to find out the function of Agency’s Staffing area (BKD) in the development of employees in 2016The purpose of the researcher is to know the functions of BKD in the development of State Employees in Riau Province in 2016. This type of research is qualitative research method. The location of this research was located at the Agency’s Staffing Office area of Riau Province. The data collected by complementing the information through necessary interviews and requested documentation. While analysis of the data was performed using the method of qualitative analysis.Based on the results of the author’s research, draws the conclusion that inexecute Staffing Agency employees, development of the area of Riau Province announced three programs for human resources development of Riau Province area has announced three programs for human resources development apparatus including: The education and training (DIKLAT), government pre-position, and Promotion.Kata Kunci : Development, Fuction, BKD Riau Province
